I was kind of Oh good. I was kind of curious about how the what experiences you had that night whether you were able to sleep better or maybe stay a little too much energy and currents in
your body
or whether there was no change doesn't matter. What it is, but sometimes, yoga nidra can relax you but sometimes can send you like electricity in your body like maybe like it feels like nervous energy, that you feel kind of unsettled and maybe don't sleep soundly any comments before we begin
if there is no change that would be good to not change.

Well, I'm also eastern time so I go almost right after this to bed but I when I if I do a yoga nidra or meditation I have to give myself a lot of time before I can come down completely. I only need to see up and make a fist and make it as tight as you can be of nail it's almost like the nail as I get into the palm of your hand if you want to make the fit. Say maybe you will begin begin to feel your bicep and maybe your shoulder comes up just a tiny tiny bit and just squeeze and squeeze and squeeze and open
that's sensation is nothing that you push is nothing that you're forced is like a motor current. That just happens and we it happens not when we go
forward or when we like
and that's the same way that the body contracts. That's the same way that the jaw contracts. So if you want to get familiar with that sensation, that sensation is actually very, very
I think powerful, because we can feel that same sensation when we are fearful. If we let go of that fear just for a second we feel that sensation so if you think about it, the things that we have done to live for as a know people that like extreme sport, that thrill or people that like to drink that first or second cup of wine before they think that they need more to feel better. Or differs by something that you really enjoy. All those had that little sensation with for a moment you stop. I'm sorry, you stop wanting
it's like that opening you stop one thing we think that we want more of something else. And we do that with the teachings too. We want another formula. Maybe pay in this next class we would get something that we didn't get before any may be true but it's not coming that way. So I'm going to admit we're going to do a lot of short meditation again to see this so we got into what is to open.
Before we do that in in yoga, we have it too. So sometimes you ask somebody to stretch and when they stretch they try to go so far did they go past the posts?
Because when you go in there is a moment where there is a center level of tension for you are not pushing more than you have to. If you push more than you can you are past the pose. You back up a little bit. And in there, there's a release where you feel like you're not holding anymore. And we can do that in the teachings. We can do that in meditation. We can do that with anything we're aiming forward. To. And I get all these little things because what I am trying to bring with my practice is different ways and suggestions of how to feel it in your body. Because once we get to feel it, then we know what we're looking for. And then it begins to repeat hopefully more frequently. And when we are stressed and we are in sorrow we are in with certain illness, if we remember that and we establish first a little glimpse of just a few seconds and maybe a few minutes so maybe we know what tools we do. That's why we have so another thing that we try to do is that we lean forward. And that took me a while for me to understand what does it mean to lean forward. So if you want to close your eyes, we're just going to pound
to five. But again, just feel your body
and feel the weight of your body. If you're sitting just notice your sit bones
maybe you notice the respiration when everything gets a little quieter
and then we're going to count to five inhale, one exhale. One. inhale to exhale two. So let's begin inhale one

Stay there. How many of you already had a four in your mind? If you had a four in your mind before I counted you were leaning forward. like that. But there's different ways to feel it. So if I asked you right now whether your kitchen is clean or not, do you have an idea of your kitchen?

if I asked you what is behind you, is it a wall is it occurred then something comes up
so if I mentioned lift your right foot, your mind goes right through your right foot.
And that's the mind traveling. So sometimes
I think we missed a flight thing. So we make it a little bit more difficult because we hear through words and concept what other people are feeling and thinking and those are genuine, but maybe we're missing how lucid we are. Maybe we're missing how aware we can be. And I think especially we're missing how perfect this moment does. And this is the right moment for now. And I want to believe that this is the right formula and we can all together right here right now just do a little bit of magic with a little meditation. So the second flogging in Atisha is the consider all dharmas as dreams in dharmas has many different it can be to hold or hold, but in here is more like phenomena.
So consider all phenomena,
all the things that are happening like dreams and we have heard this from my T shirt, I mean the illusory nature of life. So what is trying again? Is to bring the most the deepest concepts because we know that we want everything to be lasting, solid and independent. And that is everything that happens around us. We want it to be eternal and not not to get sick and not to age. But that is the illusory part. It's not like that.
And we have lived enough to know that. Well, we

So I was wondering whether you noticed the contraction in your body whatever twitching in the body, sometimes we react and if you had any kind of reaction to any of them including the reaction I cannot see that I you know I really don't care. I'm not going to go there that is a reaction to
so that is a reaction of of indifference in this way. So in that reaction is a reaction or a see if you had there then there was visualization.
Because you cannot have that reaction without visualization. You had made a conscious decision really fast. You're not going there. So I want you to notice that little space that happens between

I don't know if you're there because I cannot see what one of the comments were.
So someone said I fell asleep and had a short dream. I love these sessions. And then another comment is the ocean was so peaceful and then have another one that says deep relaxation. Thank you, Myra. So quiet okay.
So that dream probably was like a dream what I don't know. And it could have been also a liminal state, which is very, very powerful.
And that is I was I was waiting for somebody to fall asleep because that's a natural descending so you're descending, descending, descending, descending, so you got into that level of the REM sleep, and he could have been liminal. If you were kind of like I could have pull your really fast out of it. And you were not that deep. So that is a very interesting state to just remember that you can get this recordings and just get that one part only, especially if you wake in the middle of the night or something like that and see how this recording affects you different ways in different times.

Yes, we did we did something so you will feel more that because sometimes we feel that kind of electric like you touch something like that could have happened to some people depends on what are your propensity is not better or not better, but some people have more propensity to feel that kind of sensations in their body. Some of us are more brain and we think in concert, some of us just feel it with the whole body the energy.
So remember that the purpose of that this is just a technique, and they call it yogic sleep, and he goes lower in terms of the vibrations of the brain waves and that's why can become liminal. But it is just the for me is another tool to notice and to be aware, and it's almost like you can see more because you can feel more and if you can play and harbor in that little state of mind that is also very creative. So remember that the difference between lucid, lucid
lucidity in a way that is sold more frequently as a magic pill for all ailments. In Dream Yoga. In all the sudden you see something in you find a piece of clothing, a picture from many years back with something that you had not seen before for a long time. Know what you were looking for. When you see something sometimes I find like even clothing, they still have the tag and I never I forgot that I bought it and I feel guilty too, but don't tell anybody. So I find that and all the sudden everything stops
oh my gosh look at this, I forgot.
God is a moment of lucidity. And at the same time is a moment of bereavement remembering and in dire my that's where we do in the teachings of meditation. That's where we do where we learn how to live and to be fully human. That's where we are becoming a slum city of just having more of those moments where everything stops. And the moment that everything stops is the same as the moment when when you open your fist
everything stops there to
is the same as the moment in between your breath.
Everything stops
and I suspect that our T shirt has been trying to tell us that for a long time and that is a moment of lucidity. And that is the moment where you're enlightened. Because the lights are a lot brighter at that moment. And that's what we get with Dream Yoga. And another thing is that if you look at teachers that they'll tell about dreams, sometimes they tell that same dreams vary and over and you only need one of those two big dreams in life to be a big change in your life.
What is important is not as dreams at night so much, but the lucidity that we can bring and make it transparent the same way that we were doing with the yoga you're making just one container of awareness. And hopefully that's why but because we do it with our spaceship, meaning this body is so spacious
and we need to get to know it and to feel it. Then we do the physical exercises because the breath and the body ride together. And when they ride together, we get to know each other a lot better. So let's begin
with tapping. Let's do a lot of tapping.
You know tapping. This is very mysterious, but we're just going to use this two fingers and tapping the Third Eye

The game left and then right seven times. If your neck is not good and sometimes we have physical limitations. Close your eyes and do it with your mind's eye choose do that like you're doing it that's perfectly fine. The body doesn't know the difference. Just empower your body to feel completely even if it's with your visualization. I have one more me
and come to the center and just wait.
There we're going to do circles but we're going to very soft circles imagine that you have like a chalk in the tip of your nose and we're just making little circles beginning first ray. So we're not going all the way to the back. We're just going to make circles always bringing the attention to the throat chakra could be a lotus so it could be the red dot

when you get seven you come to the center and became a left and right. Again just your nose. Attention in the throat area. The energy goes where your mind and attention goes. That word s goes remember this is another one that you close your eyes. Imagine the red Pearl and you don't have to do the circles if your body doesn't allow you to do that.
And then we're going to go down and center seven times down and center buy more attention in the pearl
I'm not going to do back because I don't think that many of our necks are good for that. But if you want to go back and center you can do that seven times. Yeah, do eat very careful not to stress the body. You can do it with your mind's eye

So I can I have a very vivid imagination. But so when you talked about for example, in the yoga nidra about seeing the ocean that was very, very vivid to me. And but then visualization as it used in the Tibetan teachings. For example, good practice is a different lace on that continuum, isn't it?
Yes, but I was trying to free your this from some of that because I it took me a long time first regarding the Tibetan and the deities and all that I had trouble just visualize them because they could arguably is so it was so foreign to me. And then there was something that you know, they told me there is no god but I'm creating a guy so I was very conflicted. But then I it dawned on me and I have talked to teachers about it. That the day that you can really see that the luminosity because this this VAT is luminosity is no different than remembering the dream that you have or the ocean that you just saw in the Nidra that those two images are not different. They're the same. They're the same, but what they want is for you to lose the solidity of this body. Because if you can become Amitabha if you can become a judiciary, then you are a dream and then everything is possible. Right Okay, good. That is the gospel. Okay, that we realize that that is that is you feel it in your body. I mean, I feel it like you're feeling in your body right now. I mean, I have goosebumps all over my body. Because we think that we have to have this image and but the freedom of the tissues is that because we are so solid. They are it's like they are chiseling us away.

I've had a funny one when they maybe four or five years ago Andrew was visualized and I think it was an image of the Buddha and it was some I don't remember which one it was well, this one I had like this perfect Siddhartha Buddha is my my imagination. And he stood up I left.
Me I finally got you. And I don't know what that mean. But I let it go. But that's the kind of Buddha's imagination just doing the thing but it's just tempting you you know how solid Can you see it? What can you see?
