just told me, right. So, I'm on a call with the Otter folks so it was salmon was it, Simon? Simon. Simon, okay great. So Simon's the product leader, Sam's the CEO, and we're just talking about how to make it less weird to use Otter in situations. And Simon, you just had a great example of how to do that. Can you share that again?
So one thing that you can try to say is that I'm using this really cool tool to help me take notes, and and so, Can I use this tool, it's called Otter, it will automatically transcribe everything that we say, and on top of that, I can share a copy with you at the end of the meeting, well, or even right now. Yeah sure, so then that way we both leave the meetings on the same page about what was said and what we decided, what the next steps are. So, and that would alleviate a lot of the concern because it is about transparency.
Yeah, so, so I love that, that, that should work I'll try that where it's about taking notes which is less kind of less of a lift mentally. You know what that makes me think of because I usually do it on my phone and not my computer. If there was a really easy way to input a phone number. So like literally when I hit record. There's some really easy way for me to just type out like, Hey, what's your number let me actually share a link with, you know, have this with you before we even get started so then that way they know that they're gonna have a copy of whatever they're about to say, yeah, I think that could help you even more.
So the other one. The other thing that can an alternative to what you were just suggesting is that if you connect order to calendar which you have done because otherwise the title wouldn't have said, deal with. Right. Yes. So, so because of that you, you're already meeting that person, you just click the Share button in the lower left corner. Let's take a look. You don't even have to worry about
it. There it
is. There is
It's already pulled from the calendar. Yeah, so, so, so you know when you have the information you don't even have to enter the phone number.
I think. I think what I would love here, so I find that actually the. So, okay, hold on, let's like separate our conversation so I'm going to finish this one about you know for the, for the tribe. Here's a low friction way to get people to let you record so you can stop listening now but I'll go ahead and keep recording. On the topic of sharing. I think what I would like is I like the ability to put a phone number in here, I find that the calendar integration is actually a little bit annoying. I don't like I know what you're trying to accomplish with it. I find that I almost always am retitling them. And I wish that I just had an opportunity to like put a title in because I have to like, it's a little bit hard to select it on a mobile device and, you know, I have to, it's just iPhones not great for like retitling, so it's just a little bit of a pain, it's not terrible, but I don't find that I tend to use the title that's given to me I usually when I have a very specific title like this title, for example is like how to make it less awkward to use otter in front of others, or even have otter like recommend a title for me based on the keywords that might be better than just pulling the
absolutely perfect future extension so think of it this way. Great feedback first of all, we can certainly use AI keywords to suggest alternative titles. What we're trying to do is better than having a default blank. Yeah. Yeah, that's true, I think. So really it's a baby step toward having something that's a little bit more distinguishable, but what you suggested in terms of AI keywords right below the title to make it like a smart
title just like take, take the keywords. Yeah, that'd be good.
Yeah, totally. So, we'll consider that as an enhancement, but I think you have a great point here. Okay, cool.
