Hey, it's your host, Ellen Yin. Welcome back to another bonus episode of cubicle to CEO, the podcast where we ask successful entrepreneurs, the business questions you can't google. I love personality tests, I've been nerding out lately on tests that provide insight into your identity, human design, Myers Briggs, Enneagram, you name it. And while these assessments are great for revealing your personal strengths, so how you move through the world, as a human being, I have an important question to ask you. And I bet you don't know this about yourself yet. Have you ever identified what your unique strengths and obstacles are as a CEO as an actual business leader?
And here's the cool thing, iconic business leaders all have a unique genius. And they can usually be defined by four CEO styles. So we actually spent the past two months creating a really cool project that I am so excited to finally share with you all on the podcast. It's a 10 question quiz, what's your CEO style, and it's all designed to help you identify which of these four ceo styles you are. So the four types are the change maker, the magnetic connector, the Peacekeeper, and the whip smart achiever. And like I said, we created this quiz 10 questions all multiple choice that you can take and complete in 60 seconds, and you'll be able to uncover the following things.
First, you'll discover your unique CEO advantage that will bring more clarity, confidence and visibility to your business. You'll also gain deep insight into your leadership style that will propel your business forward. You'll also become aware of potential blind spots so you can engage and communicate with your audience in a way that resonates with them. Your communication style, your preferred way of talking to people asking questions selling buying may differ completely from how your audience actually best communicates or best responds to prompts. So you definitely want to know how you can show up in a way that allows people to feel seen, heard and appreciated. And finally, you'll also gain access to solution oriented podcast episodes curated just for your specific CEO style.
So my team and I actually combed through the hundreds of episodes in our own show, and pulled out very specific episodes for each CEO style that we believe are going to help you unlock your momentum your next step into CEO greatness. So again, I'm so so excited to share this finished quiz with you, we've been working on it for months. And I truly believe whether you're a brand new CEO or decades strong in this role, this quiz will reveal new information about yourself and your personalized path to success. And I will say, as a preliminary teaser into the results that we've gotten so far, it's been really fascinating. I've been getting tagged in so many stories, getting emails in my inbox from people who have taken the quiz already. And so far out of the 400 of you or so that have taken the quiz 50% of you fall into one SEO style, and it's the magnetic connector. In a way, I'm not surprised by this because we see so many beautiful friendships formed in our community, so many incredible collaborations that have come out of our community. And so it doesn't surprise me that many of you would be a magnetic connector.
I will say though, there's this flip side of me that is a bit surprised that more of you aren't the exact same as me, because you know, you kind of think that when you show up in a space you you tend to attract people who are most similar to yourself. And so it's actually been kind of a lovely surprise, seeing the different I guess co makeup of our community and seeing which of you twin with me, which of you are totally different than me. Which of you are like each other. That's been another cool thing is people finding other CEOs who are like them. And I'm already starting to see again, some collaborations come out of that. And the overwhelming feedback we've gotten from people who have taken our quiz so far is how amazed they are by how in depth the result pages are. The details, the accuracy, so many people are like, Are you reading my mind? I feel like you described me exactly. So getting that sort of feedback has been just really fascinating and such a great experience to hear your take on our take on who you are as a CEO.
