Thank you for joining us. So in this video we're gonna talk about fully immobile people or dependent people. In the first video we talked about active and second video we talked about semi-active. And now in the third video, with me I have Joan and Ellie from Home Care Shop. So Joan, maybe you can explain to me, what are the individuals that are categorised as fully dependent or immobile?
Immobile that means is bedridden, paralysed. So these are the wheelchair suitable for them.
Okay. So you can explain more about the features and how this equipment can help immobile people at home, yeah.
So now this wheelchair, we call VIP 2. So, this one can detach for the footrest.
Okay so it would help with. The purpose of it is to help with transferring?
Yeah, easy for transferring. And then the armrest.
Okay so this is to help with, let's say -
Yeah. No blocking for the transferring. And then this one can decline.
How back can it go? How much can it decline?
Uh, this one is the 30 degrees.
I see . So, that's the maximum.
Yes. So once you want to release the pressure for the front stomach so we have the other features is tilt the angle 35 degrees.
This is to help relieve the pressure on the stomach?
Pressure, yeah. This one another feature is anti-tipper. So, to prevent you go backwards. Because for the safety purpose once you recline, you want to feel secure. This is the feature. So we have the headrest for the person to rest and feel comfort.
Is it movable? Like you can adjust it?
Yeah, adjustable. So for those all the features. So how to close the wheelchair?
Okay.
So we put back the armrest and the footrest. This one- remove this. And close the wheelchair. So this all the features of the wheelchair.
So, thanks Joan for explaining about the features of the wheelchair for- especially for immobile people.
