And so what she did was she brought me two styles, almost two vision boards that I could choose from. And ironically, like I the one I ended up choosing, I very much focused on that one. Like I love the colors, they almost played into the colors I already had, but just enhanced a better bolder version. and bold was something that kept coming up in our conversations is, I don't know if you've ever seen the show the bold type, but I love the bold, like, I just love what it represents. And I feel like she took my brand up level that made it that better, bolder version that I needed, as far as the colors go. And then she added to it, which made it even better. But in addition to that, what she did was she pitched me some concepts for like, styles for the logo. And there were certain pieces of the other style I liked. So I did let her know like, Hey, I'm really into this that you're doing. But I'm leaning towards this other. So if there's a way to work them together, somehow, from there, she had free range. I had zero like expectation when it came back. And when it came back, I was I was just like blown away. Because if you take a look at my branding, my logo, it's just okay. We'll start with the logo, the gaff and creative words. So she went with like waves and audio files in podcasting to represent like the design of the logo. So if you look between the two words, there's waves that go through like an audio file, and then from the A to the F, there's another wave, and it's just like so. I love it. And then my logo mark which you can see in the top of the browser like little icon, the favicon up there. She has a GC that's like a little circle thing for my favicon. And then what I loved that she did that I did not expect it. She turned that into a microphone if I want to use it. And I loved it. She was like, I know you said like, it was a very last slide. And in her video, she didn't even go over it. And then she emailed me about it. And she was like, I know, you said you didn't want a microphone, but I couldn't resist it, like just fit. And, like everyone I sent it to was like, the microphone is so cute, it's so perfect. And I you know, I just fell in love with it. Anyway, so the colors, the style, I everything, I just loved it. And then in addition to that, she came up with little stickers and, and patterns and really cool fun things I just love. And some of the stickers include like, not your average podcast, producer, turning dreamers and doers use your voice all things that I can repurpose through social media through merch and, and I even took some of the styles and put them on little swag bag things for the conference I was just at. And I just really, I think this was the next step for my business. Because I've been looking to uplevel my brand as a whole uplevel our services, that's something I worked really hard on last year, nailing down exactly what offerings I wanted to offer, and then scale from there. And by scale, what I mean is bringing in more team members who have the skill sets to offer more things, because I think there there's definitely opportunity for growth for each of my clients through different avenues that I don't necessarily have the most experience in. And so for 2024, our goal is to work on providing those opportunities in those services through our company, but with the expectation that it is an expert on the team who is doing it. So I do want to go through my avatars with you all. And I did kind of pull these based on some of my existing clients. And like I described certain clients of mine, I won't tell you everything, I don't want to give away too much. But the first person Her name is Kelly actually didn't come up with the names. I didn't say the people that I was talking about. She created the names but Kelly is 28 years old, married but no kids, and she lives in a big city in a specific state I won't name she's a wedding photographer striving to position herself as more of an educator. She loves to travel, frequents the local coffee shops and breweries loves a girls trip and she's a big daydreamer. Now her values include living life to the fullest cheering on her people, and not putting limits on her dreams. And then we went through some struggles that are really the key across a lot of my clients. And that is having a hard time on which side of her business spend her time. And then how she ends up staying in her comfort zone despite the fact that she's a big dreamer. And now, the other struggle would be that she's not sure how to create content, and she can't find her niche. Specifically, Kelly wants invest in her business but lacks that financial support because she can't necessarily find her way into one side of the business or the other. She's very torn. So that's Kelly. And then I also have Jasmine, who is a female age 35 married with two kids under two lives in a small town. And I won't say where she lives either because then my clients will know who she is. And she started as a photographer, and now she's an educator and coach. She is long term goal oriented and results driven. She desires to connect more with other moms who own businesses. Her hobbies include family time, farmers markets, get away weekend, crafts with her kids play dates, and she still likes to dabble in photography to stay creative. Now for these hobbies I did pull from multiple clients to kind of create those. And then her values include time with her family. She's very purpose driven. She's authentic and loves keeping it real. She likes to use her time wisely and is very results driven for her success. Now her struggles is that she wants to make more money while being a full time mom. She's interested in marrying her different streams of income but she is juggling a lot. She knows what she needs to do get there but her work time is unpredictable. She worries if her content is being received well by customers and wonders if it's make seeing an impact. So these are all things that were created for my personas. So that I can focus on how I can serve each of these personas best. And then along with each of those, we did come up with problems and solutions. I won't go through all of those, because it's very specific to my business. But I did want to highlight, we built those client avatars so that I could create better podcast services. So what do these services look like for the most part, we have stuck with launches and podcast production. Now, one thing that has kind of shifted over the last few months in creating this and even going through the process of talking to Aaron, our designer, on the, the process for booking me is we built build your own packages for ongoing production and for launches. So we have a very standard base package that everyone has to get, and then you can add on to it. And from there, it has allowed for us to really serve our clients. And I'm noticing more and more that clients are booking larger packages versus what they use to book when they come in, because I only made this switch about two months ago. And I've booked about four clients, since I made the switch with larger packages than what normally would book smaller packages. So it's very interesting to see that shift, because they are getting to select exactly what they want instead of having to commit to more than they actually need. Now, along with our launches, and our podcast production, we still have MIC CHECK society, which is our community for podcasters. And then we have our podcast Launch Kit course, which I've, I've realized I do a terrible job at marketing, I don't talk about it, people don't know I have it. So. So that is something that will be changing, I am going to start marketing all of my products and resources in 2024, because I probably have not marketed this course in over a year.
