Don Cason conversation following Chimney Rock Task Force meeting - he said committee meetings aren't open to the public on Zoom

at the work session meetings. Is action taken there? Or is that strictly work session or both taken? What are you talking at your work session, the first meeting of the month. They usually fall at the same time as the kind of research meetings we can we can take action. I wasn't sure if it's an ugly board recently changed their stance, essentially, but in bringing that up for the zoom, for the next task force meeting in the zoom, how is that public meeting? So how would that? It's a

work session committees. The intent wasn't to make it a full, born public meeting. It was the committee's coming to give their input. What the intent to be.

So what is half my I guess my question is, what is the next public

and that we still have to determine that it's going to be. Probably mid to late May, and

how is that,

we'll get everybody. Are you signed in on everybody? Yeah, you've been in the past. Are you getting our emails? Okay? Well, anyway, we'll make sure you do, long story short, it'll be on the community website

and all that. Sometimes, if it's falling on another day of somebody else helping, I

got you, and we do want to move Tuesdays, because Monday is a rough day. Because, yeah, right, after a weekend, yeah, right. So, but no we can, but it will be on the

website for sure. May 1 buildings. Yes,

that's what they said. I didn't know what, yeah, but my version, that's a date that concerns me, because have people just running in and out of here at will, it's going to be tough, because you're going to have you know as well people just want to come through

here and look right and I don't know what the situation is. Now, actually, I want to go back a fire department, state or something else. But the situation is now, if you're in, how can, how far can you go? Basically, like, people are gonna have to
