Otter.ai New Feature: My Action Items

My Action Items is a new feature designed to streamline users’ workflows by organizing tasks assigned from multiple meetings in one place. 

Earlier this year we launched Action Items on Otter that uses AI to extract action items from meeting recordings and automatically assigns them to the relevant meeting participants. Now, all your action items will be consolidated, making it easier to stay on top of your responsibilities and follow up efficiently.

Key Features

• Consolidated Action Items: All tasks assigned to you from various meetings will be aggregated, so you no longer need to sift through past meetings to find your responsibilities.
• Context-Rich Tasks: Each action item includes links back to the exact moment in the conversation it was created, providing rich context and ensuring accuracy.
• Notifications: In addition to viewing them on the web, we will send you a weekly digest email to remind you of action items that have not been completed
