may need to sit with this, because obviously that's kind of the heavy question, kind of like out of left field. But this is something that, yeah, I love this creativity, Virginia, this is so grounding. You know, one of mine was like encouragement, and like, I love the idea of getting to pass on courage to other people through words and through affirmation. And so it really is a superpower, positivity, Casey, I can speak to that. Amy, compassion, Beth connection, possibility, compassion, hope. I mean, y'all, what a beautiful sector, the type of people that are drawn to this place, you know we are and our light is needed more than ever, if the last week, in two weeks hasn't shown that. So here's a quote from Jennifer. They've come on the podcast a couple of different times, but they said, look for the light in whoever you cross paths with today, instead of all the reasons to judge, make one choice, to orient our focus, what we focus we what we focus on, we feed. And you know, we're going to do a lot of work this season, and with our membership this year, leaning into dialog across differences, which is something that Lindsey fuller is putting a lot of work on, and we're partnering with their team on that too, but seeing the light in everyone, you know, everyone does have that beacon within them, although, man, sometimes it's hard to see and it's hard to know how to show up in those spaces, but we can control, like, what we're putting out into the world. And so a couple of like, actionable pro tips that are helpful. Is it's kind of fun to do a role assessment for yourself, and just to, like, write down all of the roles you play in your personal and professional life. And last time we did this with a group, someone put, like, professional Zoomer was one of theirs, because they go to so many zoom meetings, which I love so much. But as you write them down, like you really listen to and watch kind of your body, like, how does it respond to when you write those down? Are you leaning into them? Are you leaning away from them? What are the roles that really energize you and what are those that drain you? Because as we can figure out more of where our alignment is and where our misalignment is, the more we can overlap with our purpose, like that's the sweet spot, and we want that for you this year, because you are so vital to the sector, into your mission, into the areas that you're pouring into. And so then secondly, the pro tip is, I would say, look for a place everywhere, right? But look for a specific community that you can add your light to. Because when you can show up authentically and align with your purpose, it is bomb for other people around you, and it is like, secretly, the best thing ever for you too, that it helps you in your own personal growth and your own fulfillment and your own, you know, kind of like daily life. So those are a couple things that we always ground our work in our mental health and trying to take care of ourselves in this work, because it's heavy, y'all, it's hard, and we need to figure out ways that we can really support and surround ourselves in in these kind of ideas. So we're not just floundering out there, you know, we have so much that's right there within us that we can kind of call to, can
