All right, so, um, the don't so the Niatonin is going to do basically everything but the specific repair of the GABA receptors and and replete you can't magically replete the GABA. And, those receptors appear to be fixed by L theanine. And then you got to, you know, throw in GABA so you don't feel crazy until they are repaired. So what I even and I think we all have some kind of degrees of neurotoxicity over the life course from mainly, say, pesti... pesticides and foods that kind of do the same thing as IVM just mini version mini, mini rate of it, um, and say we've taken hard drugs, even THC, not by itself, but, if you smoke a lot of weed it can...it can allow the CNS to keep in pharmaceuticals over the life course more. Um, so you know, and food I mean, the food from the toxins really the toxins from the food, really. So what I do, I got this L-theanine and I take 400 milligrams L-Theanine and I just did one so far liked it. 400 milligrams, L-theanine, 750 milligrams GABA. I don't know if you need that much GABA, but, I don't think a little extra could hurt. Like, and I'll take that once a day. If you have this, if you have the severe, if you know if you have the symptoms of the IVM neurotoxicity or suspected, I would do 400 L-theanine and maybe 400 GABA or 500 GABA and do that like twice a day and do that for like three to six days until you start feeling better and better and better. Once you feel like that's... that's gone, that the neurotoxicity or any issues like that are gone, then start the Niatonin protocol.
