So I want to ask first because this is actually my 10th day on the job in the office, but I managed to talk and I mentioned my goal was to talk to 1000 people in 100 days. The portability aspect is actually quite easy because Quebec is always looking at Canada, and pension experts. One of the things I would say is that we're trying to change the conversation to instead of being Yes, buckets to guests, because I think that's part of what is trying to develop friends and coalition's it's okay for responsible development, because we can say yes, the environment is important, but we have to be worried about other people's yes environments. But we have to be concerned about affordability and choose to enter. Yes, because a remote environment can provide security and energy affordability we can do all of those things. And I think we can do better than anyone else. We have to first assess your we have been in the lead on every measure when it comes to looking at reducing greenhouse gas emissions concerned members of target to reduce emissions 45% of methane by 2025. We're already here succeeded in that. It comes in office of we were the first to put in industrial pricing of co2 emissions through what was that what is that called our to program. We also created major investment in carbon capture utilization storage and it turned out to be incredibly decision for sites but a major investment in just about us projects. there's there's so many issues they're talking about. But let me talk first about the approach that that we're taking with our recovery oriented system of care. We just happen to be talking about our folks there because they understand about this latest crisis is it's different than ones that we've had before. To do I mean, I think it is our job, that if we have a area that's going to have massively more traffic and they need to build an underpass, it's going to cost I think like $20 million to an engineer that that we should be able to participate in that. well, there's no there's there's plenty and one of the things I've just noticed over the legislative session is going to be starting in a week's time from speech happening next Monday. We are always looking forward to having having you identify areas that we need to focus on where we know that there is a red tape production issues that work on a value telling you every time somebody brings forward a policy and it looks like red tape, we always make sure people are aware of what their account could be and we take that seriously. The last I guess the the other big thing is that we just stepped forward together and I see this as well. So the municipal leaders want to speak to us as well. We really do have to work together to address this housing issue. Because we have such an advantage already. Because we live in any one of our of our midsize cities as well as one of the two major cities. And we have two international airports. We've got multiple economic hubs that gives us more flexibility to be able to keep on that growth. And so when I look at St. Albert, and we'll do as examples, and then people tell me that they're average time to get permits approved is five days. That's pretty impressive. And I make sure that I go around the province and sell digital business licenses and 3d development permits and three government permits that's the thing. Everybody's out. Thanks you.
