There are so many ways, the way I look at it, I think I like the fact that you said, to integrate with that, because it's all about integration. It's not about killing it or erasing it forever, which is, I think, delusional, you can't ever delete that or erase that. Because, as we said at the previous podcast, that triggers are our teachers. I guess, the way I would approach it is just one of the last one of the things that I probably would have done is curious curiosity, start, just start with curiosity, what is it that is trying to tell me? What is it that activates me when that person throws something? And that's not even related to me. But it sort of activated me. I guess, I the way I approach it, is with curiosity, self compassion, and just set up myself as a quest really just finding out? Where is it? That's where is it? Where does this come from this triggers, it will come up when you ask. You can do it through journaling, through meditation, or even in before sleeping and waking up. The way I sometimes this one of this practice that I like to share with you is, before I go to bed, I like to do what I call this recapitulation, which was taught by Deepak Chopra, before you go to bed, take two minutes, just self reflect of the day, on that particular day, or how it's been, from the moment you wake up, take a shower, go to work, blah, blah, blah, peak event, low event, meaning, what event that triggered me or even that it's mundane, that you could think about extra detail. And then, as you did the whole day of recapitulation, you introduce an intention, just before you go to this to your long sleep, you would say, just as a witness my day, I'm going to witness my dream. Show me what I need to know. Now, when you wake up, nothing may happen. But as we return to our baseline, basically that during during that dream, it's basically the soul that is conscious, that's B that's conscious of what's happening. But the body is basically dead, but not quite. So the return to baseline the return to your inner being during the week during asleep. I guess it's a one of the way that I also I guess even the mystic from 1000s of years ago would interpret something like this. The dream is where you find answers. Even Albert Einstein found out that equation during asleep during the dream. And so the return to that baseline of that which of your soul, dream The dreams is a perfect way to discover something of course when you dream Dream gets consolidated everything's It's so random. But then when you wake up, when you are able to witness your dream, you note down what you've dreamt of the night before, just keep doing it. Just witness witness witness witness, you will then be able to have that ability to kind of witness everything, even the triggers, even the projection of somebody else's anxiety or, or triggers onto you. Because when someone is having an anxiety, you get triggered, you can feel the energy. But what is it that makes you feel so anxious because of that person is anxious, or that person says something that poked you inside. From that knowing, I guess it's different for for every person. But that is the kind of things that I've been practicing that deeper, if you like, deep observation, deeper, observing, being aware of the whole thing, even in waking, sleeping, and dreaming.
