just, I guess, just desperately wanting something to shift my business or from a place of, oh, I want to learn something new. And, you know, I know this is the right next step for me and for my business. Also, I think keep, you know, keeping like coming back to a place where I I connected the vision that I have for my business and trust that it will come together and also know that it might not look exactly like what I imagined it to be and that it's okay. But trust that, you know, the the vision that I have is possible and what the practices that have helped me continue to move towards that is even if I'm taking small steps to continue to take consistent steps forward. And that helps me to, you know, keep the momentum going. And also to, to focus on doing the things that I know, help me be in a headspace that is conducive for me to take action. So for me, that's, you know, obviously Yoga is a big part of that. So that looks like movement that looks like more intentional rest. It looks like meditation, it looks like continuing to learn about the things that I care about, and that I'm passionate about. And, you know, as I was sharing with you earlier, like, I still need to remind myself that the ups and downs are still part of it. And part of what, you know, I, we move through, both in life and in our business. So what I think has really changed for me is allowing myself to do things differently, and giving myself permission to do things differently. And knowing that, just because something works for someone else, it might just not work for me. And it's funny, because I you know, I share that with my clients who are moving through different types of life challenges, and to really like trust that what works for them is what works for them. And not just because something else works for someone else. It's okay for it to not work for them. And we can work together to find something that works for them. And I guess the other thing is, you know, finding that balance between effort and ease in my business finding, and discerning the times where you know, I have to put effort in, and what type of effort I have to put in, and the times when I need to let go more and not be so focused on pushing harder and trying harder. Which also ties into you know, one of the key aspects of practicing yoga is, you know, always finding that balance between putting efforts and finding ease, putting effort and finding ease. So I guess to finish off a few words, I guess, of advice, I guess, for for our purpose driven entrepreneurs, is to know and trust that your vision is important, and it needs to make its way into the world. So what this work with Brock has really taught me is that I need to find a way to keep moving forward in a sustainable way. And even if it feels really slow, which it often does for me, because I'm someone who likes to, you know, move fast. This has really taught me to change things from my perspective. So I can find ways to keep moving forwards because I know that if I stop what I want to bring into the world is not going to happen from I guess, in the way that I will bring it into the world. And so I believe that's true for all of you that all of the your visions and what you want to bring into the world is really important. And so, you know, finding ways to support ourselves so that we can keep moving forward, I think is the most important thing.
