But also back that up with the presence right like the the fact you came here to talk about something you're gonna dig for that. So what do we do real quick is show my screen. We'll do a quick rundown or go through today. We'll do a meditation then we're off to the races with what are you proud of? What do you fight about and where are you a little fucked up in the last week and I'll share mine to kind of put my feet to the fire and be transparent. But nevertheless, let's start off with a little review of what we're going to do today. So you guys got a visual. I mixed it up instead of the four boxes. I thought I was getting a little played out. So I went you know warrior style, right? But it's not about being balanced in business. As you can imagine the first section is going to be us earned the right to step into this opportunity and talk about what we're proud of and where we fucked up in the last week. Right? Just just just saying the truth. What a powerful thing to do. Beyond that, we got a little vitamin G. Now I said little meaning it's all of three minutes and 25 seconds. So is there ever a time for you to be present? And dig for the five or 10 seconds where he says something you go oh, that's the video. Alright, this is this actually shot from a live event here recently. So this is recent. This is relevant, and it's an opportunity for you to hear some words that may just pivot you in a way that's impactful this week. Beyond that, we've got the door. We're gonna talk about the door or do a little training. I got some examples for you guys when you go through it. And if you got it great if you don't, it's just getting further dialed in the opportunities of leveraging the door and then beyond that, we got the hot seat. We got one hot seat this week. So this can be body being balanced or business the intent is what's the thing you'd like some feedback on but here's the piece I want you to get. When you look at this. The most important thing to consider is that there's a lesson here you know what and I know it right there's a lesson within fired up fucked up, but then the other piece we got to imagine is the declare, write, declare. What this does in my mind is it takes this opportunity here and it moves you to the center. The same here on all of these. There are two things I want you to consider is what's the lesson you're learning and once you declare and by doing that, we're taking all these arrows we're going down towards the center. And what's in the center here, type in the chat. What's in the center of this What is it the center of my chicken scratch typing the chat. It's most important piece the puzzle not me. Right? Not me. What were you thinking? Right? Get a chance to speak our truth. I'll give you mine right quick to be given example. So in the last week on Saturday, my boy wanted to go do some CrossFit and He's eight years old. So I got a chance to go do a workout with my boy. And the lesson I got was like the gift is right in front of me. Like it's not me. It's him. Right? And I got a chance to step on his field even though crosses my game like I stepped on his field. And I played on his team and we won. And I'm so fucking thankful to be a dad. And and you know, the beautiful thing was like I thought I showed him a note right? Well, I shared the story in the king's shelter page. And I wrote about it. And then I read that to him. So if you ever have an experience where you want to share a story, you all know that I believe in the power of sharing it within the kings and queens group. But maybe if you do it about someone you love you say hey, look, I shared this story about you and I want to share with you right now. And you should have saw the smile on his face because he believes in Warrior. So that was my father my fucked up was I made the oldest mistake in my opinion in the book when it comes to the weekends. Which is I backed off Core 4. We traveled we were traveling to Mexico. We left Saturday we came back Sunday, seven hours there seven hours back, got there live o'clock at night on Friday. We came back 730 in the morning on Sunday. And I fucked up because I backed off Core 4 You know that's one of the greatest times to do it like we fight like hell for the week. We should also fight like hell for the weekend right? So those were my mistakes my father fucked up now it's your chance Get clear on what are yours.     So selling how many right now feel solid about your selling skills hands up. Have we have you know that being able to be in a sales conversation is something where you could definitely increase your skills, advance cool arrows you get your hands up because even if you're great, like you can get better. So like this is messaging and advertising and sales. These cannot be negotiable conversations for you. This is not like Well, I heard about Jesus once. I guess I'm done the rest of my life. I'm a Christian, Catholic. Christian, because I go to church once on Sunday Christmas. That's all my friends. Like dude, are you Christian? Yeah. All right. Yeah. Wanna go George never will Christmas. Sometimes I'm drunk though. All right, got it clear? Well, you know, I don't really know anything. That's how most entrepreneurs treat marketing advertising and selling is a sanitized past life experience. When was the last time you actually studied a book on sales? Interim? How many of you studied a book or some type of curriculum on selling in the last 30 days hands up? 12345. So five out of about 25 How many of you have poured into marketing or perfecting your message? Some kind of content or training that would help you improve in the last 30 days? Raise your hand. So we got more of you working on messaging? How many of you have studied and or have put your hands in the mix with advertising to improve your advertising? You didn't just do it. You've been working to improve it in the last 30 days. Raise your hands. Okay, good. So we've got these three skills. By the time I come back with you in four weeks, guess what I get to see more hands go all your fucking hands up and all three topics. These are skills that will last forever, they will never go away. I don't care what you sell. I don't care what you do. There must be a commitment on your side to increase your skills in this. Does that mean you're studying for 10 hours every day now? Can you study for 10 minutes every day? Sure. Could you work on one specific thing every day? Yes. What is the Tuesday call about copywriting, copywriting messaging. What does it call on Thursdays with Coach Sam? Sales sales. So you've at least got two outlets every week where you can at least be in the conversation every week. We're bringing onboard advertising conversation here in the next couple of weeks. So between the marketing advertise you get choose which car you want to be on. We're going to add call call. We're gonna talk about ads. Awesome. Right? You're gonna be on this market. The copywriting call is great. But you've got resources to be able to go there because I see the intensity and the importance of having all three of these. If you don't have certainty in these three topics of advertising, we will look at all kinds of different advertising not just advertising with Facebook or Instagram or Google ads or we're not not just that kind of just anything that I'm going to put money behind. Like what is that going to look like? I'm bringing different people to talk and train to discuss that with you guys and give you opportunities to learn. If you improve these skills, you will see a direct direct spike in revenue and a problem

    okay, so this recording was released event with the brothers in the Kings Council. That is a group that has invested a serious amount of money and time that has calls every week now my goal is to leverage some of these assets for us, right. But you obviously heard some pieces in that that spoke to you, you know it and I know it right. The question is what did you here so we're gonna do five minutes on this quick breakout. If we get a chance go around and you guys have time left over? You go like Rossi. What do you do about it? Right, this is a chance to declare something there is something you could move with from that conversation that would empower your week you know, and I know it. Maybe it's five minutes, maybe it's 10 minutes, maybe need more maybe it's spread out but like what did you hear and what are you gonna do? Alright, so we got five minutes the clock it has about a minute per person three to one. Off we go.

    Isn't it while you think about this, you could go through a half hour or 30 or 40 or 50 minutes of content. And you could definitely get some takeaways. But you could also go through a three minute and 25 second video and like we had powerful reflections, the power of taking a little bit time each day to study. Right. And Michael talked about sometimes it's hard to have a general foundation understanding as you start to, you know, create your business to understand this business, right. I think about the idea of if you've ever worked and you know what it means to mop the floors you know what it means to clean the tables, you know what it means to serve the food, you know what it means to look and work with a team right like you work your way up. That person is very unique, like a soldier that starts off as a private and works his way into a sergeant. You know what it's like to be in the trenches. Now. There is a part of this. It's very dangerous, which I will tell you I went through the process of learning about Click Funnels, and I created a funnel. And it was good but it wasn't great. Like I was kind of proud that I somehow figured that shit out. But it was not as good as it could have been. And I found a guy. Now that guy couldn't afford but he had another guy and I could afford the other guy right. And for a small amount of money he created a funnel that was awesome. So when you consider what you're studying every day when it comes to your business, understand this, it's good. But also there are times when you may try to figure some shit out that you were never meant to create. You got the message, you got the heart, you got the passion. You got the desire to impact people, but then there's some other assets you might need to leverage some systems programs tools that will actually help you in creating what you call a great if that makes sense on the check clear, because this is one of probably the biggest mistakes people make in business is they tried to all the show on their own and then they go on any time while you're trying to get it on your own. But it's important you guys fight for which called the fight for and it's a tricky spot when you're looking at having yourself as the only person your company or one or two or three employees. Right? It's a very unique place to be. So check it now we're gonna dig into the door. It's going to be exciting. First I'm gonna show you guys is really quick how to add a stack from the stack to the high list to the hit list. It's very simple moves, we're gonna go through about four or five of them. Next week. I'll cover more but the intent is about 20 minutes training and then we'll dig into some takeaways and we move on to the next section which is your hot seat. But I'm gonna click on this one. I'm gonna resume now. Because I want you guys to go through this process where you're doing a stack. One of the greatest moves you can make mistake is what type of the chat. You do a stack. What's the greatest thing you do from a stack type in the chat? Ya know it like if you guys don't start typing quick and get freaking out, right? I'm gonna get crazy. Action and share. Okay, who said share? I like that one too, Tara. Tara, you're right. Take action. Right. What do you do this? Imagine 10 years back. Let's go 10 years back in your past. Imagine you did a stack every day. You took an action with it. That puts you in a positive direction of your calling. Oh, this is painful just to think about right now. Okay, so anyway, we're in the stack. We're going through this. This is just an example. I'm going down here. I'm gonna say do you want to add on the very bottom of suicides? Do you want to add this to action? Your Eilis? Yes all right. So I'm going in Are there more actions? No. Now from this, I'm going to my dashboard, right. So I've completed it. I'm going to the dashboard and I'm going into the door and I'm gonna go to my high list at that point on my list. provide all the stars align. I've got the example. Right, which is over here on the top left. So this is the example. Now the opportunity I have on this is to take it from what it is to a hit. So I go to hit and I do save from that point. That stack action becomes a hit and that gives me the ability to take it hit the top right three buttons on the top of that square and go move to hit list.

    And that will in a second. Take it from where it is over to the hit list. You guys are clear on this either check clear. If you aren't clear on the idea you do your stack, you've gotten action you add it to the high list from the high list you can go and take it to the endless Now bear in mind. You guys should use a computer when you're doing this. My counsel is use a computer or laptop right? Do not use the iPad or the iPhone. You can if you're traveling or if that's just the way you're rolling but the way this shows up on a computer is very different than if you're doing it through a mobile device. Okay. All right. So that's one example of going through that now. I'm looking at May 2 through May 8. But I'm gonna go through and I think I've got the setup right. So if I'm going to the Hollis now let's add this athlete to the Hollis Hollis you do add new target the bottom left of the screen from here you have an inscription. You can go through and just do you know test whatever the thing is you want to create. If you want to dig deeper on this, you could do the drop down for select the domain and you could do power from the power go to the right do the drop down and you could collect you can click on body be bounced a business you can get defined on this every time you do this or you can just skip that and go down to label but understand that option is there. So if you come back over here again, go from power you go to production production do this select sub domain you've got advertising marketing, sales and summon what is the focus of that? If you go down beyond that to profit, within profit, you're looking at process people systems or optics. And then lastly, for that drop down of domain you can go to protection and protection would be accounting taxes, legal cash, you guys can dig as deep as you want on this, or you can just back off of that and say I'm just gonna come in here. I'm not going to select the domain. I'm gonna go down here. I'm gonna do hit and I'm gonna save it.

    Once I save that I have the opportunity to put it on the hit list. So again, I'm going to top right corner of this, I've gotten moved to hit list. You can do that or if you have touchscreen or you can use your mouse you can click and drag it over. It's up to you. All right, but either way, there's two ways to populate that you go from the top right, drop down on it or you can drag it over. Now another option you guys have is to click on the top right side where you see where it says hit list and you got the Monday right you click on that. And what happens is you have an opportunity to shift the days. This is where you can go in if you want to sit up and have a couple of hits for each day of the week. You could plan your week out a bid and you could have go to Wednesday, right? And then Wednesday if you want to add a hit. You could do the drop down do the hit list and have one of your hits go over to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Sunday we'll have for his setup for every single day of the week. Some will knock out Monday, maybe some a Tuesday. And then dig into Wednesday, Thursday as the week goes through. If this makes sense time of the shot, I get it. You guys are on board with this type of the chat I get it. Now you can also take this and move back to the hotlist. So anything you have in your hit list, you move back to the house. Let's say you have a day where you get two or three hits. But you did get them all if you got one left over, you can always take that back to your hot list and then move it over the next day. Okay, so you guys we've gone through the stack and taken an action movie. It's a hot list hot to the hit. We've talked about creating a new target and making it a hit then put it over next be the door so usually, one of the best ways to do this really is on Friday, right Friday, wrap up your week and create the door or Sunday. Nevertheless, I've got a door example here now for the door. Understand you're coming in here. And what you'll do is you're gonna label the door, right? So again, I'm gonna go through I got an example. And then I'm gonna go through you can do the domains if you want you label it, come down and hit door. Once you've done that you need to do the war stack right? The war stack is your chance to define what your door is going to go through this process and answer all the questions and when you get through it at the tail end it will give you the ability to define what the four things are, you're going to do so I'm going to show you a overview, a summary from an audit. I want to go through this entirely because it takes some time, but I'm gonna show you an example. But by doing this, you're to create the four things you must do to open that door. So let me go back and I will dig into my library. And I'm going to get out of this and I'm going to go to the war stack for shelter training. And I'm gonna do full stack now I did some of these I did dot dot dot because I could go through and explain the answers to these but if you could imagine going through this the intent is that you're going through this the key piece I want you guys to get. What is the first measurable fact if you're looking at opening a door and there's four things you do to open that door right four keys you got to turn. What's the first one? You go through the questions about how so that fact make you feel? What are the obstacles count like back nap style, right? And then here's the piece I want you guys to really focus on. What is the simple title, you could give this fact? That answer is the thing that ends up being the label on your hit for your door. And I'll show you this in a second. But understand if you go through this, the intent is to get super clear what you're fighting for. Right, which is why you're here. We're gonna go through and say here's the first measurable fact. You're gonna go through and define, you know, why is that important? And then what are the obstacles? The simple title is what actually populates as the title that will be one of your hits. When you look at the doors I'll show you in a second. But you'll go through and do this for the four different keys and or hits you're going to create open that door. Now I'm gonna go back and I'm gonna show you the actual example and how it populates. Alright, so at this point, you've got your door created, you went through the stack, you've got the four simple titles you created for the four actions, you know, you must take. This is right here the option that I created, right so if I'm going to take this, this door shelter training, I'm going to do the right the right click and take it over to the door and or I can drag and drop right two options on that. You've labeled it as a door you did the war stack, and now you get the chance to populate over. Now this is what it created. Those simple titles that I talked about is what is hotlist training, hitless training door training war stack training those are the four things that if I accomplish all those, in a sense, I have opened the door to the door. Hopefully for you guys, right. If this makes sense at this point, I'm gonna check clear. You guys are clear on this. You label it a door you do a war stack in the war stack. You're creating four simple names you're given it and those foreseeable names are what's created here.

    Okay. All right. All right. Good job. Now check it from this place. This is where you get a chance to go into the days. Again, if you look at my cursor, if you come over here, right where it says Wednesday this is where I could ship this and on Monday, I could say okay, I'm gonna do the hotlist training. I'm gonna drag this over, and I'm gonna add it into here and the hotlist train is going on Monday. Right? So it'll populate where I've got hotlist on Monday. Now, let's just say that Tuesday, I've got four calls today, right? So I probably should not add it to today, but maybe it's tomorrow. It's Wednesday. So on Wednesday, again, I can drag and drop or I could go over and move to hit list. Right and it will eventually go over. I promise you. There it is. Okay, now let's say Thursday is busy, but Friday I've got some time. So Friday, I'm gonna go in and move with the last two over the Friday. So I'm moving the door training and the war stack training to the hit list on Friday. Now I've got the door the war stack is done. It gave me the four things I know I must do to open that door by taking the door from the hotlist over to the war map the door. It gives me the opportunity to take those four actions and drag them over to the days that I know I must accomplish those four tests. So that is a review of the door the wars that does a lot and some very, very short what questions you guys have. Let's get some questions in the house here. I'll make sure you guys get a chance to to ask some questions. So I'm gonna close this down for a second coming here. Hey, Carrie, you have a question. In regards to door the hotlist the hitch, and that was a pretty good explanation. I'm actually impressed with what I just went through it there wasn't that painful. Thank you, Michael, because that was part of the conversation I want to have. But I was impressed with the flow. So I was like, I'm gonna cut this off right now who's gonna pretty good. So let's just say you've got the hit list, right? And we're on Friday and you've got the war stack and you finished it. Then you do that top right three buttons and then go from where it is to achieved and that will take it over. You could also drag and drop into achieved. Alright, so hold the line, and it will eventually populate over to achieved and at that point, you've gotten that one hit that key for the door accomplished. And again, over time, you're going to have your for your four keys, your foreheads for the door right and then if you get those all done that gives you one plus one because the door and then you got your four hits per day for the other days, which ends up being blackjack 21 Okay, Now bear in mind too if for some reason you're on the day, let's say we're on Wednesday. Hey, let's training didn't get done and you fucked up right? Like we're all human. So you do that drop down. You can move that back to the domino door for Wednesday, and then you can take that opportunity to shift to the next day and then take care of it on Thursday. Right you can actually move it back and forth. It's not the goal you want to fight for getting it done in the day is supposed to be done. But nevertheless like understand you can shift these back and forth depending upon what's going on within your day. And another thing to consider on this a great tip that I have for you the weeks that I will take my actions my hits and I will put them in my calendar, not only here but in my calendar and I'll block out time for them. The amount of accomplishment I get the rate the percentage of the hits that I get done skyrockets. So you might have your hits here. I would also consider if these are the four things you know you must do in a day. Do they deserve some time on your calendar? Yes or no time to chat? Yes or no, you got four hits a day. Do they deserve be treated like an appointment? Hell yeah. Right. Like they should be the calendar like hey, this is my time I'm doing this. So I know that if something comes up, message, a fire or real fire, I'm going to say no. So I can say yes, this thing I'm called to create. I need to let go so I can grab on to the thing that I felt was important for me to accomplish. Okay, see, and how do you adjust for something that is an all day event? Well, let's elaborate on that.     Not what I would typically do if I want to fight for four hits within that day. Like for me, I would say like a fact mat mastermind like it's from nine to five and I will take whatever breaks I tend to get other hits done. I may actually get some hits done before or after the event because it's all day but nevertheless, like I might file before, I might work a little bit late. Beyond that. What you also do is create this this kind of I'm not sure if this is the way Coach want me to say this so you guys didn't hear from me. But if you've got any event, you could fight for four hits for that event.

    That's what I've been doing. But I just wanted to make sure that's like, Yeah,

    I mean, it's kind of it feels a little weird, right? Like the idea between the hits. The idea is that they're important but not urgent, right? Like we're fighting to create the things we know we're supposed curate. But they're not urgent. Well, any event is kind of like right now. So I would say if you've got an all day event, my counsel we have four hits that you could take that would make that event absolutely fucking awesome. Makes sense? Yeah, I think so. Okay. All right. That's maybe not the best example. But you know what I mean, someone's contingent on other people getting their part done to be completed, or it just takes longer than you think. And it doesn't really fall within the framework of a calendar. You know, you know, those five days might spill into the weekend. I'd be awesome if there's like Saturday and Sunday that you kind of put things in new to

    Well, good news and again you to hear from me, but we're going to a seven day spread on this killer. So that's one thing to consider this also when it comes to like, sometimes these things we feel called Create like life happens and people's calendars or schedules or things that we're relying upon other people to get shit done, and they don't get it done. And we have to move like just move it move the week, right? If you failed or if you didn't get it done. Like don't take it personal. You had your plan, you did what you're supposed to do, but somebody else fucked up and that that's part of life. And so at that point, you got to shift it forward. He might not get the points but so what if you know what's gonna happen? You could also dig a little bit like, okay, so you're moving in a month, two months or two June, July, August? What are maybe what is something you could do for hits so it prepare you for that process to make sure that when the time does come, you're ready to roll? That's that's, that's a move there.     mean, if you want to go back like the reality is like we want to get our heads right. It feels good. Get the hits. Yeah. So I would say like if something came up two things I would consider one. You could always do do something for different action items that will help you preparation for that that shift. Like what can you do be ready for it? Beyond that, you could just move it and create four new ones. Whether you're on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, some comes up and you got to change it, change it create a new door. Like what's the second best thing you could focus on this week since that one thing got to just be somebody else's schedule did not quite meet what your desired outcome was for this particular week. That makes sense?

    is the best way to get to maximize the door to hit your impossible game and make sure that it's not filling up with just tasky like walk the dog you know, simple stuff that has no relation at what your actual goal is? Right?

    Right. Yeah. So the door the intent is it's focused around business. That's our number one mission, our desire our goal for you guys that when you do a door, it's about what's your call to create within business and consider this to again, the angle is it's important but not urgent. So all your impossible games are broken down in your future. The van the focus is in this quarter in these months. What do you need to do to accomplish the missions you set in your future fac maps? Right?

    Okay. Try to hit four and body four and being formed bounce business.

    And when you can do that, like just remember that the door the primary door, we want you guys to focus on as you go through this process, like part of our goal in the shelter is that we're just fine. Like he'll become really, really good at evolving and becoming embodied the bounce of business, but I also want you guys to focus a bit more on business because I want you guys to evolve in that area, because that will help us and generate more money impact more people. So the primary door I would say push for business, then you could also have other doors but you have your four hits, maybe you're creating hits for body being unbalanced, and they are part of your daily focus. But if I had a choice, I'd be like three hits on business a day and maybe one on another one, right and bear in mind too. We're gonna also be shifting I believe. I won't say too quickly, but I think that we're going to add that to do list in there. So that will give you the means to have the hits and the to do and leverage that. Yes, Mike. I love the seven day week as well. Is it wild? Like we don't fucking work five days, right? That's silly. That's crazy, everybody but it is a good fight. We should work a fight for but you know, it's it's not Yeah, yeah. Like it's, you know, at some point the grind. There should be an ability for us to work harder, smarter, and actually work less so that we can spend more time with those we love. Seems kind of crazy and sounds insane. But I believe it's possible. So worth the fight you guys got.

You know, I continue to get to bed late like it could be something so little but understand like if you get it right, it could completely change the rest of your year. You guys are clear on this time to check clear how to check clear that you have two minutes to get super clear. Right on if if I had a chance to be around four or five other brothers and sisters that I know want me to do good. Like this is a question I know I should ask. You got about groups of four to five on this. If you got groups of four it's five minutes per person. You got a group of five you got four mins per person but the intent is within a sentence or two. What is the thing right? Like what is the challenge in a sentence or two and then sit back and listen. And here's the deal if you're if you're on the giving side of this, and you have an idea some of the work that I've heard some great ideas. You guys have said you know I went through something like that and here's what I did. But then also you guys are courageous and honest enough to know like if you don't know the answer, don't blow smoke right like say, You know what, I don't know. But here's the question I have for you. And that's like the second best thing and sometimes even better than you could ask another brother or sister like Hey, what are you doing before this? Or what are you doing after it or, you know, you just get them to think even more because more than likely we all have the answers within us. We just got to be put in an environment where you actually listen and tell the truth and then declare here's what I'm gonna do. So we got 20 minutes on this. It's about four or five minutes per person. So again, say what you got to say. And then stop talking and listen. Because the greatest gift in this is those that are willing to give you feedback and say, Hey, Jennifer, here's what I'm here's what I'm hearing and here's why. I think Hey, Mike, here's what I got for you. Hey, Eric. Hey, Tim. Man, this is something I went through kind of like it and here's what I did. Maybe it'll work for you. Who knows?
