My most exciting and most in this is like this like it could be even McGregor does that a fight again that's how excited I would be I'd be so excited about like getting to see them fight again not because like the fight just like the excitement of it. I'm like dude, you know all the UFC fights that'd be the most exciting for me to see again. Get in and have my conversation with you today about where you're after your amazing deep dive journey is like you know getting it's like it's like the the highlight of my Tuesday and I got a lot of the cool shit going on today too. So bro Welcome back. Welcome back from the 72nd dimension.
Thank you I'm alive. Buck dude. It was brutal Garrett. It was tough man. It was two hours and 15 minutes of struggling and fighting and some miraculous beauty and then some struggling and wanting to play and not letting myself and feeling like I need to roll my sleeves up and get to work and it was intense. And then I did the work and you know, Caden leaves tomorrow morning to head out there and and and you're in these different little apartments and Wendy drops in first I'm waiting for the first medicine to start to kick in before they take me back to the bed and lay me down and then drop me in and get to watch her go under which was incredibly beautiful like I did last time and this time was just 180 degrees different than the first two times and I want to I'm cautious in saying too much to you because I want you to be able to have your own experience and and and so I'll say this up front and I know you have a great filter. And I'll say this to my cop Meyer and anybody else that goes to just completely surrender. And I had I can show you I have two and a half three pages of ask this. Talk about this find out about this do this this how do I do this that how's my health rate of one to 10 What can I do to get into a 10 and or anything more I need to look down and did it did it it did it did it did it did it did I'm basing off of my first two experiences thinking well, but that's what I did my first two experiences and and my soul had a completely different direction to take me in and I can take shoe you can fight it you can do whatever you want and is if you get if you'll just remember to just surrender to whatever the medicine is telling you and you because you already told me and I don't know what they are. You're like I'm gonna take I already know I'm gonna take care this this this and you may like spirit you may like I'm not gonna say you won't. But if there's a hard left turn you're really good a hard left turns you taught me this, but I fought those hard left turns in my journey and and so I kept looping and coming back and and the facilitator doesn't you know, come in and try to guide you because whatever experience you have is perfect for you. And I wasn't I enjoyed the whole process. It's not like but I got frustrated. Myself and I haven't gotten frustrated before. And the facilitator doesn't come and try to help you change course direct correct or not like that, because whatever experience you have is the most beautiful, best experience for you and and so I had that experience and I'll of course go through it with you and then Patrick Donahoe was on property. His wife didn't come this time. She went the first time with him. So he's across the yard, the lawn and over a little Woodbridge you'll see him and he tags so so I go for two hours and 15 minutes 30 minutes prior to the end of my two and a half to two hour and 15 minute, Jimmy who was my guide come over and said hey, cuz they can pull your earphone off and interrupt you and then you can drop right back in if you want to if you gotta pee or something like that, which is cool to know and they'll explain all this to you. But he comes over and he says, Hey, your sweetie is ready to see when you're ready and I'm like, I'm like real clear. I'm like, I need 30 more minutes. I got a few more things to unpack.
And Wendy and I had this agreement that we want to go as deep and as long as we personally possibly can and then if we come together individually great if we don't, we'll still come together and be in the medicine. It'll just be wearing off and that's cool. Because it it can last like a full 24 hours of really filling the medicine you can drop back into your experience and stuff at different times after that. So we so so then I finish up my jars in 15 minutes and then he comes and gets me and I go and when when he actually came into my room and we talked for maybe an hour or so. And then we were we were done and we have that recorded they have recorders in there we talked for you know a good hour or so and it was beautiful and amazing and and then we go in the kitchen and and Jimmy and Maggie who were there we had a husband or not a husband wife, we had a male and a female because when did I be in male, female, and they had left and we're there in our apartment and you have Wi Fi and Patrick text and he's like, Hey, can I come over? Like yeah, come on over. I check with Wendy and we're like, yeah, come on over. We're totally in the medicine. And we're in a little apartment as we have this little living room and Patrick comes over and it was just the three of us for the next three hours and they was awesome. may feel like man was someone else. You may want to be totally by yourself Jimmy or Virgil suggest that if you're by yourself, take advantage of being by yourself and just like go deep and allow yourself to continue to have the downloads and get the recorder on and journal and do whatever and really take advantage of of that time being by yourself. But it felt right to have Patrick come over and we had an amazing share and thought process and he's wanting to love on me and put his hand on my shoulder and be close to when you and I and it was just beautiful and amazing, a super cool experience. And I recorded about two hours of that Hawaii with his permission of course and I sent it to him. And that was really cool. Because he talked about his journey he couldn't remember a lot he hasn't and frankly Garrett I couldn't remember a lot of mine for the first time. First to Wendy and I was telling her all about mine and but this one like I just remember being frustrated. I remember feeling like not being able to drop in like fully like I did the first and second time. But I remember a few things about it. Wendy was able to drop right in totally about herself. The first time was about Caden second time a little bit about her a little bit about Caden and a few other people and and sometimes that can be deflecting when it's all about somebody else and not yourself. Yeah, but again Garrett whatever happens for you when you go like I could spend the I want we're going to talk about my stuff but I could spend the rest of the time just being excited about you going so like what the fuck Garrett gonna get? Even when you talk about like, oh my god, like we got Caden come we got caught my oh my god what these guys gonna get
right you guys are like you guys don't make the shaman you're like the shaman grandparents. Watching all of your grandchildren go off to go off to wage their souls battle.
So yeah, but and Virgil explain. I've had a couple of calls with Virgil since my experience he's down in Costa Rica with his wife but he said for anybody new just like sit back like you're watching a movie, like one of your favorite movies. You're just watching it and you're just experiencing it. That's all you got to do. Garrett. Yeah, that's all you get to do and your experience because if you start fighting it, it'll, it'll, it'll put you back on track and you can you can trust in the medicine that it's going to guide you exactly where you need to go. And it did for me. I didn't see it at first. But now that I've unpacked it and I turn the recorder on So Patrick, Wendy and I had that experience for two or three more hours. We went to bed at like 9pm We journeyed to 3pm went to bed around 9:10pm woke up to a both windy and I hadn't eaten anything all day and even that night you're not hungry. You got tons of food and fruit and everything in your fridge and all that you got full kitchen. So when you do get up and feel hungry, you'll have plenty to eat and we get up and we're laying in bed together and we just start going off like like It's like sources just coming through the ceiling and through our body and I turn on the recorder and I get about an hour's worth of understanding of my journey. Oh wow. And it was beautiful. And Wendy Wendy not this time at the time before she's in the shower and it like it like startled or that it was so strong. And she just let it flow. And come into her so be open to that Virgil. The next morning he gives you a recording via email that you'll open up and you'll listen to it it'll tell you and remind you of all of this and I my math but you they give you these really cool IMS where you can open your eyes and it's still dark and and you'll bring that home and you'll be on the fly there'll be times where you'll want to put it on and continue to get the downloads and and I feel like I'm about 80% Today I feel pretty good Sunday. I was way out of it Saturday definitely out of it. And we had the delays from hell on our flights get home we were supposed to be home at 132 o'clock Saturday. We got home at 3am Sunday morning. Oh geez. I know. Right. It's like the worst delays we've ever had is because of snow in Denver. But yeah, and then Monday I just gave myself permission to just you know a little dizzy and a little off and I'm feeling a ton better today when did the gym sweat and all that kind of stuff. So yeah, I fought it. I'm looking at my notes here for a call today and fought it I told myself to surrender. I wanted to play I wanted to play a lot and you're gonna love this because this is part of our conversation my experience of getting COVID Just taking everything so god damn serious and not allowing myself to relax a little bit. But I kept I kept wanting to play I kept wanting to do all this shit with my hands and just relax and play and then and then. And then I and then I would do some work and I'd ask myself some questions. You know, I asked myself about my health and I scored myself a seven but I couldn't come up with anything that I needed to do I start doing or stop doing and I even told myself I'm like, Dude, you're a healthy man. You exercise eat well, you sleep good and take your supplements, you know you don't need to look at anything more with that which was really cool to hear. So here's here's some of my bottom lines and I still have unpacking to do I have my call this afternoon with Rod ha who is a person that follows up on your transcripts and helps you go through them all. I got to finish up I have my name one done. But here's some of my conclusions Garrett and and I'm gonna preface it by saying I'm excited to share this with you I'm a little nervous but not nervous because I know you love me and care about me and hold everything in the highest and best self interest. I'm a refiner. I told myself that I'm a refiner. And I've thought that I use this word wing man is this negative thing and I and I told myself that I'm a refiner, and so I've been looking into that and you know as to improve something to make an idea or method more
subtle and accurate. You know like refining gold is what I pictured in my journey when you refine that one time and you pull out impurities and you make 18 or 14 karat gold and you refine it some more and you get 18 And then you get 20 And then you eventually you know, refine it to get 24 karat gold. And then in my downloads in the middle of the night I looked over my life I'm like I said to myself, I've listened to this a couple of times. Haven't transcribed it yet, but I've listened to it. I said you're 50 years old, you know what works and you know what doesn't work for you in creating an in business. You know? Yeah, like and so I and I even said this, I even said this is my journey. I said, you have the stack document and it asks you to look for evidence of that to support and I'm like saying talking myself through all this but I look at you know, selling cell phones and I took sell ones product and I sold the shit out of it and then I got into leap and I sold leap really well and I helped refine it and I took their curriculum for wealth that less basically less created and was able to so yeah, cell phones leap and then curriculum for well. And then the stuff with Gunderson the stuff with you. So I have all these examples of taking this other stuff and it's it's not that I don't create, but I refine. I take creations and I refine them. And I'm really clear about that. So I want to find opportunities to do that. I want to finish my book I want to use the perfect webinar frame for the book. I think that'll be the most impactful I want to use that as the vehicle I want to use the AI s triangle in the vaults. I want to leave wire to wire to you, I want to use it. But I don't want to create any of that and I think you and I kind of came to that conclusion anyway
I asked specifically about the curriculum for wealth and being number one asset and I said yes and and to reach out to Joe Leavis and see if he has any interest in assisting with at least just putting that together not that he would teach it or anything like that. I mean, who knows what could come from that but but to use that in the way that we talked about as far as after year one with existing clients. But the books gonna be a key part of it. And I I get to align myself with I'd love it to be you. I'd love to unpack that with you, Garrett. I'd like to write the book I would I don't know what this would take. I would like to create I want to find out and you can journey we can wait till the end of this month and you can go journey and we can talk after that. But I'd like to take the book and create whatever we're going whatever I'm going to call it it'll be my book then it'll be my direction and everything and I'd like to take it and if it works to work with you great. If not, then I want to work with someone like we had talked about or it could be multiple people that I just resonate the most with the process of warrior and working with men and faults and that whole conversation and I don't need to go create my own ATM machine itself myself. And it's okay I'm okay with that. Now. I have a lot of emotion around it because I thought that I needed to or I thought that I wanted to. But I'm a refiner and I'm oh here's a big part of this Garret. All these people Gunderson you. Cell phone industry re last they all could trust me and I out produced all of them during those times taking in refining their process. But I want you to know that you can trust me. I can trust you and guys like you guys like Gunderson other people like you. Benefit from people like me, that you can trust. I'm okay being a follow through dude ABCDEFG every single diamond produce big ass results. I'm okay doing that. Like I'm unique at it. I'm a refiner. And you're a creator. And you you must continue to create that's a unique talent of yours that feeds you that fuels you that works for you. And it's not that I'm not going to create I'm just going to create through refining in my own way. And man, I've wrestled with this a ton. But this is this is what I got from it's beautiful.
It's beautiful. Oh gosh, yet we realize that the book is the ATM
Okay, yeah, I can see that.
Yeah, and you know you you got the book as a concept in the form of text. You also would end up having the book in the form of audio and then the book itself can also be coursework. So, the book,
the ATM machine, really just a conversion mechanism of shifting people's thoughts. How do I how do I help somebody see something from a different place? Some people need to read things, right. So I like in the journey we've got you on the transcription allows for an experience that you wouldn't otherwise be able to have at least a level a lot very difficult to remember some of the things possibly. There's plenty of things that moments I've had where if I didn't have the ability to slow down and read it. I wouldn't have got it.
Yeah, go ahead. I didn't remember 90% Of what I said until I went back through and listen to it and then transcribed it. I'm like, oh, fuck, I did do that. And I Oh, I did say that. Oh, I did answer that question. Oh, I cuz I came out of it thinking I didn't answer all these factual questions that I went into with it, but I did. So while oh my god it's so wild. Gotta wait for you to go. Seriously. What is your going to get man?
There's gonna be nuclear. I'm excited to see what I get to
see, and the releasing part of it too. i Yeah, very, very aware that there's what there's what? There's what you think you're going to do and then there's what happens and that that's all I've actually gotten pretty good at in the last like five seven years of my life is just here's my plan and then I guess as I'm playing Alright, so what's the plan? Okay, this plan Okay, let's go this direction.
I I'm, I'm, I'm so confident now having done this the third time and especially having this experience the third time that I'm flying sending a man we're sending our son by himself. Morrow morning. Thursday this week two days he's gonna go into the medicine two days from now he could be in it right now journey and and I trust in it so much that whatever experience he has is going to be perfect. For him. And it is truly God. It's our soul, speaking to us with absolute clarity and no pride and no ego. Like that's what it is. That's what this medicine does. There's it's unique from iOS kids. They have elements of all of that but it does not it doesn't do exactly this, like this. Incredible.
Yeah, and all of what you have on your journey so far, and all the work that you've done with me and the work that you've done by yourself for two decades all this is culminating into one conversion mechanism. Cuz I'm hearing from you is what I want to do is have a book and I want to put in the book, my feelings my thoughts around vaulty is and number one asset and inside of that book. I'm extending in saying Yep, and there's an audio version of it that you can read when that's done and there is deep dive coursework that can be done on top of that for your students, for your clients, so that they can go deeper into the work of what you spoke about inside the book. And curriculum for wealth could be that coursework.
And the book is the intro piece to being able to figure it out.
But nonetheless, all of this has been a coming back to and seeing this truth right here. That's inching reframe isn't.
It really is it hadn't came to me at all until this journey. And I even told myself look that up this is you, like, study this, define this. Understand this? You're 50 years old, everything you have done up until now that has worked, that you've been passionate about that you've actually done because I went into it with and I asked myself several questions and journey okay, there's all this stuff, but what will I actually do? And you've you planted that in me, which is a great question, right? Everybody ought to ask themselves. There's all this shit out there. There's all this shit that everybody else is doing. But what will I actually do? And I said, I'm 50 years old. Michael, look at your life of what you've actually done and what's working what's brought you the joy of like, hello, McFly. It's been there the whole time that I had to experience this at that depth to take ownership of it.
Here's what I know. Mike, you could be in seven different relationships
with this book at the core, one minute like legitimately and I look at this like you could become the complete takeover guy as Strategic Coach What do you think I mean by that what do you think I mean by
complete just take over guy Oh, you mean taking the concepts of strategic coach
or it could be but like look at it from a friend of Balti is let's just say you're participating in Strategic Coach as a student but your agenda and intention of being there is something more than being a student what is it?
Sure to get clear about my unique process and to share that with other agents?
Yeah, well, you share it with other agents. It could be sharing it directly with other people to become clients.
What I know is that you have an environment when you show up in any environment people dress you it's not just if the if you're connected to the guy at the front right you're like there's an environment. So there there are five or six or seven I'm sure environments where when Mike's in that environment. And Mike has now a book that he believes in and a concept that the core that he can articulate the way he does. You have built yourself leave sources everywhere. For example, you being involved in EO Entrepreneurs Organization, the man you are weaponized with warrior and mechanized with how you operate and weaponize with vaulty is at the core and having a book. That guy that guy picks up hundreds of clients in the next two years just from you. There's organizations that already have your target market your ideal target market warriors and warriors one of them for sure, not all of them but not all of them have like that kind of caliber of client but you're gonna have different groups that have it. And Mike's ability is to step into processes he believes in, but also to be able to insert this idea. There's consultants right now that get to share their message constantly and all they do is join other groups. And then they show up and they be themselves inside that group and they believe in the group or in the believer the Gerbrand that's what you do, the more you believed in Warrior and then inside the messenger where you got to share your message. And there was no there's no collateral conflict. There was no there was nothing right. It was like oh yeah, it is perfect. So there are many environments where this ideal prospect that you're looking for exists. They exist all over where frontline creators have churned up the raw essence of a man or raw essence of a person and then you are the refiner with the message and the process to step in and guide with the book, it gives you more credibility for yourself to yourself, permission because the blood sweat and tears that goes into publishing this bad boy has you doubled, tripled, quadrupled, converted to your own message.
Yeah, I can see that. So when you show up
in a room, it's a very different experience. Because in that room, you are the single most powerful man in that room. Like we just are. And if you're vocal about it, and I don't know how you are outside of what I see you in works, I just could see you and we're so I don't know how you are outside of that. When it comes to other groups that you're part of. Do you find yourself showing up the same? Do you find yourself? Is it different for you to be able to show up in those groups? Based on the kind of people that are there like what's the lightning part of strategic coach now for you
know, I share I'm not real involved with it. It's all been on Zoom nothing nothing's been in person since I started back in because of COVID. And even this next one is going to be zoom and and I but I speak up and I share and we get into our groups and I share I think I give you an example here, you know a few months ago that one agent that that you know wanted to wanted to learn more basically warrior because I was talking about core four and different things like that. And so I just sent him to warrior but there's you know, there's opportunity there. But yeah, I I I like to speak up and and I got that calm confidence about me and when I speak you know, people want to hear what I say
and when and when the first message out of your mouth becomes this number one asset conversation which is backed by this book. There's a path out for people to follow with you
shouldn't change the game of being refiner at all? Because all all that's happened is you've stepped into an environment where Michael is able to shine as refiner inside of a place where the oil has been taken out of the ground. But now it's sitting in a refinery. Somebody else already pumped it out. Here to saying hey, I don't pump oil it's not what I do. I'm an alchemist. I show up in a place where things need to be refined and I'll make them I'll make them clean and clear. And I'll show up in that environment with a message that is engaging to other people that are in that environment.
Garrett, thank you for that. i You're also the creator and you can you can probably do this better than I can but not over longer periods of time like I can for sure. For sure to be fulfilled because you want to create it yet. And I just I'm glad that I have that clarity because I've been pounding my head against the wall thinking that I need to go create the oil but I don't need to. And Garrett if the if you and I can create an opportunity between us I would like that. But if we can't, that's okay too. And I'll move on but I want you to know I want to I want to first and foremost with you and I would love your assistance and whatever that looks like I paid 100 grand or whatever if I need to pay more. That's good. Whatever we need to do. To take and I have most of it already from recordings of, of my origin story learned it earned it and then and then vehicle story and then and then internal externer external and then pitch and path and all that and that's what I want to put in the book. Yeah, but I'd love your brain in creating that oil just like you and I created number one asset and 2014 Yeah, it syndicate. And so I would like to do that with you if you're open to that and I don't know what that looks like. I don't know what it needs to be or if you would create something custom with me to make that happen. But that's that's what I would like and I'm I'm I'm clear about it.
Well, having you get to this piece is the process right? Would you really saying hey, listen, I am taking a stand inside of what I do best. And I'm willing to add to for my experiences so that I can become the most attractive partner in the game.
That's correct. That well said
it's not just being a conversation anymore. It's a conversation with coursework and a book and I've got I've got tools I've got a process of retaining my customers and keeping them in the loop of the wealth conversation and keeping them in abundance and keeping them forefront in my mind and keeping them the conversations I taught them forefront of their minds. That I'm moving past and beyond the game of just annual reviews to a place of a culture a community that I built a people so when you say you're going to do a zoom that 275 very qualified people decide to show up not to Yeah, right. And that that comes down to this whole vision you've had about building a build a back end. So where do you sit with your back end desires of actually taking curriculum for wealth. You've got finished your book perfect webinar vault they asked them what asset there's the book. And then the book itself is a hook for sure. And it will be a core piece of it just like Gunderson as his book and just like I my books, like the books give you the ability to leverage yourself in a different way. People could learn from you in a different way because they don't have to hear just from you directly they can read or listen to the book
with with with your mind or someone else's mind like yours. I don't think there's any other mind like yours and when we're talking about the wealth vortex like that's, that's what I've experienced. That's what you've experienced. That's why it's my natural first choice with your mind and in creating it and ability to put it together and meet a follow through on it all. Yeah, I want that 100% I had it at wealth factory
could you still be partners with one factor? No.
It's all norm owns it. Norm has been contacting me for months but I don't know I don't want to have anything to do with Norm Westervelt. Got it. I understand possibly and we're going to be visiting and he said he wanted to talk to me but I you know, I don't I don't know.
Got it. So what are you asking for? Are you asking for guidance? Are you asking for support? Are you asking for partnership What are you asking for?
I'm asking for partnership with you on it, it's the creation and so you have skin in the game of creation with it and I but it has to be a win win. It's got to be something that you that motivates you to not only want to create with me knowing that I can fulfill on it. Right you trust me that I trust you that we can continue to move this forward. Because I'm not going to create the oil but I'm going to refine the fucking shit out of it and you can count on me because I have example after example, after example of doing a in the highest way out of anyone, right in my mind. I mean an extremely valuable part of the process because like Chris miles, you know, Chris Miles is yeah, he couldn't be trusted because he needed to go out and create his own oil. He was he was excellent at it for a short period of time. But then they butted heads because he needed to go out and create his own his own stuff. Yep, I don't need to. I don't need to do that and I can fulfill continue to fulfill at a very high level and, and refining is a massive part of creating but it's not the actual creation of the oil itself.
Or Sure. So I mean, I see if I back up I hear what you're saying. So partnership for me looks like this. My bandwidth my creative energy has to be poured into specific channels. Right? So every ounce of my creative energy that channels through me on a daily basis comes with a price. Right I there's not an infinite well of creativity that I can tap into. So I have to be selective about where I pointed how I pointed the what intentions behind pointing it because it's not if I create something, for example, all the calls I've been on this morning. Everything we've done today has been about that creation. It's been about sparking initiatives, ideas and perspective and ships, but I can plug into that and then unplug and now the rest of the next 48 hours I will have no thoughts about the six guys I've already talked to today. I will not think about them at all. I have another four or five calls today. I've got a shield call today. I have two guys on site. I have a virtual event happening with my hairstylist right now. I have all of these things going on in my world. Right? For example, if I want to pour creative energy into something, then I have to know that the creative energy I'm pouring in that there's either been an equal value exchange or it's something I care about long term that I care about doing it at all. Like long term the insurance game is something that is interesting to me. It's fun, enjoy it. It's interesting. It's not a make or break conversation for me. Right? It's just not it probably won't ever be like I can't ever foresee myself being in a place where I'm sending rubberband. That's what I want to talk about. Like it's not I become more and more clear that the only things that really matter. And what I talk about is the code, the stack and the core. Like everything else is frosting. Like if I can't get somebody to tell the truth, and I can't get people to stack for real, which is a whole initiative of just saying okay, we need to slow down all the programs and start just by focusing 80% of our time and getting people to stack correctly. Getting them to stack in a way that they can experience a mini journey every single day without having to travel and take the medicine to have the journey. Right my just my prayer stacks alone in the last 12 to 14 days are 127 pages in length. I got my own transcript amount journey without going anywhere. And they're significant. Every single one of them walk and talk conversation with God in a prayer stack. I asked a question I get two pages the answers ask a question. I get pages to answers. So I step into this intuitive place to guide where I'm at in my world driven by what I want. Right? There's opportunities all over the place insurance will probably never be something that I am primarily focused or concerned about. So the minute that I put in any sense versus why sold were your greens, right? I just didn't I didn't want to do anymore. So I sold Warrior Week. So I just gave exam. I was like, I love it. It's beautiful. It's great, but it won't hold my creative interest long term. Right inside of the hair world. The hair world holds my creative interest for a period of time but then it didn't. But inside of that world, not all of that revenue comes back to me. So that whole hair world any ounce of creativity if they need me for marketing initiatives, they need me for any bandwidth over there. 100% of that profit comes right back into my bank accounts. So I can pour into the hair world I can pour into extension lines. I can pour into salon extensions I can pour into the VC groups that want to purchase 400 salons I can pour creative energy into that. Because I know at the end of the day that's building my family's Empire. The world of insurance is good, but I can make 10 times more not focusing my energy on it. Flat out in a much simpler path I can write so for example for me to make $4 million in insurance Commission's at 40%. That means you got to do like almost 10 million in commissions to pull out 10 millions in premium, the amount of volume and appointments you'd have to do when I can make 4 million in 60 days. I can create it out of thin air for myself. So there's a lack of self interest in me to have any partnerships long term in any of it. Not because I don't think it can work. It's just I know where I'm at, like you're finding out where you're at to I'm finding out where I'm at if I don't deeply care about something long term. That to be honest with myself at the beginning. Yeah, which is you know, what do I care about or care about Mike? I know that Mike Smith, I know that I can take your I can take everything that you've uncovered and I could I could pitch what you're pitching. Like I could pitch at all and believe I believe at all I know what you're speaking I know what the content the curriculum is 100% accurate. The bandwidth. I mean, dude, I just turned down a massive publishing deal in Spanish.
The largest publishing house in all of South America and Mexico wants to take all the workbooks and put them into Spanish, but the price that and they're like we're going to do almost all the work and we're going to do all this etc say yeah, but the minute I sign that agreement with you, I now have emotional contractual responsibility for what's going on, which is a bandwidth. There's weighed in that for me, and they're like, Yeah, but you don't understand what you do this, this and this and I was like, I totally get it. I was like, but I already know how I operate, which is once I'm committed in partnership with somebody in something. Now the partnership itself typically doesn't work long term because of either their expectations, my expectations, or the the I give a shit factor. Ins. It's like it's a joke. It's like I don't care if that happens. We're greens. I was super excited about it first and then I was like here's the deal. You just keep order grains. And we'll do a partnership deal on the back leads. And you guys just keep us keep it. I'm not putting more money into it. I'm not putting more time into it. They're doing great Steve, those guys are doing great. They kept the brand. They made it through COVID are doing some great stuff with it and they might be back. They're not right now but they might be and if they do that, I'm happy for them. That's great. Sam's on the Warrior Week. I'm like, it's awesome. Like, be you do you man. Fantastic. But in my world I've got enough to worry about with trying to get my world on track with where I want all of my companies to go as they are without trying to add more companies to it. Like you having a webinar that we can push people to or you know us having a relationship where you can push it to is like totally different helping guide you through how to write the book or giving you feedback or being a sounding board or helping you co create and pull the concepts out of you this year. So that you have a book that you really believe in. Well, yeah, well that's number two. And at the end, the book is yours like the content shores, everything is yours. It's all like your stuff. And then you run with it where you want to run with it for the next decade. Two decades, three decades. Like it's it's your world in your world and then connecting with my world. It's like okay, well how do I connect with my world do my world's changing all the time, I may end up giving away all of the content away for free in 2023 including the software to the world for free. So I'm an unreliable horse to lockup to because I'm going to listen to this voice and you have a pattern of being a refiner and going direct and steady. Me I grew up on a roller coaster. My gods were leveraging me to take hard laps hey, I need you to just leave the tracks. On this railroad right now. My okay. I don't think twice. Hey, all the shaman we're gonna pretend yours. How about you just give it all away for free in January of 2023. And you just start letting everyone why don't you let me do with it what I know I can do with it and why don't you go do the thing that you want to do?

I couldn't be happier for him because that's not my focus. My focus isn't getting these guys laid. I hope they do. I hope they do. And a lot of them end up getting laid. But yeah, you got some new tools here. So why don't we I feel weird. Let's build a partnership. And I said now how about you just do what you do. And just talk good about warrior and that's it. You just talk good about warrior and you do what you do. And if we if we end up doing some events and stuff together, he's like, that'd be cool. And if we don't, that'd be cool, too. So I'm in his very focused track of getting rid of shit. Right now, like my whole world and I'm confident coming out of my journey is gonna be the same way do less. What do I want? I got 10 years before all my babies passed the window. Right? I'm very clear about this. Like, I'm not going to get this time back from the children. I'm not going to get this time back with all four of my girls in the house for the next four years together. I got all four girls in the house for the next four years. My daughter comes home on Friday from seven months of being gone. So there's a piece for me just say Hey, bro, you're never gonna get this part back. You've got to do less. And what you do, do you have to stay in your lane with what simple and easy for you. Meaning what you are naturally gifted and talented at and everything else like trying to scale software subscriptions. Maybe you should maybe we should stop doing that shit on my Oh, okay. Gods like what if What have you just what if you just gave it all to me and I show you what scale looks like. But you let me scale the real intention to what I built it for in the first place and then you come over here and do this thing that you want to do. And you guide and lead men the way you want to lead them in a small group which is just like what you really are good at. It's what you enjoy anyways, it's like surfing every day. It's the same conversation but it's different waves every day and you like that. So why don't you just do that? I'm like, Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. And then I said but I want to scale because I got to impact the world. And guys, listen, what I need you to understand is you been scaling for 10 years. The challenge isn't you haven't been scaling the challenges. You think scaling should look a certain way. So let me remind you and he ran down a list of 25 companies say he's 25 companies all 25 of these companies. are full hell bent head forward affecting 1000s of people each and the ripple effect is into the millions of men who lead by an example that you birth inside of them through me through you to them because a warrior and that's just what people you can see from the surface.
Well look at look at number one. asset is triangle. That was you created that oil and I've been refining it and leveraging get it out to the gas pumps every day.
These This is scale right like Michael Jackson is scale. But you blowing up and teaching and being in that space you and crop Meyer that scale like regardless of commission or no commission like there's an impact that you're making. That is outside the scope of warrior and warrior was a bomb that set off like the volcano by Tang got. It started this explosion but warrior was Garrett like the way I see this is the way I live the worlds where I see the world and there's a whole lot of ways there's like no number one asset and wealth vortex that's Mike's as we might see a world that's amazing too. So what I summarized in is like dude, I know you being around or being in the environment around all this. You choosing to do this has to be because you want to do this with the book and that and that wealth vortex becomes me being part of a creative outlet there for you is fantastic and I would love that whatever capacity if that was one on one if that's inside of King's Council, if that's like us like not doing anything my God I'm open to whatever is going to support you. The part where I'll draw the line is going to be me taking the emotional vested interest in partnership in your company. It doesn't mean that I don't have any vested interest in you being successful. That's exact opposite. But that means that there will come a timeline where we're done and what that means emotionally. I'm not saying I'm hitching myself up to this for the next 20 years, or the next 10 Knowing that you and Wendy and your kids and your future is now dependent upon my decisions. Because there's a weight that comes to that for me to care about you. And we've already gotten on that path one time and then I pivoted fucking hard left to end dropped about four or five, six different opportunities off the cliff and half those people never talked to me again. And I'm like, well I won't tell you I'm not gonna ever stop doing it. So, you know, I'm a scorpion if I stung you, you know what I was when he picked me up. So I'm going this direction now and I might go this direction next year and that next year, I might go this direction and I might shut it all fucking down and just work in the hair industry as a CEO and run my game. Who fucking knows? All I know is right now you and I have moment and we're here. And that moment can be exactly what you wanted to be this year, which is it can be all in with me one on one. It can be all in with me and leveraging the king's Council. It could be done and you go do something else. Like that's a possibility to like you can be what you want it to be that will serve you and getting the most of what you want. And that doesn't change how I show up inside my relationship with you. I'll pour into whatever you're committed to whatever that commitment is, if it's helping you get the book done, and that's the target and you're publishing by November of this year and you're like dude, that should go get the fucking book run, Mike, okay, let's go bro. Get the book written, get the book written get you in the studio and get the audio recorded. Because the guy that writes that book Between now and then we're not talking to the same guy. The same certainty the same confidence the same power. He's a different human being with that book published for real by you with 100% of your own thoughts. That is rebirth. Because everything else has been someone else's but you got to refine the ideas down to be mics because when you were find him down to be Mike's ideas. And I thought this a couple of things first of all, thank you for all of that. I appreciate your clarity and candidness with me, it's received and it feels really good. If I was to put my own words to it, it would be I would I'm happy to continue to run with you and get paid for my time to assist you in whatever you want to create.
Yeah, and that can happen in one or two ways a he was sent Jr to take it up and pay for what you've done so far. And you just roll into kings Council. They are going to be here next week for three full days with me they have four different calls a week of support are going to be of the 16 Guys, there's probably 12 That'll be in person next week for three full days. They're doing that every single month the rest of the year. Right when we get to 100,000 if you've already hit it, I don't know exactly what that is then great. Then you're done. You can be in King's Council and I'll work with you inside of that frame, which would really be working during those three days. If we continue one on one, then we continue with the rest of the agreement the way it is and then I will prepare for whichever if you choose to move on then I'll replace you with someone else because I have four waiting in the waiting list right now. And we'll just replace that position for the rest of the year with them. And I'll move forward with and fill your spot with somebody else's. If you choose to go into counsel on then that takes one of the spots because I'm good after I dropped two guys from that group, picking up six more in that group and bringing it up to 25. So that'll happen by the end of March. So that that my world's gonna operate with 25 and eight guys. I don't really engage myself outside of the shield call with anybody else. This group of 25 gets three days live with me in person every month, half of will be alive half will be virtual every month, the plug in and participate in that so like that could be a perfect environment for you. If you stay here one on one then we continue with the agreement that we have for the rest of the year. And we do it this direction in this way. Or we don't but either way I know that I can give you support one obviously you're going to get undivided attention where we're just working on you and the other you're going to get split time between other guys as we sit in the room and you create inside of an environment with us every single month. I don't see myself staying at the $100,000 level because I don't want to create the perfect webinar. I don't want to like have to create it myself with some assistance. If there's a way to, to stay where I'm at and and and like when we were at your home and you are going off and I could take that and give that to Michael Levin and then refine that with him. Yeah, that's what I would want to do. Yeah. Well then I can have you assist me in reviewing the book and our time together. Yeah, get it get ideas from you to create the coursework from it. And it would be basically you and I when you and I Patrick and I didn't talk about you and I but we talked about he's like well how do you like to create? And he has these books and ways that help you create and I'm like man I do best when I'm when I'm like being interviewed or if I'm on a podcast or when you and I are going off and I think that would work really well. really well. I'm going to show you something right here. This right here was what Matt and I created last week for him so this right here is what he calls his lifetime cash machine. He works one on one with me and he won't do I want to be a consultant only realize that he's kind of like a Ross Perry, which is he was like I'm gonna go consulting the nursery industry only to realize I got a really big fucking company. I'd rather just focus on my own people. So this process right here, this is what we're helping him uncover for the rest of the year. The only target is this framework is his entire curriculum. These four stages are the coursework and curriculum for his client for his his teams. All he wants to do is buy nurseries. He doesn't really want to coach him. He just wants to buy him. So I was like, Well, why are we all here trying to coach all these people if we just want to buy him he's like, Well I thought about Cosham, then I just by him I said why don't we just make your company and the ones you've already bought so powerful by having your people become your focus like rusted with design pickle Ross 130 million because he focused on his people, I think, but that and I'm sharing this with you because what this is right here is a blended combination of Matt's creative thought process and my ability to frame up his shit. By the time we got done with this, like wealth factory or the wealth Vortex has its own framework like this of 12 months of course working curriculum have its own way of seeing the world that's unique to Mike that's a combination of curriculum for wealth that meets warrior that meets this. He's using pieces of where to but he's using warrior like his way. Yeah, let's talk about it his way, like using it and his experience in the way he wants to use it not necessarily in the way that I would teach it. And he's using EOS cuz he really likes Eos, so he's gone got EOS meets warrior meets his own shit. You've kind of got warrior and curriculum for wealth and you got your own shit number one asset right so it's like how do we put that together? This right here is a book for him too. Called lifetime cash machine. So these frameworks you see right here on the page. These frameworks are what web factory can have and we kind of started down the path with this. Where is it? The only difference was as we went down a path of creating it as a perfect webinar. What we've got to do is take this curriculum right here. And we've got to put that into the same kind of format that we put match into which is a sequence of thought that you believe in. They say, Okay, well then what do we do? Well, then we sit in podcast studio, and I fucking interview on these concepts and we knock them all out just like I am a man. Because having Matt go in the studio and just record him, he's really good. He could do that. But I also know that he's not gonna do it. But we got a better chance if he comes out here and he sets and I just interview him on each one of these framework pieces and we get the curriculum out and then the curriculum is done. So he's doing a combination of both he did some interviews with the team he hired in Colorado the shot in the interview, I gave him all 25 of the questions to have mask was a here's 25 questions. You're gonna have your interviewer ask you we've already talked about him to just fucking go off on these topics. But the questions were inspired by the frameworks like you see right here, so I just but I know the sequence of questions to have them ask him because he's like, Fuck the interviews, right? Like, tomorrow morning at 10 He's like, I don't even know adapt Maslow's like a you do know nav mask as I be alpha can send you the questions. Here's the questions. He's like, Oh, yeah, it's good. I was like, Yeah, dude, you got this. These questions are not that complicated. Yeah, I can see why you did. The sequence in the interview turned out fucking incredible. I said, Yeah, take your time. It was three hours. They had a three hour interview with them. And this was just a normal video crew that asked him questions that came to his house and did stuff with them and they're not My guys are just people that he hired that he knows locally that he wanted to have on this team personally. So you don't it's versus being on there the whole three days. If you want to set up a time we set up a time with you and we come in for two hours during those three days. And I use you as a hot seat that we're working through your curriculum during the group because it would be great for the whole group to see that. Wow. I'm doing that with Matt and I'm doing that with Robert both on almost three days for the king's council because again, I know your guys situations a lot more and a lot of shit you guys are going through his stuff that the guys in King's Council need to see.
