Because, you know, I think, you know, I'd mentioned stories. I hear it all the time, like someone just says, oh, you know, I was driving with my son, or she mentioned when I was in Santa Barbara. So I drove to San Francisco is my son from Santa Barbara. And then he started talking about some family issues, and I got defensive, and, you know, my then my son said, Oh, whatever you say, you know, kind of dismissing, just kind of ending the conversation. And then she thought, Oh, I've done the empathy circle. I can just reflect back. So she started reflecting back what her son had said, Not, you know, adding anything, and that kind of opened him up to start sharing more. And instead of her becoming defensive, and, you know, trying to defend, you know, family dynamics, it affected, you know, her experience. And I've heard a lot of stories like that, you know, with so that's, that's like, sort of the longitudinal aspect. How long does that last? Or, yeah,
