Morning. Good afternoon. Happy Thursday. Good morning. Looks like everyone's connecting to audio. Love it. I think Hannah, let's kick it off.
Oh, right. So good morning, everybody. Hello. Hello, everyone, and welcome to the courses for health professionals q&a Call in the chat below, please let us know as as usual, what is your biggest wins this week? What are you grateful for today? And What project are you working on right now. So take a second and start typing. And so before we get really started, let's go over some housekeeping notes. Number one, don't forget to book your milestone call. So number one, there are three milestone calls. One is for completing five Facebook Lives. One is for doing three sales calls or complete one sale or throwing 10 affiliation pitches. So that's a three milestone calls you get to book once you hit that, so don't forget, and I know you know, Elizabeth's here. So I'm still waiting on you to count your affiliation girl. Just so you know, a
little bit pressure, no pressure, but pressure. And also,
if you're coming up with renewal, check your email for your renewal options and email us if you have any questions. Okay. And if you haven't gotten a chance to listen to the critique, you still have time to finish that and submit any follow up questions you have for tomorrow's call with the coach. And don't forget to put your monthly laser coaching call if you have something specific you would like to work one on one with a coach as well. Also Also Also, one last thing quick reminder next week, we have a virtual conference. And you all are invited, okay, which means that there is no q&a call next Thursday, but it will be a day full of awesome freebies brought for you all from Sylvie. So this is also a chance to sign up to be an affiliate which is your homework for Module Five. But if you haven't missed out on that video, like Sylvie said, and in our group, and definitely check that out, and sign up for it to be affiliate if you want. And we'll send out more info about the virtual conference starting next week. So stay tuned.
Yeah, block off your block. Yeah, thank you so much for that and I block off your Thursdays we'd love to see you guys there. So a couple questions in the in the chat No, do not buy a ticket, you're going to get those tickets. So good to see you here. By the way, Kira. I've got a frog in my throat this morning, excuse me. Um, so that is awesome. would love, love, love to see you there. And also in terms of the affiliate thing, no pressure at all. If you want to share it with your friends, I know some of you are like still hiding in the closet, not even wanting to tell people what you're doing. I think this is actually a great excuse for a couple things.
One for you to get out there and have an excuse to tell people what you're doing. So we have a templated email for you in pink gel if you don't already have access to that. And so it's literally just like, hey, I've been building like you have to fill in building my course on XYZ. And this is what I've been doing. It gives you a chance also to practice what it's like to see the other end of you being an affiliate. So if you are going through module six, or if you haven't, if you're going to be going through module six, you're going to be doing it the first 50 It's a really good chance for you to kind of test out the other side right for you to test out what you're going to be sending to your clients. So just to work out the kinks even if you're only going to be if you plan on sending it to three people that's totally fine. Probably won't make a million bucks that way but that's totally fine, right? You don't have to bless it from the rooftops and zero pressure this is if you want to do it if you don't, that's totally fine too. What else a couple things I want to shout out some wins before we get into our mindset minute and some fantastic questions for today. First of all Shakira working on finishing module two slides which is awesome and you have a call booked for Sunday you've been killing it girl with that 100% close rate that's amazing. Love Kira love that you're back on track after baby land and got your eight week program critique that's awesome and completed the next two worksheets. Sounds like baby is sleeping and you've got some caffeine in you, which is amazing. Brittany, you're on a podcast you were on a podcast last week. That's amazing. I you know, you want to know You know what, like timeout on podcast, I was just who was like just having a deja vu moment anyway, I was just having this conversation with someone I can't remember who or where. But you know, the podcast thing. What's amazing about that, Brittany, what you're going to notice is you just did it last week. And we still every once in a while get clients that have heard me on a podcast that I was like, what podcast was that? And I can't tell you what year I did it. And it was just talking to people in terms of the boring stuff. You know, like creating blog posts, which you have a whole post and profit module on that. Podcast pitching and all that jazz. These are not sexy things right that are like you do the podcast and then the next day you make a million dollars, right? Um, but it's the it's the stuff that sort of the gift that keeps on giving. So what's amazing is you're really creating these like little mini houses on land that you own, that is going to keep reaping benefits. So I love love, love that you're doing that early and often. So you're gonna start you're gonna you're gonna notice those are the ROI is sort of a long tail on that one. That's awesome. And I'm so glad you're visiting your BFF you guys which is actually taking us to our mindset minute which I'm going to get to in a minute but I love love love that you're carving out some I love seeing wins that are non work wins. So let me clarify that because I saw Rebecca, you said no wins this week. I'm gonna challenge you on that girl. I don't believe it. I don't believe it. So I want to see wins. You know, want to clarify like what wins are and you know, again, we talked about was it last week or you know, I think it might have been the last call I remember Kristin I think Kristin Odell asking about, you know, different resources on mindset and whatnot. And I brought up Abraham Hicks, and Esther Hicks. And again, this is on the Wu spectrum, for sure, I consider myself blue light. But it's definitely on the Wu spectrum in terms of law of attraction and manifestation and all that jazz. But one of the things that they preach on the most is really looking for wins, right, so that you can find more of them. And that's not the verbiage that she uses. But she you know, but that's that's essentially it, right? So part of part of why we ask you for wins is training you to see what's working. By the way, my brain totally does not naturally work this way. This is something that I've had to work on with my five minute journal with my productivity planner, like when I at the end of the day when I've had more than one challenge often right, the bigger the stuff you're doing, the bigger the challenges, right? So right now, Jill, Jill knows because we're in the middle of we have a designer working on stuff today we got a copywriter working on stuff today we're changing Facebook ads today. So we got 6 million things. They're not all going well, right? A lot of them need fixes. A lot of them need tweaks. But at the end of the day, I always challenged myself to go to look at what went well today. And usually when I sit down to this I'm like Okay, today's gonna be hard. By the way, I've been doing this for years. I still have that default like No, no about today. Let me start listing them and I'm actually like, Uh huh, yeah, actually crush that Chris that Chris that Chris that you know, or it might be these many things of like, I had a great face time with my daughter. Okay, so these are these are wins these are things that went well today, like what are you rocking in different departments, it could be you know, I was really on point with my drinking water today, y'all, I don't care what it is, but like train yourself to look for wins. Because that way you're going to find more of them you're going to find more of what's working. And you know, again, to really credit to Esther and Abraham Hicks on this is really, you know, part of what I'm constantly hearing when I'm when I'm tuning into their stuff, listening to podcasts and whatnot from them. It really is this like, you know, there's this illusion we have, that we are once we get the thing, the thing being, I don't know the outcome, right. So in this case, once your business is rocking and rolling online, once you lose the 20 pounds, once you are in the perfect relationship once you I don't know, buy the house, insert whatever outcome you want, once I do the thing, then I will feel this kind of way. And you know, and I know we're all drive, we're all kind of wired for that and I am so guilty of going there. But you know one of the things that they remind me of all the time is really like no you get to feel that way now go look for the feeling now and that's actually how you're going to get the outcome right but the reality is you're gonna keep moving the goalposts anyway so that's why just let thank you for letting me pick on you Rebecca this is all of us right in terms of no wins anyone else that hasn't commented? Hello? Wait unless you're driving you're not you're not excused. I want to see the wins. Because the reality is it's that's how you train yourself to get there. Like we I can't tell you how many times the team is always like jaw dropped, when will sneakily hear like I actually just got one I haven't even sent it over to the team yet. I got a DM from a client that graduated a while ago, just telling me about how many 1000s of dollars she made this week. And I'm like, How in the hell, you know, and a lot of clients don't even report because they're like, Yeah, you know, it's just 24,000 5500 and, you know, it's just three calls and they're all yeses and whatever. I'm like, wait a second. Okay, this is worth celebrating. So you know, I want to make sure that that that we're highlighting that so this is partly why we were asking you for wins. Love seeing them in the Facebook group, post them 24/7 If you want we won't see them till Monday. You post them in the middle of the night. None of us are up but we will see them on Monday. And we are we are so jazzed and want to celebrate that and it also creates this ripple effect of you know, wins beget wins. Okay, so we're gonna module four and five. Awesome, Rebecca. That's awesome. And grateful for warmth this week. Yes. Love that as well. Okay, awesome. Yes. You're so welcome Kyra. I'm glad that I'm glad to hear. Okay, so, um, let me let me dive in. Let me dive in. So wins every day. Okay, that's awesome. I love it. Okay, let me grab my google doc real quick. And I want to chat. I want to do a mindset minute today in terms of how to really not burn out during this building process. So how do you know you're going into whether it's six months with us or in your building in general, you know, whatever kind of timeline, you want to see that as you could see it as how to not burn out during the first eight weeks, if that feels more applicable to you, if it feels applicable to you to apply this to the six months with us that you have support and you're in this container totally fine. For some of you, this is really going to be helpful, honestly, for the first three years of changing this for the first three years of changing this, you know, like changing your model. Okay. And I want to give you some tips on this because, you know, the reality is, here's the the sort of irony of all ironies is like you're doing this to escape burnout in the first place, right? And then you you jump in and you find yourself more burnt out than you were the week before you started this process. So a couple things got good news and bad news for you. So the Bad news is, you know, if you can, if you can see this as a process, if you can see this as like, let me break it down into three phases, so to speak, you've got the before, which is right now, let's say let's just pick up pick a template of a work schedule. I know all of y'all are different. But let's pick up you know, you're working your booty off, right, you're working at least full time, you've got charting at night, just ridiculousness, right, and you've got the stress of you know, your cash flow of your brick and mortar, or whatever it might be. That's your before. Now, let's go to the after. And we'll get to the middle part in a second. But after what we're working towards what its gonna look like once you have it on, and poppin, which as you all know, is not day two is going to look like if you're let's just pick again, pick an outcome, because you all have different outcomes. So let me just pick one to do this exercise with, let's pick that you're going to replace that full time income, right, we're not going for a million dollars yet, just replacing your full time income. Let's say you're going to go full time with your online program, replacing all of your one on one. I know hear me out because I know some of you are right now the second want to keep some of your one on one totally fine, if you want to do a hybrid, but just for this exercise case, let's just let's just go with that. What your schedule is going to look like on that after is easy breezy, right? Like if you're if you're just going to do you know a certain number of clients, you're going to handle this most of yourself, maybe you're going to have one part time assistant, no big team, no full time employees, none of that you're going to handle it yourself, you're going to handle a reasonable amount of clients, let's say it's 30 clients cool. And you're mostly going to be doing a group q&a Call once a week, right? This is Talking, talking about after you've built your modules, all that good stuff. And let's say you want to grow, right, like you want to grow your audience, you have a small audience. Cool. So you're gonna be doing some of the things that you've been seeing the wins on here, podcast, pitching, blog posts, affiliates, whatever cool add in, you know that right? So like, add it, let's say Thursday's are your q&a calls, let's add work Wednesday as your marketing and sales day, you know, a few hours there. Let's add Tuesday as like you're pitching your audience growing day, right? So like you're pitching affiliates you are trying to get on podcast, you are writing blog posts for Mind, Body green, whatever. Okay? This is a really light, easy breezy schedule. Right now, we're not talking about hiring rats, I'm not none that none of that, right? Like, now, if you want to go to a seven figure business, you wanna have a team and all that, okay, cool. We can we can talk about that later. But just for this exercise, you know, purpose, you've got that before, which is exhausting. And you've got that after, which is like, Okay, this is what we're going to this is this, this feels good, I can do that I can actually have a life, I can actually spend time with my family. And maybe I can even do a creative pursuit, I can go write a novel, if I walk, I got Monday and Friday free. Cool. Now here's the bad news. There's that middle piece, there's that tunnel to go from A to B. Okay, and what that tunnel looks like nine times out of 10 is you've got to keep your what is paying the bills today. So that burnout practice that you came in here with, right, that schedule of craziness that you came in here with whether it's 40 hours, 60 hours, 80 hours, I've heard it all. And you've got to carve out now some time, energy, whatever, for your evenings and weekends to build this thing. Now, I might be staying Captain Obvious here, but I want to really like slow down and call this out. Because for starters, it is overwhelming. It is a lot. It is a it's the price of entry to entrepreneurship, right? It's the it's the barrier to entry. It's why most people don't do it. Okay. It's why most people don't do it. I hear complaints, you know, I mean, from from, from people that come into our world and like listen to our virtual conference and end up not becoming a client, right to the few that end up becoming a client. These are just normal conversion rates. You know, the thing that holds people back the most is people don't want to do the hard work that you're doing. Okay? It is hard work. They don't want to give up their Netflix, they don't want to give up, you know, they don't want to wake up two hours before they need to wake up in order to do this thing. It is hard, okay. And it's temporarily hard. And it's, it's that barrier to entry and entrepreneurship. Now that said, with all that we have to make it sustainable, right. And this is, you know, shout out to Hannah, who uses that word all the time. You know, this is the word I want for you is like, I got no magic wand, right? So I can't take out the work for you and say Bippity boppity boop. On Tuesday, you're gonna have a million dollar practice with no work and you press a button and whatever, right and it's funny in the sales process, like Andrew and I talk about this a lot with people where we're like, there's no magic, okay? So when you press the buy button, don't expect you know, like the ceiling to open and money to fall from the sky. There's real work. You guys know this well, because you're doing it. But I do want to talk about pacing ourselves, right? I do want to talk about the the unrealistic pneus is not even a word I might have just made that up of trying to run a marathon at a sprint pace, we're not gonna make it, we're just not going to make it. So I want you I want to kind of build in the sustainability and I want you to be able to pace yourself. So a couple things on that and if you're taking notes, take notes because I want to see the takeaways later and I'm going to try and make this distinct because I want to get to all your questions as well. So first of all, know that you know you know you've got a six month container it is you know, it is a an amazing amount of time when you first what we see the most when you first are starting out is sort of this like rush to want to Do it all in eight weeks, you could. But the reality is what you need to do it, you need to do it in phases. And you need to you need to make sure you have a really solid course outline, right, we get that done in module one, take your time, do it well. And by take your time, I don't mean to take four months, but you know, it's okay, if that takes a few weeks, okay, it's totally fine. If that takes a few weeks, and then you're going to be building this process in in layers. Now, the reality is, well, you know, what you want to focus on the most is those milestones, we have them for a reason, there's a million different things to do. But there's really three main buckets, it's sales, it's audience building, right, and it's delivering your program, it's creating a program and delivering it. And in a way, those three buckets, we're kind of, we're kind of dipping in and out of those three buckets. So first, we're getting into like program delivery, in that we're getting a an outline on a Google doc cool. And then we're going to park delivery and forget about it for a minute. And now we're going to go to Sales with a mini audience you already have, let's get on sales calls, let's close those sales calls, let's get let's get good at decent decent, let's put it that way. Let's get decent at sales, I don't need you to be a sales pro at this point as decent as sales and then let's work on audience you know, building and then we're kind of doing all three, you know, we're kind of going back and forth between all three at once cool. We do this for a reason. Like we don't want you to go build out this beautiful program and then go sell it a lot of people are really, really passionate about doing that, you know, again, you are the boss, you can do it whichever way you want. But we highly recommend you don't do that. Because as I've said before, your program might change etc. So pace yourself, make sure that your your outcomes for yourself are and I know we have a lot of perfectionist in the group, welcome to the club, I am one myself. But you know, we have to get these you know, we have to kind of get these milestones to good enough before we can get them to better before we can get them to Great, okay, and this happens over time. So want to make sure that you're pacing yourself. So you know a few different things. And I'd love to hear in the chat. I know we you know want to get to your question. So I don't want to take too too much time. Self Compassion says Michelle Yes, I love that. It's really you know, the reality is like, it really is one of these things where it's like, You're You're doing great, like a lot of the times you are you are your hardest critic, and you're doing you're learning all new things in all new areas. So it makes sense for it to be harder for it to take some time. But I want to hear in the chat. I want to hear you know what, what feels like the most unsustainable part of it right now? Is that the time that you're spending on it? Is it you know, feeling like you're not getting wins early enough? Or what is it? I'm gonna take a quick step, I would love to hear just from a couple people in the chat. You know, if you're feeling sort of that burnout, what area is in
cliques of a tea, a tea
water as usual, getting lost on what to do next. Perfect. Okay, great. Let me hear a couple more. Who else getting lost on what to do next? Awesome, awesome, awesome. And super common as well. And, yeah, and in terms of, you know, like, there's, there's obviously the time that you have allotted to it there is you know, obviously like the thing of the milestones you want to hit in order to be able to do those to be able to do those milestone calls as well. Okay, Rebecca, for me, not enough childcare, right. So lack of time for sure. Lack of time, which is a is a great, great, great constraint as well. Brittany sales calls not being able to get people on the phone due to not have an open time on the calendar. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Yes. Okay. And feeling overwhelmed with work baby and modules? Yes. Okay. Cool. So a lot of really good themes on here. So lack of time says Kara, feeling like a bunch of next steps not burnout, but overwhelmed with technology. Yes. Okay. Perfect. Okay, not good technology. Good. Because you don't have to be that's the that's the good part about this is that this is the lowest technology possible. Now later on later on in time, you can absolutely get your super complicated with technology like we have. And by the way, I don't know how to run half of it. So usually I'm like, can use screenshare i get i on a on a zoom with my team. Jillian will walk me through it. And I don't even know how to run half of it. Cool. So but by the time you get to complicated technology, you can certainly hire that out. So let's talk about a couple different things. So first of all, in terms of not sure what to do next, let's let's like that one, I want you to get good at asking for help. Okay, so write that down. If you're taking notes, underline it get good at asking for help. So we are here for you every step of the way. If you're not sure where that question belongs. I know some of you are old. These have been here for a minute, some of you are new, if you're new, if you're not sure where that question belongs, is it a critique call? Is it a q&a call it just shoot an email and the team will point you in the right direction. But we want to help you in the sooner you get unstuck the better. So want to make sure you don't stay stuck, reach out right so send an email and we will figure out whether that's a one on one call, whether that's a q&a call or whatever it might be but don't stay stuck. Because the answer to almost everything, by the way, is just focus on the next one step. Okay. So when you're seeing this mountain, oh my god, I got 25 things to do. You do? You do have 25 things to do. But you only have one thing that you need to do next okay. And that is if if I if I can like if you take away nothing else from this color from this mindset minute, really it is just to focus on the next one right move. I you know, I have to remind myself of this all the time, okay, because with virtual conference coming next week, I'm in hustle mode. We're in work mode over here, like we're not sipping margaritas, we're definitely working. And a lot of the times it's like okay, copywriter needs thing from me, the designer needs something from me or whatever, what is the priority? What is the one next thing that I need to do? Okay, so. So with that, if you're not clear, if you're not clear on what your one next thing is to do, please shoot in an email, and we will get you clear, because the worst possible thing that you can do is stall out and take no action, right? It's that sort of overwhelm when you're like, like I've mentioned before, we have to move your house and instead, you're like, I'm just gonna stare at the wall and see if the somehow these boxes magically pack themselves.
Okay, so um, so there's on that part, Okay, second thing I really, really, really want to emphasize, you know, as, as I said, you know, you have a certain number of hours, you have constraints. Rebecca, when you're talking about, you know, I think Rebecca was talking about it. And who else is juggling it Shakira was talking about oh, and Carrie, you're talking about, you know, juggling the baby and all that all this good stuff. The reality is, all of you have constraints, they all look a little bit different. I honestly like to say, I mean, for whatever reason, we've seen this. And it took me years to notice this pattern over our clients. But one of the things that that is the common denominator on clients that have moved the quickest has been well, one thing is definitely having a big enough a strong enough why, right? So I would have told you if before I started this process, I would have guessed completely wrong on all these things. But a big enough why for sure. But what we're talking about today is lack of time, and burnout and constraints, right. So kids family day job, you know, like Brittany was talking about, you know, not having enough time on the calendar, I have never seen like, it blows my mind. But I have seen people with less time move faster than people with more time, usually because they have a big enough why. So now I want you to take this two different ways. This does not mean I want you to not sleep for six months and somehow fit it in. Okay. It's impossible. If it was possible. Cool. I might, I might suggest that it's not possible. I'm also a huge fan of sleep. Ask my team that knows how much I nerd out. I got an Uhler. I got an aura ring I got you know, 6 million different I get Listen, I got the blue blockers. It's a whole situation over here. So sleep is like a religion. For me. I'm a huge fan of health in general. And sleep is one of the biggest tenants. Okay, I think I think with all the different backgrounds in the room, we can probably agree that sleep is important. So I want to make sure that your self care and your sleep is on point. But I want you to get really real with yourself in terms of the time that you do have. Right? So we've talked before about making use of those 15 minute gaps, whether you're waiting, let's say so you know you're you're you know someone is late for an appointment, or you're late for an appointment or whatever it might be, and you've got 15 minute gaps have on your phone, some things that you can do, can you move something along a little bit? Right, this is sort of what I have to trick myself into where like, for example, I have to write a whole landing page copy. And I'm like, You know what, let me just start with just the headline, if I can just write just the headline, if I can just figure out just the headline today. And I tricked myself into getting started. And usually that will give me enough momentum to get going. Okay, so I want you to think about I want you to think about this in terms of like, again, notice that everything that I'm telling you, it's all about a little bit of forward movement, a little bit of momentum, a little bit of progress, and recognizing that when so that you can go do it again. Okay, the thing that we want that we don't want them like the most like, here's the worst case, the worst thing you could do is have two straight weeks or more, right? But let's say you have two straight weeks where you don't know what steps to take next. And you have not reached out and asked right and you have not reached out to ask for help y'all. Our team is literally like cannot wait to help you. So please reach out and ask and have not taken action. And worse. And you know, at least if you are on vacation, and you were living the good life, and you were having a great time, and after those two weeks, you'd come back refreshed, you're like, Okay, now what do I do? That'd be great. But here's the worst case scenario, you don't take action in those two weeks. And you are should in yourself should should should, I should have done this I shouldn't have every night you're going to bed going, Ah, I didn't do it again. Right. So then you're feeling terrible about yourself and you're feeling like you're losing and you don't have any wins and everything sucks and you might as well go be a barista at Starbucks, okay, I That's my always my this escalated quickly, example. But understand that this is what your subconscious is doing. It's like you're like, I don't know what to do. So I'm going to do nothing. And then all of a sudden, you know, a year has gone by and you haven't created your course. So want to make sure that you are moving forward. I want to make sure that you are that you're preventing burnout, okay, now tired, you're gonna be tired, right? Fine in terms of like, Yep, I'm asking you to give up your Netflix I'm asking you to really limit I'm really I'm asking you to quite frankly, one of the first homework assignments could be when you join the program is like email everyone in your life and tell him you're going to be busy for six months. Period. You know what I mean? Like don't invite you to stuff because you're going to be busy for six months. That's totally and completely possible. So I do I am I am asking you to do hard things. But I'm asking you to avoid burnout. So if you're having like some of you have had, you know, again, new babies coming into the picture or whatever it might be, there might be weeks where you legitimately need to focus on your sleep and plugging yourself back in like the iPhone that no longer works when it's at 1% battery. If there's a week like that, do it Okay, but what I don't want you to stay is in not sure what you should do next. Okay, I want you to I want to and I want to make sure part of the reason we have these milestone calls is because we we expect things to not go great. We expect things to be like some things go okay. And some things we need to pivot and so I want to make sure that you are getting on the calls with with our team so that we can give you like, Okay, this went, Well, this not so not so much cool. Let's change it. Let's change it. Let's tweak it. This is how we're going to build this plane as we're flying it. Cool. Okay, so and also, you know, the RE recalibrating the expectations. I'll say this one last thing, I want to dive into your questions, but you know, I'm seeing, like, overwhelmed with the technology piece are overwhelmed with marketing and social media and not getting sales calls out of it yet, here's the reality is, a lot of the times this will take like your first Facebook Live is going to be your worst period, like almost guaranteed, okay, and we've got to get it out of the way. Mine was my worst two, I probably I don't know, if I could dig it up, it's probably on our health Facebook page. And it's probably from like, 2015 or so your first Facebook Live. And probably I'd have to go further back and actually look at a YouTube video because that was probably not my first video experience. But if I dug back far enough, I could find I could find you the worst and show it to you. Every single person starts that way. And the sooner and the more often you kind of get them going, the more we're going to get to those good ones, right we go we go to it goes from terrible, to decent to good enough to good, right. So understand that you are not going to go from zero to Great, okay. And part of how you're going to get there is of course, our refinements are going to cut down your learning curve. So so so so, so much. So if you're booking those milestone calls, make that your biggest mission, right is to get on those milestone calls, get those refinements and then also to get the reps in, because part of how you're going to get there is just doing it again and doing it again and doing it again and doing it again. So if you're not getting calls booked from the first few, totally fine, like the reality is, it's you know, like these 100% conversion rates are rare in the beginning, you're going to get some of that. But it is rare and don't expect it to continue. Right. A good conversion rate on on a sales call, for example is I mean 25% is good. Yeah. 30% is great. 100% is insane. Okay, and it tells me a couple different things. You know, one, you're starting with a warm audience perfectly normal, and to your prices too low. Okay, so um, anyway, so all of that is I want to I want you to think about so little homework assignment from today's mindset minute, because this is going to be individual to y'all. And if you want to post it in the Facebook group after I love it, I would love love love to see it. I think it'll inspire you guys, you guys can learn from each other in terms of like, oh, no, that's a good idea. Like, let me implement that, and so forth and so on. I would love to hear like, what's what's one shift that you can make? So on today's takeaway, when we post later, I want to hear what's one shift that you can make to how you're currently doing things. So you know, whether it's asking for more help, right? Asking for more help earlier and more often. Don't try and figure it out yourself. Don't try and do it yourself. Okay, asking for more help early and often. Is it more like you have it, you've been neglecting the self care piece. So you've been pushing it too hard, you need to rein that back in. And you need to be really real about your multitasking, does that need to get you know, dialed in to where it's like, okay, you're working these two, you know, you're working these office hours that you set, you're really really doing it, and it's not spreading into 24/7 land where you don't feel like you're not resting properly, you're not doing your day job properly, you're not with your family properly, and you're not working on this property. Like it's all being half assed. Okay, so um, so if it's any of those, well, I would love, love, love to hear. And I'd also love to see it in that thread to see what's most common what, what kind of what kind of group we got today. Um, cool, but I want I want to make sure that you are you know, that you're understanding, you know, there's that. So again, recapping is sort of that, like, let's be realistic, there is a lot to do. Yeah, and there is like, it's it gets worse before it gets better. It's sort of the shortest and suite that I can I can tell you, right, it's like, you not only have to keep going all the things unless you are independently wealthy and can quit your day job and then devote 40 hours to this, which so far, we've had zero clients in that boat, okay, so no worries, like, this is how you do it. And part of the reason why is you have a big drive, so I want that drive to fuel you but I don't want it to come out of your sleep. I don't want it to come out of you. Now you all you eat is granola bars all day because you don't make yourself food. I don't want it to come out, you know, have your relationships to the point where like you're not parenting, you're not with your spouse, you're not getting like you're neglecting all of it. Yes, you can give a timeout to your you know, very understanding friends or whatnot that there's like, Hey, I just need to go, I need to go deep for a few weeks. I'll see you in a few weeks. Totally fine. But you know what I mean, right? Like, let's not do it at the expense of some big problems that you're gonna have to solve later. Cool. And you've got plenty of time. And of course, for those of you coming close to your six months, I would love love, love to see you for another six months. I would love love, love for you to have more time in this container more support to continue to refine the reality is the refinements are forever, right. So like our team and I were doing our second virtual conference next week. And we already are noticing things that we need to refine for the next one. Okay, so it's like what it's not you know, the first one, we had a whole bunch of refinements, it was our first sort of guinea pig test. And we had a whole list of things to refine, we're implementing a lot of those. And we're going to be we're going to be having a whole debrief with already scheduled posts, etc. To see to see like, Okay, well, what can we do better even the next time, right? So I want you to kind of get into this mindset of like, the perfect is really it never really happens. You never really get there. And I want you to get into this mindset that it's iterative, right? That you iterate and iterate and iterate and we just keep tweaking and making improvements as we go cool. Okay, let's dive in Hannah, to our first question of today.
Sure. So the first three questions we have are from Michelle. And speaking of burnout. So the first one is about, she's started sharing her mission statement, and she has had a whopping awesome response. Good. Job, shout out to you does a great job. And so her next step is to explore what burnout means does do I get input from colleagues, friends, or from you Sylvie? Or do I explored positive side of this equation such as feely enable inspired and empowered?
Yeah, so honestly, I feel like I can answer this one in one word, pretty much. Michelle, if you're getting an awesome response from her mission statement, and this is for all of you guys. I don't know that you need to explore anything. I think you need to leave your mission statement alone. Does that mean that it will never change? No, but it means that right now we're not getting any indication that we need to change anything on it. sounds like to me, right? Yeah. So don't go looking for problems. We're gonna we're gonna get some problems. No problem. Let's not go looking. Let's go searching. So I think that one done check. That one's done. Cool. Awesome. All right, let's let's go to let's go to Michelle. Second question. Oh, yeah. Why don't you say it? So it's on the recording as well. You posted in the chat super helpful as well.
Yeah. So um, recently, read this book burnout, the secret to unlocking the stress cycle, I have put a link in the chat as well for you guys. So this book actually helps me understand burnout, very, very in depth. It is written by like, you know, two doctors and their sisters to although because they're sisters, I think this book is very female oriented. So I'm not sure for our fellow male CHP members if this will be applicable. But the book is really targeted on what it is burnout, what burnout means for women and how that really kind of seeped into our everyday life. So, really good read here. Interesting.
Love it. I love that share. Yes, yes. Yes. Awesome. Cool. Let's go all right, question.
Alright, so the second question is she's missing the you know, the in the people in the field of nursing, but she has great product she's building so you want to save focus? You're not returning the best side. And she wanted to ask if anybody know anyone else that has ventured out to use creativity to help other healthcare professionals feel more inspired enable empowered, because she's feeling alone
alone. Yeah, so Okay, so um, great question. So it sounds like so you know, you're you're filling this like missing? Missing your your day jobs. All right, Michelle, why don't you unmute so I can make sure I understand it correctly. Yeah, yeah,
I was gonna say I applied. I have sorry, guys, like a paint. I'm a painter. So I
love it. Love it. Anyway. Um,
I did apply for a travel position. I was like, Yeah, I'm okay. With having to do that. So, but I was like, Okay, that's a certain amount of time. Long story short, I was like, Okay, I know I'm building this. It's a blue sky idea. I've had it for a while. So do you know anybody else that's using music DS
the creativity piece thing? So but but let me answer that. But I'm curious before I do, why, like why why do you why do you want to know? Like, why do you want to know what other people are doing? Is it like a questioning your
topic? Not questioning my top? Okay. Like, my topic is so solid. Okay. Um, it because I'm camaraderie. I feel
like oh, feeling alone. I see. Yeah, yeah. You see, I see in you
know, creatives think alike, especially if you're a medical professional for yes.
Yeah. So it feels like Yeah, so what I'm getting at, if I'm understanding correctly, what's happening is sort of feeling like you like you left your community, you left your community and now you're like, venturing solo, and you're out here. Like, where's my community? Yeah. Is that what's happening? Is it good? Okay, so it's not about your topic. Are you feeling like you might need to pivot or anything like that? No, my talk is awesome. Okay, great. So then we Okay, good. I want to make sure because otherwise, I could have gone in a completely different rabbit hole. Okay. So rock solid with it. Yeah. Sweet. So I mean, the short answer is no, like, I can't think I can't like think and team will correct me if I'm wrong. But I can't think of a former client in our program that that had your specific, you know, niche. Right. So it's doing something with creativity, specifically for health professionals. Yeah, um, but I know your people are out there. Right. And so a big part of it, and this is for all of you guys. First of all, I feel like um, I want I want to, because I think that the feeling alone in the process can be a big part of what leads to burnout as well, right? It's sort of like you need your homies you need your inner tribe like and by the way, this is me understanding this and saying this as an introvert right? So this is me having a quota of I like to jokingly say five people and and a lot of times like I love my longtime love, you know, like other than going to dance, you won't find me going to too many things. I go to entrepreneur things and dance and those are the two things, the two categories and I say no to everything else, but still I understand that that isolation that a lot of us has gone through over the last two years is like completely depleting. I want to challenge you, though, Michelle, first of all, I want you guys to put yourselves out there for sure and find your people. Jill, question for you. Do we have driven dinners somewhere in the? We do? Yes. Okay, that's on September 2021. event record effect, will you mind linking to it here. So I want you to follow this module, you guys, this is a game changer. I just I just again, deja vu, I can't remember who I just had this conversation with one on one. But this is something that has absolutely changed my life. And I you know, now take this with a grain of salt, you guys have very little time right now. But honestly, the time commitment of this is like, an hour a month, maybe two hours a month, if you add the planning time into it. This is something that you know, has changed the game, especially in our mastermind group and our year long clients that have implemented this, which is where we initially taught it. I've been doing it for years with a bit of a pause during the Panini times I you know, the reality is that this is a way for you to find your tribe. And what I want you to think about when as you are kind of finding your people finding your your collective, finding your fellow, whatever the word is that you that resonates most with you, whether it's a health professional, whether it's an entrepreneur, whether it's an online business owner, whether it's for me, I call them driven dinners, because it really is a you know, like, what I wanted was that that one thing in common was to find people that had drive, find people that were not okay with the status quo, these are all different industries, like I have brought people to the table, that are in the health world that are in the entrepreneur world that are in the software world, right. So like nothing to do with nothing. But what it is, is creating community. A lot of the times it is you go invite 10 people and really only one will come a friend become a friend for life. One will become like you'll you'll start to be able to connect people right? Like did you meet so and so have you met so and so start to build that community, it can feel incredibly lonely when you are leaving an industry for which is for a lot of you guys, you're kind of slowly but surely dipping out the back door. So it can feel incredibly lonely. So I would I would love if you're doing this, as you're sort of winding this down, that you're winding this up at the same time, like finding your new tribe finding new people. Part of it is, you know, a lot of times what I hear from our clients, especially early in the stages is like I don't have anyone in my life that I can share this with I don't have anyone in my life that is doing. You know, the incredible thing is, if anything, when I have this conversation, and I say I'm creating a course on x for y, you know, what I usually will get is like, well, that really work, you know, right? Which makes perfect sense. Because you're nine times out of 10 You're talking to people who are a fellow nurse who are in you know, working in the ER, or whatever it might be. So of course like this is like, right, you're like not talking to the right people. So I want you to I want you to think about Michelle, I want you to think about for you especially that you're feeling it right now. And for the rest of you guys decide how much time you want to devote to this. I would love for you to go through the driven dinners module. Michelle, you are if I'm I'm guessing a super extrovert hyper extrovert. Yeah. So I would love for you to implement this. If you've got the time. I think that finding your people and decide what that is like. But the challenge they want you to open mind to this and I want you to keep in this process is that they don't have to be your direct competitor, if that makes sense. Like they don't have to be helping health professionals with creativity, find people that are doing, you know, that are like fellow health professionals that are doing something different, for example, in your area, or find fellow entrepreneurs, if you resonate with that term or find fellow online business owners, they might be selling bracelets, okay, but there's a lot in common in terms of your schedules, right and how you're running it. There's a lot of different things that you could find in common. Does that help? Does that resonate?
Yeah, it does.
Okay, so like, right now I have my artist tribe, and I have my nursing tribe, and then I have, you know, the well the Allied Health tribe. Okay. And so what I have been, I've been finding people like I had a telephone call with a CNA yesterday, who is doing some type of form of art in nursing homes. So I asked her, I said, let me do this, you helped me, I'm going to send you a few things I said to her, and I will help you. I'll go into a nursing home and we'll do a few artsy things or whatever. Uh huh. So when, you know, I don't want to like take people's time, I want to also contribute. So it's okay, that flow going. But that does make sense. I do have a blue sky idea. So what I'm doing is
you're a pioneer. Exactly. So you know, you're not going to find that but I also want to challenge is what I'm hearing from you is like there's two there's like three different types of calls and connections. Right? So I want to challenge you guys like there's sales calls, right? So there's your ideal clients and we're having those types of calls. You've got your calling convert script. That's what you're following. Awesome. You've got people that are possible affiliates and partners module six. So you know, can we collaborate? We do a similar thing. We've got an audience, maybe that overlaps. There's that type of conversation and connection, which totally those people might be some of the people in your driven dinners. And then there is the like friends There's like the colleagues and homies and you guys might not be able to collaborate, right? So I want to challenge you, it sounds like you're doing well, you have, you have a very clear understanding of those first two, and I want to add a third one to you, which is this like driven dinners concept, you know, and also, Britney's got a really good suggestion here in terms of how you check Facebook groups and whatnot. So also definitely dive into some stalking online, which is one of the things that I recommended that driven dinners which I want you to watch, and definitely ask questions if you've got them. But I want you to think about people that don't worry about whether you have something like, you know, like, go through that framework, because the reality is this is just to make connections, and you have no idea a little bit unattached to the outcome. Probably not going to be a sales prospect, probably not going to be an affiliate, if it happens to be either. Sweet. Awesome. That's the cherry on top. But you're doing it just to meet people and just to make community Cool. Yep. So it sort of takes the pressure off. It's sort of like, let's see what happens. And a lot of it really is building that new sort of, you know, community of people. Cool.
I Yeah. And the opportunity that I'll be doing travel nursing. Yeah. I now have meeting more people in building my prospects. So perfect. That's perfect.
Yeah. Yay. That's good. That's exciting. And yeah, I feel like a lot of the times things, you know, a lot of times these things happen in domino effects. I mean, I did a driven dinner once. And I might have said this in the in the training, I just never, it never would have occurred to me that and I just happened, we do a very little intro. And one of the things I mentioned at the time, I was looking for a doctor, specifically that worked with SIBO. And I was like, throw it out there being like, I mean, two years ago, I was like, people aren't even gonna know what SIBO is. And sure enough, someone was like, I have someone to recommend to you. And even even that I was skeptical of like, she probably doesn't know SIBO is No, sure enough, I found the doc that I ended up becoming, you know, friends with and we collaborated for years, and it was incredible partnership. And I was like, What the heck, I certainly didn't go in there with that outcome. Yeah, but I want you to keep an open mind to like anything may happen. young dads, you got a girl. All right, cool. Awesome. I think you're taking the time. You're so welcome. Hannah. Do we have a third question for Michelle?
Yeah, so the last one is what are the best ways to pull it in include helpers that are reliable at the beginning as volunteers such as moderators for Facebook, or email tickets, submissions, or moderator to collect questions for life called?
Okay. Um, so the let me see, all I can do is to simply so first of all, I would not do volunteers. Um, I don't know, I'm just a huge fan of fan of if I'm, if I'm hiring someone, I'm paying them. So in the beginning, if you need if you absolutely need someone, I would hire someone, I would hire someone and pay them. You absolutely can't. I think in the beginning, since you're just getting started, I think this is a probably a future problem. Is that Is that right? Michelle? Which is fine, we can kind of go through a future problem. I feel like you know, you absolutely can hire one of your clients that would be you know, that if they want to, if they want to participate, they've gone through your program, and you know, they want to you want to hire them, that's totally fine. I think otherwise, you can absolutely, you know, craft a really clear job description. I'm not a huge fan of the volunteer route. Because one of the things that you asked that you put in that question which every word matters to me, and you said reliable, reliable is my middle name, like, you know, when we hire and Jillian's a huge part of our hiring process. So she filters things for me before they even land on my desk when I hire, and we go for reliability, sometimes over skill, right? So we might hire someone that's less skilled in an area, if we know we can count on them more, but we're paying for all of them. I don't love you can certainly look, look into the internship route, internship route. I feel like it's so laborious that I don't I haven't found it to be valuable. But so it's again, it's it depends on do you want to spend more time or do you want to spend more money? Which of the two resources do you have more of? And if you're going to do the internship route, then that's going to be it's going to take you more of your time for sure. I don't know that. That's that that's the way I would recommend. Does that make sense?
Yeah, it does make sense. And I know a couple weeks ago or a week ago, you mentioned fiber. Fiber? Uh,
yes. Kristin mentioned it, I mentioned it as like, you know, um, yeah. I don't know, I think you mentioned and I didn't, I don't, I'm not a huge fan of fiber. It can it can, you know, like, it's better than nothing. And it's more it's like, if you like, for example, if you want a low logo, I just, I just feel like which I don't recommend anyone go out and get a logo, but it's it's inexpensive. You can definitely, you know, I feel like it's clip art quality, quite frankly, and maybe I've just gotten things you would recommend. Okay, so I would recommend for hiring, I would recommend Upwork I'd much prefer Upwork yes, you're gonna pay more than fiber. You know, it really is about crafting that job description and making sure that that's tight. So get really clear. I think the best thing you could possibly get clear on and I wouldn't hire I'm a huge fan of hiring just in time, not just in case. Okay, just like learning I'm a huge fan of just in time, not just in case I don't want to learn a strategy today that I may or may not use 10 years from now I want to learn what do we need to implement the next three months and same for I want to hire for what we need in the next three months. I don't want to hire for I might need in 10 years a marketing, you know, Director No, no, no, no. So um, so same with you, I might not even hire any, I might suggest you don't hire anyone right now and what you do instead, and this might take you weeks is really just with bullet points. And all of you guys can do this, if there's something that you're doing that you feel like is, you know, stressing you out, and you don't want to be the one that does this forever, jot it down, it could start on a Google Doc, it could be an ugly three bulleted list, it does not have to be this, you know, huge, long, complicated, whatever. And when once we get for those of you that are renewing into our second set a second months, second six months, man, then we are good. We go deep into processes and SOPs and hiring and it's it is, it's simple, but it's not easy, if that makes sense, right? And the biggest to get yourself ready for that. Michelle, what I would do is anything that takes more than three steps, and that you do more than three times and it's not in your zone of genius, document it, okay, that's the shortest way I can teach you SOPs, we have a whole like system and templates and all that kind of good stuff. But the reality is, you know, just document it, and that's gonna make you that's gonna have you 10 steps ahead, so that when you are ready to hire, you can hand this over and be like, This is what I need you to do. And you're gonna get so clear, because again, there's no magic, just like there's no magic place to find your clients, no magic place to find affiliates. The magic comes in being a really, really clear at that job description really, really clear at filtering. So whether it's Craigslist, and Upwork, and Jill can tell us where else we post where we post, Joe indeed. But these are, you know, this is different for full time employees. Right? We're talking about hiring part time contractors right now, where do we post for that? Contractors is pretty much Upwork. And Craigslist, if we want somebody locally, right, Craigslist for local Upwork for not, yeah, when we have time, then we'll start looking at Indeed and workable and other things. Yeah, hair price things. Yeah. Yep. Okay. And yeah, that's the other thing is we pay for those other platforms, right. So Upwork and Craigslist, Craigslist, I think you pay $10 Upwork. You don't pay anything you pay. I mean, you know, you'll use the platform to pay. And I think the there's a little bit of a service fee or something once you pay the contractor. So those are kind of the low cost, you know, places but what really where the magic becomes is, is your job description really, really clear. And do you know how to filter? Do you know how to do a test project? All of those good things? I think, Michelle, for you, this is not like if I was to craft craft a 90 day plan for you. I don't know that hiring is in your 90 day plan. Right? Mm hmm. Yeah. But I do think I do think all of you can be getting ready for hiring so that it is a little bit less overwhelming down the road, you can always have a Google Doc, that you're just parking anytime you feel like oh, go put it in a Google Doc, and keep doing it. Change your attitude and go back and do it. But I want you to go in there and just jot it down as like, this is what I need. And this is what I need, because that's gonna accidentally be building out the first ugly draft of your job description of like, here's 510 bullets of like, oh, that's what this person is. Oh, it's an admin or Oh, it's designed that stresses me out, or oh, you know, whatever. And so you're going to clear on who is this person? What do they need to be good at? What is What are eight out of 10 of the responsibilities? Let's lean towards those? Yeah, perfect. Yay. And also I feel like, with that product,
like, yeah, what?
Well, I feel like the process of you know, putting these you know, these this icebox, right this for later thing I want you to capture, I want you to capture the annoyance and put it down because it is something that we are going to solve and we are sort of kind of working on it, even though it's not gonna be solved tomorrow, right? But it is one of these like, oh, yeah, this this process. I've done it. I did it more than three times. It took more than three steps. I really should document it. Everyone in that. Yeah,
is identifying it and saying, Oh, yeah. Well, I did that with you. And I did that with Hannah, when I booked my laser coaching because I was like, No, I'm spending way too much time on this crap I need I need to like nip this in the bud like, Oh, great. Right away. Give me on this. And so Anna helped. Yeah. And it helped me out. And I was like, Oh,
well, I love it. And I honor you for like being so good at reaching out and booking those calls and asking for help. Like that is the best possible thing. Look at the magic. We just, I love it. I love it. Yeah. So just go ahead and just just keep doing that. Just keep grabbing those bullets, making those lists and then eventually, right as you go, you'll be like, Oh, actually, that's more like that, you know, feel free to edit that document you guys have as you go. So when we get to hiring, it's just going to be so much easier, because I'm going to ask you, what do you need help with? And if you're like, you know, it's gonna take us a while. So I want I want you to start working on it as you go. It's so much harder to figure it out later.
Oh my god. Thank you. You are. You are, like so full of like Office Information and wisdom.
Yeah, it's great. You're welcome. My pleasure. I love it. Awesome. All right, Hannah. Who's next?
All right, next up we have from Becca. She's working on her first 50 And she's got about 30 and she's totally stuck. And wondering if we can brainstorm Yes,
for sure. So Becca, do you want to share your screen and show me the 30 that you've got or rattle off a few even just rattle off and feel free to unmute
Thanks. Yeah, I have no written down.
So I'll start with your mission statement first. So tell me your mission statement.
Oh, my mission statement is that I help women exhausted women reclaim their energy so that they can live a life of purpose connection and passion.
I listen, Hannah, she passed the test. We give her an A plus. Okay. Yeah, I love it. I want all y'all to have the mission statement like that. I love it. I love it. Good job, Becca. Okay, so, what are some of your 30 then?
Okay, I've been there. I know deep fatigue, trauma and loss of having like my inner flame. I went to Yale got it's really uncomfortable to say these things. Because I was trained to not say like to not ever broadcast myself don't even have a self to broadcast.
That shouldn't be a human. Yeah, you should just robot. Right.
Okay, I'll just, I'm just gonna move through it. Um, yeah, I studied and worked in global Bush remote and urban settings. I practice integrative medicine, I span and work with the best of all of it. Yeah. And we can use experience. I'm deeply attuned to women and the details.
Let me pause you for a second. So in terms of the first 50, so what we want to do is we want to, you know, find search terms that your client because this sounds like it, maybe we're talking about two different things. So are you talking about your 50 reasons? Why, yes. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay, got it. Okay, two different things. Okay. So yeah, sorry, with first 50. So what first 50 Is is affiliates. And so I was confused thinking that maybe you needed more like, you know who you were searching for? Yeah, no, module yet?
I have no idea.
Okay, got it. So this is 50 reasons why Perfect, let's go down that road. So. So for Okay, so with that context, though, understand that if you have 31st of all, that's amazing, a lot of people get stuck at five. So you're already killing it. And so you're already killing it. And I think you're going to find more and more as you go. So I'm not worried about like, it's not, you know, it doesn't have to be a magic. The reality is, I want you to find I want you to have, you know, a million reasons why, right? I want you to have unlimited reasons why. And 50 is just that magic, like, it's, it's a good number to shoot for in terms of really having that solid courage, again, not necessarily confidence, but courage to be able to get on those calls and, and enroll and be able to say like, Hey, you know, anytime you have this, like, I'm not qualified, this is a document, I also want you guys to have handy and be adding to it as you go. So anytime you get positive feedback, anytime, like yesterday, we got I'm traveling, so I didn't even see it. But my team opened a card that I got from a client, you know, from a while back, and it had all these different things that she did in our program over the years anyway, was amazing. Those are the types of things you would grab nuggets from and continue to add to that 50 Reasons Why are you know, a million reasons why if that makes sense. Are you feeling though before I have you rattle off more? Which I'm I never get tired of hearing these, you know, are you feeling like, is it just wanting to hit that 50? Or are you feeling a lack of confidence or something like that? That is that is preventing you from moving forward?
It's probably both but more the second one, um, okay. At first, it was really hard to come up with one, right? And then it was like, Okay, maybe you'll find five. Yeah. And then I went through this phase where it's like, no, wait a minute. I do have I'm finding some confidence. And I just started rolling with it. Yeah, good. And then it was like, oh, it's I feel like I whacked into a brick wall. Like, okay,
I got nothing more. Yeah, okay. Well, first of all, no, we're like, first of all, you're doing amazing. 30 is great. Like, I know, and I want to really honor like, exactly what you just said is what I said the mindset, many of you guys, just do one, right? Like, if you're like overwhelmed by the thought of 50 just do one, like Becca did just do five, you know, and that's how you're going to get to 50 is like and then you get rolling all of a sudden you're like actually, and that you know, and it leads to more and more and more and more. Why don't you Why don't you go ahead, I want you to read some more. So keep going, where you from where you were at, because I'd love and I know we're gonna we're gonna go a little bit late, you guys. So hope hope that's okay with you guys. I want to make sure we get to everybody's questions. So we're gonna stay on till I have everybody's questions answered, but I want to I want to hear the rest of it, Becca.
Okay. Um, I have important knowledge and perspective that women need. I'm a midwife. Everyone needs one. I'm a keen listener and observer. I tell stories of my own therapeutically as needed. I'm an anthropologist. I love to solve problems with creative, tailored solutions. I am light in the darkness. That's my spiritual name. I am the therapy. I see and feel the interconnectedness of all things. I can hold a lot of information and synthesize it in ways that others can't perfect. There are lots of single topic courses out there this course crosses boundaries and weaves the fullness of life together.
Okay, let me pause you for one second everyone else listening in if you haven't already done your first 50 I want you to start listening to a lot of these apply to a lot of you. So I want you to listen as Becca is reading and of course listen to the recording if you'd like as well because a lot of these with some tweaks apply to you. So if you if it hasn't already, you know like inspired you I want you to be able to jot it down and grab it. Okay, this is for your internal purposes. I want you to read this before you get on a sales call. I want you to read this Before you get on a Facebook Live, this is the fuel in the gas tank that's gonna allow you to get on there and shine and be like this right? I am the Yeah. Okay, go ahead. Gosh,
this is so affirming. Thank you so much. And you got it girl. I know the beauty and the triumph and the benefits to everyone when a woman lives in her power. Why did I my course and support with real women and real connection in mind. I invest in myself deeply, which serves as a model for others. I invest in women deeply and I pour into them. I live a lifestyle that inspires others. I practice word medicine. So like, word choice as therapy. I know what it takes to be healthy. And well, yeah, I've reclaimed my energy. And I'm coming deeply into my own purpose, power, passion and connection. I love it. I channel i Intuit easily and everyone benefits when I do. My program is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs, which is missing for most people. My program is designed to be digestible and not overwhelming. I hope I love it. No hope, no
hope, take the hope out. Okay. No hope because because we are going to, you know, we can, again, you're going to refine your program forever. But that's how you're that's the intention that you have going forward. And you're going to continue to make it more and more that. Yeah. Okay, cool.
I have a deeply grounded voice, like the ocean, I sue the others. I believe in myself, I believe in women rising and that it benefits everyone that might be similar to what I said before. Yep. And I'm deeply invested in women.
I love every group that before. Okay, I'll take that. I love it. So first of all, amazing. And thank you for going through the discomfort of sharing that because I can you know, as you said, I can see it and I can I can sense it. And I love it. And I want I want to challenge you. So a couple things. So getting to and you're getting you're getting some love in the comments as well. So people see you. If you see Becca, definitely love, love, love hearing from you guys in the comments as well. So you know, and you're inspiring, I'm sure you know, several of those nuggets would love to hear in the comment you guys if there's a particular one that spoke to you definitely mentioned in the comments. So um, the couple things that came up a couple times, I'm gonna give you a couple categories to jot down to go further in. But before I do, I want to challenge you and everyone, especially if it's uncomfortable, I would love for you to read it and have an I would love for you to read it. If you have if you if you want to build this into your morning practice, I know you have very little time. But it really doesn't take that long. Ideally read it out loud, yes, your family might think you're insane, they'll get used to it. They'll get used to it. My kids at this point, they listen to me walking around the house with Abraham Hicks on my iPhone. And you know, they're like, there goes mom on her BS again. So um, you know, but I would, I would read it to yourself out loud every morning, you know, I would read it to yourself out loud before you go on a client call or on a sales call or on a Facebook Live or whatever, if you guys only have time to read five, read five, okay, but I need you to remind yourself because your little personality mind as Oprah calls it, the rest of the time, you know, you're spending 15 minutes on this and 11 You know, 23 hours and 45 minutes of the rest of the day, your little personality mine is reminding you of all the things you didn't do, right? All the things you missed all the things all the ways you suck. Okay, so this is really the work that counteracts that. So I want you I want you to do that to the point where I would love to hear it come out of your mouth as confidently as your mission statement just did. Right? Like that's the outcome. That's the KPI key performance indicator. So, um, so that's what that's one thing. Second thing is I want you to just for those of you that haven't even started it started, okay, your mission your your, your homework, and your if you choose to accept it is to do one, just do one, you do five, okay. And as you are going, I want you to add this, I want this this document to be bookmarked somewhere so you can add to it easily because you will likely get a nugget here or there from a patient and during your work day from your spouse from your kid. Okay, I heard for the first time from one of my kids the other day, I've been a mom for 23 years, and I heard I'm proud of you mom, I was like, stop the press life changing. Okay? So so I want you to grab it and I want you to add it there are a couple categories for you. I don't I don't want you to stretch yourself, I think most important for you, Becca, honestly, to read them more often than it is to add to them. But I want to give you a couple of categories that popped up for me when I was reading your thing for you to go down. I actually you know a couple times it came up in terms of I help women and this you know, you know helps everyone right helps others right there was this kind of others category. I'd love for you to explore that a little bit further in terms of like thinking back on certain clients or whatever in terms of how this helped their marriage how this helped their parenting how this helped them, you know, in this seven the other like the dominoes beyond that first domino, so you help women and what are those other dominoes is what I would like start spending some time thinking about and I have a feeling 20 will come out of that. Just write that in there. But I also want you to continue this forever and I want you to continue to read it to the point where you really internalize it. You know these things intellectually? I want you to feel it in your body. Yeah, that sounds good. Yep. But it is amazing. Awesome, fantastic girl. All right. Thank you for sharing that and check out the comments here cuz there's a lot of A lot of love for you hear in the comments as well. All right, awesome. Thank you for that. Alright, Hannah, let's go to the next question.
All right, next up, we have a twofer from Krista. So the first one is about Facebook Lives. So now she has a diverse following on Instagram, more on Instagram than Facebook, and it's more for family and friends. Would you recommend doing Instagram Live also or do an Instagram Live? And then posting the recording on her Facebook pages in group?
Yeah, so easy one. So yes, if you have more, well, two things, yes. Do Instagram, right, same same exact strategy, you guys can apply it to any platform, really. And if you've got more people on Instagram, definitely do it there. Um, I would say, um, in terms of doing an Instagram Live and then posting the recording on your Facebook group, I would prioritize I think that's the right way to go for you. Because if you have if you think you have more people on Instagram, let's experiment with that. Let's do an Instagram Live and then post it on your Facebook group. If you had told me the opposite, I would say let's do it on Facebook and then post it on Instagram, just from an algorithm perspective. I think even though they're owned by marketing mark, they I think it'll they'll prioritize whatever's on their platform, right so from an algorithm perspective Instagrams gonna prioritize an Instagram Live from an algorithm perspective, Facebook is gonna prioritize a Facebook Live. So let's do incident, let's prioritize Instagram for you. And let's do a few and see what happens. Right? I want that feedback. I want to know like, this is our hunch, right? Like you have this hunch I'm confirming the hunch. But ultimately, the results are going to be what tells us if we're right or not. The one thing I do want to point out to you is I'm careful with the mindset of I don't think that you know, friends and family will not purchase my course. Careful with that, just, you know, we'll see, we'll see about that. But I want to make sure even if they're not your ideal client, right, like so, you know, for those of you who like to have friends and family that are a certain age or gender and your thing doesn't doesn't work for them, I understand why you would be like, these are not my ideal demographic, totally fine, but they are your super fans, they will share it they will know other people. So make sure I want for not just for you, but for everybody. Make sure that you're not discounting them because they you know, if you did you set it to public if you ask people to share, you know, again, you know, this a great like, great, great excuse for it is if you want to be an affiliate for our program, or our virtual conference next week, we're sending out a blast. This is what I've been up to, to your friends and family kind of puts you like gets you out of the closet in that regard. And also is like, Oh, I didn't know you were doing a course on x about why I know an X. You know, can I refer you? Heck yeah, you can or I know someone that runs a podcast on that. So I want you to be able to have these excuses to be shouting it from the rooftops. Cool. Let me know Chrissa if that helps.
Yeah, that that makes a lot of sense. I guess that's true of people know people when I'm thinking about Facebook because I was thinking like I had originally like before starting this have like a you know business Instagram professional Instagram account. So I have a little bit more diverse following on there versus you know, Facebook was like friends and family because I wasn't using it as
well I do. I do think your hunch will probably be right. So if you know if you spent some time and they know you there as like, you know the health professional versus just the human then cool. I think I think you're probably right, but I don't want to ignore Facebook for sure.
Right, right. Right. And then when I do my first Facebook Live will I like do it on my you know, professional page that I've created and then share it to my group.
Yes, for that because Tina is so much better at this than I am I'm going to have Jill post you to the link that is specifically walks you through this. Yep, so that you know exactly how to do it. Yep. And then and feel free Angel am I is Am I correct to think like if we're prioritizing Instagram, she should do a fete on Instagram Live and then can download it and upload it to Facebook. Is that how it goes? Yeah, and there might actually be cross sharing capabilities where when you post to Instagram you can have it auto post to your Facebook or you don't even need to do an extra step. I love that check it check it out for sure. Check it out for sure. Chris says see cuz I every time I every time I go do a live I'm like these are new buttons. I've never seen this before. So I swear we could update that training every 10 minutes and would still be out of date. So check the check on it and definitely take a screenshot if you see anything funky and we can you can definitely also bring it to the call tomorrow where you can ask Joel directly but if you if you do one today because you know I love to push you guys straight into the deep end with no floaties if you do one today, then you any questions, anything that didn't go quite right tomorrow, come to the q&a call with Jill and Hannah. And let's have them help you in terms of like either how to post it to your Facebook, how to post the replay or if you if it managed to go well. All that good stuff. So if Jill if you don't mind posting the link in terms of that Facebook training, then that way Chris, why don't you do that today if you can or tomorrow morning and that way you can come to the call tomorrow with questions and we can have that process done. How's that sound?
Good. I haven't gotten my pa s approved yet. I'm submitting it this week. So okay. You're saying just jump in and do it. Just jump
in and do it. Just do the first one even if it's just me Forget the pls format, just have the first one be introducing yourself. This is what you do, like just, you know, just just kind of hit the milestone. Get out there. Okay. See Oh, yeah. Okay, thanks. Yeah, for sure. Okay, and I know, Hannah, we have a second question.
Right before we jump into that, and yes, you can double cross sharing from Instagram. So you wanted to connect that to your professional group or page. And then once you're done with that, you can actually click just a quick button and as I share on both platforms, and then first Facebook Live, there is a worksheet for that hashtag. There's a there's a worksheet for that for everything. Second question, also from her is also about social media. And do you recommend posting often to her business, Facebook and Instagram accounts? There's a lot of pressure to post consistently if you want to market and sell. But it is also draining. Yeah. So is it a necessary thing to push through? Or do you find a better outcome? To just do Facebook Live and then post to promote it occasionally?
Yeah. So um, Chris, let me ask you this. Because you said you were you were doing it in the past. What were you selling before when you were doing this?
So essentially, I created my account like a year ago because I was doing one to one teaching women's like how to track their cycle like, okay, ovulation, most people were doing it for like fertility reasons.
You were selling this like one on one you were selling? Yes. Yeah. Okay. Yeah.
And so essentially, I was like, you know, posting because you see, you find everybody else out there. So then you're like posting little blurbs of information. But I times a day, yeah. So I would like go through a week of like, trying to be consistent, and then I just drain and get burnout. Because I don't like doing that. And I'm like, is this a necessary thing as an entrepreneur in today's world? Or could I get in like, Facebook lives trying to build up an email us through that? You know, yeah, so
Okay, so perfect. First of all, I love that you're focused on an email list. I think that that's for sure. Like, where we're headed and what you need, right? Like what the the content that you actually own. So reminder, I know I say this at four times, I'm gonna say it and at fifth. We don't own Facebook, we don't own Instagram, we don't own our pages. That is not we don't own our Facebook group. So you know, like Facebook could decide tomorrow that they're done. And we're off. Okay. So always, you know, we want to go towards the email list building. There's a module on that on how to get started if you don't already have an email list. So definitely side note on that. Krista, I think, you know, I'm gonna answer this question two ways. Like, we were just talking about burnout in today's mindset, minutes, so I want I don't I definitely don't want you to reach burnout. I feel like um, you know, it's, you know, when you're getting started, if you're not running paid advertising, you guys do need to have some presence and some consistency there. For me consistency looks like, you know, what is what is the sustainable for you? What is the sustainable schedule? Is it three times a week that you could do a Facebook Live or an Instagram Live? Great? Is it like, Absolutely not, I can do it once a week, what feels sustainable, that you can actually stick to without burnout?
I mean, during the lives I could probably do, like, you know, two or three times a week, probably perfectly. I mean, I'm not like traumatized by my first one. But, you know, it's like you as far as like, people constantly posting content on their stories and on their, on their, you know, just making posts and all that stuff. And like the creative reels and all that.
Oh, no, no, no, no, no. Okay, so yeah, I get what you're saying. So first of all, no, like, it's so funny, because I feel like I barely post on stories. But for me, like at this point, it's something that I can very easily do. Well, very easily two things, my team has access to my accounts. So when you see me posting about my shenanigans, my personal stuff, that's obviously me sometimes when it's like sharing, like, I think in the last 24 hours, we shared some virtual conference stuff. That's my team going into my account and sharing that right. So I understand that I have helped. So when you're looking at other people, don't compare it to yourself, because I don't do everything myself. So there's that and in terms of, you know, ROI, I would say for sure, if you can only pick one thing, do the PS lives, do your first one that is whatever framework you want it to be, you know, just introduce yourself and then do if you do just a PA SS and you're doing that two to three times a week, that's golden. If you can with one extra button, share it to your stories, sweet. But the reality is most of your you know, traffic and most of your ROI is going to come from the actual post itself. Yeah, so forget what everyone else is doing. Don't try and go make memes. Don't try and go make reels. When you have time later. Yeah, I'd love for you to do all those things. But right now in the beginning again, remember my analogy of like, this is a newborn. And our job is to keep it alive. Like we can we have time for all that later. But the speaking of kids yeah, yeah. So all we have time to do all that later. You know, right now it's really just doing that one thing. And if you can email it to your list, that's sort of enough, right? What one piece of content How can we syndicate it? Let's not let's not make it too crazy. Yeah,
okay. Yeah, that's super helpful. I'll focus on the lives right now. Because I felt before I wasn't getting great ROI. They're like, Oh, I love your content, and then you know, they're not buying. So I'll focus on the lives now prevent that burnout and then maybe do some more of that later.
I love it. And yeah, and it's, you know, I say ROI, a lot return on investment, but also, it's ROI II, right return on effort is really what you guys need to look at that in order to not burn out. So in the beginning, you really want to look at like, Okay, what's actually producing results? And then, you know, do more of that. I see people all the time. They're like, I want to hire a social media manager. And I'm like, hold on a second. Is anything even coming from social media? Right? Like, we got to figure out like, do we really need to make reels or is this just a fun project? So yeah, no worries. Awesome. Okay, so great. Thank you for that question. Krista. Hannah, who's next?
We have one last one from Shakira. When people reach out via social media regarding interest in the business. Do does she always offer them to book a call with her? Or is it to just give them details in a private message? Yeah. Okay, great. So,
first of all, thank you guys for staying a little bit late. I know we went a little over because I had that mindset minute on burnout that I you know, really wanted to share with you guys for those of you that need to drop off don't forget takeaways post if you know Tim's going to kick that off right now in the Facebook group. So definitely post your takeaways because I want to see them. I'm going to jump in there later today. So great question Shakira. So a couple things. I mean, I would love for First of all, like what, you know, I'm answering this based on the fact that you have 100% conversion rate right now. So what you're doing on those calls, which I want you to book that, that milestone call if you didn't already, but you know, what you're doing on calls works. So I'm leaning towards Yes, offer them a call, because you're doing amazing at the calls. And you could do a little bit of a triage process in the DMS to, you know, qualify them, make sure that it's someone you want to get on a call with, but I would love for you to get on calls, because that's working. So we always want to do what's working and do more of that. Now that said, and, you know, two things, when you say give them details in a private message, I wouldn't try and go, you know, straight to the close and be like, and here's what it is right? Like, let me save myself an hour. And let me just give them the couple of sentences not going to work right, we need a little bit more context. That said, this is a great time to announce as well. And Jill, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think March 17, on our q&a call, we're going to be teaching the introvert selling system. So Andrew and I and Kat who you guys don't interact with too much, but is also on or helps us on the sales side of things. We're going to show you our exact framework in terms of how we do this in the DMS in terms of our exact scripts with a possibility of you guys actually being able to duplicate you know, the tools that we use so that you can plug it in, plug and play and directly kind of do this in the DMS if you prefer. So do it in a chat. None of you that are on here have had a sales call with us. So we can show you how we do this in the DMS as well. It's a little bit more advanced of a strategy. And I would love you know you for those of you that haven't done sales calls yet, I would love for you to do calls. I know there's a lot of talk in the world of like, in the online world right now about you know, skipping sales calls and not doing sales calls. And all of that is fantastic. But the reality is the reason we're so good at doing this in the DMS is because of our background on calls. Right? So unlike our MBA, you know, it was God was was was achieved on you know, calls and calls and calls and calls. And that's why we're able to do this so succinctly. So I would still love for you guys to be doing calls. I think that that's the that's the best way that you can learn in the beginning. And I think that via the DMS like you, Shakira are probably ready to move to the DMS because you're doing so well on calls, you're probably ready for two things a price increase, and oh, like a baby. I love a baby. So, yeah, so you're probably ready for a price increase. So we could chat about that soon. And I would still stay on calls a little bit longer but then have these these DM scripts that are going to help you what I like to call it triage you know a little bit of like, okay, let's weed out let's see if this is a good fit. And then let's go from there and to be able to carry out that sale on the DMS. Yeah, but don't go straight for not for any of you like we never go straight into a DM on like, here's my program. Here's what it cost Good luck. You know, that's never gonna work. Never gonna work. Yeah. Thank you so much. You got a girl and keep keep rockin because you are doing fantastic. So I love love, love to see it. Are you What are you at your two sales right now? Two calls to sales? Yes. Okay, great. So yes, let's put let's continue with the PA SS. Let's continue to offer those calls. And let's think about what's your price point is at 2000? Yes. Okay, let's start to think about let's think about we don't need implemented right now. But start to think about possibly increasing that price point. Okay, I know you I know you're juggling a lot in terms of like having to, you know, create the program and all that. So it might not be right this second, but it's something we're moving towards and you know, and that may or may not bring the conversion rate down, and that's totally fine. Okay, thank you. You're welcome. All right, everybody. So great call today. Fantastic questions. I love it. I would love to hear your takeaways in the Facebook group. So go put it in there right now. Please post it in the comments. Tell us what you got out of today's call. Was it something from the mindset minute? Was it something for the question you answered? Your question I answered for you or some someone else's question as well would love, love, love to hear and looking forward to seeing you on next week. So instead of the q&a call, we are going to be having the virtual conference. If you don't have your information on that just ping an email the team will Make sure you have the logins that all those emails are scheduled to go out. So just block off the day if you've got it. And if not, you will have the recordings as well. So we'd love to see you on the virtual conference on Thursday. And yeah, in the meantime, you know where to find us. Please don't stay stuck. Please ask your questions. And we'll talk to you guys really soon. Bye for now.
