    Hello friend, and welcome to the Heartwork Journey Roadmap. I created this little instructional video for those of you who are wanting to increase your confidence and who are wanting to build and create and grow a business of your own design that you love showing up in. That you love sharing with the world. This this Heartwork training roadmap is a tool that I've created to help you do that. And I'm out here sitting on my porch because I needed some sunshine. And it felt like as good a time as any to do this video. So here we are. My name is Sydney Fletcher. You probably know that already. But if not that's my name. I'm a life coach for entrepreneurs. And I really help entrepreneurs. I kind of straddle the line between a life coach and a business coach and work a lot with thoughts and feelings. And clearly confidence is my MO. And we also dig into the actions that one needs to take in order to create a business that is thriving and benefiting your life and the world that it serves. So that's a bit about me. And I created this tool because, like any good journey, when we are going on an adventure, it's useful to know the destination we want to go, which for me is I want you to get to a business and a life that you love and that you've designed yourself. In addition to knowing that destination we also need to know the origin point. We need to know where we're starting. And so I developed this tool as a place to help you orient yourself in the journey. It's my belief that confidence is one of the most valuable feelings that we can have as business owners, because it's been my experience personally that the more confident I am, the more clear I am and the more easy it is for me to move forward. So confidence is such a vital component to my forward momentum to my focus and my clarity, to my connection to my creativity, and to my willingness to be courageous and step out there and do the things that I want to do. Okay, so that's why I personally love to focus on confidence because I really see the value and the importance of it. You will have noticed that below this welcome video, there's a download link. And if you click that download link you're going to get the worksheet that comes along with this video. And that worksheet really walks you through the process. For us to build confidence, you need to understand what is creating the confidence that you have – because you definitely have it in there – And then also what is blocking your confidence are getting in the way of it where are the hurdles, the clearer we can get on those things, the more easily we can work through them. Okay, so this tool is not going to solve all your problems. It's not going to you won't go through it and immediately have all the confidence in the world. That would not be realistic. There's work to be done. But at least you will have more awareness and more ability to see where your work lies, okay, and where you're at in the process. This is a journey. So there're landmarks to hit and there're ways that we can get you moving forward. So I think the worksheet is pretty clear, but all I'll walk you through it. You'll see I've created on the worksheet, a little map that outlines different landmarks that we want to hit on your way to building a business and life you love. I will say this is not a linear journey as much as it looks like it on this map. It is somewhat linear, but you'll be coming back and forth between each of these landmarks numerous times and you'll be building on them as you go. What I suggest is you start with the first landmark which is right at the start here part of the graphic that I've created. And that is really about your business ideation. Some of us know that we want to be entrepreneurs. We're very clear about that. But what we're not clear about is what exactly we want to do as entrepreneurs, what offer we want to create, what direction we want to head. Maybe we don't know the product that we want to put out there or maybe we're not totally clear on the service we want to provide or we're not clear that whether we want to provide a service or a product. So that's the first place that we need to start building our confidence around is the direction we're headed and the choice that we're making that we're moving towards. Okay, so maybe you're like I want to be I think I want to be a yoga teacher, but maybe I want to be a massage therapist, right? So for this first landmark, I want you to just assess on a scale of one to 10 How confident are you in the business idea that you have? You're gonna pick a number so 10 is I'm totally confident I know exactly. This is what I want to do. And one is a really barely have a clue. I just know that I want to be an entrepreneur. So where do you fall on that spectrum? If you fall at a six or below, so 12345 Or six out of 10 then I want you to land there and move to the next page of the worksheet. The next page of the worksheet is going to have some further questions to help you dig into this a little bit more and build more clarity. If however, you're 789 or 10, you can move on to the next landmark. So the next landmark is on a scale of one to 10 How confident are you in defining what you offer or defining your business? So this is where we really get into the specifics of what you're offering. The transformation you provide. who it is that you're offering this to who the best candidates are for what you're offering. What you want to charge all the specifics about your products or services. That's for this landmark, and you're going to assess your confidence just like you did at the first one. So on a scale of one to 10 How confident are you again? If you are a 12345 or six out of 10 Six or below? Then you will go to the next page and answer those questions. If you are a 789 or 10 then you will move on to the next landmark. No need to answer the questions. You can if you want to that can be useful but otherwise, just head on to the next one, which is about marketing and selling. So you're gonna repeat the same process for each of the different landmarks depending on where you're at. And you're gonna know. I see like, it's very hard to market or sell your services. If you're not clear on what you're offering. Right. So we want to get really confident there. Before we move on to the next thing. I hope all of that's clear.
