Yeah many people trip out with just melatonin. I won't even take a milligram I won't take a drop of melatonin without niacin. What you're doing there, for some people, the you know extra excess melatonin when you put it in your body even without enough nicacin, right, it could be excess and it's just it's sitting here to say with no niacin and it's sitting there saying, "Hey niacin, where are you? Where are you?" And it's just putting ADP in your cells and it's it's keeping inflammation and oxidation in in the cells but it's setting niacin up to go in to then enter the cells and clear that inflammation. For some people this grogginess with this access melatonin for others it could be it could be not it could be nightmares, it could be psychosis, it can make them feel crazy. Regardless, any the the benefit of melatonin is kind of it's temporary like you're just key unless you hit it with niacin, the whole point of the Melatonin is to set niacin up to get into cells and get this extra inflammation out. And any foreign pathogens any particles all that. So the key here is for you to make sure that you use up all that melatonin but you don't short yourself and do too little. It's all gonna get used up before the niacin is used up no flush no tingle. So if you're and if it's excess, say you go overboard, no flushing a tingle and you're groggy you can if you start feeling crazy, hit it with some more niacin to clear that excess. But no, this is it's it's going to be difficult for you to to assume and and believe based on your previous experience. But now it's what the key for you will be getting to the sweet spots as best as possible. And that's going to you know, you got to use the guiding of the flesh and the tingle and you want to even go overboard with the melatonin to make sure it's all used up and doesn't stay excess because you can get groggy and feel crazy and flush and tingle with not enough melatonin yet.
