Hello everyone, Dmitry Kats here. This time, within an hour over the course of an hour, kind of put everything together for you guys. As you can see here, it's not about me, it's about health and advancement of it. Melatonin and Niacin Niatonin. getting used to it.
So I'm going to read kind of like almost freehand writing I wrote, this stuff's really futuristic. But this is a good kind of segue introduction.
So over the life, of course, the lack of nutrients, but especially melatonin, and niacin, that can't counter with the progression of whole life course of continuous non ideal or bad health behaviors, new exposures now of our civilization like electronics, geochemistry, cetera stressful life, poor quality food these days, will be longer. So what this means is that, and I'll get into all this, our continued dive in how this is true, our continued dynamic deficiency and especially not nice and ultimately leads to further accumulation of more and more energy not extended out. And so essentially, free radical electrons coordination, and persistent over accumulation that continues of inflammation. So, what this whole kind of you can call it the ideology of climate conditions and disease and the aging process statuses in humans. Well, this SARS COVID, to viral species, and this COVID pathogenesis is literally like, what I just kind of what I just introduced you to, except it's like the life force during the flow of the virus and COVID hyper accelerated.
So these viruses, or if you'd like to call it gain a functional research, whatever it is, doesn't matter whatever you want to is. they've evolved since SARS1 in 2000. And what they're targeting now are these energy metabolism receptors, also known as h two. But really, what they're also known as GPR 109a, aka ACE2, which is nice since innate high affinity, that's what it binds to, to do to do its role and what knowledge rivalries in a sense is directly responsible for how much that receptor is regulated for niacin to hit. So if you have five days to this is an opening to more parties to is singling out getting all this but it's feasting grounds for the virus. These viruses, they're now thermodynamically attracted to people who have more inflammation that they can use for their fitness to replicate do straight thermodynamic projects. And so pi expressed as two IP the nice interceptors, along with what's known as SRV. One were HDL, skipping cholesterol that weeks on NIH officials back into them to prevent atherosclerosis, also known as the C 36. Expression co receptor phase two, which is right next to it. Then, so these this is where the virus is sneaking. The SRP one is where HDL drops off cholesterol from blood into to back into tissue to prevent atherosclerosis. This cholesterol was leaking out of tissue. after it happened, the European way too much inflammation because we don't have enough
nutrients especially these two in our diet, so happens away to another way to our body. keeps this energy in it doesn't magically disappear, you don't poop and pee it all out, is it you know, you collect gunk and like triglycerides and esterified cholesterol. So, essentially, this is if you have a high res to highest or you want yourself to right there, that's like, you know, us getting a free steak dinner. I don't know, Ruth's Chris Ruth forever. So it's, you know, we used to go out in the woods, and now we're going to the supermarket. And so these viruses used to try to look for food. And it was a lot harder until now, they've evolved adapted, this generic, this receptor being highly expressed, along with SRP 1x. Two, this is why you see low HDL it's, it's getting used up trying to smear the cholesterol rather than the macrophages. It's what this is screaming, and I'll get into all this is this further virus like, hey, this, this guy's got a whole lot of steak dinners, and inflammation, that's easy for us to gather and sneak in to this HDL cholesterol assays to that, and it's nice to see even guys, and I haven't even noticed in my whole life, oh my god, there's so much inflammation. So, essentially, so the virus gets in them. And as this this is why you see what we need to predict in many diseases, and especially driving this source COVID to infection and decoding disease pathology for from from from day one. And I'll tell you about the other risk factors, too. So once the virus, it literally, you know, tricks the hits that receptor, especially those two the same time being stressed, it's macrophages, especially, it's like gunky cholesterol, liquid deposits, you know, just straight energy. That's, that's very readily accessed. So they get into the cells. And once it gets in that, it starts like it's consuming your energy until it reaches a threshold that needs all this energy. Excuse me, so that as it does this, it literally depletes melatonin, and then makes it a lot easier. And also, it makes it a lot easier. Also, if you already have sufficient knowledge coming in which people if they have it soon, that added a lot of inflammation, that that inflammation is depleted their melatonin and I'll tell you how I did this. And this is why you also see you know, people with cardiometabolic risk factors and older adults. The most valuable life force not having enough Melatonin is in these suburbs being at most at risk and low HDL high triglycerides. So, over the life force Melatonin is something 95% of melatonin is is spire synthesized from tryptophan from triggers from foods and drinks. Many people think now trying regulation of circadian rhythm well, only 5% of melatonin. So every single cells mitochondria, it's the Melatonin is biosynthesized contributor. So the what's released that like 5% it's like 5%, three, two, for the pineal gland that definitely circulation and doesn't itself. So this is this is mainly because we don't eat or drink while you're sleeping. So we have photoreceptors that kind of account for how much maybe, you know, we would need based on exposure in the daytime that was used from tryptophan an icon in older cells to you know, because we're not eating or drinking at night to return
nevertheless, so the ones you know, the dinoco biosynthesis, knowledge 95% of it is from tryptophan getting into cells and you know going down the pathway going down to serotonin and melatonin. So next to this. Next in our pathway there is essentially higher oxidative phosphorylation into the citric acid cycle white cellular aspiration in the mitochondria. So this is the kind of first step in this this is what you're after you put food or drink and you through the width of circulation and stuff so so overt says pirated, sorry, so pirating is the precursor of acetylcholine. There's an enzyme called the PDC enzyme. They call it the gatekeeper. So the whole purpose is part of business, from glycolysis. And these intricate reactions, the whole purposes, from that apply rate itself away, eventually through the citric acid cycle. And what's made from the citric acid cycle is ADP. ADP is what's the main thing now for the sole purpose of making this ATP audit is is this is for niacin, is to express the niacin receptor, according to how much ATP or inflammation there are, what our bodies were engineered to do. Even single celled organisms billions of years ago smells really nice. And so what the niacin is, the ATP is ideally dynamically formed supposed to be made according to the corresponding volume of ATP. Now, what keeps that going, right? And so imagine now with this inflammation, we are deficient on it. If we weren't, we weren't, we were, we weren't, you know, Michael Jordan would still be playing an NBA. So what happens then? So if you rewire rates or acetylcholine, that PDC receptor, so if you continue to not make enough ATP, right, and what what regulates ATP production is essentially if this information gets too much and exhausted and stressed just few months, that PDC receptor gets damaged and flamed, its functioning is downright related. So acetylcholine is sponsored and it's biosynthesis. Right? The cell koay actually graduates, you know, as it goes up, then the next steps into the citric acid cycle from Pirates of south south Wales plays another role, a very important role in regulating the a ma t receptor, which is essentially ultimately for a while serotonin to come down to trickle down continue to make relevant. So what happens is inflammation over the life course, because they didn't have enough noise, and it's always addressed it through the ADP, let's even assume there's sufficient knowledge and there's always sufficient ADP made. And that receptor, the ACE to GPR, my name was always expressed according to, you know, counting for how much information and assuming there's melatonin to make that corresponding one to one function of how much inflammation there is. And that's so that EDP is seen as an alternative is that always directly expressing how much inflammation there is, it's using a different development of the degree of expression of this ECG Jr, one of my favorite subjects for that niacin to
get instead there's not there's not enough niacin for diet to deal with near exposures and function aging. So it's assuming there every second forward that, you know, there should be enough nonsense. But so, but so, the inflammation at the same time, you know, you see, you see them how they've lost a stress cascade. And so you'll want to flame that PDC receptor, starting cell koay biosynthesis which starts knowledge because of a T receptor getting started on site and altering biosynthesis. So what then what happens is, it's essentially kind of leading military directly to keeping the citric acid cycle and that's that's the definition of century antioxidation got some intrinsic role is to keep that oxidative stress there to keep the citric acid cycle going to make ideally dynamically the corresponding amount of ADP to how much information needs to be paid CPU essentially needs to be addressed there. And for that is too nice to GPR a minute receptor for the be expressed at that level for nice for nice event to always have, you know, be available to hit it and we'll meet them. So what's nice and gets into cells, it has this like this whole molecule has an exclusive endo equipment processing that once again then it gets into mitochondria receptor is endothermic processing, what that entails is that usually, you know, so nice civilized and other enemy precursors like animal or Mmm, they do indeed have an inverter processing and maybe can they and they synthesize is any B plus the vessel inside oplossing. That's bad. You know, that's just that's that's what I call a salad for just in case like, if you don't have nice and orientation line get flagged, it's horrible. So it's actually nice to know, the general energy plus biosynthesis. And alongside of tryptophan, it's supposed to be in a steady state. They're supposed to be in this weird sauces. It's in actual star in the niacin has tryptophan and melatonin all get into cells. All cells, mitochondria, and niacin also in endoplasmic reticulum, and also its involvement in endo mycetoma formation in decades, T cells Association phagocytosis clearing of all any particles, toxins, inflammation, pathogens, and I'll get to that. So essentially So, you know, over the life course, we don't have enough knowledge from our diets and just other nutrients or like, you know, like, like, like, it might be that I was saying Melatonin is nice and wife plates might be that good woman here if you want to check where the Queen has the power role. And the king is just kind of chilling, you know? Why? So I would say like nice things like the queen. And Melatonin is like the key to not as the therapy and then so other nutrients and health behaviors that are like ropes, diets, bishops. But there's no magic cube, multifaceted, like our exponential chess game with more pieces. So. So what happens if you continue, and everyone does imminently by the laws and principles of thermodynamics and Newtonian physics, or quantum physics, quantum mechanics you just you don't, you're putting more energy and you're not even if you tolerate the calculus and try to exercise now it's, you know, you're never going to kind of slow the aging process, slow the process of momentum damage, is what we can say, is aging. So what will happen is, you know, your older cells in your body because this is like mitochondria. And even in neurons, like pseudo mitochondria, every single cell,
this reception was there. So it's to do with actions to do with essentially, you know, melatonin supposed to set nice to not continue pirating for making the self way. So avoid going all the way down from the citric acid cycle for the sole purpose of making corresponding ATP to how much ATP there is for that ATP to be used for the expression of the GPR109a A receptor. And with you know, and know, that urine is also part of this expression development with ADP and colon, and I believe in blood brain barrier. So but nonetheless, it's expected to get nice and always to be dynamically sufficient reservoir almost or intake to that point mount nice and then it's going to you know, that's what's gonna hit the receptors and then once it hits those receptors, niacin has a beautiful unique endothermic process to ultimately result in potential bigger nav plus and a huge time ADP for no licensed inflammation T cells. And it's, it's a 70 know what you're going from a small tool to these big ones with more and more intake, it's nice to get from the cells is is practically like exercise in a pill because exercise, you know, stable blocks, they contain energy, the same exact energy is exactly the same. There's quite a bit what its houses is principle upon is the potential or kinetic chain. So potential energy is stored like, like idleness and continued in the ball.
So there's if you move them, you release that energy says that you exercise your lease sands, I can, say free radicals inflammation, they This is essentially they go from higher energy states and thermodynamically upstream of the speed of light towards less energy or say other free radicals in orbit. And so this, this is kind of how information manifest and other ones. So if you make enough for what you're doing in a while, and at all, you know, at the sweet spot, there's this, we're all safe. It's a military allows for nice to come in, based on this receptor expression, how much information it needs to address. And so your, your addresses by forming them potential entry at age plus proton, motive force. And so the information is coming down the lifeline giving the reader and so that's like pro inflammatory, anti inflammatory is your, you know, your exercise and break those laws. And so that's what I'm trying to say I guess simplifies difference between those energies, potential work energy, kinetic energy information, you know, anti cancer quarter factorial is just the direction of the force. So you add potential energy, if it's if it's enough for the junction gets pushed, and this applies to inflammation free of toxins, pathogens, nanoparticles. So matching over the life force to the candidate, the citric acid cycle going to maybe not ADP, and then you don't have enough niacin. to, to even if there was some, you know, as much ATP is needed, they can't. There's not, it's nice, it's only going to do so much. So what's gonna happen is that GC receptors are going to get more and more inflamed with more and more oxidative cascades, even nitrogen
free radical nitrogens just inflammation. And so they'll burn that receptor. And that's going to essentially slow, there's not Melatonin is going to decrease them. And so eventually this kind of like the cancer etiology, pathogenesis, where with the Warburg effect, the Pirate Bay events, it's it moves away from cellular metabolism from the mitochondria, because this just blacked out other receptors, like damage, so it moves them and leaves the mitochondria in the cytoplasm and does rollway glycolysis and so that's what it's about. So, the entire water effect is this inflammation just over healing to more and more silence that PDC receptor and with this Melatonin is depleted, so COVID to the spikes of balls adapted to and this over the life force, this is what happens, this is how you know what can happen here it can happen here, you know, from conception, this is this inflammation not being addressed and why demand leader or accumulate more and more and more, as you age more and more and more. That, you know, this is the ideology, any logic mechanism or human clinical conditions and diseases in aging. So the source code to identify targets it sees people it's like this, this guy hasn't had nice and his whole life his melatonin drain. He's got always always a steak dinner. So once it hits the cells, what happens is glutamine depletes if you look at data, our clinical data but what separates instead of seven isolating itself, it's this viruses. So with this, the niacin drops really quick to try to counter this same kind of informed and competent and It's already worth, the virus is smart because it's nice and is already deficient, it's too much information. So with this, the last step is to add a D plus, for any at any clause, the receptor that connects that is any decent one, which is gloomy. So that's how rapidly the nice and drops to that energy plus trips out by any decent one or sector. And this turns out to be including me instead of humans getting really, really used. And then it's just like tripped out and depleted. And so this is if you look at the data, clinical data is published in adults. What separates the adults from, you know, being able to stay in their home setting and referred out versus having to go to like their emergency department emergency department setting is glutamine. It's not, it's like literally 47% drop, I've never seen something like this. My wife, glutamine is the most abundant amino acid, very flexible amino acid in just just bioenergetic dogs health. And it's, you know, if, if it does, what that points to directly, abortion doesn't have an adult significant, you know, I'm mistaken. And also, you know, there's a clinical study, we're getting like 10 grand doses, prevented, paid, you know, hospitalized patients from ICU and death. So that alone is more significant than most treatment options. But so what explains that you know, with is that niacin depleting so rapidly, and it tricking out that receptor is depleting and we trickling it out thereafter. And so that's sort of the virus that gets into the cells. And so so once it gets into the saucepan, it starts thirsting on your inflammation, your ATP further, until it reaches a threshold where it's this is, you know, thermodynamically now, you've you've reached the threshold where it's enough to double and go on to the next stop. So as it's doing this, it's further inflaming that PDC receptor is, and you have the hypoxia, it's all the all the pathways and just straight pro inflammatory, regulate this pro information like m one is it's that whole or state is is just, they're all activated as it's like, you know, imagine scalable, strong, sucking, so as it's going on a PC is getting like hyper accelerated the frame. And so, if you have a license, which for adults do because of what I explained
and what he said he got less than all the time, it makes it even easier to get around, but even safe, you have still some younger people are are getting them and you can have little dolphin status coming into life because of gestation, but nevertheless, it makes it easier than if you have lower melatonin because of this aggregated inflammation in PDC or pre existing Li being, you know, started in blessa cell koay and less ATP and no knocking over always always nice, efficient nice and and so that whole ideological map mechanism, biochemical mechanisms kind of snowballing. So, what it does then is you know, this is essentially this is the Warburg effect, which is the first pathogenic species ever, that ferns replication the Warburg effect is necessary and sufficient. So, if you are considering the Warburg effect, this is what I've noticed, but this is what allowed me to honor the knowledge from his critical role and it's in closer cooperation to regulate national metabolism, how prevention of disease epigenetics of mammals, essentially with niacin. So, once these what this is is like hires to the virus species are going in or sucking up your melatonin, which people with more information they have, it makes it even easier to suck out more efficient. And so as the ultimate it's just like hyper depleting and the niacin is you know, the niacin can get restored. But then that's where the problem lies and that's a lot more so what the virus does it gets in the cell sucks your energy up flourishes a threshold with this your Melatonin is just massacred and depleted that goes on Caesar which is stressful the double benefit goes on in an excellent like a bad ex girlfriend. Like it's just used this for energy on excellence it's a feedback loop with high end few Phoebe nice nice so much information by the way, you know, especially these with us are you want to help regulate these cholesterol winterize So, you know, this is like a steak dinner with a buyer Stephen they've adapted now to for their fitness just like we have to go to the supermarket for our continuing of kin and generations, you know, survival of our species. That's how they do it. Now let's look at so when you're when assessing, so what will happen is I see more and more inflammation, you're it's like fusion, and you're exasperating this whole pathogenic or pathogenic manifestation of the disease syndrome saikyou, especially disease severity is, is you know, you have, you're going to have here, this is why people have low HDL, metabolic conditions, obesity, diabetes, you know, hypertension, the sedentary behavior, eat like crap, you know, older adults, through this aging process. This is why they're most at risk. Again, infection is the device for you, and also more severe progress of symptomatology, through a huge audit. So this is like, like the Siachen stories, it's exasperates. It's like fusion. And so, you know, most people are able to even in the hospital, I believe most people are able to rock it out and survive. The ones who died, the fact that they die because of the virus, it succeeds. Until it just complete organ failure, systematic cell death, and then and it goes on and on. And, but So, the problem is, so say long haul, or I said, you know, it's doing this, even if it's like, not severe symptoms, the virus, you know, if you if you survive, you've pretty much gone out of your What do you have remaining is the residual damage, there's planets, and assaults that continue to linger, that melatonin stays the product in many areas. So and so this is, you know, for a while, I mean, this is very futuristic health science.
I was completely overlooking the role of military lawnmowers, even a lot live under a really, really long hours with really declining balance, which now alternative regulates Old Guard, microbial or intestinal health, digestive maintenance and maintenance and digestive function say like new gastritis H. pylori, also riotous gal, and leaky gut. And so that's what they're kind of essentially. And that's because the virus really wants to there's two, what it ultimately wants to do is get into your CNS, because that's the most bang for your buck volume of energy for success. And so the siphon storm is kind of a strategy where you can damage the blood brain barrier through circulation, and getting through into the CMS stem. Another route is through the colon going as fast as they say, their rabbit hole and it's as they're replicating the coins to feed the crap out of the military which is already deficient coming in. And so once it does that, this this essentially makes the godly came through the Vega nerve that crosses the blood brain barrier, and then into the central nervous system and feast more. So it drains melatonin, everywhere, but especially say a colon. And so you know, I was seeing I'm like, you know, something's up like if people aren't recovering for you often Is there something else going on now. It's always been inferences I'm pretty much convinced that it's fact that there is to GPR my name, it was this receptor was their city it wasn't being rerouted. And those cells and so if it's not allows the niacin you know, only so only what is, if any, no, it's depreciate simply arise really short. So most nicer than, say, especially a colon, and we're calling, you know, pushes liver to the circulation, we're calling pushes, in, you know, many nutrients compounds through our whole body into the brain. The way I was seeing is, you know, this, this nice is not getting into the cells. And so that's really, and I was thinking, you know, maybe butyrate, reroutes. And stead and that's kind of there was for decades now, I've been trying to find out, because it's so Nevertheless, the curator was like helping some people whatever still, you know, there weren't they weren't getting pure SEO. And this really does apply like the the expedition of recovering for everyone from all diseases and Vaccine Injury, potentially, and everything. So I finally clicked to me, there was a big study saying it's big to me. And that's what I like to do with the drop, happy face and the smiley, sad face to the sad face is like this because it's an hour. And so until you repeat the Mellotron match GPR 109, as to when the URI of instead of ATP can be made impure a part of it, but in the colon, to have it expressed, and then fitted with niacin. And that for years inflammation. So people flock in violent ways, a lot of older adults flush violently. Now, we don't have to, you know, it's gonna take a little bit because people are, this is a new topic, but we can afford it. And this isn't always always time we've been
not doing nice injustice, not realizing that this type of flush was part of the release of inflammation, you know, because you feel it. But now the flushes literally, because there's not enough military, only a proportion of, of ATP was made. And only a proportion of that GPL is to was made, expressed. So that not not short of how much actual information there is. So that's only, especially the ones that require the most. And also because there is the most information that's required, but it's nice to get into addressing. So it's proportionately the least standard if there's melatonin deficient, the least expression of that receptor, so proportionally the most nice and doesn't get into their cells and do therapy. Instead, this niacin kind of bounces off an actual nice logical molecule hits the inside lining of capillaries, and does like you know, there's, it's in the gases itself is an acidic compound. So it does like funky little chemical side reactions as it clears for kids. It's not as cute. But the thing is, we've been, we've been chosen to ionizing thinking that, you know, embrace the flaws. But, you know, there's the even if you embrace the flaws, you're not going to really ever reset yourself and get this inflammation out until you embrace the knowledge to allow the correspondingly adequate expression of the niacin receptor for that much nicer to hit it for it all to be used. So it was this is very elegant and clever, because we're using melatonin and niacin to refer to life as a species now because we didn't have enough knowledge and it's nice itself will help a lot. But you're not using you're not getting a justice you're we've been misusing it this whole time. Simply due to the not understanding or having a knowledge of or the connection of this integral role of melatonin and niacin in the regulation of this receptor to be able to dynamically assess push back and keep you keep your feet You shine foresthill around and once you reset, you know, keep you in this equilibrium through all the cells that govern comprehensive physical health and functioning of the body. So over time, so imagine that so finally now, there's a lot there's the line goes on research carving out the niacin, people down on the niacin that are, you know, they've been hiding niacin for decades. So are you getting into censorship, my reports in Iceland inceptive since March 2014. I mean, there's, it's, I want to talk about it now, because I have to do another call. But, you know, this is what I figured out now is this connection with melting ice and the kind of what the series is not just not just an alternative niacin, but it's the method of administration of this medical technique in the sense of these integral components. What these parts have to do, first of all, they're attracted to people, that's their trades, people who are overloaded, inefficient, alright, and then what they have to do that is to continue to deplete it. And if you have less coming in, and it's that easier for the sparks all. So they're taking over, they're getting, they're going through the receptor that niacin and melatonin regulate to get your energy from there. And this is screwed a lot of people off. So I think the jobs are in a way kind of seamlessly, trying to get their needs to be, you know, embedded within these receptors, too. I mean, this is theoretical, but they would make sense to remote SAP or energy from our stuffs all hydro technology. So nonetheless, what what this virus or these spiders have to do, and what disease development and progression is, and momentum over time and damaging the system. What it is, is not being able to, you know, continue to tell you how much how many, how much energy is in excess pinch, pinch yourself salary through your mind, over the life course, and so, this virus, these spikes, hyper accelerated, that that very thing. And because this, that's how, that's how real nice and mellow trainers are is that they regulate how energy is balanced dynamically, and are able to, with the knowledge given moving back to a comprehensive buyer environment.
Oh,
thank goodness melatonin gets into cells into mitochondria doesn't just want to synthesize from trip because as I said, in your brain release that happens at night to recruit because we definitely know three groups. That way our first doctors indicated at my last that would be needed at night to recruit because we're not getting a different release of melatonin gets into circulation and that's directly there's an alternate receptor that allows entry of the alternative directly in your mitochondria. So that means that say oral supplementation and I would do through the liver scan just enough of the purest melatonin compound you can get because the liberal push it all the way through circulation and there's these receptors kind of coordination with each other. Well, you know, so what you're doing that is your this method of the medicine kind of, you know, providing medicine is this melatonin, you're using melatonin, thank God that gets into cells right? And you read it then using that melatonin then re reestablishes safety we're even in cancer tumor cells reestablishes from from lactates. They've been produced in cytoplasm back for a pilot to start then going back to back in the mitochondria and BIOS and flushing them away. Okay, because of the routing that Melisandre puts that pressure on. And so what then and so then more ATP than can be formed citric acid cycle then It's reverted or continues. And so then or ADP is, the nicer sector now can be expressed for reporting that inflammation. And so you put you essentially, as a substrate throwing a sufficient amount of melatonin.
So this is the ideal sweet spot was a CD ROM. And he needed, you know, 30 milligrams of melatonin to replete all the melatonin to get the sufficient, let's say everyone would be asleep of guidelines to receptor expression, right? And then sir, Hey, stay like a gram of knives and whatnot. And all that nice and guy is going to give you what did you want is no fluff, not even a tingle. So without that said, then all that all that noise is used. And essentially, they put pushes out. And so that inflammation is expended on your body, this inflammation whether from this COVID pathology, from the Vaccine Injury, let's say potentially, or the life course, so many clinical conditions, and diseases, and just morbidity and mortality. And so until you get that melatonin repleted you're just gonna be flushing, especially the more and more depleted your emails and more more information. So this this viral disease is hyper accelerating, the light horse presentation coming in. So this really, especially depletes melatonin. And this this one kind of ultimately typifies what goes really, really long for long COVID. And so what, what this is, is basically, you know, mechanically, you're just doing your, you're just doing a chemical reaction, you're replenishing the substrates that got depleted, and works for that in the flow of information, no matter how great magnitude is, to essentially push out that information. As you hit these sweet spots more and more to restore this safe DC receptor, which then will all depend resources, you've got some site that ultimately restore tryptophan from melatonin, and then you don't have to do as much and so whether or for pathogens that that preceded ensuited impact still linger in your body back to any any any conditions, especially especially from source code to damage from the slides. So what you're doing is essentially using what was depleted versus deficient coming in that now we need to emphasize especially for those with this lingering pathology and feeling like
you've been suffering for 1819 months now. Going through so far, especially someone like that is what they're reporting is that the dosing for the Mellotron some of them will need over 200 milligrams. And here's the nice oh, is still you know, don't the flushes getting less and less and whitespace still there again, this is how depleted this this COVID does. I mean, there's even there's there's older adults in their 70s 80s who are requiring this much melatonin as well. So that's the key is to always optimize you know, efficient therapy or for the protection keeping you in balance. So where are you always so there's Okay, so we always want is no fluff. Like even over like so this is this is beautiful because most older adults are not compliant and don't like niacin and Gus can reap the benefits of it because of this flush. And so now we know this flushes because there wasn't enough time for the nicely getting into cells and there wasn't as much that could allow the nice and you're getting the cells for providing our therapy. And so once that our time is the whatever amount it is to the cells is not in the threshold. Any we hit it with the nice and all that is is is used and what you have to do now because you don't have to bounce it off. It's the cheap the now talent related GPR 109 are suffered because there wasn't enough knowledge. It's it's there's not enough time to make it. Press corresponding how much information needs to be addressed all that nice, unless you do like, you know over three grams if you have a relative you might get assuming you're happy with it pretty much all that nice especially for recovery is going to get used up and that's when you want to flush out even the slightest teeny, especially here where there's the most inflammation the neuro inflammation, this is d neurons, old sports and C is the SMS and through tendons tissue and the intricate cranial structure and with our Samson, this these are microscopic and weird. And they wrapped around almost like 4g. So if you pull them out, they're gonna be like from here to here. So you want to get gas and the most important, and this is a lot of like, the long COVID what's going on, you know, it's got noise in the police. And whatever this information is you get over COVID but this inflammation waders, your melatonin depletes more and more and more and this portion is so what the nice with the 80 plus and, and also with the military, the more and more tryptophan is more and more depleting and getting oxidized before like acid. So again, this is you know, going in and out of your brain and cmst your whole body and you got to die. This is an HIV patients as well as this, the tryptophan depletion essentially is because of the lack of niacin and lack of melatonin to every psychotic condition is a way of, of this occurring. And so so, you know, the way that you know, so like a full boxing or SSRIs are horrible treatment strategy. Because you're inhibiting the ceratitis, you're further enabling melatonin biosynthesis. And your further portion of the junction of tryptophan Ben deplete preparing pathway and oxidizing QA not making nickel commitments in basketball nucleotide. And so this is all regulated by now. Because we're melting uncertainty and you have your niacin is now in order to get the urge to do his full job to get out this information. But once it's there, once you do this medical method that's how you enable and accomplish that in the therapy forward is replete and alternate each time I'd say I'm about to show you example how to do it to get inflammation with nice and optimal optimal pace each time overpower. That's all you got to do. And so
basically your stuff, you know, inflammation in so many ways, but it's all to do with inflammation is not allowing tryptophan and niacin to turn the protons directly to Calvary. And so lack of niacin and also this inflammation depleting melatonin production is set up as secured with asbestos disease that sadly and so. Okay, so, let's so if you're, let's say so I have you know, what this is, this applies to every condition, you know, any scenario for instance, it's up so the key themes Okay, this these are the sweet spots so that so older adults and people who are very melatonin repeat, especially right now are going to flush violently. Many of you don't even want the team you want organized. Excuse me. So also if the ideally you want just enough knowledge, right, whatever it is, even though there's papers coming out, they don't know about brilliant researchers clinicians, unfortunately an old catch up they don't know about the integral orchestra concert of melatonin in Wisconsin. So they're saying you know, this code demonstrated as odd as this COVID is ravaging your notes on supply as it replicates and then leaving about persistent and wintering inflammation. But so they say like a bat for what preventative, most unalterable nouns and they also have, like a dormant Coronavirus. It doesn't really affect them because they haven't gotten to keep it from recording So that's why we're seeing, you know, now, DMCA, an editorial published, huge, you know, great news showing it like, just, you know, melatonin supplementation alone, the risk of COVID among the most outrageous black Americans. So, if you stand alone, if you keep your mouth prevents, you know, this virus from taking you to more ensuing disease symptomatology. So that's why white explains that association, but they're not yet connecting with the niacin what I just told you guys, what? So taking, and then even alternative therapy in clinical studies. And that's, again, because it slows down the progression of the viral replication. What if you want to get melatonin alone, so these these authors, you know, they're calling and this is true, you know, people take like one or two gram doses for decades, and then it's a high safety profile, you can overdo it. And just eventually, you're like, your military will just always be really, really hard. It's useless. It's useless. Like you're not getting justice and allowing him to do what it's supposed to do without so many. So this what I'm trying to kind of feed into is, nonetheless, the knowledge depletion, especially your goals are especially long, long, long hours. You know, we've been suffering since January 2020. Now, and even before I mean, it's, it's, it's a serious military depletion, but that's fine. You don't have to worry because all you have to do is repeat it wherever it takes. There's anything not to use for life. You just got to repeat it for the therapy for the recovery. Your walk around see our trainees like I don't know maybe like 40 but SAR like 203 or 50 milligrams melatonin, before the niacin. So what do you know, what do you ideally want to accomplish is as expeditiously and comfortably as possible, establishing and getting to the sweet spot. So this so and I'll get into these grants, the sweet spot doses is where you take the first amendment is you never want to floss because you want to organize the gun. Okay, so and so and then ideally, you want just enough Helton so that no floss on it or
even it's like as if it's like no flush eyes in your eyes in mind, but it is, it's just nice to now doing its job or because you're female. So let's say like you said like, if you also you know, if you do get you can get groggy, and flush, and even we also called brawny flush and that's still not enough and all of a sudden the Melatonin is getting here you're just getting ADP and themselves. That's like we just ate turkey Thanksgiving dinner or sizing drank like you know a bunch of old milk
crops or have someone calling back so I need to kind of wrap this up but so
so what you want to do even if it's a 500 this customer that empty whatever it takes, you got to throw that Mellotron and repeat him and then it works it says the most it like 10 minutes before the nice okay that's kind of for so much like with it for other segments but on average time and so basically your goal is from the get go and I scored at about 300 milligrams. And this is this is for people starting off or long like a non urgent situation. Okay. I'd started like you know, for long haul or sometimes milligrams, but I'm sorry sitting 2025 and 320 25. Military, you whatever for this. Be weighing in these, this this companies, I've scoured them all they're the best. Pure ball This is pure everything even their even their veggie caps is literally just capsule of their niacin meliton and these are the most stable compounds they only only have the HCl bond these things are stable in all kinds of environments and you're clearly putting into your body what is synthesized from food it's just we don't have enough to work couldn't work we're where we are because we didn't have enough free food and they'll never be enough for food and so now so to to you basically playing on your body what's its depletion is why were you are you essentially current direction by reaching to collect chemical reactions and I'm saying not just you're not just pushing out information it's nice things getting in yourself this is what T cells are referring to T cells party analyze the some of the development identifying pathogens, toxins now with nanoparticles, recruiting B cells kill ourselves and essentially analyze someone to then induce phagocytosis D nature everything clear push it out. So this applies to everything foreign. That's not good energy, not nutrients, not organic is what you need. So say you, I so these you know, if you see the protocol, okay, it's so you know, this company they're like on there so sold out right on backward, you can use my code I still recommend the order where if you need emergency Okay, so say it's an emergency you have COVID so you can get capsules or tablets. GNC has pretty decent tablets pills, like 500 milligrams but so if you wait it out though
now it's like point 807 point eight one and it's this 500 milligrams so you see it's got three millions of fillers so when you idealize it immediate release dump for your liver to process these receptors are very connected I'm not going to go into that but so if you so you know tablets and melatonin to what you want immediate release you know this is all you can get this has calcium ideally you don't even want that you want to straight immediately smell turn compound and mixing it acid look for flush form stay away from solaray niacin so now so if it's if it's tablets, you know I would say that's fine because it's just maybe a little slower and not as efficient right so then it expands your house when you want I view its power is the most bang for the buck this the same exact thing no filters for supplements also has this nice announcement but I think she bought if you want capsules ideally I'd get the pure ball it's literally the same thing just in like dissolves like selling just literally the cellulose capsule as if I got this in for you. So pretty if you're limited if you can go to like Whole Foods has like a sole goal or veggie cap try to look for the veggie avoid solaray because as aloe vera that messes stuff up, avoid allergy research group nice and has Ellucian especially for recovery not messing stuff up. Look at the research that can make you even noticed independently of tryptophan depletion oxidation. Are you not allowed to use actually for food, gummy bears for college? You know, anything? You still want extra? Okay, so, um, so let's say, you know, you have a cute COVID and you get, okay, so if you get like now Alright, which is decent, you know, it's former mutual cost or something. So piping rocks, I mean, you know, like, like, so if it's a capsule, whatever it is take out a little and put it in water. And so I like to say it's like, so safe if you have like huge severe COVID. Alright. You're not. It's probably okay as long as there's severe acute depletion going on, and niacin too. So you gotta, you know, if what you want every time no matter what situation is no flux. Ideally, you're still getting some therapy with flush, just not abstinence. And so you got to overpower it. So it's like, you know if it's mild, start with 500 Nice. And so you don't have to do this with this brand. But say it's any other brand and then don't do salary or or allergy research group. support them. 500 so this is mild. If it's severe story of one, maybe even longer and so disappointing a whole lot of mix, say there's no flush when you feel groggy. What you can do is even aloe niacin to get that access melter now or just next goes once to work more nicely and or lower the melatonin according to the degree of say the glories right. Now if you have a float with, with how to raise Melatonin is the degree of the flush. And also you can get drawn into the southern mountains going here, some of the sweet spots, like basically just it feels brilliant. You don't even feel a tingle. And that's important for people with neuro pathological kind of symptoms now, which is this is, again, long COVID this is all all kinds of conditions because of this inflammation. So, especially older adults, especially people in lawnmowers tone, you want to know, from the get you know, it's no one's worthless without this nice and nice is worthless without it's contingent upon sufficient knowledge once so, so if it's acute case, say it's mild, I did just 500 I would start at
and you know, you can lay it out face to say the melatonin you do I would do your new say you have the pills, or the capsules put him out. I would do maybe if it's mild with with 500 niacin do the melatonin. Say, I shouldn't put that thing on. Well, that's too much. But say something like this might actually be great. So that'd be 60 milligrams point oh, six oh grams. And so you want a precision scale, if you got the powder with point oh, grams. And so then put that in water. So do the mount and so also if you have so and then I would say if it's severe, like do 5060 to start and with with warm eyes. If it's more like moderate to severe, it's more mild, do like I would say like 30 and 500. And I bet you know, imagine if you didn't do that altering, you're going to flush a lot harder, because there's inflamed areas that require less melatonin, and thus it's gonna be at least proportional expression in the least proportionate, most proportional nice and not getting into the cells. So you're going to feel you know, you don't want to feel any table. So let's go so if it's a cute You know, mild still judge kind of that agree with the floss thing, try them when you want to do that as if you got no floss. And it's sweet spot, good enough to 750 Golden up to one gram you want to push this out or whatever. And you'll notice knowledge on this get this inflammation out the knob these receptors get restored like PDC and cell quede starts getting developed more and so melatonin naturally endogenously from tryptophan gets restorable and so you will get what the key is is throwing the Miss necessary necessitated amount of melatonin and to then start this therapeutic process. And also the nice like you want to get up to one gram doses, we're in games even, you know, if we're extra, up to two gram doses, I can I take two gram doses with like 3035 minutes here and there. Now it's like I'll do like it's you know, with nice and now getting to cells more, we don't have to use as much so but still for rapid recovery, you want to get to the sweet spots, whatever the hell the amount of melatonin is. I don't care if it's, I mean, I do care. Like I'm just telling you factual science and mechanics here. But even if it's you know, 500 milligrams one gram and altering firing and you'll see like the flesh become less and less intense. And so wherever he is once you get those sweet spots, they're both used up. So if it's the factory so it's like a little extra melatonin. It's when you do that it's just a just an extra thing and once you get to the sequence sweet spot again, the fact that it's all used up there's there's this is completely organic. Okay, what's the key is getting to the sweet spots. Okay, so now so and people very severe COVID say in hospitalized settings right? You're gonna I would start at least 60 milligrams melatonin and wirehouse grams niacin at least. And again, if you still flush, you know add add more melatonin to be hard at occupations broaden. But by again, regardless, it's okay if there's extra military, what you want to do is is expedite the query in this game of chess to be able to let it let it do its power, you know, when when you the game. I mean, that's that's true. No AC adapter. That's what nice is. So that's getting pathogens out pushing everything out this is preventing this metabolic dysfunction from
the say cytokine storm from from ensuing and such in the neighborhood. So another thing for adult acute patients I said with the glutamine depletion, so like, straight l glutamine, right, this clinician, so this is all patients, their glutamine is almost have as I explained that before, why that is immunosuppressed with this inflammation lingering in long haulers and many people. And with a lot of it's, it's the the glutamine continues to stay deficient. So especially for a few patients, I would start like 710 grams, and save the long haul or start like three to five to seven grams of the glutamine up like kind of as a preset like a silo. Eventually, melatonin will work with me regardless of what we're storing for you. It doesn't hurt though, to really nice to buy amino acid promotes Bluetooth thing. And you know, just this is a good igniter for that. So I would do this to you everything after meals are due for protection, and general maintenance, anti aging, I'm here after the two biggest meals in the day. If you get these sweet spots, you're not going to get groggy, you're not going to have we're reactions are not going to get any caviar, undesired, acute or prolonged. And any kind of negative effects, you're on any of those still, without the Melatonin is still doesn't come close to the positive effects of niacin as monitor. But with his military, now, we get these sweet spots here, you're essentially like I'm getting, you know, I'm shining my to Jesus these corners. So it's like I'm shining my shoe. Like my body, you know, first of all, I need to get all this off, polish it off, make it work cleaning an avenue from all the from the lack of an item to be able to do that in life. It's gotten dirtier and dirtier. So I reset it. And so that is you know, once it's all polished, and you're doing that every job. Now same as the polishing is something like you're going to severe pupo you got to do it harder and overpowering. So you've been you put lips and once you get feeling great. And this applies to all diseases. I don't have time to go over them all right now but you can see on the telegram group, vaccine reversal, one word lowercase vaccine reversal. And I think our you can see the some of the success stories we've only been out now like one to two weeks 1000s of people and then we have some samples of testimonials and just just a great resource of people in community and talking about, you know, guiding people on of course, clinicians, doctors, researchers, you know, all boards, this isn't something or anything. And so eventually, once you get this information out and reset and start feeling amazing what you're doing, then it's just every time you're dosing you're just doing your body's doing from fear that's trying to do that, but there's just not enough nighttime. So that's what you're doing every dose and what this does is keep as to that GPR in equilibrium stabilized, not under Express not under expressed. That's a surrogate marker of health status, I'd say. And so you know when you want to do you know to take advantage of the dose response of niacin because it's all getting into cells, you're pushing all this gunk out and getting closer closer for so you know why I'm you know, let me talk about the other cofactors real quick. This is all in the protocol all this program is quick. If you do the glutamine, glutamine you won't have to do like it's just a good booster first couple days and then also restore. So if you do the glutamine better take like the magnesium glycinate you can get it from Whole Foods, let's say like Amazon is legit these all these cofactors you can get any see understand as long as they want to deal with that. That's one that you know they're not bad. So this Vitamin C bioavailable. One, you don't want to strain a sorbic acid, because it needs fruit veins to get into cells. That's why people take these high doses of vitamin C for no reason they can reduce toxicity. So they take like, salty like the melatonin. And these are like in emergency situations these are necessary necessity This is the many situations is nice will be enough. But if you want to full yesterday, you get to the
sweet spot. But so magnified cavity they take glutamine, the magnesium glycinate one of them, drop the melatonin, whatever it is, wait 10 minutes, drop the dice. And don't be afraid to go up to two grams. And you know, to maintain it at about 750 twice a day. Also, this is like the real journey credit. It's amazing to be like nice and ultra synergistic effect on being able to activate calorie burning with exercise. So this makes it so that this is a beautiful blessing because it ties in in my research. What I was saying with with physical activity dimension, no one likes doing physical activity. So now we don't have to do as much and as long. But the thing is, is you want to you want to eat good to not become underweight or malnourished. So you know what, you know, as for recovery, you're getting out with free radicals and the gunk and toxins and pathogens, and nanoparticles first and then like a normal way now if you keep doing you know, if you continue on array where you're nine toning out calories more than you're putting in this is you can become underweight. So that's kind of the only potential adverse effect of of sweetspot spot nine it's one of those things, but it's you know, that's on you that same thing if you starve yourself and take anything else so but yeah, so that's the problem with you know, losing weight without an iPhone is that you your basal rate to him as you're trying to exercise and workout calories, you just have to eat more to get back to what you do make me feel good, because the calories you just exerted out doing the doing the physical activity, and everyone knows that. So the magnesium glycinate so it's like saying you need to go in and energetically right, like five minutes after that you will never know what's going to get the sweet spots. And then right after right after the military do like magnesium glycinate magnesium helps electrical communication of all receptors including the query docid One, two aprt which has been the tryptophan depletion oxidation, so and also our die so deficient. So I take like now like one out the night dose, but when you're recovering like take one and we go straight after that alternate and then do the niacin like whatever you know, for recovery or you know to exploit say one gram one and a half wherever it is and write out to nice and do one of these vitamin C's or you know, you can also drink a bunch of orange juice or eat oranges or guavas taken in this piece of fried B vitamins are so important to all these two were deficient from died on those. They're not necessary. They're not necessarily necessary, but it's going to it's going to expedite and facilitate this whole citric acid cycle energy metabolism rewiring fog and also get this one is in the protocol. This is the best one I think designs for health the supreme as you see us make sure the B complex has niacin amide. So yeah, and this one has the right all the right B's. It has a little TMG trimethyl glycine will kind of they will limit homosapien overload so like I do, like you know, maybe a gram a day or 750 milligrams or every other day. It seems like these methylation issues are because say in a lot of things but they can't be redirected which is nice because not all the nice is getting in itself. But this should help this can help further and you need to be writing we don't need but it helps a lot have the vitamins for salt take like one of these with the first dose I now do like one every other day with the first test. Once you get into like 507 51 grams sweet spots, take one of the first steps every day. Also, a little Selenium is good like, you know, maybe one or two a day for recovery. I do like one every other day. This stuff's great. The Morley Robbins is root cause protocol is legit. Nine turning the wall will What a very
clever and like what's the way like what's the word like? Like sheer must way of restoring your file level copper and metal balance is throwing the right file double copper and metals MTU. So grass fed beef kind of almost kind of like this, but to grass, this is a great company to take to after every meal. After the, you know, after you do what I just mentioned their thing with niacin cofactors. And to some people and not too much, you know, here and there. It's my money. And as other benefits, this copper bis glycinate, maybe two milligrams, you know, one or two times a day to your taste. So that's basically NAC is so NAC a lot of people really like it, it has a synergy with niacin to promote and maintain mitochondrial integrity on this, you know, basically entails a B plus continuing ATP continuing to be made and gluten thing continue to be made. It's the most efficient precursor. A lot of people like any car gets your sweet spot. And then, you know, evaluate how it's different as per the protocol. But yeah, it's and it's also good for kind of prevention of microcline environments. And you know, it's for respiratory conditions, people like it a lot. It's not necessarily on the peak, but I think with the melatonin, allowing the nice and getting old cells, then that he see on top of that with the gluten promotion in Canada. It ties like a try symmetry setting to evaluate out I think it will help a lot with vaccine, potential Vaccine Injury recovery and acute recovery. And for many long motors and in general, but no promotion of this with diseases clinical is another side of the corner of you know, your your cellular metabolism going to crap nearby syndromes, and their disease conditions aging, or health. suffering. So, yeah, so kind of, you know, I hope I'm sorry, the dandelion, this whole foods, leaf and root dandelions, almost kind of like a mini version of the protocol. It's, it's a good buffer to have a blog, maybe treat like a cup a day or two here and there. Yeah, and these electrolytes are good, better than Gatorade. I mean, what else? Yeah, so product and terracing and timing, you know, you want to overpower you know, in acute case Vaccine Injury and stay long COVID was lingering, however, you want to have your you want to replete these substrates to overpower usually, you need to take advantage of their dose, especially nice these dose response, therapeutic action. And that's how melatonin allows you to do that too. And allows to have no no side effects. The sweet spot Josie needs to be established as expeditiously and hopefully culturally as possible. But it's like if you overdo it, that's fine. You know, you, it's whatever saves you, you know, I'd say for people to start at least 2500 milligrams, in general, for acute COVID, severe 5060 with one of these knives. And just you want to get as fast as like if you flush your tongue here and push a lot harder without I know it's still. But it's like if you're still flushing large amounts, right? You need more. That's simply what it means. And then it's like don't start shorting yourself in the nice. If you're used to the flush ready, say at 100 250 300 you need to also get the niacin fool. So it's like if you're, if you're ready to save throughout, like I know people are like 130 milligrams, and four milligrams nice. And they're still flushing, still getting brawler and it's what I'm saying like I'm like, Okay, well, you're nice and like 750 You know, this will be recommended to go over with your primary care physician, of course, you know, but the science says that even if it's 110 or 50, you're still watching fluffy. So the 750 is gonna get used up and clearly you have a lot of inflammation that that 402 so you want to get this video, but then the second category, or this is an organic chemical reactions. And so treat it like, you know, it's like the degree of the flux ship. The same, you get to 200 years still, maybe a little less, but You're just not getting anywhere
until you get all that knowledge or whatever it is. So that this receptor gets you know maximally expressed so only nice and gets in inflammation and starts getting out and eventually you know, you got to maintain these sweet spots these
higher doses of formaldehyde are going to be required once you hit the sweet spots and continue with higher dose niacin to expedite it's eventually that knowledge is going to start this inflammation fear the receptors going to get reset re nurtured restructured, even even mildly in nerves and neurons so it's just the key is especially seeing the brain around the nervous system is is you want to get all the melatonin wherever it needs to be so that all it is you can trust it. And it's what say source COVID did you and I really like accelerated rate and what else what life did you but you just use to even hear it it doesn't take much to turn it around. So and again, they're all all it's all the analysis and all the nice factor if you're getting the sweet spot versus is getting used as the work to push out information instead of you running on a treadmill for six days trying it out that's that would be maybe similar. But that's not feasible especially in recovery. So I mean this is real. This is real mitochondrial coverage, this is real T cells Association producing phagocytosis clearance of all sorts of pathogens particles toxins, materials and so that's so you know if it's recovery, I would just you know, that mantra like sweet spot sweet spot where I knew I should be getting to a one gram niacin too as I'm getting achieving a sweet spot as fast as possible. And I would do you know for like ideally like three times a day after me it was quite say no, you can also do it's better to do like two times with higher dose than three with small and eventually we're gonna start feeling better so we're gonna be really clear in that like the hump like you're going down. But now it's like you're gonna start feeling better when you start cleaning. And then always what was causing it is getting released by repeating what was being depleted because of what was causing it. But, so, you know and for maintenance like also you know yield Another thing is getting the nice new the cells says zinc, zinc, I mean read the damn literature zinc is in first candle states actually eat if you if you take niacin, it increases zinc uptake by 71%. Okay. And this is also satellite quesiton you don't need clustering as you can sell. You see guys and mountain lions to do its job maximally to reset your buyer and your crowns and then nutrients started going. Okay, so this question also inhibits a very important PGD to prostaglandin D to release mechanism of nicotinic acid Oh nice. Okay. You don't want that questions cool for food is going to overload it's not what they say it is. Okay. Vitamin d3. Also, you're not you're just throwing vitamin T and it's not a game in itself. Okay. The way you get vitamin D So if you'd like sardines or caviar rush you can go out in the sun when you do tonight and don't over exert yourself to stretch. Do snow Bridgewater to sweat a little 39,000 for the sun's rays, restoring your bioenergetic dominance and your HDL boosting lipid stabilization allowing HDL to get more fortified in your liver and your bone marrow and immune function. That's what we're restore vitamin D Okay, and seeing zinc picolinate this okay we're in there 14% of that is only seen the other part is pigmented acid which is an isomer of nicotinic acid niacin. That's what allows me to think again again in itself but again, you might join me but you don't want to overload see that messes up copper ion balance leads to islands being oxidized. And you know with any any you have any metal traces, you don't want to overload with metal, but you want to continue bioavailable copper again cells and nice and metals. And now it's going to stay sufficient in so I'm also avoid aspirin for the same reason it's worse than this. It inhibits the PGG to an ulcer. So you can eat apples and Apple products but the pectin
is really high and apples which again like courts to ask the two aspirin inhibits the PGD to so for recovery kind of drop apples until you feel amazing and then you can you know you can eat Apple still or drink apple juice or sauce if you if you space it apart like three four hours not seem so nice and yeah so you know the core ones nice melatonin, I'd say the P complex support this real vitamin C A little bit of magnesium glycinate if you know if for recovery for adults and stay immunosuppressed if we mean stays deficient occluding means a good kind of bass player to that have for God restoral function for them the melatonin them and then also it's you know, essentially allowing me to come in at plus more because it regularly extended ease in one receptor. So it appears to also allow the nice and to get into cells and make them any plus. I note about I cinema, in view rate and so my old rainbow protocol discord, melatonin regulates all gut health, intestinal health, gut microbial synthesis of fibers, saina, butyrate Vioxx, you know, flora, fauna, all all kind of digestive issues, right. So even gout, gastritis ulcers, and any kind of, you're going to if you, if you don't get enough melatonin, you're going to flush and it's going to exasperate like the acidity of the niacin stain of blood is like saying exasperate your gas and make it more acidic. So that's what you know. And so from the get go, you want to make you know, minimize before you get to that sweet spot, and then once you're hanging out the inflammation as depleting and altering and with with now restoring an alternator, nice and snow flush sweet spots. And then so what's gonna happen then is the information is getting out and the melatonin from tryptophan is gonna restore, and more and more and then you're gonna feel amazing. So but and this is applies to everything, it's like, pretend like you're a cow, and you don't want it to the extra nice and the hidden makes make circulation more acidic, and exasperated, it's not gonna harm it, it's just like an acute, undesired caveat, little side effect. That is, it's not that you're still getting therapy, not who knows not how much there's not enough nausea. So the melatonin shows was clean therapy organic, at the sweet spot. And so, you know, save the planet, you know, what you want to do is just keep, you're going to feel better and better and better stay wherever you're recovering from, as you tried it out. Alright, so you know, overpower it. And that you know, for like a few COVID even severe, it should take like two days
Max, maybe
establish the needed dosing map, it can be overnight, I mean, it has been ours is the establishment of new dosing. And this is even in very severe situations. And just you know, every hospital staff have a, you know, pharmacy where they have pure right and also nice and they should start establishing dosing for administration more efficiently to and again, the protocol you know, again, the glutamine is if you don't know I think remains great for adults in the beer situation off by setting also to stimulate to get in there I think I'll help establish that sweet spot. But it's your need to smell it on you especially the knives. So, you know, if you're, you know, I've I've probably kicked off Twitter, not by Twitter, I don't believe but by these ivermectin what's the word status or salads?
status
status. Yeah, they're so big now. They've known since April that first of all, COVID as I said, with siphon storm can with circulation directly damage bloodrager. Also, this knowledge on the fish is causing leaky gut, which leaky gut leaky brain through the vagal nerve entry through the blood brain barrier into the central nervous system. Also, there are people who have maybe 60% of the general population has some degree of this mutation, which essentially kind of messes up GABA receptors, which which are responsible for keeping the integrity of the blood brain barrier and letting say pharmaceutical substances, not linger and remain in the CNS. So this MTR one is saying, you know, if you have a generic poliquin ism Have it and it's not expressed, or say if COVID itself mimics as if you don't have the expression. And also I VM and other stuff is like statens z Pak h CQ also inhibit this MTR one. So what happens then is your giving direct actually facilitating is something that that has and has a warning that has led to even instant death, but essentially brain damage neurotoxicity. Very, I mean, even before it's its application for COVID-19 and Sub Saharan African countries, it's it's induced severe neurological diseases, because it's lingering in, in the CMS not getting out the blood brain barrier. And so if you have, especially if you have that polymorphism, they made sure in formal trials, I'm not talking about the unpublished one with this sketchy criteria, and then he died in mass from from, you know, like, poor quality data, it's looking like it's for fraudulent data. Now, early on, if particularly mass is prophylactic, it mitigates the downstream symptoms that they're picking. But what that means is that it's a lousy prophylactic to if people are still getting it, but the whole thing is that 60% of the population is coming in. Even before COVID they made sure it was in the form of trials to exclude those participants in SNP genetic testing to identify if they have this polymorphism but they're not considered but the thing is, they're they're not giving informed consent about this for general public administration. They give a client of a dog informed consent of this because call the breed like Lassie has, is more common in this MTR one mutation. So also now with COVID in the spike, mimicking, as if you have this mutation more and more and these farmer these drugs also, literally they're giving everyone brain damage to some extent. And I know many people with the I know people who have committed suicide from your ivermectin and then say also, I'm sure mix of other garbage cocktail repurposed drugs, that they're making $25 million a week on as the, for the service to prescribe them for their four minute, Tolman calls, probably high schoolers and call centers. But so these tips show no efficacy and they cry about how will we want to get we want to bring to the to the center stage, you know, systematically ignored and suppressed treatment options to save lives. Why are you then not saying a word about niacin especially wire some of your colleagues are climbing totin this FL CCCC garbage repurposed ROTC protocol? Why are they even slandering publicly slandering Eisen notwithstanding the unequivocal clinical and research literature and let's call it case series success that's been coping with my news people were interested you know why? I'll tell you why. Because they don't want to end getting $25 million a week as well. So yeah, these are garbage since the repurpose drawed is only good for their bait to get money. These so I if you want to go see some more it gets really dark and sketchy. how bad this is this ivermectin, these people are pouring went to Congress and under oath or sign and under oath said, this is the cure for COVID. And it's there's no side effects whatsoever. You get it? As sellers, an underreported conglomerate of side effects before COVID coming in to buy the pen stick or other. I mean, they're now getting banned in an anti
androgen and some other anti parasite that hasn't even been tested that has serious side effects cause like osteoporosis, anemia, and fertility, gosh, the full box we have a suicide label. Black Box FDA suicide warning that can cause cause serotonin syndrome psychosis. It's the Hornets depleting melatonin by needing certain Tony and fuel in terms of phenoxy depreciate oxidation more so it doesn't even claim an intuitive treatment strategy. And they want your kids honest. I mean, these people are evil and I think that also that people take these garbage repurpose drugs by this MGR wanting your vision and allowing the facilitation of them slides into brain. I think this is also impede it's making the these vaccines which are not all Similarly safe and effective as toted. But it's making them look even less safe and effective. It would be interesting to see the data of how many which vaccine injuries or breakthrough cases were on these repurpose drugs that they told it where we're going to stop vaccines and screaming a witch now, it's there was the COVID Crusher. And now it's like it's this whole time bridge to vaccines. So, you know, FDA is what they're warning about. I don't think this is the fact that you're excluding people with this genetic mutation from trials making sure but you're not telling me that, because this, this mutations were like this is going to induce neurotoxicity. And there's no my wife can see all their own diet coming in. It's manipulated and poorly not analyzed. It's a freaking joke. And I'm going to get into all that. I mean, it's the neurotoxicity has been a huge issue. And it's just, it's not just getting the ones for horses or animals. It's the one they're prescribing you to, it's the same damn ivermectin, the fact that they even try to compartmentalize the two as if there's some kind of like, that's rationale or something that you're doing something right. And there's a difference between that is just absolutely amateur and disgraceful. And people who promote that crap. They don't even it's like people who say, you know, these people who took the vaccine, or promote the vaccine, many of them don't know about an item, right? Many of them don't know about it. And they're receptive. They're seeing the science they're seeing, it's helping people, they themselves have more immunity, right. You know, so they're, they're receptive. But this with ivermectin, they know, they know, it's, it's healing so many, they see all the cyclic logins. And they all just as they say that they're so mad about ivermectin being sensitive that they manipulated and pretend like it was this COVID crushers around here, and maybe to to give everyone brain damage. Maybe they're probably two fluids to even notice. This is how rappers have this this operation is, but the fact that they are fans of them, they don't look at this evidence that's objective, and other elite researchers and clinicians, you know, disentangling it and showing them this and are they're just patiently but then they'd get mad about people not seeing, you know, the truth about how how not as ideally, safe and effective vaccines are, and ignoring and overlooking the damage from them. literally doing that with their own eyes, imagine and acting like it's the cure, when there's no advocacy and all that other garbage drugs, and you're just exacerbating further suffering. And so, you know, and they're not about telling you about
that, anyways,
this shit is real you, what I've identified is, is you know, what I've been working for, since my dissertation, really, you know, really, my whole life went especially with the COVID. And it was nice things like that Yammer, but thank goodness, I found out that the knowledge, as I've explained here, clearly is, you know, what allows knives to to do its justice and what allows us now to incorporate His miracles into our into our life, all of us to our benefit. And so, you know, check out please our telegram group because these IBM people they like, you know, got me all riled up and baited me by they've been doing it for weeks, and they I guess, they designed some program to alert other people to like mass with Warby. Like Sonny was saying, I was a director, co2 Hitler, entre laterally I was promoting IBM I saw you know, it's like you're a grifter on my report this freak off Twitter so then he did a op Ron thing program to them like it flips out you know, Twitter in their program code has the you know, if you get this many reports for this harassment, the same free girl whatever, in X amount of time and automatically suspend our experience in ASCII last week also was it was about to, you know, detail about how this is really on how the flcc IBM and other frontline doctors, you know, what there is, it's like they keep you know, he was worrisome, and trying to acknowledge the, the, it's putting into light is the true caviar. That's, you know, these people might just be doing this as a rapid to get money, which is what they are. And so he got suddenly suspended. Nonetheless, it's nine, four. Go to my telegram. The group that Steam reversal, one word lowercase vaccine reversal. It's, you'll see a great community there. I might eventually get to Twitter later. I'm also on Facebook. And you'll see the protocol, you'll see testimonials, you'll see just millions of studies, I wish to select Twitter because I'm trying to kind of organize, I need to write a manuscript like a piece of big paper. But it's, you know, I'm not going to spend months when I can spend months getting myself to people. And so yeah, I'd also like, this isn't any health or medical advice. This is on disseminating, to what I've elucidated from the most elite, health science, clinical and research literature, and my own research and application with doctors consent monitoring of real humans, individuals. And so, you know, that's this stuff's real. And if you want to end COVID, and advanced public health for civilization, and you know, so much more, please use check it out. And you'll see how real this stuff is, and it's very futuristic. I hope I broke it down formidable. You're not Thank you.
