Otter Meeting Knowledge, Now Searchable in Glean

Otter is now available as a native connector in Glean, which means your meeting transcripts, summaries, and action items are searchable in Glean alongside everything else your organization knows without switching apps or digging through a separate tool.

What's included

Once connected, Glean indexes your Otter content: transcripts, AI-generated notes, action items, and key decisions. Ask what was agreed to in a customer call last month. Surface a commitment from three weeks ago. Find context before a project kicks off. It works the way organizational search should.

In practice

Whether you're closing a deal or ramping up on a new project, the answers are already in a past conversation, you just need to find them. A few examples:

• Sales & customer success: A rep prepping for a renewal call asks Glean what a customer's team committed to during onboarding six months ago, walking in fully prepared in minutes instead of piecing it together from memory or old notes.
• Project handoffs: A new PM joining a project mid-stream searches Glean for decisions and open action items from prior planning calls, getting up to speed on their own and freeing teammates from having to repeat the same recap.
• People & recruiting: A hiring manager pulls up notes from a candidate debrief last quarter to compare feedback side by side with the rest of the panel, keeping the whole team aligned without a separate sync just to compare notes.
