You can get signed up at the bottom of our page, and just make sure you put in your state, and then you'll get on that list. We are trying to get together at the end of this week. Even if we can't all do it, I will patch some people in. We need to re record that entire episode. And I'm just so disappointed, because we really did put in a lot of effort and lessons learned. You know, we're I consistently say we do this in real life, and we've learned that in real life, we don't know how to do a multi person episode when we're all together. So next year, we'll work a little harder to make that happen. We've learned from our mistakes. And you guys, this is amazing. I'm just going to bring you some stats. I have had a very busy week, and I haven't really put out much content at all as my kids have gotten into their full after school activity routine. And a lot's going on with my family as I care for multiple people, and it's it's just been a lot, and so I haven't had a chance to really post this past week, and that means that our most current episode hasn't been listened to as much, because when I don't post and I don't remind you guys that there's an episode you guys don't listen, which is okay, I get it, but we hit that 100,000 mark well before today. Right now, as of this recording, we have 101,525 downloads. Which feels almost impossible. I am a speech pathologist, just like you. Two years ago, I was in Disney World with my family, taking some time off. I was a full time college professor, and I knew that some posts were going to be dropping the next morning, knew we might get some likes or loves, and was not prepared for what happened in the weeks and months and years to come. I am no longer a college professor. I have been growing my endoscopy business, and have been very privileged to be able to make ends meet enough that I can do these things to Fix SLP from home, I have watched multiple states over the last two years become open to clinicians without their their CCC, whether that be through Medicaid changes or actual licensing requirements. I have seen Blue Cross, Blue Shield make changes. I have seen AAC companies make changes. I have looked at universities plan to open non CCC tracks. I have watched you guys send $5 a month to support our back end expenses. And these lawyers that I meet with at this point on a weekly basis, I'm really hopeful sometime in the coming weeks or months, we will be able to bring one of them on at this point, it's not time yet, but I promise it's coming, and I just could have never imagined that this is where my life would be, and it's because a lot of us care enough to make change. And this isn't Jeanette fixing SLP. It's not Preston, it's not Elizabeth it's not Mikayla, it's not Alexa. It is all of us making the changes that we want to see, because we don't wait for change. We make it. If ASHA is not going to fix it, fine, we will. We're taking this profession back. We are increasing access to care for the people we serve. We are getting our autonomy back. We are saving money. We are proving a point to Big Daddy ASHA, and there is no stopping us. I have been saying it for months. I could go away tomorrow, and this thing isn't going to end. The gates are opened, the secrets are out, and SLPs are ticked off, and it still blows my mind. How many people find us every week, every single week, new people are finding us who didn't know the things that we all know now. I was one of those people. I was one of those people two years and three months ago, who was like crap, the CCC isn't a license, it's a certificate. And we've had the wool pulled over our eyes for my entire career, for the decades before this. How did we get here? How did this happen? People need to know, and there's still more people that need to know, you guys. So keep spreading the word. Consider becoming a sustaining partner. If you're able at $5 a month, or if you drop your membership this year, or your CCC, consider sending us that money this year. We make sure every single penny goes to our back end expenses and our legal fees, which are increasing every single month. We are thankful to the people who have been walking beside us to offer us promo codes and now sponsorship so our team can get paid even just a little bit for our time and efforts to make all of this happen. All five of us just feel so lucky to serve our profession in this way. And we cannot wait to see what the next month brings and the next six months and the next year. I can't wait until September, 22 of 2026 to come to you guys again and celebrate some more. So we've had giveaways all the way up to this point. I'm gonna save the winner. We do have a winner for our bingo. Thanks to everybody who entered. We're gonna wait, make that person wait a little while longer, and I'll announce it when we re record, mostly because I didn't look at the name before, before I sat down here. So we're excited to give away when we finally record this episode, this celebration episode, a year of free. PDH, and CEUs to speech therapy. PD, thank you to them for walking beside us, and everybody who has gotten in you this I'm just without words. So anyway, here's our quick update with what's going on in Michigan. Please listen, especially if you're a Medicaid state. If you are a state that still requires Medicaid, or you are a state, there's three of you left Rhode Island, Delaware, Nevada. If you are a state that requires the CCC for initial licensure, pay attention. We are moving mountains in Michigan. All right, guys, enjoy. We'll see you next week.
