I am Reverend Erin-Ashley Kerti I think Pat you're new to me and then violate you and I have known each other for bed,

we've done some stuff yet.

Yeah, we've done some stuff. And so I'm a professional psychic and energy healer. I have been doing this since 2011. And I got started in it because long story short, I had a bit of a near death type experience. It wasn't the classic one where your body is dead but I got really close to death. And I couple months before the diagnosis I saw in a vision knee in a hospital gown that feeling peaceful and I don't associate hospitals and the feeling of peace. You know those two things don't really go together in my mind. So then a few months later whenever I actually was in the hospital. I didn't have that gown on the first couple days. But on day three, I got a shower. Yay. And I got this new gown in this gown was the exact one in my dream. And it was the day I was diagnosed. And the doctor told us later after I was stable, that if they'd waited another 24 hours they only would have found out in the autopsy. So yeah, yes. And the fact that I was able to relax through it may have saved my life. Right because it was very dangerous and stress would have made things quite a bit worse. There we go. So that's kind of how I got started in this. It took me another seven years before I actually was willing to high to except that it was this that I was psychic and I could do this professionally.

Did the experience awaken your psychic gifts or were you aware of them but resistant and suppressing like

classroom? It was more that they were already there. And I wasn't sure that I believed in them, even though they were already there. Yeah. So it was more of a slow awareness that I am not just observant or I don't just read faces or body language I'm actually psychic and that that took some time because first I thought I was good at body language. And then I have this cool test that I got to take where they show you body language and facial expressions and then you you tell people what they're feeling. And I did that and got 90% of them wrong like way where I did way worse than what I should have done even if I just guessed. So it's like okay, that's not it. And if I did a few more things like that, and then it dawned on me. No, if I close my eyes and ignore all of my senses, I get things that are more accurate than if I tried to use my senses to understand what's happening around me. Wow. Yeah. And that's how I've opened up if you will, to the awareness of what's already here. Does that help answer your question? Violet. Fantastic. All right. Now that I think everyone who can make it live is here and we're gonna do a quick introduction. I'm still Reverend Erin-Ashley Kerti. So who would like to go first and introduce themselves?

Like how do you want us to introduce our name?

Yeah, name, career if you want to share you don't have to and why you're here today.

Okay, I'll start. My name is violet Clark, and I live in Western Massachusetts. And I'm a musician and a mom of five. And kind of as I started out as a bit of a scholar of religious studies, but my Empath stuffs kind of kicked off and I guess I would say I'm Claire. Cognizant, like you know, but you don't know why, you know, I don't hear things, but I, it's, I first I thought it was kind of a party trick. How I could just pick up on stuff, right? And I just knew, I didn't know why I knew but I just knew and as I became more aware that I had this ability and like, I was kind of like freaking people out. I didn't want to freak people out. I wanted to help people and I wanted to try to harness it. And so it's kind of this like, I'm just learning. I'm like in Driver's Ed. Ed, I can do energy work. I love cards, tarot Oracle. I love all that stuff. But it's still just like you like it still feels sort of like, this is a party trick, right? And one day I'm going to be exposed, but I haven't been exposed yet. And I've helped a lot of people I've I've helped adults and children's through energy work. And energy scanning, but it's like I still a little bit have impostor syndrome because I don't feel fully I don't understand the mechanic the spiritual mechanics of like, why am I able to do this?

Yes, the why I want to be able to Yeah,

the why like I want to be able to have ownership of it. And I feel like because I have a mind of a scholar. I kind of want to know the mechanics and really feel empowered, and not just like this is crazy, right?

There we go. Hi. I'm Pat Sunday, ha Haas. I was originally trained in interior design. And I know imagination is really key to opening yourself up. So that was a great grounds for bringing in visualizations and things. And then I was given a functional ebook and I studied Fung Shui and did Fung Shui for 20 years and recently and I was with a closet company and I left after five years in April. And a man who does channeling said you need to be a life coach. Well with the Funch way I could look at the energy, kind of like people do with Tarot cards, but I would look at the grid with the cycle numbers and I could interpret and then things would happen that I predicted six months before for clients. And so every year they come back for a new updated report. And so I'm having a bit of a challenge. I just am leaping into this consulting and spiritual coaching without having goals, just allowing and he I thought he told me I was Claire sent him. But he said you get flashes of information. I can put you in front of an audience and you'll get information for anybody. And so I think I need a definition between what you're teaching and teaching. So that'll be helpful. And I just finished my website enlightened manifesting because I got a hit to teach manifesting about a month ago. Wow. And that is so exciting because I've studied all the different religions and things and how people create things. So law of attraction in the universe. And so it's just really exciting. But I impostor syndrome, something right. Letting go of something that was so comfortable to just step off the cliff and trust is what I'm going through right now. And I'm planning to be certified on it's kind of like a It's cognitive life path where you help people go in and find their joy. And then I'm also being certified for infinite possibilities with Mike Dooley in September so that I can teach all of that as well. So I'm just in this transition. So thanks for having this today. I'm excited.

Well, thank you for being here. Yes, I'm delighted to have you and yeah, we'll talk about the definition of players and what how I personally define them and what you will tend to see in the industry like kind of what you can expect. I'd like to define my terms, because since we don't have a codified, organized definition in the industry. I just, I wouldn't I went to science first and then I became intuitive and intuitive, right. So I like terms being defined. Wonderful. Thank you for being here, Pat. I think the flashes of insight I tend to categorize as clear cognizant, so you're in the right one for that. But we'll talk about the distinctions and when we start the teaching portion.

Can anybody hear me talking? Yes. Oh, that's good, because I can't seem to get my picture up. So I apologize for that. I can't seem to get my camera working. So apologies for that. I guess I should introduce myself. I'm Therese. I'm not a teacher or anything like that. It's more because of the timing of your workshop, arriving ribbon karate and also because what it really helps me with something the flashes I have, they tend to come into my own life. My life tends to get quite cluttered and things like this often do help that the thing that caught me the most about this one was I had just had a flash and then boom, your workshop notification came in. And the thing was, that was the bit you were talking about the Cognizant hangover just in that space. And I thought, yes, it's time to I guess you would say honor this. It's time to not just have because this is the thing when you defined it, as you did, I realized that is the very true difficulty of it for me. It's like the Red Sea parting and you can see right down to the bottom, but then the weights close over again. And quite often. You will. You will redefine your actions then by what you think you should do. And of course, then you have to go right back over again and reprocess everything.

that's very well said very well said and I'm excited to have you because this is going to be you're also someone who I've connected with online quite a bit over the years but but importantly I can't get my Yeah, you're just fine. I have impostor syndrome defining the Claire's and is there anything else that you're just like, eager to make sure that I talk about um

Yeah, sure. I just want to let the ladies goes first. So I'm Austin. I'm Turkish but I live in the Netherlands. I started this journey when I was 16. It started when I was bored. I saw a term used energy and I was like, what is energy? Let me Google this. It was way back in the days when everything was still not so advanced as this. And I joined psychic chat server and a lady immediately messaged me and she's like, You get great hands. I'm like, is there a camera? Can you see me? I said what do you mean she's like, You got natural healing hands? Am I okay? You got my attention. I don't know what it is. Because I'm still learning English learning the internet. This was 16 years ago, by the way. And what happened was she she didn't teach me she just sparked my interest sparked my interest. Someone else started to coach me and teach me and I had also impostor syndrome. Yeah, because I was helping a mother that had constant suicide thoughts. But her only reason of living was her three special needs daughter. She's like, if I die, nobody will take care as good as I do. I helped her for six months, and she transformed totally. I was like, No way this is not real. She's just fucking with me. And I should refer to another friend. She had a chronicle back pain. I helped her to and I was still like, No fucking way. I believe everybody else believed because I didn't believe I kept working in it until 2020. But I kept helping people through anonymous service kept supporting them. I questioned religion. I wandered around all the all these things, looked around loved energy, mysticism, Kabbalah and all that thing. And now I'm not actively promoting. I'm just here because it sparked my interest, but I don't promote in my business, I need more science system based.

And then I'm going to teach from the worksheet. That's That's how we're going to kind of do this today I think. Well, only because I'm I did speak before but I'm I'm here now I found a way to get in. And best if you call me to raise. I just use harvest sometimes because it goes with my email. And it's the time of year I was born and things like that. So again, I'm Therese. I'm not a teacher or workshop facilitator I'm actually what's known in the UK as a support worker at the moment. I work with disabled people, disabled adults. And I'm a mum. And as I was saying, it's really about figuring out how to honor the insights when they come so that I'm not forcing myself to go back over things and have to reprocess them. And the moment kind of avoiding that and the timing of your workshop, as I said, really came through exactly right for me, just on the hangover point. Where I was able to well, it was your words. divinity can give you the flush of insight, but you're right. We're poor human play. And we often go by rules that we've inherited, or that we think other people will accept us fine. And we just kind of don't listen to something that comes from it, you know, despite how strong it is. We're not able to implement it to to manifest it fear I guess, I suppose and and other things. So it's about it's about for me hopefully furthering my own spiritual development in order to help other people as well as learning how to work with it.

Wonderful. Yes, you're in the right place. We'll definitely be discussing. Implementation like anyone who who's followed me for a minute knows I'm huge on implementation. One of the things I say your psychic kit is not complete until you have an action step that you know when it's done. If you can't check it off the to do list you're not done with getting the information out of intuitive hit form. Right? Otherwise, you'll just be stuck. And sometimes it is something a little more amorphous, like contemplate something or shift your perspective around something, and that's okay, but you still need to know how do you know when it's done? Okay. Fantastic. Anything else to add? Before I start going over definitions of Claire's?

So can we all see our nice little pretty worksheet over here? The psychic mechanics for psychic geniuses. Okay, fantastic. You'll have this for yourself as a download, so you don't have to worry about all of them. But I do find it easier to just kind of have something on the screen. So clairvoyance is clear vision. I like to keep things simple, and I always tie it to your senses. So we're looking for the internal visuals. Some people also see orbs in the physical dimension. A lot of people don't so don't worry if you just see a little blob of something in your inner eye or inner mind. But that's just fine, right? Like any visual at all is going to be fine. It refers to seeing things in the form of visions or pictures. They are almost always symbolic. Not always, almost always though. Very rarely will you see something that's literally going to happen. Most of the time you will see something and then you have to extract what it means and turn it into plain English or whatever language you prefer to speak. And then you know, do something with it. This one whenever you're first starting out is easy to dismiss because you don't get a clear image. But even an impression of colors or swirls of any kind can be important with clairvoyance. People who are clairvoyant tend to see solutions in their mind's eye. The primary learning style is visual so you have to see charts or see it in some way before you can remember it. You prefer visual presentations over just words and tend to be visually oriented. Right now remember, these are tendencies. These aren't always the case for everybody for being general here intentionally. Excuse me, sir, audiences clear hearing. And so anything that you hear with your inner ears, or even from the external environment that's intuitive in nature is going to come through Claire audience. Some people have distinct voices where they can hear different tones, different voices for each thing for each spirit guide and their internal ego versus the soul versus logic, etc. Some people only have one voice and it sounds the same for everything. That's me. Whenever I get clear audience information, it sounds the same as every other thing inside my head. It does not sound different. So I have to pay attention to other things because it's it's more nuanced than just be audio for me Clairsentience is clear feeling and clear feeling refers to both sensation and emotion. So whenever I talk about this, so it can be anything like tingles on the skin to a warmth in the stomach, to feeling emotions, whenever other people are in the same area. The way I differentiate. Being an empath is a type of clairsentience. So being an empath is experiencing other people's stuff. As though it is your own. And Clairsentience is a more broad term for all of the information that comes through the sense of touch, or emotion. Does that make sense?

Yeah, Okay, excellent.

People who are clear sentient often get a gut feeling about people or circumstances. So remember, we're looking for sensation whenever we're looking at Clairsentience primary learning style is going to be kinesthetic for most people. You prefer to roleplay or be physically involved in the learning process like if you have to tap your pin to learn or you have to move or jiggle your leg. There's a chance that you're a kinesthetic learner and therefore likely Claire sentient then, and you tend to have trouble sitting still. So is it for every player sentient, but a lot of us struggle with sitting still, right? It's not our, our strong suit. Okay, and then Claire cognizance is clear knowing now for me whenever I'm talking about Claire cognizance, I mean, that sense of knowing where it feels almost like memory, and the sensation that may be there or a feeling that maybe there is certainty, it should feel like confidence or certainty. Now, technically, we can call this a type of clairsentience. I don't, because the that sensation of certainty comes with the knowing and it's attached to the knowing and that's how we know we got Claire Cognizant to get Does that make sense? Yeah. Okay. Now, when you get an intuitive hit through Claire cognizance, you will tend to with just know when you can't explain how you know, and depending on the person, it may feel a little bit like you're downloading, like, you can feel your background processing and you're just waiting for physician to tell you what you know now, and it can feel like the information came from out of nowhere, might pop in your head. The this homework with Claire cognizance really is that sense of knowing that sense of certainty. That's the key to it as far as I'm concerned. So, with Claircognizant We are generally looking for folks who seem to know the answer to questions without knowing how they know. Right? You just know what the answer is. You can't really trace it, your thoughts back because it didn't come from logic, it came from somewhere else. ideas and solutions kind of pop in your head from out of nowhere, and they may or may not be related to whatever you're talking about, but they kind of work and that's fun. Clear cogs tend to have analytical minds so you know, whenever violent you were talking about being really analytical and having a scholars mind, that's what I expect, with Claire cognizance. Wow. Okay. We can be for better and worse. A little bit of noodles. Yeah. Right. Like it's a personality problem sometimes and it's okay, like it's not a problem necessarily, but we do need to manage it so it doesn't interfere with healthy relating. And then as a child, you can be a bit of a nodal some of us still as adult. I'm a Leo so you know, no one's getting away from it. I'm just wired that way. Do we have any questions about the Claire's does this help clarify where I stand as far as definitions etc.

Fantastic. Yes. Good.

I have a question. Yes. Okay. So I'm relating to all of them curious what if so with my the case, if I'm working with somebody, and I scan their energy, I will visually often see absences of energy or like collapsed energy, you know, I'll see it. I'll see things in my mind. Now is that a, and I will also I totally resonate with the idea of downloads, yes, like the download of information. And sometimes, you know, you have to like, Rush and grab a pen and be like, Oh, my God, I'm getting so much information right now. But there is a visual component as well. And so would that be clear because I've never Okay, good. myself as a clairvoyant person, but I do see,

congratulations, you're okay. Just like we have different senses in the physical body like we can see and we can taste and we can touch most of us will have more than one psychic gift. Many of us will have all of them, but there's no wrong answer. You only need one to get everything you need. Right. So it's not necessarily better or worse to have all of them or to only have one. It's just about honoring what is present for you. So whenever you're looking at the chakras you are perceiving through clairvoyance and clear cognizance what is happening and if you're getting any sensation or feeling in the body as well, then that is clairsentience. And if on top of that you do hear like the guides telling you something about what your client needs to do, that would be clairaudient. A lot of people who are professionals will have layered experiences where the more you work with your gifts, the more you'll notice the subtleties how it's coming through clear cognizance and clairvoyance and Claire audience, right. At the beginning, I like to piece them all out. I think of it as training, like, kind of like you go to the gym and you target certain muscle groups. At this workshop. We're targeting the clear Cognizant muscle. We're teaching that one, but you may be using more than just that to get the intuitive information. Does that make sense? Does that help? Yeah. That's fantastic. Great question. Okay. I'm going to talk about why we get impostor syndrome and I'm going to talk about the anatomy of an intuitive hit, if you will. The anatomy of an intuitive hit is pretty simple. Think of your body mind right your conscious mind can only process and Experts disagree on the numbers and I don't care. I just choose the lowest number and then I go with that. And then once they have some science settled on it, and they actually agree, oh, go with whatever they say. Your conscious mind could only process about 20 to 30 bits of information per second, right? So you can be aware of what's comfortable or not comfortable everything that I'm saying and a few other things. But anything beyond that and you're going to start getting taxed your subconscious processes about 10,000 bits of information per second. So it's a much more efficient processor than the conscious mind. And then the unconscious mind river welcoming not only what's happening mentally, but also physiologically over a million bits of information per second. Now, we don't need to know all of this intentionally or consciously because I don't need to know the exact pH of my stomach right now. That's not a helpful piece of information because my body is taking care of that for me, which is fantastic. Thank you, buddy. I appreciate it. Same thing with a lot of the other things that we just don't even think about. And the trouble with getting intuitive hits is that they come through the human body mind, right like Congratulations, your spirit that lives in a body and the body mind is where you're going to receive the intuitive hits. So it's going to filter through the body mind. The way I like to think of it is kind of like a satellite right like we have a bit of information it hits the satellite, which is our body mind and then the body mind has to take that little ball of information and turn it into something that we can recognize, which means it has to extract it and give it to us in a way, the conscious mind in a way that we can do something with. So the download is one way to do it where the body mind says oh, we will create certainty and give the knowledge right that's the body mind processing whatever it is that you asked and once it does that, you know you will get the download. You will have the visual or however it's filtered or the sensations. Now, if you have a complex answer from spirit for something that you asked to come in an intuitive way, then it may take more than just a few seconds to extract all of the information from it. Have you ever had intuitive hits where it's just like what the eff am I supposed to do with that? Like thanks but like what the hell right? Yeah, yeah, seems he's still does not go away. Whenever you become great at this. What happens is that your human mind will still block you if you have any resistance to whatever that information is. Right. So confusion is more of an indicator of resistance than it is of lack of intuitive insight. Okay, so with Claire cognizance, there are three types that I really focus on and the first one is pre cognitive information. And this is where you know what's going to happen before it happens. Now, the dream that I had of me and my hospital gown is a perfect example of a pre cognitive vision. I saw I'm not sharing anything on the screen right now. I'm just lecturing. I got a little question back here, but I will in a minute. So good question. Now. I do forget to share sometimes. Okay, so we're, what was I just saying? When you were on a doctor's office? doctor's office? Thank you. Yes. I thought it was going to happen. That's pre cognitive vision. I thought before it happened. I knew it was going to happen. It came through clairvoyance and clear cognizance. I knew it was an intuitive hit and I knew is about the future. I also saw it so I saw it through a vision and direct knowing. Right, so two gifts, one intuitive hit. And the second one is the download. This is what most clear Cognizant information is. I kind of categorized flashes of insights and downloads under the same thing. I'll be honest, because the download is your body mind processing. And then a flash of insight is the same thing. It's not really that different. It's usually just the individual processing more information versus something that is just a little bit less information between a flash of insight and a download. That's usually the only difference there. And then the last one is clear, cognizant, channeling, and channeling. Again, you can do this multiple ways where you can do it through clear audience you hear and then you try you can do it where you allow a spirit to sit inside of you and go through you. I don't like to do that for anyone who is new to this work, just because I like your conscious mind being fully present until you really know what you're doing and you can really navigate the other realms, then once you're there, if you want to allow something to if you want to channel something that way, by all means, until then, you know, I prefer clear audience or clear, Cognizant channeling where you're focusing on what you know. And you're writing what you know and you're letting it flow while connected to either your higher self or another being that you are allowing to give you that sense of certainty. Does that make sense? Yes. Okay, fantastic. Okay, yeah, and see which one are we going to do next? We are going to start with the voices in your head. We're going to do this a little bit because I'm going to have you do some Claire Cognizant work. We're going to do some channeling a little later. Right. I'm going to teach you how we're going to do some channeling and but before we do it, I want you to understand how the voices in your head work. Right. So if you've wondered, why do I have so many voices in my head we're about to answer that for you.

Okay, can you see my beautiful google doc right here? Yes. Fantastic. So the voices in your head I like to categorize all the different things that we have now this is focused on Claire audience mostly. But as you work with Claire cognizance, you'll notice other guests filtering through. So I want you to be aware of them while you're focusing on Claire cognizance. You don't have to dismiss them. You don't have to ignore them. You just want to make a mental note that it came through auditory senses, rather than that sense of certainty. Now I I have identified four what I call poser voices, like the voices that come in and you don't really have any need to listen to them unless your intuitive guidance is leading you to it. I like turning the volume on those down and then I like to increase the volume of to others. And you'll notice that you probably have more than just those voices. You also may have rental voices, or the voice from society etc. I don't put them in here just because it's so different. For each individual, but I highly recommend that you explore them as you go. So the four posers are ego logic, wishful thinking and past programming. And if you'd like why is wishful thinking, a poser? We'll get there. Wishful thinking and positive thinking aren't the same thing. So ego is the fear Gremlin. The way that I define it. Now remember, we're not going into psychology right now in psychology, it's defined a little bit differently. Here. We're defining it as that protective entity, that is a bit of a fear Gremlin whose job it is to protect your physical body mind. And there's no problem with having an ego we're supposed to the dying because you're crossing the street and not looking where you're going is just not necessary. We have egos and we don't do that. However, it should not be driving your body mind. Right? It should say look both ways before you cross the street. Not never cross the street again. Okay, so that's what you want to keep in mind. And so anything that any voice that comes from fear that is only about keeping you safe, is a voice that that you want to be a little bit suspicious of and kind of look and see if it's ego or not. And then if it is ego, is there a real threat that you need to address or is this just stuff that you don't really need to deal with? Right, you can just gently ignore it. So it will say things like, Who do you think you are? And you're going to fail and be humiliated. Now what is it trying to do? Is it trying to be mean or abusive? No. It's trying to protect us. Like do you have a question? No, that's just like,

I know you've said that before, but like it really clicked. Like, sometimes we have to relearn.

Yes. Always. Yeah. And so this is it's you take it for the checking, right? The ego says something and you don't say Oh, I'm gonna ignore it. The ego said it so therefore I just throw it out. If you want to be alive you need the ego. It's good for you. It just can't be in charge. Logic. Another one great to have don't want to be in charge all the time. Right. And people who have a logical life where they check off all the boxes, generally are not fulfilled when they reach the end of life. That being said, with there's a place for logic in our life. we don't want to ignore logic, we want to utilize it effectively, and not let it run the show. Logic is the voice that's reasonable that's based on past experience and information or data that's easily accessible by the mind Now, keep in mind, we're talking about data that's easily accessible by the mind, not necessarily on Google, right so it's going to feel like logic to it if it turns out it's not actually logical at all.

NP to help with your ego when you need to. But again, this is one another one that you don't necessarily want to be in charge because if you have logic in charge, you're not really focused on TrueNorth. You're just focusing on what has worked in the past and it's not very growth oriented. Does that make sense? Totally. Okay. Yeah. Wishful thinking. Wishful thinking is fantasy based. I love it whenever it tells me how to make my Oh, nope. I don't love that. I spoke too soon. It just highlighted all the other things it doesn't want me to. It wants me to change the syntax anyway. It speaks to what you want. But when it's wishful thinking there's a sensation that you don't have to do anything and nothing has to change for it to happen. That's the hallmark of wishful thinking. There's a sensation of checking out there's no action, there's no energy that's required. It's just going to happen and it's gonna be magical and you'll just flow into it. And it's not that the universe doesn't show up. Whenever you ask. It's that you also have to show up. The actions aren't always rigorous. It can be something as simple as go check your mailbox and hey, there's something good in there that you like right that happens. But if you are tuned into wishful thinking without action, you are in a state of being out of alignment with physical reality. And when you're out of alignment with physical reality, you cannot create anything accurately, because you aren't perceiving reality out here. At least whatever you're creating is going to be different. Whenever you're done with it. Imagine trying to bake a cake but not using

any flour. Right?

You'd be like, I did everything the box said. And my cake is terrible. It's like Yes, you did everything it said except for use the flour. You almost had to write. We've got to start with how physical reality is at this moment to the best of our ability and then

we can get to where we want to go.

Wishful thinking you don't have to do the report. You'll get promoted anyway. Things like that.

You know, it's not that important. Yeah.

past programming. This one is super fun. PASS program is simply what you've been told by society or your parents where you believed at a certain important part of your life that is not out of the body mind yet.

And this will

this can show up in so many different ways this can be about the way the world works. That is incorrect. That's you know, leading to wishful thinking. This can be know the, the thing that keeps coming to mind is the way women are taught about our weight and appearance. Right? Like that's what's coming to mind. It's like, boring. I'm tired of this already. Let's do something else but programming society has programmed most of us, too, want to be a certain size and to look a certain way and we tend to feel that gap. And if we haven't done that programming, we tend to feel some type of way about the fact that there is a gap and that's just past programming. Right? Yeah. Make sense? Fantastic. Reverend Aaron,

past lives. I was in general I refer to this life for it. But it's I have seen cases where it can come in the form of past life. So if you've been persecuted in a past life, for being visible than it can show up. So there are cases of that

I I've actually had about 15 past life regressions. Oh, every time I do it when I get stuck, and it reveals what was done then and I look at that and go oh, well, that was in a past life. That doesn't apply to now and boom, my whole life changes. I mean, what I've been striving for instantly moves me forward. So I've feel I'm extremely influenced by past life programming.

I had Reiki and during the Reiki session, it was right around 911 And I got the stewardess on the plane that was being stabbed with the 911 and the Reiki person told me not to go watch TV and she did kind of a healing as if I was feeling that stabbing I was feeling her message of she didn't want to leave her children. It was so painful for her to not be there for her children. And then shortly thereafter, I went to the gas station to fill up my new form runner and it I pulled out from the gas station installed in the middle of the street call my son and he said did you use the green pump? The diesel and I went oh, probably I think it was green. So I was still kind of in that trance. So what what is that actually called? Which which other ones are

listing? Well, these are for for the thoughts that we have day to day, then it's going to be for that specific experience, but I would what you're talking about is not being grounded after a session. Because what happens whenever we're doing this work we tend to go into the upper chakras. And when we're in the upper chakras, we have a lot of access to intuitive information. But we're a little bit out of step with physical reality whenever we do so. And so once we are tuned into the the energetics part of completing whatever it is that we're doing is coming fully back into the physical realm. Right fully present.

Now

what you're talking about there is closer to mediumship where you're connecting with the spirit of someone and the fact that they don't really want to leave their loved ones behind. That's mediumship and during that time, because it was such a big deal, especially in the US and it was it had a lot of us very hard and a lot of different ways. It's likely that the woman who was stabbed was reaching out to you and trying to get help with whatever you can with her journey. Now. She's likely very well passed over passed on on this at this point. But yeah, that's mediumship for

sure. Well, a question then is, what do you do with that information to actually reach out to the family to share that information you got? I never did. Was that something that is more a responsibility of what

our gifts are? There's different approaches. My approach is I don't tend to share unless I've been explicitly invited or it's really really heavy on my heart to share. And I tend to recommend people don't unless you know, you have the invitation, because you don't know where they're at mindset wise and honestly, after a tragedy of that caliber, there's probably at least a couple dozen psychics who are getting the same message message and probably reaching out to the family to and that's not necessarily good or bad. It depends on the family, but usually it's not appreciated by the family and our culture. Gotcha. Thank you. Yeah, it depends and everyone has a has their own experience here. I just really am careful about passing on messages. Because I believe we can perceive quite a bit more than what we can do anything with or about, frankly, and if I felt a responsibility to communicate everything that I got for every person who I've gotten information for, I'd never have a chance to do anything. Okay, so intuition, this is your connection to the divine, your higher self. All that is if you enjoy connecting with spirit guides, this is what you'll be using to do it. The intuition is how we connect with information that we don't have available with our

regular census. Right.

So it will say things like, use bad news, stay away from that job looks good, but it's not right for you. Right. It's usually kind of short and sweet if it's going to say something audibly. You will tend to learn the difference because there's a gentleness to it most of the time. If we feel panic with information that is almost certainly anxiety. True intuitive information, tends to come with a sense of calm, even if it's genuinely distressing information. There's a sense of calm and peace that comes with it. Whenever I got the image of me in the hospital in the hospital gown, I had a sense of peace with it. It wasn't just an image and then panic. Oh no, I'm 19 and going to the hospital that sounds not fun. It was I saw the image. Madison's peace. The piece didn't make sense to me. I woke up and yeah, I did not have a sense of peace when I woke up because that only lasted for the intuitive hit. Right. And then spirit guides these are the non physical beings that we connect with, generally through the intuition that helps you navigate the maze of lies when they talk to you they're not judgmental. So if you're getting a judgmental entity that's not a spirit guide. Spirit guides don't judge. They rarely use terms like should and if they use the term should it's very unlikely it's not with this intention, you should must or else it's in order to have this thing. This is the next step. So you should do it. You know, it's like it's an if then statement this should belongs and be then this is the next step. They come from a place of love. So again, remember love isn't always soft and fluffy, if they can be a little bit bossy and truth tellers right that they might hurt your feelings but it's still coming from a place of love. They don't usually hurt your feelings, though. I mean, you very usually good enough at hurting our own feelings. Our spirit guides don't have to help us. So. All right, any questions? Does this make sense? Like though? Okay, fantastic.

All right. I have one thing that I was wondering about when you were talking, it's not okay to guess about on intuition, because I had a very

clear

download that something was going to happen to my son. But I just knew that it wasn't gonna happen instantly. And I spent months watching left and right every time we crossed the road, wondering when this was going to happen. And then if you did, he's fine now, but it it was. It came in in a in a rush of anxiety. And then I had to kind of

hang with it. Oh, I see. Okay. Yeah. And so it came with a rush of anxiety. And then a flash of insight and then you just knew

Yeah, just just knew but not when I had to hang with it until it

finally happened. About how long between when you had that anxiety ridden flash of insight and then the outcome

approximately two months.

Quite a while. Okay. There's two possible explanations. The third one that I like people listening to is instinct. Instinct is the body's intuition. Intuition is us using the physical to connect to the non physical, right instinct is whatever we're using the physical to connect to the physical. So instinct. Maybe where you got that information, or a mix of intuition and instinct, because instinct is how your body mind reacts to different parts of physical reality, not your thoughts, not your feelings, but the actual. For instance, if you're around someone in you feel anxious when you're around them, and they aren't feeling anxious, you're not you're not impacting that emotion. Then your physical body is saying there is a threat here.

Right? It was, it was a random accident. This is the thing.

It wasn't okay. And that's a heads up from the universe. Okay, right. You're rarely going to get information that comes with a sense of anxiety and certainty. But if it comes through like that, it's so you can prepare so that when it happens, you can be the calm one handling, whatever

needs to get handled, I suppose thinking back on what I said, it's possible I'm nearing the anxiety in retrospect, it's more like I'd had things like that happened before and then later they'd happened but this one because it was related to my son. Maybe I am Miss remembering the order of anxiety as such, but it's just the fact that it it came through like this is going to happen and then having to hang with it, as I said, for about two months before the random accident happened. And then it was finally here. The situation was finally there. Except in the moment when it happened, it's probably because it happened and it took about a week before you actually had time to process Oh my God, that's actually it's it's yeah, I couldn't be missed from remembering the size it arriving at the same time. I've

got to be clear about that. I guess. That's just fine. Whenever you do have something that's about the future, this is a pre cognitive. Right? And so you knew something that was going to happen and since it's not desired, it's normal to have anxiety about it. So depending on whether you got the hit and it was common, then you started having feelings about it. That's probably like, but who knows? Like I, I didn't live in your body for that. So you know that you would know better than me. And even if it did come with anxiety, it's rare enough to have those types of preparation insights, that I wouldn't worry about it because the Hallmark was that sense of certainty. It was happening. And that's just kind of the way it was. Sometimes you can perceive a way to shift things out of it. Other times you're just being prepared for for a future reality because your presence will be required during the emergency.

Sounds more like it actually yes. Being prepared for something except I guess it's apparent I attached anxiety to it possibly afterwards.

And of course,

I like the phrase heads up. I think that's good. It's like I'm on your side. Although you're going to feel anxious about this, but I'm still you know, that heads up kind of thing. The universe is on your side.

So the thing Yes, yeah. No, and I had a she wasn't even a client. I went to a workshop before the COVID shutdown started. And this lady came up to me in between sessions, and she was like, Hey, I just had this vision months ago and it keeps happening and I want it to stop which is she just started saying, I keep seeing my family members cross a river and a dream right before they die. So now anytime I dream of a river, I know they're gonna die and I don't know what to do about it. I just want to make it stop and I was like, Okay. This beard from the other sides are telling you that someone's about to cross over, right? They're about to be welcomed on the other side. Whenever we cross over, depending on a lot of things, most of us will be celebrated by the people who are already on the other side. And the meetings that are on the other side. But those of us that are left behind. If we have a heads up, we can kind of position ourselves right is that same type of Heads Up awareness. Once she understood that it was a heads up and it was just an awareness so that she could decide how she wanted to navigate it and maybe position herself to make it easier for everyone else. She handled it quite fine.

Right so yeah, we do get those

fantastic instinct. I don't have it written down yet. I'm gonna add it because I like I've been thinking about it for years trying to get the distinction between intuition and instinct. But instinct is all about the physical body's response to the physical world. And the more we're present, with our physical bodies, reactions to the reality, the more wisdom, insight and clarity we're going to get in all areas of our life. I'd like it and you still want to be aware of where that instinct is coming from because instinct can be driven by other things where our mind is out of balance, because we're believing things that are incorrect. And so our instinct is to avoid the things that might cause psychological harm. Even if, once we go through them. We'll have insight that is very valuable. Does that make sense? Yeah, yes, that distinction? Yeah, we're still human. We're supposed to be human. We're supposed to be in these bodies, right? Whenever we cross back over, then we can have the disembodied experience of just being pure spirit and pure intuition. Okay, excellent. So we're gonna start talking about channeling was decide how I want to do it. Okay. Does everyone have something you can write with? Okay, excellent. And you can type on your computer too, if you prefer whatever is most convenient for you. Yeah, I type on the computer I'd rarely write things. I can't read my own handwriting. It's not happening. Um, yeah. So what we're going to be doing is I'm going to run up through a little bit of a relaxation, meditation, and then we're going to connect and then we're going to do three questions. For you to just go with the sense of certainty you're going to write down what you know. Right? What you know to be true, you're looking for that sense of certainty. And remember, the Claire Cognizant hangover. Oh, I didn't talk about that yet. The Claircognizant Hangover. Just a quick overview. You get a sense of certainty. With your intuitive hit as a cleric hug. Congratulations, you get certainty. In the way that spirit recognizes you, right, the level of confidence that spirit or your Higher Self has in you as a physical being you get that for about one second. And then you get back to your normal human levels of confidence. And if there's a gap between how a Spirit sees you and how you see yourself, you will get energetic whiplash, and you will start to notice all of the places where you feel insecure because you feel super confident than Super not confident and the mind is left wondering, why do I feel insecure? And if you give the mind a question, it will look for an answer. So it starts looking for why you're feeling insecure. And let me tell you, most of us can find a few reasons to be insecure. Right? Super fun. That's sarcasm for everyone. So if you notice Claircognizant hang over while we're doing this, just be like, oh, yeah, I got it intuitive. That's it. You don't have to make it anything else. You can make a little note if it's distracting. I felt the Claircognizant Hangover, write it down and then move on. Right acknowledge it. Okay. Yes, I feel insecure. Yes, I suck at everything. Can we get on with the question now? You know, don't take it seriously. Just you know, light hearted. It's just the body mind trying to figure out and intuitive. Okay. So whenever we do this, we'll do a meditation. We'll tune in. what as much as I'd love I know. Yeah, trying to be realistic

your stomach gently.

And just allow yourself to gently close your eyes and bring your awareness from an external source

to an internal source

with each breath and allow yourself to breathe and relaxation, peace and presence with each breath out, allow yourself to release anything that brings you away from the present moment. So any little thought that flows through just let it go? Let it drift by like a cloud in the sky

and as you continue to focus on your breath, allowed yourself to imagine a beautiful light through it ever since comes naturally whether you see it visually in your mind's eye, feel it or simply know it's there. Just allow this beautiful

light to be there

and feel as it

touches the top of your head.

This light is a relaxing beautiful golden light that melts tension and stress. Feel as it comes down the crown of the head and the temples and that tension

band around the head. Feeling as those muscles relax.

Feel as it goes over

your forehead and over your eyes. Feeling each of those muscles relax

it goes further over the face

over your cheeks and jaw feel is those little muscles relax and go slack

this beautiful light goes over the chin and mouth

over the front of the throat

and feels it starts to go over the chest and shoulders. Gently relaxing all tension and the stress that it touches feel as it goes over the arms and the forearms. releasing any energy that needs to be released as it flows towards the fingertips

and bring the

awareness back to the golden light on the chest and feel as all the muscles in your chest relax

as it travels over and down

below as it goes over the stomach and all the organs relax creating room and spaciousness.

This light goes over the stomach and over the hips and guys relaxing and releasing content the energy

of replays and touches.

Feel as it goes over goes over the knee lifts gently over the shins and over the feet. And all that energy goes through and out to the toes and into the air

and now that will take that same light and will do the back. Allow yourself to be aware of this light hitting the back of your head and neck with this beautiful energy and feel as all the tension that's in your neck and shoulders simply relaxes

as you relax more and

more deeply.

This light travels over the shoulder blades and down the back. Easing and releasing

all tension

it continues down over the lower back and the barracks

releasing tension

and stress as you feel more and more deeply relaxed

feel as it goes down the back of the thighs

behind the knee

down the back of the shins

and calves

over the ankle and heel and over the bottom of the foot allowing all of the excess energy to release and drain back

into the earth

and now in this beautiful state of relaxation. Allow yourself to visualize

a beautiful set of stairs.

These stairs go up and they are a celestial staircase that lead to your

Sacred Garden

and at the count of 10 you will be in your garden and you will be able to connect with your spirit guides or your Higher Self

whatever feels best to you.

With each step up, you will feel lighter, more relaxed and more in tune with all that is one to allow yourself to release awareness of the physical ground. Three, four feel as you get lighter and lighter. By six feel as you become more connected to joy and love and ease. That place of joyful stillness within you

seven eight

you can feel that you're almost where you need to be to connect. Nine you perceive the door one step ahead of you. And once you reach it you'll go into the garden where you can connect

if you haven't already, allow yourself to open the door and go into the garden just welcoming all what ever is

present for you.

This garden is a space where you can do any spiritual work you desire. You can visit here as often as you like. And you can connect this way or any other way that allows you to raise your vibration and connect to who you are. Take just a moment to breathe and the beautiful peace and serenity that surrounds you letting yourself become into the joy, stillness and feeling that all as well.

And now allow yourself to welcome in either your higher self or any spirit guides that you wish to bring forth. And simply ask them to show up to guide you knowing you may see them or you may not. When we reach one you will be present in your body alert and you will have an easy and relaxed external focus.

Whenever you're ready open the door and start your way down the stairs. 10 Nine allowing yourself to keep all the beautiful energy and vibrations that you received while you were in the garden. Eight Seven allowing yourself to become more present with the physical body

of your fingers and toes,

the feel of your breath

allowing yourself to be present in your body mind as best you can.

Three, to

allowing yourself to feel the surface beneath

you support you one and now if you feel

like all of your energy is flowing through you and inside your body mind system, allow yourself to open your eyes and resume external awareness and if not push any access energy through your feet into the earth you should feel call alert and present with the physical space you were in.

nothing. So no, that's perfect. Okay, let's talk about that for just a second. So whenever we're focusing on clear cognizance, right, like it's going to come through whatever way it comes through. And whenever you have nothing, there's a sensation. And there can be an image to nothing. So did it feel like was the answer literally nothing, quote, unquote, or was it a perceived impression of nothing? May I ask?

It's like being able to see the words

in Okay, good. Good. So good. So that means that you don't have to search for any answers. You have everything you need, right? That's it's a very reassuring thing. To receive. That's thank you that Tina's did it feel reassuring.

It doesn't always feel reassuring whenever we get it. It is as you said, when it tells the truth, it can be

I was playing a snake game before the call. So but it was alive and it was like rolling out of his shell. And it was surrounding me from the nominal area up to my neck and then under my armpit up. Snakes often represent transformation and change. Kundalini energy is often described as a snake. So it could be Kundalini rising, it could be representing transformation and change. The fact that it was wrapped around the physical body rather than inside the physical body, it makes me think that it is not Kundalini but rather a reflection of your shifting the external world through heart centered change. I've done a meditation or how should I put it? Yeah, guided meditation that you sent previously, and I found the accessing of the garden. Much more straightforward this time. But the garden itself has patches of blackness. In it with only certain items appearing.

Yeah, that just means you're not very clairvoyant. That's what mine looked like for a very long time. I didn't perceive much like I'd see a bush. If I was like, I would like to go somewhere nicer and I'd see a bush and then a bench and barely and then I'd sit down. It's like, well, this feels fine, but I won't see much and then you know, things would happen. But it just means that the Clairvoyant piece isn't as strong. It's nothing to worry about. Good question though. Because if you are not in a high enough vibration, trace, this is a good thing for you to keep in mind next time you play with it. If you are struggling to receive the answers. Yes, so I have one. When I do guided meditation, for others, I used to do like years ago, I don't do them anymore. What I used to do, they got very clear, because I support them the journey but when I do it for myself, I'm like stuck. Sometimes I see like Allah everything at once and suddenly I see like only one part that is like okay, that's only

the part I see. Here is what whenever I'm doing a guided meditation in this type of setting, I usually just describe what I perceive. And I just say it out loud most of the time. At this point, since I've been doing it for 12 years, I now have you know kind of a script that I follow. But most of the time I just describe what I see. What I'd recommend for you is just creating a quick prayer beforehand and asking for it to be shown to you the same way it's shown for clients. My guess is whenever you are meditating or guiding a meditation for clients, your energy probably creates a certain openness and expansiveness to hold space for them. And I'm wondering if your energy isn't narrowing too much and not holding enough space

for yourself? Does that make sense?

That completely makes sense because when I'm working on myself, I go with one intention and I want to go as deep as possible to get the origin. So I do narrow down and not expand.

Yes, when you're focused on root origins, what I find to be helpful if I'm meditating forever at origin is I start I usually write it down on a note card, right like I have there everywhere in my house. There's no service that I sit that doesn't have some note cards next to it because I use them for everything. But I write down my intention on a note card so that I don't have to stay focused. And then I stare at it and then I do expansion first, and I call it all in and then I say it again, and I let it refocus naturally. And so that way you have the expansiveness and that you've created the space but then you still snap into the focus and the deep dive that you
