So, in this episode, this is the number four in our summer replay series. And today, I'm going to be talking about all the ways that Hating Your Body and having low self esteem manifests in your life. Because I found this interesting as the longer that I've been doing this stuff, the more that I am like, oh, okay, well, that is that's that's like, low confidence. That's, that's, that's because you don't like yourself that, that that is happening or you're you're feeling like that, or you're behaving like that, because you don't like yourself. And that is not quote unquote, normal behavior. You know, like, if you were to like yourself, then you wouldn't have to be dealing with these things. And, and people didn't realize a lot of times people don't realize, because they're like, Oh, well, this is just, you know, I always felt like this. Is it possible to not do this or feel like this? And? And the answer is? Yeah, you know, yeah, it was someone who's just doesn't think much of it about the body or, you know, as in, it's not, you know, the thought of their body is not running through their head, you know, a lot throughout the day, or having lots and lots of negative thoughts about their body.
