Now before we go into how these particular tables pull into the monthly targets, I want to talk you through the offer mapping. Now this is one of my favourite things that I have ever built in air table. Because I find for anyone that offers services, as well as digital products, it is one of the most useful things for you to be able to do your sales planning. Now, the way that this works is you can measure exactly how much that you want to charge for your services or your digital products, and how much annual or monthly income is going to be generated in your business based on how much you sell within a month, and within a year. So as an example, if your service is set at $4,000, and that's paying in full, but monthly, it's 1333. And you sold one of those packages every month, you'd be able to save that. And every year, you'd be able to see that from that particular service, you are making $48,000. So again, anything with an F x, which is the formulas that is not going to be able to be edited by you, but anything in the column where you're counting how many people are going to be part of your service, or your digital product, your course your challenge, whatever it may be, you're going to be able to edit these numbers here, which helps you with your sales and offer planning. And then also anything down here, which is in these two columns, you're able to say, Okay, this is what I'm going to press the pay in full at. And this is what it is divided by three. Now the reason I put divided by three, so is so that you know accurately these numbers are as if it was a payment plan over three months. But you could change that any way you wanted. If it was a six month plan, you wouldn't really have to change anything, you would just know that these were six monthly targets or what you were going to earn based on how many people you brought into the business within that particular month. And then you could also go and say okay, if there is six people for this service throughout the year and I am bringing into the business one per every two months that would be then you could see accurately how much that would be in terms of payment plan and versus whether people paid in full or not. This is still going to bring in the annual target and it's going to be really easy for you to see all of your offers, what they cost, what you may need to increase in price and how many people you are going to be bringing into the business each year and each month.
