Here we go. It is oh, here we go. It's January 1 2021. Reading the seven cents by William Duggan. Duggan like Hacksaw Jim Duggan. I think it's doing good because I've seen it written a couple of different times. So mapping it out this morning to get it started. You got the puppy snoring in the background here. Want to be able to create a word cloud and let me change the title in here. Be able to create a word cloud that will be a NFT. Right? So whole idea is turning, taking ideas into usable assets with people so structure I've been working on is kind of reading getting a flash of insight and I know it's a flash of insight but getting some ideas out, getting a sketch, putting that sketch on LinkedIn and then seeing where it actually goes from there and seeing what starts to hit. Probably we'll do these as daily sketches throughout the throughout the year. To get to get things started and motivated throughout the day, one thing that stuck out from today's post was from stress to strategy, right, right, how to turn our stressors into strategies, how to free our mind for the stuff that we're actually working on and doing. That definitely resonated and I wanted to be able to get the structure out from this book. The you know, the, the components I guess that that make it work. So it's examples from history. It is a presence like presence of mind getting flashes of insights and residents get it from like, how do you start building the habits to to set ourselves up to have a seven sense event right? So stressed strategies for the mind, personal strategy map his passions and you know, finding your passions and your curiosities? And then idea networking is starting to create opportunities. So freeing mind have the clear sense to be able to do the work and personal strategy map gives you the passion and the curiosity and the idea networking is the opportunity so and then history presence of mind flashing and saying resolution I've got to read how they've actually read through the sections ever. I've never really read through this book. Yes. So read through those to get to, you know, fill in the components and you know, what are the habits that we have to put in place to start to, to drive ourselves in that direction. I guess the one that keeps on resonating is the stress to strategy and looking at not putting too much stress on the mind. You know, laying down for about an hour or an hour and a half and working in the morning before we get started is you know a good enough phase to to start to make the day to make the day make the day go and then get up and go out for a walk with with the puppy is next phase to to to start to make things go so right that being too taxing on the mind in the morning. Yet not being too taxing on the mind in the morning to to get started. So we'll leave that one there for right now. Have an amazing day.
