we're
talking
about
a
concept
that
we're
starting
to
think
about
asynchronous
schooling.
So
here's
where
it
starts
trying
to
figure
out
what
we're
going
to
be
doing
for
schooling
going
forward.
And,
you
know,
and
I
really
think
how
do
you
pick
out
a
lot
of
the
overheads
of
schooling
so
they
started
on
their
first
class
in
our
school.
Beautiful.
Prop
after
class,
especially
for
New
York
point
that
they
get
to
pick
the
buffet
of
classes
that
they
want
to
take.
And
then
they
take
those
classes
and
they
learn
and
they
can
go
into
more
more
advanced
pieces,
or
they
can
go
into.
Or
they
can
feel
that
and
go
into
less
of
that.
So,
here
is
what
I'm
thinking
about.
Hey
Tom,
this
is
what
it
as
opposed
to
three
kind
of
a
supplement
to
that
as
the
main
offer.
I
think
all
you
need
to
do
is
bolt
some
processes
onto
something
like
this
but
we
need
to
do
some
mapping
like,
here's
the
things
you
need
to
learn
and
here's
the
curriculum
around
it.
There's
some
social
elements
that
you
need
to
get
included
in
their
different
projects
or
different
pages
that
could
be
a
little
bit
more
than
just
having
somebody
Superman
hope
to
be
able
to
work
with.
I
do
I
do
believe
me,
learning
does
not
happen
with
one
human
being
who
may
or
may
not
be
an
expert
on
a
topic.
I'm
sitting
in
the
front
of
the
room,
and
everybody
else
sitting
and
learning
from
personal
learning
happens
in
the
front
of
the
room.
And
so
what
you
know
what
the
classroom
where
the
teacher
is
on
the
back
and
the
students
are
in
front
of
him
just
giving
it
a
shot
and
presenting
their
work
putting
their
stuff
out
there
doing
projects,
starting
to
pick
up
stuff
out
there.
And
then
that
stuff
can
all
be
done.
Right.
Right.
And
the
synchronous
part
is
to
put
together
videos
to
share
the
fact
that
they
are
messing
around
with
this
anybody
who's
interested
in
this
topic,
love
to
have
a
conversation
about
it,
have
an
amazing
day.
