so you can go down. So pretty much the Hawaii Air National Guard is under the Air Force umbrella. Right within the Air Force there's active duty Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve. But overall, the entire Air Force mission is to fly, fight, win, air power, anytime, anywhere. So our mission deals with air dominance, air security, space and cyberspace, right? So those are our main mission that we train and protect for and if you want to go to the next slide, and then from there, different missions, right? For those I'm assuming you guys are all still students or about to graduate, and after you graduate as well, you know you have options. If you want to go into the military, then you have options of Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines, right? But if you do want to go to the Air Force, then you also have options within the Air Force, which is full time active duty that supports the federal, worldwide, global missions. Or if you want to stay here in Hawaii and you want to serve part time and serve the community and the state, then the Hawaiian National Guard might be a good fit for you, because that is our primary mission, is the state. And then we're unique, because we also flip to a federal status, and we can augment active duty as well, so we can also support a federal mission. But overall, if the Hawaiian National Guard is something that you're interested in, it will be a part time military service that is the obligation is one weekend a month. And if you go into a cybersecurity career field, a lot of people can leverage our training and our work experience along with top secret clearance, com TSF plus certification. So those are all provided just by being a member of the Hawaii National Guard and going into cybersecurity. And will train you so you do go to tech school to learn cybersecurity, and then once you come back home, that's all work experience that we will provide you with, especially when you start coming into the drill weekends as well. And I know a lot of our part time Air National Guard members, again, will utilize that training and apply it on the outside to make themselves very marketable. I'm not going to say companies names, but people will get trained with us and then look for employment opportunities on the outside as a civilian with those certification and top secret clearance as well. So that would be the cyber missions, because the Maui mission is strictly combat communication squadron. So I would say, like, 80 to 90% of the jobs that we have there are cybersecurity. So there's plenty of opportunities within that career field. And we have, like, network operations, client systems, radio frequency transmissions, so there's a lot of opportunities. And for those that have the bachelor's degree, you can even compete to be a officer in the Hawaii National Guard in cybersecurity, because if you have an IT degree, then that is a STEM degree, where, if you're hired, most likely will hire you into a cyber career field, space or engineering career field as well. So you can go to the next slide, please. This is just an example of of course, you know, it's two months, but the whole year, right? The red RSD, so the fifth and the sixth for November, that is your drill weekend. That is your time to put on the military uniform and report to work and train with us. So you get your initial training out of the way, whether it be basic training and tech school, or officer training and tech school. But once you are completely qualified and you come back home, you put on the uniform one weekend a month, and then Monday to Friday, you have that control and flexibility to pursue a full time civilian career, or maybe go back to college, whatever it is that you want to do on the outside, you're completely free to do so, because our obligation is just that one weekend a month. So it's a very small obligation. But of course, when something happens in the state or in this world and we need to mobilize you, then we could also call upon you to help with state and federal missions, right? So, for example, like Kauai hurricane, right? A while back, Hurricane Iniki, Big Island volcano eruptions, and, of course, Maui wildfire, right? So those are the times that we get activated to support the state and our community. So if you're embedded in your community, you know what more better to protect the state of Hawaii your friends and family, right? So that is kind of our schedule. Next slide please. And I was talking about that control and flexibility. So if you're done with the initial training, you know, you have the option to go to college full time. You have the option to work full time civilian. There's potential full time opportunities within the Hawaii National Guard. And the beauty of it all is that you're serving your state. So you get to stay home here in Hawaii, and you get to hang out and, you know, enjoy the beach, enjoy the weather, enjoy the culture, the food, all of the above, right of what the what Hawaii can offer to you, right? So, next slide as well. Okay, so our so the Hawaiian National Guard, we're the largest wing in the entire US. Our mission here is very critical. We have three airframes here in Oahu, the F 22 is the KC 135 and the C 17. But of course, you see Maui kaului, that is the 2/92 combat communication squadron. So the main mission in Maui is cyber communication. And then we have space in Hawaii. We have another combat squadron in Big Island, and majority of us are located in Oahu. And we have careers, you know, there's so many that I can't even name it all right, but majority of us are in Oahu. And then we have our geographically separated units in the other islands as well. So plenty opportunities. Next slide please. So the 2/92 combat communication Squadron, primary mission is communications, information technology and cyber communication. So within cyber defense operation, I said earlier, there's like four different shred outs. So those are all the opportunities that you can have as an enlisted member. And then we do have some other careers as well. So it depends if you're interested in all those other job opportunities, but as a recruiter, I can speak to you, you know, one on one or at a time, and see what's best for you, and it all depends on your score as well. And of course, the officer side is a completely different program, so I can also talk to you about that, if those for those that are interested, next slide as well. Okay, so again, our main mission, the overall Hawaii operational mission, is the f 22 fighter jet, the KC 135 air refueler, and the C 17 cargo aircraft. So those are in Oahu, but everybody does their job to ensure that our birds can fly in the air, right? Okay, next benefits, there's plenty just being a part time member shoot. I used a VA home loan. Recently, I became a homeowner in Hawaii. You guys all know how expensive it is, right? I got to travel. I just came back from Texas for six weeks I had a leadership course up there. But throughout my 13 years of being in the Air National Guard, I I've traveled all over the world, and it's all because of the Hawaii National Guard, right? And I was just in Maui a week ago for a career fair, which I got some pictures for you guys after. But there's there's a lot of benefits. There's camaraderie, the sense of belonging the team and making a difference, and pride and putting on that uniform to know that your training and your work is to protect the state of Hawaii, the people, the friends and family that's all living in Hawaii, right? So a lot of pride when you put on that uniform next okay, we can. Oh, actually. So I'm not sure for those. I don't know if everybody's like graduating soon, or if they're kind of in the middle of their college or just starting, but we do have a lot of college benefits as well. Montgomery GI Bill, the kicker, the state tuition assistance program that we're now looking at covering 100% at University of Hawaii as well. And then on top of that, there's post 911 GI bill that you can get benefit in the future as well. So there's a lot of money involved by being a member. And right now, our radio frequency transmission career field is on a $50,000 signing bonus. Next you've, everybody kind of knows how, how much student loan, how it's a crisis in the US as well. So I'm not going to go too deep into it, but So next slide please.
