Totally. So I've had the distinct pleasure. I've been teaching entrepreneurship education programs. Now I've worked easily with 1000s of entrepreneurs, where I've been able to access some of the best curriculum out there on teaching entrepreneurs how to start a business. And when you look at the stats of these programs, right, it's frustrating, because if we're putting the best content out there, if we're giving you the actual steps of the marketing process, if you understand now, how to be able to run the numbers in your business, and you know, how to do sales projections, and, you know, financial statements, and all of those things. Why are more entrepreneurs making more money? That's the real question that comes up. Why are we not making more money? There's so much information out there, there's so much content. And I'll even say there's so much good content out there. So why are we not making more money? Well, the reason I personally believe is that, for a lot of us, we're able to get to a certain point in our business with the content, right? The content alone can help us get up to a certain dollar amount, a certain number, I think for most people, they could probably not even go through a course or, or some things and they'll figure out sort of how to be able to start it might be wrong, we have to clean stuff up. But they'll figure some things out how to start up and they'll get to a certain number. The challenges is when you realize I'm tired of earning this number, that's the real deal for me. I'm tired of earning this number, it's not enough for the work that I'm putting out, something's wrong. And you take a step back to try to figure out well, what the heck is wrong? What's going on? And what it probably is, because I've seen it again and again, is it's all the stuff going on underneath the iceberg, like you said, so on the surface, we're talking about the tactics we're talking about, you know, what your statements look like we're talking about, you know, did you file your taxes? What's your legal structure? But underneath the iceberg? It's the habits you have? It's the patterns that show up? How do you lead the business? That's a big one to me, who are you showing up as a leader in this business? Are you someone I would want to follow? Are you someone that important that employees or contractors or freelancers would want to follow because you have to exemplify that, otherwise, you're only going to get surface level work back from them. Right. And so if we don't take a moment and really pull apart all the things underneath the surface? Well, you know, that's a lot of times and be clear. I know people automatically I know, I'd be saying this like, well, you know, it's part of the problem is we don't get access to funding and we don't get access to these rooms. And I'm not discounting that. So for the record, I think that those things are hugely valid. And I think that they have to be, you know, put into a conversation, we've got to push the bar on that, right. But I can't control that. Right. And I still wanna make money. So I can't control that. So all of those things to the side, what can I control? What do I have own, you know, own is over? What do I have power over? And that is what are those things going on? under the surface? What are you telling yourself about money? What are you telling yourself about sales? How does that show up in your business?
