Hey there, it's Tracy here. And today I just wanted to give you a short sweet tip about what it really takes to get into a million dollar maker mindset, or six figure maker mindset or multiple six figure maker mindset depending on where you are, this will be helpful for you. And I wanted to talk about this today because this comes on the heels. Today. And it's awesome. But also, I wanted to talk a little bit more about why this episode came up in the first place. So I was having a conversation with one of our momentum members, her name is Alexandra. And she told me in a private conversation, I'm not sharing her last name. So no one's gonna guess here that they just crossed the $1.24 million marker this year, which is so exciting, especially for a brand who's been following us for years and years and years and taking all the programs and stuff like that. It's just super, super exciting to see how our programs impacted her growth and all those things. But more than anything, what really struck me is the question that she asked me. Now she had access to coaching call with me. And she's like, I really want to set up this call, in particular just talk about some mindset issues that I'm having around scaling to my next level in business, and X, Y, and Z things that were related to that. And I found that really fascinating because a lot of times when people are, you know, booking a strategy call with me, or they buy a coaching package, or they do a VIP day with me or something like that. A lot of times, especially people who aren't kind of at that level yet, ask a lot of tactical questions. And people who end up growing their business to like multiple six and seven figures and beyond ask different types of questions. And a lot of them are around resourcefulness. And the one thing that really impressed me about what she was asking is like, how do I shift my mindset to basically level up and resonate to where I want to be in business, and overcome these beliefs that I have about myself, that might be holding me back. Because I will tell you, for all of you listening to this podcast, if you're not getting what you want, the number one thing that is standing in your way from you getting what you want in need is the way you think about yourself and your mindset. I wanted to come in and talk about this way, because the million dollar makers, the type of mindset that they operate out of is a mindset of resourcefulness. And what I like to call, fake it till you make it, let's get where we're going in the fastest way possible, right? With the right structures and systems in place. And all those things because here's what I will tell you is that what got you where you are now is not going to get you to the next level. And if you don't learn the lessons, you're never going to get beyond your current situation. And if your business is black, backsliding are not moving forward. And I've taken this own medicine for myself because I have had up and down years even at flourish and thrive, and in all of my businesses up till this point for the last 25 years is that if you're not getting what you want, and what you need, then a lot of times the issue has to do with the way you are showing up for yourself and your business and your belief system around that. So this is really foundational. So when I was teaching yoga back in the day, I used to always tell my students what I told you earlier to fake it till you make it. And I used to teach these advanced arm balancing classes and sometimes people would come in, they'd be a little bit irritated because they're like, why are you teaching us this thing that is so hard to do in a level two vinyasa class, and the reason why I did it is because some people wanted it and other people want it to be stretched. And I believe that when you stretch yourself Amazing things happen. it. My first experience with something like this was when I was first starting out doing yoga. And my teacher at the time, said, Tracy, move your heart forward a little bit. And when I did, everything shifted in the pose in like my legs popped off the ground and had one leg forward, one leg back, I was able to kneel Kuhn vinyasa for the first time, this, this was in my 20s. And I was just like, oh, my gosh, I did it. And it actually wasn't even that hard. The problem is, is that I didn't believe that I could do it before that. And that was holding me back, it was just about making a subtle shift in the right direction, to pop my legs off the ground and move my heart forward, so that I could float, right. And it's the same thing for your business, too. So million dollar makers, they are resourceful, they're always looking at their business from the perspective, okay, I know that failure is inevitable, things are gonna go wrong, I'm gonna have challenges, it's going to be hard, I'm going to be facing some of my darkest, deepest fears, I'm going to be challenged by them. But if I come from a place of resourcefulness and think outside the box, then maybe I'll be able to overcome those things, to allow myself to get to the next level. So regardless of where you are in business, right now, I want you to start adopting a mindset of resourcefulness. And if you feel defeated, and like, you know, you've given up and things are hard, then I really want to encourage you to keep moving forward and think, What do I need to learn from the situation? And how can I use this as a tool to grow personally, and professionally to get to my next level.
