So statens are literally like 70% niacin, and then they add a, like a sustained release film filter thing on it. And you can look at their patent. So they're inferior and by themselves, they're, you know, they can barely even raise LDL or lower LDL. They're also because they have this sustained release filter, they can be patito toxic so they can damage the liver. Other other systematic organ failure can occur. The doctors aren't taught about niacin, they all they do again is just stop and look it up in the peer status. So especially, you know, especially that could have adverse effects and that isn't logical is mixing, you know, a sustained release and an immediate release niacin. So like statens, on top of niacin is a big No, no, our body wants this, you know, like the immediate release that therapy, the receptors in our liver kind of coordinate, you know, they, they're in alignment with all the other kind of ease to GPR 109 A receptors and they and it kind of like, you know, shoots off certain amounts of where they need to go. So the liver essentially kind of needs, it's best for it to have all that nice and come at once, same kind of when you eat meals, but of course there isn't enough niacin. So, you know, statens are going to be extremely inferior. And can you know, it's just any doctor should know, especially not to, you know, mix statens and niacin. So, you know, easily easily it can be, you know, you can just drop statens, like cold turkey and move on to this protocol. Secondly, thinners and anticlines. And they're going to, especially with with the vasodilation and say, you know, the first few times you don't hit the sweet spot and you get the flush, the you know, it's kind of like you don't want to thin your blood while also you know, dilating your vessels and capillaries that can you know, lead to really you know, like when you hit the sweet spots, it's you know, you don't get those acute little deficit side effects with niacin because it's not an excess anymore but still you get you know, your blood dilated so you don't want to have a thick you know, really thin blood in your blood dilated on top of that. So you know, those it's they're going to be useless to this this nice is real stuff, there's things can't compare. You're getting it look up niacin for atherosclerosis to see real you know, clearing of gunk from blood, the thinners are just another just horrible strategy and useless and also look up niacin for its anti thrombotic and prevention and reversal of clotting. superior to to thinners and anticlines. So if you mix it with, you know, thinners, there's first few doses you have a risk of you know getting really dizzy and fainting and your you know, blood pressure getting too low. So it's very you know, if I if it was me, I would never do it and the other substances kokyu chan is okay. But I think that this protocol restore, it's another kind of just intermediate step of the citric acid cycle once you get bioenergetic balance back it restores zinc zinc again, it's no niacin, increases zinc uptake and supply and sells by 70%. postprandial if you eat you know search after eating and dosing with NIH attorney and especially if you get all that niacin in your zinc you know de facto as a byproduct is is now boosted and working well. The reason the zinc uptake and distribution and supply amount isn't the reason people supplement zinc is because again inflammation is impeding it. So and also so you don't even need supplementing zinc by itself is it you know it's it's illogical because you're messing up then copper and iron regulation and how copper gets into cells and iron gets into cells and through and this leaves because it hasn't it's there. homeostasis is also based on continuing dynamics sufficient zinc supply all metals are so
if you throw in extra zinc, it's it's you're gonna it's gonna be, you know, detrimental, and you're going to get iron oxides in your cells. The zinc picolinate is okay. It's like 14% zinc. The reason people don't even notice people with acid is an isomer of niacin. That's what allows them to zinc picolinate to get the zinc into the cells. So you know, even that, though, is not really needed. I'll take like a 30 milligram every four days, maybe. But I don't even think I need to I'm just like taking it because I bought it and don't want to have it sit here. But even it's, you don't want to overload zinc and niacin restores it. And so many other things, vitamin D, oral supplementation is a no, no, that's it can be toxic, it's not going to get into cells, it's not how it works. It gets endogenously biosynthesized and formed from kind of from bone marrow, and the sun and really with HDL there, and the sun, you know, kind of activates that out of there. And also just bioenergetic balance for di D also messes up your melatonin regulation. So not a good idea. And that's why, you know, DS a really low D is a huge risk factor of, you know, COVID not as big as low HDL and it's not driving it like it's like, it's kind of like correlated with low HDL. But then you see in, you know, now three randomized control trials, like high oral sub high dose oral supplementation of d3 did nothing significantly differently or clinically than versus placebo. And that's again, I mean, so many people will take these, even the littlest or the biggest, stupid amounts of d3. And, and their d3 levels will stay unchanged, they'll even lower. What they're doing is it's again, it's like they can't even they can't even see it. It's just they're listening to like, Dr. mercola, who makes money off it as their source of health. So yeah, I mean, all the all the things I have listed in the protocol, I have listed for a reason and they're supporting cofactors. These are, you know, like, I really like magnesium glycinate, amazing shit, a bioavailable C with fruit extracts, not just straight a sorbic acid because it won't enter cells efficiently if you just this is why people have to take these huge doses of vitamin C. And that can be you know, that can lead to toxicity in the stomach. Also, you know, question garbage from foods enough, it doesn't have any therapeutic qualities and inhibits very important mechanism and niacin. And you don't need it. Well, I heard that it helps zinc get into cells, well, maybe you should hear about what really, you know, facilitates zinc uptake and keeps it flowing dynamically sufficiently. Again, it's nice and this is so many other nutrients that it does as well. So, yeah, I like magnesium glycinate it helps all the you know, most of the receptors and enzymes in our body kind of are magnesium dependent with with like electrical, electro electro biochemical communications. And our diets are deficient in magnesium. Same the C helps antioxidation helps, helps really kind of like a buffer for everything and but you want one from the fruit with like the fruit extracts, you know, you can eat oranges or guavas that drink the juice of that. Or that innate ones. It's like an orange in a pill I like it's good. It's $70 for a reason because they took their damn time and made it a clean, organic product. Also, like other B vitamins, like you know, our diets are also deficient from you know, all nutrients is all B vitamins. And so, you know, when you're doing supplementation with niacin, it's it doesn't require the other B vitamins, especially if it gets in all cells, but it helps facilitate it and then the citric the whole citric acid cycle so you know I'll take like a once a day or every other day math will be complex and in those have Coleen and inositol you know like the be supreme one by I think designs for health. That's a really good one and yeah, you won't need beyond that for like the bees and and the other little like, you know, methylation bees TMG trimethyl, glycine bateen you know, so that be supreme brand products has it, but you know, if you want you know, to prevent, you know, accumulation of homocysteine, the TMG is perfect for that. Also dads with the magnesium glycinate you get a little more glycine which helps promote gluten so You know it's and you know really like when you do the sweet spots you're using all the melatonin and niacin kind of like independently of all those other ones but you know those other ones are that I have the ones listed for a reason. The vitamin E's good stuff too but you want the the mixed one not just like one of those topicals I can't even pronounce it but yeah look for like a designer brand. He will take like one like every day. You know, like one dose maybe twice a day.
