We want especially this is expanding into new markets, right? This is important for us in terms of the project initiative. So when you find someone who actually, not only can lead the project, I think you can lead the project anyone can, you know, with that type of, you know, experience and stuff, can probably lead the project. But you also need someone who would bring the team along as well. I do understand that Kristen has certain things that may be, you know, good for this as well. So I do agree in that sense. You know, for example, she, she could be a great lead, great public speaker, right, which can be motivational if we utilize it in the right way. I'm still a bit worried about the whole moodiness and the whole overbearing and how that would play into the whole team dynamics when we have a rocky work issue. But
