Good evening. Good evening in your greatest Good evening voice.
Good evening, my friend. It is so nice to see you tonight
and it was awful like how deep your stacks are getting. Yeah. You realize you're like publishing your memoirs before your eyes.
I am and this is what's happening to me.
This is what's happening to you. You've completely transformed
going through a metamorphosis my boy Oh it's
what happens at what happens gear what happens when your your clients are still in the fringe of the Tick Tock Instagram right generation. I was like every zoom call starts with distorted faces and weird filters any clients do this now? They don't even fucking know. It's possible.
Joshua and I start off every meeting. We usually flick around for like five minutes. I started like, I'd start Yeah, I start all mastermind with it. It's like it's getting it's getting at in. I'm just like, look, we're all serious here. We're all tournament let's just you know, let's get let's just enjoy to relax for a second. Oh. Oh my gosh, why no world's going on.
I'm so confused right now. We'll start out with Okay, champ, besides the fact that your nega stacks are incredible and if you did complete a hot stack, I didn't get it.
Because I'll just walk through
it well, doing it is great because then at least gives you a frame for what we need to focus on. If you get it to me before Tuesday, 20 minutes before our call, actually go through it so that I come in prepared with some ideas, frames, notes, concepts and things for us to immediately jump into so we can work the whole hour versus spend half and figuring out what's going on. So just let yourself know that we're there for you. I was going solid. So you
Okay, cool. Look, honestly, I've had to refund I think in total I'll probably have to refund like $120,000 Okay, and so that's from like, you know, $80,000 from people who who didn't, they paid us and never even do anything. They're like, hey, we don't want to do this anymore. I don't want to transfer it. I don't want to do anything. My wife suicidal etc. There's another client though. I'm like, Dude, I'm just alerting it's like there's a there is a it's like there's a what's it called? There's an integrity that's happening that's hitting my life. That is just like whatever you need to learn right now. Like it's just it's just keeping it's just holding me like I'm in my I'm like sitting up in my chair. And it's like, bringing me power rather than like, oh my gosh, I made all these financial commitments, took two months off really marketing or selling anything. I have people asking for refunds. So but it's it's like, Dude prudence and stewardship and like all the lessons that they just continue. I'm coming back to this. I'm feeling a lot of just like caveman to expand fast. I gotta cut the fat. So if this is the way it is, this is way too so it's like I'm just learning some good lessons. And it's just positive real positive terms. Also, my stacks have
to expand fast. Let's get rid of that.
Yeah, that was my my hot stack. That was my lesson where I just landed on my hot stock. I was like to expand fast gotta cut fat.
What does that mean to you?
Time management, energy management. Where am I? I mean, even the last talk I did when I was like, Oh my gosh, there's still the girl I'm like super attracted to now and do I actually love Alex and I'm like sitting here. I'm like, okay, cool, dude. It's like so good that you're going through this personal, emotional emptiness and you're really emptying yourself but bro. Kind of luxury. Like, get all this stuff you're doing in music. Don't sacrifice that but bro like, time management, where are you? Where where are you investing yourself? Like you've got to divest and just go create the thing that's gonna make everything else work, solve the one problem that'll solve the 100 problems which is launched an offer to the marketplace. So I'm clear you know, I'm I'm kind of clear on some personal things I got to do with just how I'm managing my time. But also just people employees or contractors I've had relations you just the attachment dude, I'm in this place right now. I'm like, Dude, I feel so free and so like so ready and so on point is just energetically. I'm so glad Alex is not my life right now.
You would have never gone to the work you're doing if she was
never dude, I'd still be like getting blowjobs you know, as much as I possibly can try and still avoiding the shit and working on cool silk jackets until the very last second I'm like, Oh my gosh, what the fuck have I done?
You know? So So what are you gonna drop Valley hanging out Valley and I'm gonna connect with Ollie what's going on? No. Okay, so we're not Valley. We're trying to connect and be friends with Allie.
She's an old friend. 13 years ago great life. She just came into my life. And she's like, dude, maybe I'm your friend for I'm super open with her. I'm like, Dude, I'm on a break right now with my girlfriend etc. So there's just clearly there but I could feel myself attaching. Like here's, like, hold on, bro. Come on. Unplug. Yep, so um, I can give you some hot stock that I went over.
Right. That's great. We can do that. Um, I know. I know that the the piece of drat the piece of structure out right now with Alex. You're getting in a deep way. And as more than Alex, it's Jared and Jared coming to terms of Jeremy and Alex may or may not work out. And a month from now. If that's the timeline that you determined I think you're going to know soon or not. At some level you already know. Yeah. What are you already know that doesn't take another two weeks to know
about the situation with Alex
what things you already know are true. You're like alright, this is what I know for sure. Yeah. Have you made a decision about Christ? I've made a decision about Christ and being a Christian yet. Me. Yeah. With her for anybody. Like I'm going to be with a woman who believes in Christ or no
right? No. Yeah.
Me decision okay. So that piece is still in there. What else do you know then about? Alex you know,
that I don't I don't need her. But she wasn't felt like she was had potential doesn't mean she's the one like it to love her is to let her go man. Like if she doesn't want it. I was like, Dude, I I I'm so good. I feel so good right now. Like I feel better than I've ever been. Like, I feel better than I've been in a long time years actually. Yeah. So what I know he's like, I know where I'm going. And I'm not like, dude, I'm super intense with the food and with Adaline and with Chick going on in my on the music side of things and the business side of things. And I'm just like, bro, I know my direction. And I got depressed with Alex because I was like, glitching out like, I can be stepfather like, sacrificing time and like I was bending into wanting to be loved, but absolutely knows like, I'm good. Like, I don't need that relationship to operate I don't need it to find law. I don't need it to fill me up. And I'm kind of I'm kind of more happy dude. Kind of ecstatic kinda and and being with a woman that the second thing is like, do I really want to be with a woman has kids already?
I saw that in your sack. That's good question. Cuz you're right. You would come second for a minute, or third or fourth? Hmm. You might you might eventually. I'll tell you right now. Just with your own children. Yeah, just with your own children. Most the time you come second. Yeah, yeah. And those are your fucking kids. Right? That's my daughter's Why come down to choosing me or my girls. You don't Ramzi? It's gonna be to get my girls like 99 out of 100 times bro. Exactly. We've done together for 20 years. So to think that a woman's not going to choose her children over a second husband. That she it happens all the time. There's three divorce to happen in our neighborhood right now in the last 12 months on second marriages over women who chose her children over their step husband second husbands who are guys that live in the strand. there was conflict between him and the kids. I'm not saying you couldn't make it work. But you hadn't even had a chance to connect with our kids yet. You guys been together for three months. You never even met them that even though they look
like oh yeah, of course. They know and they know who I am. Okay, cool.
So there was not even a chance to have that connection. Or even see, which was a whole level of decision that needed to be made that was bigger than you and X. Man can I be? Can I be a parent to these kids? Can I be an adult in their life? Am I ready? I can barely, you know I just started washing my clothes and not walk around tank tops and catch up on them just 24 months ago. So like is asking fucking a lot of a guy my age. I mean, my my step mom Danielle barely taught me how to wash my clothes. You're just six years ago. I mean, I've come a long way but oh my fucking ready to worry about some clothes.
Wow Wow, that's good. I'll remember that Chairman. wash your clothes. Like what
did you do you know the Jeremy said that Danielle. Still to this day will be sitting in conversations with people and she'll bring your name will come up. Yeah, it's always it's always positive. Like always is and you know, it's always positive. It's like because like somebody will say something about talent or music or something. And Danielle without without missing a beat will always say you know, I had the weirdest relationship with Jeremy and she's like, why is like he's like our friend. But I realized that we're kind of close in age by like six years, but at some level, he feels like my oldest son. She's I don't know why it is. I don't know if it's because you live in our casita or he came to the house a lot or he was always around with gear in the beginning, but I kind of watched him grow up. Like he went through the stages and I've gotten to see all the girls and the different people. It's kind of like my son, sometimes I'm just happy for him and excited for his life. And we left that night from her house and she was like, I'm so proud of him out of what he's doing, I was like, you should be doing some course yet. Alright, so I
just wrote there, which is really important. Sex is not my fuel. I don't need sex man. Like I was operating on obviously, dude. I've had three months, two and a half months of like massive love tank fill up. So obviously, I'm like, like, I had enough sex and all that shit will probably last me a little while that like it was amazing dude, she loved me, bro. Like, she loved me dude. It's deep while he was deep. So but the dangerous bro of getting so connected and attached and needy to it. Like power went way down. So um,
so this is the case you know your direction sex is not your fuel. I think you'll find the most guys who produce at a really high level sex is a very second third or fourth item on the list. Most guys are not actually predictable guys are working one on one guys working our kings Council group, you'll find that the most productive and powerful business guys. They like sex, but it's like three or four in the list. It's not it's not even close to one. It doesn't drive their decisions. Or watch single guys I work with who are divorced. They will push away beautiful women all the time. They're like women throw naked photos out and they're like, you know, I appreciate it. You should probably stop sending those pictures. You know, I got I gotta go to bed tonight. I got a big meeting in the morning. Yeah, maybe we'll see you this weekend. Maybe I won't but you know, you should probably stop sending those photos just because I don't want you to feel ever embarrassed about doing it like that. But these women these guys are like 4543 So they've kind of been through the gauntlet. Good. Sex is not my fuel. I know my direction. So let's talk about what's going on in the hot stack. Okay,
I'm gonna read some stuff to you real quick just to get this because it's just sharp.
Your writing, by the way is incredible. I think you could literally just publish your stacks by the way.
It's actually gonna be my book, my personal project, album, movie, book, app concert. I love that thing. That's enough. That's another story. Let's see. I love to write dude. Fucking love to write. So let me share my screen and I can just read this. Do you want to read it? Um, probably I could probably I'll just read it. Okay. Okay, wait a minute core for business. What do you strike What are you stalking webinars scripting and structure nuts stories. Why you triggered this next step. My last sales call didn't convert. This is my world builder call because he was still wondering about evidence, proof and recency of evidence. And this guy's literally he's been through warrior. So he knows the context. And he's like, Dude, I want to work with you. He has his business at 5 million. But he's kind of strapped for cash. He's given power away to his executives. So he needs permission for them to like, make big moves. But what did not occur is that he just wasn't framed up. I let I lead with the ATMs and like the M thing which totally opened him up and he's like, mind blown. He's like, wow, this is this is so thorough. This is so thorough. I love it dude. But it didn't sell so was storytelling self about situation. I've eight years of compelling, rich recent evidence of my expertise, but it's all over the place in chaotic therefore people are not getting a valuable coaching weapons or tools that I actually have. They're not actually getting like oh my gosh, I have the opportunity to spend a year with this guy. This is fucking insane. So excited, stressed, focused, grateful. Scott this specific thoughts. Dude, you've been hustling your ass off. You have you have so many results across so many industries. I mean, dude, even the last just sat with some consultancy meetings with two people. I did sales managers for the last week or last year in two totally different industries. And they're just smashing it bro. Like they're just like, Dude, we need to give you a testimonial because it's changed everything for us. And I'm like, great. So like 2021 recency evidence I have that no one knows about like, no one. So look, I went through the webinar. watched the perfect webinar secrets are I watched the I haven't fully watched the stack yet. Okay. I've gone through all your slides, the ones that you sent me or the one that you haven't watched your webinar yet, but I've analyzed how I'm going to structure it. So what I wanted to work with you on okay, there's a lot more words in there that basically gets a little like, your whole the potency and evidence is completely disorganized, which therefore your frame my frame is weak frames weak right now. So I haven't invited all these high players yet and I'm like, I felt exposed. Like I went through this big 90 minute call. We had a 30 minute call the second day to pitch him an offer stack is epic. $100,000 was like so much value I threw in a salesman or a mini version. I threw in some cool shit, even celebrity photos and blah blah blah. And he was still just like you know, he didn't try to make it happen. Let me see. Who was it? His name's Joey Guindy. Joe again. He did you know a guy.
I know Joey Joe isn't shield. Oh,
he is. I don't know how recently was warrior guy. He just hopped on a call
here. Here's what the scenario is. Joey. Okay. Jack, his dad runs a show. Oh, really? Oh, yeah. Jack controls all the money. Oh shit. His brother. His brother is an asshole who takes half the money that it takes same money that Joey makes? Yeah, but his brother doesn't do any work in a business. Joey's on site CEO trying to expand the brand of their dispensaries into four or five different locations at the same time. Wow. The last two years he's been begging trying to figure out how to get his brand to work.
Right. That's what yeah, that's what that's what was the most potent for him.
While going through complete and utter chaos with his wife to
Oh, yeah, we went deep. Okay, well, alright.
So here's the point like your call with Joey could have closed his dad has the money to fund it. He could get the money. The call that you get on with this guy, whether it's Joe or whoever it is, what is the call me to be about
where he wants to go and where he is where he wants to go. The pain in the gap in between?
That's it. So when you did, how much of it was that?
It was I took those eight little things. I wrote it down as 90 minutes. Okay, and I went through what's working what's not working across each one and there was like a problem with every single piece. Okay, cool. So you want to go to you want to go to 6 million this year. Alright, cool. So you need you need marketing here. You need videos here you need so I kind of like said the path to get there is my is this program. It's not just me talking to you every week. It's me, giving you some assets and us actually filming some stuff to take the whole idea of world building and leveling up. We went so deep. We went so deep in his his positioning and his branding and how he's like oh my gosh, dude, I see how you can take the differentiation who's pretty excited about it, but obviously,
no teaching. No more teaching. No more AMS. All that happens that happens in a pre shot video. Exactly. There's no M conversation in the sales about
the end of my hot stack is like the lesson was, yeah, I lean too heavy on the framework and not the outcome.
You lean too heavy on to your framework and not his reality. Exactly. So if you get that but the frameworks fuck the money, so that's good to Joey liked it right? Because he needs it.
He found a lot of value. I mean by the end of basically is basically a coaching session. Honestly, it's like wow, that's fucking amazing. I feel clear I feel seen heard. But it's all a lot of emotion.
And the key is it was a coaching call not a sales call. sales call. And coaching calls feel weird when you close. sales calls feel weird when you coach. Coaching Calls are about guiding you through my framework. sales calls are about me guiding you through your shit there they're totally nobody gives a fuck about your graphics, your images, nothing. Nobody cares about your fancy pants shit. The reason why he was asking for evidence, recency was because he went from in the motion we have a relationship we're coaching you don't have a frame on me. You're my friend to well, just try to put your dick in my mouth.
Yeah. Wow. Yeah. I'm gonna blow you dude. Yep,
just happened. So when we come in all that content, the first thing has happened is I need a good 30 minute shales, you mentary style Jeremy Finn les Dems movie. And I need some case study video in there from Sean Whalen from myself from Danielle. I need recent ship from your stuff from 2021 and before anybody talks you need to watch this shit.
Exactly. Exactly. That was the big thing. I was like oh my gosh, do people don't have the frame man. They don't have the frame between not having the frame and selling with the framework. Like there you go.
Yep, you got so this is good. This is good news. That's good person great job. You may or may not have gotten them even if you've gone that direction, but just because of the dynamic in it, which is dad controls money.
Well, and I'm cool. I mean, I was like look this is me. This is my first time really trying this out. So here we go. So we're they're closing out. I mean, I I would love for it to close. But it was like dude, we were I mean it was like broke. It was that that warrior kind of bro ish. Like, oh, man, I totally hear you. It totally. It strengthened the emotional frame but it removed the authority frame. That makes sense.
Yep, it did. Now when you look at what we did with warrior pitch, your movie was to do what what did your movie do? Prize friend? Yep. So it created the prize. And then we had an application. And the app then went to a coach sample Safi. What authority transfer, authority transfer and sale. That sale was a complete dick kick.
Exactly. Exactly.
Here was the vision. Here is the debt kick. So you got all the pieces in order now we got to get that piece like over and then when it comes into the call the calls all about them. It's not about dams anymore. No, they're applying find out if they can apply the EMS.
Yeah, yeah. Yeah, great first feet. I mean, dude
it's great. I love it. You did it. Like
it was deep. I was like, he I mean, I felt good, but you can't really pay the bills of feelings. But it did.
National Mortgage Yes. I'd like to know how to wire my feelings. See you
Yeah. Yeah, there's a lot of them. Okay, there's a lot I'm worth
I'm worth a billion dollars in feeling in fit coin, emotional. Coins and fee coins. Coins. But talking about feeling coins. Dude. Go ahead.
I what is happening though between training this on the mastermind and training this year, there is people are seeing themselves in it and seeing how it how it can really expand their lives evading improving the the ideas so there's a positive
spin. It's absolutely fantastic. Okay, you're gonna share screen go for it.
I'm just going to show you something. So I have this so we're building out. actually haven't seen this yet. Let's see how this works. See so on the flip side, I have one of my guys building out the the face or when they're on the sales call. Once they've gone through the thing. It's like okay, cool. Now this is how this is how it works. Let's see how let's see if this I think there's any music or speech on it for one year, cam or phases. Phase one initiation to foundation
and you're on a voiceover on this.
It will be yet but this I need to change some of the words so first we start with your outcome. How do we need to package and position you so some of these words need to change? Perfect. This is the whole like here's where you are here's where you want to go. Thing
You are here wow that I'll probably have to be a little more I actually haven't seen this yet. This is me just
looking away your team but together. Yeah, phase two
pack two positioning upgrade your parent or parents architect your prospects decisions. This is an interesting one. This is about really like okay, what's your whole through line? How many decisions they have to make to like, make a buying decision and we implement video across all of it. So
watch the video read the page, click the button. This is like an example of hey, the way we will build is we don't just talk about it but we go we do a shoot day and we film all this shit across your whole thru line. So that's all congruent. Looks amazing. It's beautiful. Oh, you some of you and they're
good looking. Or they're pretty good looking golf
is almost over through any event, dude, I even threw in paying for business rockstars for this guy as a bonus $10,000 out of my pocket and you still like Yeah. Yeah, baby. But huge value. People have used that to make money just just the interview. So I got to figure out the voiceover for this and make it make it clear clean up some of the so we do this thing. We do this thing on sales calls a video close. Oh, it's usually quiet. But it shows the whole process. So when people are like how am I going to see myself in it? They're like ready to go. It's like Alright, so now you want the details. We just press play and now it's like okay, here you are. And Jeremy usually says, Okay, here's where you're going, etc. That's why there's no room to Yeah, got it. I love it. I mean that's I don't know is what it is. It's cool. Progress just showing you that I'm doing this bro. I'm working on shit
crane. Can you great. Shall we look at that video that you just played out that video. can work. I have.
Go ahead. Here's a piece
to remember. The people the people are not going to buy based upon how how cool the design or how cool the frame is or how much information you have given them. They will buy because they feel compelled to this bigger future. That you're promising them not the how you're going to get there. The more you talk about how you're going to get there, the less valuable it's going to become. Like the more you talk about the house, the less people are going to buy. If you look at what we were doing with warrior back in the day, we were doing a webinar before perfect webinar was perfect webinar guys would show up to worry week day one and we say why are you here and then I got to share it with you coach. I don't even know. I just know I felt like I had to be here. Yeah. Yeah. How did you do that? Why watch video and listen to 42 podcasts. Exactly. And what's warrior? Ah it's like a I don't know. Here's my credit card.
Yeah, exactly. Why, who
sold the hat we sold? The what we sold the why and we sold the what? And they came invested to learn how you wouldn't even know worry because about
this new man on the other side. On the other side
accurate all this? Yeah. Who manufactured all this? You did? Show you were the original orator of the perfect webinar frame.
Dude, by the way, the whole like three shifting beliefs thing that's your step three and convert the mindset. Yeah, like where did he get this? Because I feel like this. We were doing this before he was.
Yeah, it was beautiful. I love it. It's Yes, it's a much better way to teach step three and convert mindset and strategic seduction for
sure. But anyway,
are the three stories you're going to tell. Okay, I'm
gonna share my screen again. Okay. See these are all the see from the notes that I took. These are my preferred Webinar Notes. So the name of the webinar I don't know yet but I think it's gonna be like five either. Three steps or five steps to eight figures.
Let's see the where's the story? These are all just notes so the the origin story is obviously is pretty straightforward. I have a frame on how I'm going to tee it up. The origin story is you know cross pollination man like Hollywood branding, and moving making with direct response marketing. That was like the big epiphany. And that was world building for the business for the world of business. The second is the sea. Okay, so secret number one or story number one after the origin was going to be the concept of world building come back
to the origin. Okay. Okay, what was the origin of world building?
The story itself because that's, that's easy to tell or the or the principle of it
or what is the story?
You said, Hey, we need a documentary for Warrior Week. And so I Googled how to make a documentary. And I applied all my four or five years of studying direct response marketing into this how to make a documentaries super simple script. And voila. The principles of world building were applied in movie format, but I'm like whole unlike keeping this the cons of the sales mastery and the world building thing like separate I'm trying to like, disconnect nektan Because secret number three is the sales mastery. So it's like world building category dominance. Sales mastery.
Okay, so back up. What was the problem that we had
people didn't get it, man. They didn't fucking actually know what we were all about. They saw it. They saw you. They didn't get the heart. They didn't get the feeling that you get the vibe didn't get the soul, or the seriousness or how high the stakes actually were for the for themselves and for how legit we actually were man. Right.
So that's our offer. Our offer was not working. Because it was not working at the level that it could work because we were selling a product and a service that only made sense in a world that we had not built in the minds of the prospect we were selling events seven eight guys at worry week. We were selling on Garrett's pure fucking fire. Yeah, but that was not going to work long term we knew Garrett was running out he was getting tired. More Moria was still two of us. I was running Subway sandwiches at the at the word week while trying to make healthcare do whatever we could to talk and make get the next group on Well, I mean, it was it was a duct tape operation the beginning but it was high level of duct tape and burritos and gear and I had many moments of breaking down and crying together about how the fuck we're going to make this work. And so we were sitting there Gary just moved to California. I just started working with Garrett about a year and a half before and I knew I had to do something to help this. I saw what the results were. I saw what the the impact had been on the 100 or so students or clients we had and I had no idea why we weren't converting better with our ads or videos, our sales pages like I could not figure out why we couldn't sell more. We had 1000s of people interested in the message we were offering yet the percentage of people buying was disgusting. I knew the answer wasn't just another sales page. I knew the answer wasn't an 18 minute VSL I knew the answer wasn't just spending more on ads. It wasn't another Jeff Walker. Sideways sales letter. It wasn't another Brendon Burchard content four part video series. It wasn't launching a podcast or dealing with a new YouTube channel. I knew it wasn't a software problem. It was a trust problem. So I sat sleeping in a server closet. Because at that time that's what I bought. I was worried they slept in one of two places the back of a blue pickup truck that eventually would get stolen and or in a server closet in this lady's house that I couldn't even I mean most sites I thought I was gonna get murdered for was gonna die of fucking heat exhaustion while the servers were in my bedroom and lying there in one of my sleep deprived sweat lodge
I have this epiphany and you think where am I having this epiphany for me? It was easy. Within a 90 minute period I did two things. I watched a documentary on Netflix. And I watched some of my favorite skateboarding videos and in between watching this documentary and then watching the skateboard videos, which was basically my homeschooling growing up, I didn't I journaled and I rode my skateboard. That's what me and my brothers do. We're really good at skateboarding really good writing. I sat there and all of a sudden I realized what our fucking problem was. Watching Tony Hawk throw another fucking push shove it yada yada Flip Kick whatever
the world I was in in these documentaries was a world when I watching skateboarding videos, I'm in the video. I'm not like watching the video. I'm in the video and I get that video because I'm a skateboarder who's part of that world of skateboarding. I love the documentary because I'm into making film and I'm sitting there and I asked myself the pivotal question what would it take for people to be inspired and transformed watching a sales video the next morning I woke up and I went for a walk right after I masturbated. On my favorite towel but hadn't washed in two years.
True I mean, it probably happened
so many times when someone does Oh, why'd you and Alex and I'm like watching you guys. I'm like, she has no idea who this guy used to be as a young man. I was like I love I love that. She has no idea because this new modern fucking rock star is so awesome. But what makes him even more awesome to me is just the humble being healing, homeschool dropout skateboarding server closet sleeping crazy person. So gosh. The next morning you go for a walk and you're walking down the street and you see another person walking down the street and you recognizing in your brain that we're not in the same world like all of us are walking around in our own world like I'm in my own world, this woman walking pushing her kids and Ladera Ranch in the in the in the neighborhood is in her own world Garretson his own world. But what was making it work from warrior was in fact the guy somehow wanted to be part of this world that we were talking about.
That morning on my walk. I realized that what we needed to build was the world of warrior.
A place where when you consumed our offers. You did it inside of a world that you traveled to and the journey that we took you on were the offers we made and the conversations we had made sense out of level they would not make sense in another world no different than if I'm in China speaking Chinese it makes sense. If I'm in Texas speaking Chinese it makes no sense. There are two different worlds world of Russia the world of Ukraine, these are not the same worlds as the world of California. There's more people in California than all of Russia and Ukraine combined. There's different worlds people all of us are operating in different worlds and all marketing is world building. And then inside these worlds, we offer up products, services and experiences that make sense to people who want to be characters in that world. And so I went to work and for the next 72 hours I sat with my laptop and put together what was arguably the most valuable and the most significant pivot of marketing, branding and business trajectory building. That Wake Up Warrior was ever going to experience. I told gear to me house at his Casita, where I eventually live for a period of time
I called you guys like I have something to show you. Ever it was a two week period, I was like bro, please, I need some time to put some stuff together.
And I said okay, and you shut up with your laptop and you sat down in the casita with me. And you push play. And then the first three minutes I was like, What the
fuck
is this year? I looked in Garrett's eyes and he was lit on fire. Like a bowl ready to run through the wall. And then moments later, he was crying. And so his eye and then we were laughing. And we went down a 30 minute journey I'd created that had us leave even the world we were in sitting in that Casita, and we entered the world of our customers, our prospects over the next five years, we would do over 65 million in sales inside the world of warrior and watch as our world of warrior birthed
other worlds inspiring a whole market
like lions, not sheep, Apex and hardcore closer. The Edge by Rao than lift Silis everyone copying the world building model
without even knowing that what what they were copying,
nobody knew what they were having. They just were doing what we were doing. Then.
We applied it to the KW styling and built the world of natural beaded rose. Or the world of the big money stylist and another eight figure brand birth itself another world born with 1000s of members and 1000s of people living in that world.
2019 I knew it was time for me to take this world building skill to the marketplace. But I had to do two years of testing to prove that it was possible and that it wasn't just a freak because of how skilled Garrett is or how talented and beautiful Danielle was. It's great. So for two years, I prove the core essence of the world building model. Some of you may have known this as sales you mentary it was a sample a taste. To see if one of the core assets of world building could actually stick in other people's lives. That other worlds could be accelerated with this one of three assets of world building and our results were mind bending. And I became the chief world builder for social media influencers, coaches and consultants. Politicians and established myself at the core of some of the most critical conversations
in the world of influence, politics, religion, finance with everyone knocking on my door asking me for the same thing.
Give us a sales you mentary not recognizing they didn't need a sales you mentary they needed a world in which they could sell
wow oh my gosh bro
and so today I sit ready to build my next worlds in collaboration with 10 world builders like Garrett like Danielle, like Sean like Tony bam, bam, bam, bam. The question is not whether or not you have been called to build a world. The question is whether you have the courage to step up and do it. My job is not to give you the courage. It's the act as a confidant, a consultant, a guide and a mentor to assisting you to do in 12 months. What took Garrett and I warrior seven years to pull off in 12 months. What many just like him took three to four years to pull off because after nearly eight years of perfecting the world building model it's now time to prove it with you it's a bad trade. Well, let me not put you on the negotiating team in the future. Like the negotiate Garretts route Rolls Royce goes for Cadillac. Oh my god, it's a Ford. Ford. That's what we got even worse than we were imagining. They brought a rental maybe I don't know is a Ford Explorer is a Ford Explorer. I had a drive in a Ford Explorer. Wow. Nothing like taking me from pi to downlow real fast
beginnings now. Wow.
What's up Sam? Dude, that is I just got so many chills, bro. That was something that was That was incredible. Okay, so
there's your origin story
plus a few other things. I mean, that's its own script, man.
Wow, that was powerful. Now you come into your three secrets. Yeah. Yeah. And your three secret stories. are now introducing myself. Then yeah, well.
In the third is like the top 810 15 People that have because it's like stablished it now here's a recency of yours. Yep. Pedro do all this. I mean, I helped him make $8 million dude. Like all these, you know, I'm like, here's how every industry I've we apply. This is one thing that is so difficult to try to measure or wrap your head around it. It's the sophist, you know, but here's how we did it. And here's and also and
here's you need to you need to keep everything high level and mysterious. Make up new names for things. Don't no one can assume they know what you're talking about. Because the minute everyone assumed they know what you're talking about. You're done. You and your current customers. Yeah. Then the sales pitch has nothing to do
with the how
the sales pitch has everything to do with their Wi Fi that's probably your best exam we need network him in a mega like right now to
Yeah, and what we're doing for him is amazing. He's loving it.
So now this frame right here establishes you now along this next piece we would latch on to this as your learned in earned yes, you're like okay, like what? What did it take? You know, and don't leave your last signs like no and now it's time to bring the world of world building to you. Now we're coming into the first frame and you're like to figure out just one aspect of world building. has taken me 14 years it has taken me 30,322 hours I have read over 432 books on direct response marketing Yeah, I get it just for you've got to justify the frame. Here's what how I learned and earned this now you sent me a world building now you're gonna before you tell me that frame. You got to learn to earn what you're about to share with me for the next three stories. What I'm about to share with you does not come cheap. Much of which I'll share with you in partnership with Garrett and Danielle required over $40 million of invested capital to prove
I mean these friends bro. Back.
Yeah not today to take things from a concept to a guarantee.
I'm also prematurely grade by 10 years also aged 10 fucking years to figure it out to in my face man Come on. Yep.
The darkness I had to go to to find it the number of days I didn't sleep in a row
editing contemplating raging the months of darkness the pits I walked. Yeah. Then I'm terrified a pressure of putting together aspects of the world.
Week after week after week as we built the building blocks literally being responsible to lay down the tracks hours before we showed them to the new members of the world of warrior
I remember those days man,
Florida, Jarrett. What's your status bro? I'm not gonna be able to export I'm not gonna be able to export.
I'm just gonna want to watch it.
I'm like, what? 15 minutes. Jared spent 15 minutes I know for two more minutes. 15 more minutes. And then we'd sit down on the black OG chairs and be like how to go. I don't know. We're gonna find out. I'm like this is always the exciting part for me. Push play.
I remember you one time you just like Yes. Like none of us had seen it. And we played the first stuff with Jim Stagg, and Jesse Joel's house and we're just like, yes, yes, we showed it man.
Super stoked. Alright, dude, this is you. You have got your you've got your original. Can you see how this changes radically? Yeah, narrative. Yeah, complete. Even if you took this you worked out the copy and did your typical Jair voice. Mc b roll game with Sean and me and show not tell in 10 minutes is the intro of the origin story. It's fucking overdue. Whoever watches this intro piece and now we go on to four stories and as you do and your same thing Mr. MC hanging out doing your kings kit. make shit up at three in the morning stuff. You got something here that you could put together by this weekend and be done by Monday. Ready to deploy? Yeah. And this is game over the next Feasel introduce is just falling just fallen Russell's. You're gonna tell the story about how you came up with the frame of world building in the ATMs. Then you're going to come out or you're going to take that to the inner belief issue. What's the inner belief that we had in dealing with you which is I had to begin to I had to create the the the world leader protocol, which was I had to position Garrett in a way to see himself and Danielle to see herself and Mark Jennison and to see himself as a literal leader of a world by putting assets and valuables back in front of their face. We had to repackage them, create a new identity no different than Eminem and Marshall matters. Dude, this is this is why the world building protocol brand protocol. Then finally our belief which was you know, it's it's oversaturated there's too many people doing it. I'm not I'm not a category one killer. And now you're like alright, this is why we created the what do you call it? subcategory King it's the category of one methodology and become between all the not even sales mentary sales managers not even like the pitch though. And then all of this doesn't lead to a slide sack. All of this leads to an application and between the time they apply and the time you meet, then we send them another piece, which is we send them the details of what the game is all about logically. And then they come into the sales call and there is no logic it's pure emotion and close
boom Yeah. Boom dude, what? Come on man. That was
they say who's more cat who's the most powerful man in the world, the world builder or the guy who guides the world builder?
The guy who guides the real builder man.
I don't know I don't know if that's true or not but they've definitely got a lot of Red Bulls around my office so it'd be can be i Dude, you got shoved off to the races now this is a good start.
Oh my gosh, that was something else Thank you.
You're welcome. You needed it. Yeah, well that that was you were supposed to get all that that just came through me so and that's basically word for word fucking Ido shell
that's the sales copy bro come on. Wow, wow. So one thing I want to plant a seed down and just think about because I know we both got to go. I want to do the warrior con for sales movie just to do it. No money, no anything. I just want to do it with you and work on it and collaborate on it and just get it launched whether Jeff unless Jeff has you know Shabbat Shabbat a word con for If so, it's gonna do convince into the virtual where you're calling for with a few people or whatever. I just I know that you're making some moves. And I'm just like, I just want to collaborate and just fucking do something. I know you have timelines and you have an issue with my reliability because I do have an issue with being reliable. But on a come come with some sort of plan to just like just in me to be like that thing needs you needed support that initiative. What I
think you would be the best that is instead of you doing it, you consulting on it with your guy who I'm talking to on Friday. Okay, cool. So you be the vision around it because you got all the insight or rather you like jump a couple hours of frames and content ideas and angles that have worked then have you actually in the trench trying to do it for yourself because you got other stuff I want you to focus on. So many of us helped. Yeah, it'd be awesome. I'm meeting with him on Friday. To discuss these these five assets I need shocks I got nobody on team now. Nobody who can do any of it like no shooting no video editing. Dude, I messaged Daniel and I was like Daniel, stop bro. We offer some contract work. He's that guy retired bro. I was like Congrats, man. He's just doing my little business having fun. I was like, okay, dude. Well, good luck, man. I'm proud of you. With the launch after five years. Well,
yeah, okay, off direct. I just,
yeah, I'm gonna do a unity direct. So much as I just want your wife to help him in what we're talking about with perspective, because, you know, you have timelines and ideas and assets from stuff we've already created you created that could be valuable to him to help him get him up to speed. So yes, I would accept that. Part from you for sure.
Okay, dun, dun,
bro. optimal ratio. I love you man. next caller let me to brother great work. Bow Bow. I can I get
