or are they on the side of The jihadists? We know Hungary is on our side. We completely reject the current attempts to force Israel to accept the Palestinian terror state in the heart of our tiny land. It will not happen. Those terrorists came this morning from the PA territories, and this the establishment of such a terror state will have one goal only, the elimination of the State of Israel. It must be made clear, the Palestinian Authority has never disconnected from its support for terror. It rewards and encourages terror with its pay for slave policy for terrorists and their families, as much as the crime is more severe, they are paying more it continues its incitement against Israel and Jews in schools, textbooks, mosques and their media based on its actions, the PA does not deserve state us. Secretary Rubio recently made it clear the PA and PLO are not meeting their most basic obligations from the Oslo Accords over 30 years ago, there can be no reliable peace process without disconnecting from the at the sector, the initiative led by France, disconnects the issue of statehood, one of the final status issues from peace, and that's a grave mistake. It's an attempt to unilaterally grant the Palestinians state without a historical compromise, without them meeting and fulfilling the obligations they already made in the midterm agreements. By doing so, it harms the chances to achieve peace in the future. French initiative harms regional stability. It rewards Hamas for October 7 massacre, and Hamas said openly, it serves as an incentive for Hamas to prolong the war. It will only destabilize the region. It will push us towards steps too. This morning's terror attack was a dark reminder of the danger we are facing. I urge the responsible leaders around the world who recognize the clear danger in a terrorist state. Now is the time to speak out and make your voice heard. The war in Gaza, my friend, can end tomorrow. President Trump said it clearly yesterday, Israel said yes to his proposal. We are ready to accept a full deal that would end the war based on the Cabinet decision. Two things must happen. One, the return of our hostages. We will have four. We still have 48 hostages kidnapped from their homes on October 7, being held in Gaza today. Second thing Hamas must lay down its arms. The second condition is not only critical for Israel, it guarantees the future of Gaza and the Palestinians themselves, a different future released from the oppressive and terrorist regime of Hamas. But there are European leaders that call on us to end the war now, practically unconditionally, yet at the. Same time, they support our position regarding the conditions to end the world, that Hamas must disarm and not play a role in the future of Gaza. And so I ask, how do these European leaders propose to resolve this contradiction? By politely asking Hamas to leave? I have not heard one practical suggestion from them. Just yesterday, Hamas again, fired rockets at the communities near Gaza. It must be understood Hamas specifically and jihadist terrorist, terrorists in general, are not just Israel's problem. They are a problem for the Palestinians too, and they are problem for regional stability. They caused a regional war already during the last two years, the terror states in Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen, are a threat to the region. This phenomenon must be uprooted. I want to thank my host and my friend, Foreign Minister Peter Sierra, for the warm hospitality in Budapest. Once again, Peter, this is our seventh meeting in 10 months since I became Foreign Minister, I think that's the peak in terms of my meetings. Yeah, it is, and it's a testament for our close friendship. I want to thank you for your personal friendship and support for Israel. I also want to thank Prime Minister Orban and the Hungarian government for supporting Israel on European and world stage. Hungary is one of the few countries in the world that doesn't just follow the herd. Hungary boldly uses independent judgment in its policies, unlike many other nations, and I believe that there is a moral component to Hungary's foreign policy. You just mentioned this commitment for Christian communities, and it's a good example. We see it in also in Hungary's historic decision to withdraw from the ICC, the so called court, has trampled the principle of international law and sovereignty in its crusade against Israel. Hungary is the only other nation alongside the United States, to stand up clearly and strongly to this moral distortion. We also appreciate, and I want to emphasize it, everything Hungary does for the Jewish community here, as opposed to other European countries, Jewish life in Hungary are safe. It is very important to emphasize that we deeply appreciate all that you do. We believe that friendship will be strength. We will do our utmost to do so. Thank you.
