Now let's bring it all together. So similar to the quarterly planning in the OCR tracking, you can actually see how we have linked particular records back into the objectives. So for q1, we have a really clear view of the focus. And if you want to add any more focuses or change up there, so you can easily add options here, because it is filtered by quarter and then a grouped by one field, which is the focus. So if your focus for q1 is going to be brand awareness programme, launch, and then increasing your sales and Legion, then you can say it really clearly. And then you can put in that clear objective that pulls through to your quarterly planning. So these three objectives, then these three objectives and these three key results here, here and here. The key results that are pulled from here. And then furthermore, we would go into initiatives and be able to see that which you will learn more in the next video about. So all you need to know here is this is where you would plan out your objectives for the quarter. And again, keep it to three, because this is going to be probably the most that you can essentially achieve real results from and be able to measure key results from his around the three mark. That's how this framework works. It's you can see the three objectives and you can see the three key results. And then from there create initiatives which are the tasks you are going to do here, you can add in owners, and you can actually have this connected to the quarter, which is why these are pulling through to here. Because this q1 2022 is if you go to objectives, it is the q1 2022. And that's how you build out your objectives, link it to your key results. And then furthermore, the OKR tracking then links to your initiatives. So all four of these tables linked together so that you can plan out your objectives. You can clearly see those measurable key results, and you can use it as a task management system.
