Otter Meeting Agent: Your New Voice-Activated Teammate

Otter has launched a suite of AI meeting agents, marking a significant evolution in AI-powered collaborative technology. This suite introduces three distinct agents designed to enhance productivity and streamline business processes.

The first is the Otter Meeting Agent, which can be used across all of your meetings. Otter’s flagship AI meeting assistant is now a voice-activated AI meeting agent that can actively participate in meetings, responding to queries based on the organization's comprehensive meeting database, and complete tasks like scheduling follow-up actions and generating email drafts through natural voice interaction. It facilitates real-time interaction with meeting data, aiming to optimize workflow efficiency.

The Otter Meeting Agent is currently being incrementally rolled out to all Otter.ai users. It will be available only on Zoom at first, and then made available on other virtual platforms in the coming months.
