Good morning, or good afternoon. Good afternoon. Good afternoon. Hello. We are 5:02pm Los Angeles time Hello, my two great people, my friends. So good to see you. Hey, I just want to stop by and say hi, I've done some lives today. But today I took a day. And I thought I'd tell you about my exciting day, I spent the day over at the hot tub in the pool. Trust me, I got to a point where I was so ingrained in working and being online that I kind of lost focus of what life is about. And so I wanted to just spend a couple minutes. I'm going to dinner with some clients tonight. But I wanted to tell them I'm in Las Vegas. This is Rob puzzle, and I'm the CEO of Western capital. And I'm so glad to see you here, guys. And I guess the reason I am is because, boy, we share some of the same exact situations that we've gone through in life. And what I know is that not one of us ever woke up one day and said, You know what, we're going to take two years out of our life. And we're going to stop and we're going to, we're all we're all going to just take a break. You know what that happened to a lot of people. And so I wanted to just say to those of you that are here, we we broadcast worldwide, if you want to go ahead and just type my name, Robert Paisola. And then type in SoundCloud. You can hear what we do we handle debt collectors, I come from a debt collection background. So if you're being annoyed or harassed by debt collectors, we're the solution to say the least. But but when it comes down to it, guys, I think what it is, is you have to have, you have to have wait a few minutes to talk about buses, that says buses, I get supposed to be business. That's all right, you guys are cool. Um, but But I think what we're talking about is, is basically having time for you. And realizing that what you want to do is be if you want to accomplish something, but at the same time, you don't want the same rat race. Now I know a lot of people that I talked to especially, you know, I use this as my primary platform. What am I going to do? I don't want to do it. Well, guys, I wish and I won't tell you anything other than you have to have your bases covered before you can do that. Okay, so anybody that tells you that Derrick coach, and they're going to take you to wonderment and you're going to be a real estate millionaire, God forbid you're going to be a credit millionaire. Listen, guys. It's not going to happen that way. Right now we're in a kind of a serious financial situation in our in our country. And we were We don't know which way it's going. I mean, how many of you have been alive during the war? I don't know. It's not really that's, that's something that I'm not used to. We know that the mortgage prices, the prices of houses have gone through this through the roof. We know that right. But we also know that the Federal Reserve, just FYI, is planning on raising the basis point, point seven, five. So you'd have another point seven, five on top of your five, which is where we're at right now. That's serious. That's pretty serious. So if you're in the real estate forum, I'm going to talk to you guys about certain areas. Let me pull up an email here that I just got from an associate of mine. We actually just got backed by a venture capital firm. Okay. And on that inner venture capital firm, this is let's take a look. I have the list yet.
Let's take a look. So for my iPhone, I'll tell you the cities we are able to purchase in Okay, we are able to purchase in well, I'll get to that. They're they're real check my Facebook message. He says, Okay, these are these are cities that were actually actually acquiring property and they're being bought for institutional buyers. So I don't want I don't know how you feel about that. However, it doesn't, it doesn't really matter. As long as you're making money, right? Isn't that kind of the way we'll look at it? Facebook Messenger MBSS There we go. Right there. And then there's his Okay, so I'm gonna tell you I'm gonna tell you exactly what whoever's in this room was very, very lucky, by the way, because I didn't even announce I was going to do this. And I think people are talking about buses. So when you listen to it, here it is, guys. It's we are we are currently looking to work together to expand this amazing opportunity. We have an immediate need for inventory off market. Okay, so what that means is houses that are not on the market, they're not on the MLS right now. single family residences, and we need 20 deals a month minimum, we pay cash. We can do three diligence seven day closing. So if you're in this room and you're hearing this or you heard on recast, we'll be talking about this tomorrow night. off market residential houses buying single family, the zip codes are inside the attachment the target target areas are going to be Tampa, looking for vacant off market, single family homes, we're going to look for buy and hold exit strategy. New builds are needed. fully renovated, homes are needed light to medium condition, we would like to like them, rental portfolios or bulk packages. Also, as long as they're turnkey, we can get them in and get them rented. Two bedroom, two bath, three bedroom, one and a half bath or more Max, why am I telling you all this stuff because guys, I have money right this second to buy these 1200 square foot or more a year built minimum 1965 and above price range 80,000 to 400,000. Preferably vacant, but we'll still look at occupied. Okay. What I'm going to do is I want to make sure okay, there I've got the Tampa addresses. This is just for Tampa. We'll be announcing tomorrow everything else. So we need multi, multi altius. Also multi unit properties, two to 100 doors, we focus on purchasing nationwide, multi units and target that target value add properties, Class A, B and C no maximum size, no problem. We look at value add properties from the 70s to the 2000s and 2010. Specifically looking now this is the this is what's going to help you guys in Tampa, if you can get if you have a view or if you're in Tampa or if you know some people in Tampa, this is the this is the master list and I have a zip code list. Really, really big starts at 335633356633547. So I have about 100 zip codes that we're buying in right now in Tampa. So if by chance today you're listening to this congratulations if by chance you know somebody in Tampa or know somebody in Florida, I can help you. How much money can you make? You're gonna make a minimum of two to $3,000 per deal. Okay? Because what all you have to do is go out and find exactly what we're looking for. And then we fund them in seven days and we're buying them why are the institutional buyers buying them? And why are they aligning themselves with my company Western capital, because we are I guess you would say vetted investors and they are looking to buy just to buy up certain areas. I will tell you I know Indianapolis is another area I know that Dallas and Houston and Dallas Houston and Detroit is an area so I will have all the details tomorrow night when I when we talk about the areas that we're buying in Now what that means and we'll show you how to do this. You just got to find properties that are for sale that aren't on the market or find people that want to sell their properties. We will pay full value which is crazy, but this is what they're doing. And if you if you've taken a look guys just take a look at Zillow look what they did. They went out and bought billions of dollars and you know what, there's a reason why people are doing this because somehow this country is turned into a run until the economy, I don't get it. I don't understand it. But I'm gonna I'm gonna go along for the ride as long as I can. I'm not the person that's going to tell you to go buy property right now. But I will tell you that if you have the ability or know somebody in that those areas I mentioned, and I'll have more, okay, by the way, if you want to reach me on email, it's probably a good idea. It's never been this easy. I don't know how long it'll last. I don't know how long it's going to, to be available. I'm gonna go ahead and get somebody on the phone here that I was talking to. So, so the key is the key is I'm gonna tell you guys this view. So in the room, okay. So get get a pen and paper to write some of this down. Okay. Write, write, write these down, guys. Okay, because here's the key, here's the key. What I'm giving you right now is an opportunity to invest in yourself, okay. And there's no money invested when I talk about that. But I'm talking about time. Now, I mentioned one city, I mentioned Tampa. Okay. And there's so many zip codes in Tampa that I cannot even tell you everything that I have to offer in Tampa. Okay. Now, what I've done is I've just called my one of my buddies who I've worked with, and he's one of my mentors. So realize, you guys, I know you guys ask this every time I talk to you. You say, Rob, why do you have a mentor if you're a mentor? Well, because I don't have all the answers. And I don't have access to billions of dollars. So you know what now we do. So the good news is, I'll introduce him to you at a later time. But what I wanted to get him on the phone for and he's on FaceTime right now, is I just want to get the cities because I can't remember I know that. I know. Now, sir, I'm gonna ask you to explain to the explain to the people that are here exactly what they need to do if they're in one of those areas, or they have a connection or if they're willing to go to one of those areas, and literally just make money make make easy money. I mean, this is institutional money. I told him that. But if you could just go over, encapsulate what the deal is?
Right? Yeah, absolutely. The greatest thing they could do Rob is stay in touch directly with you, obviously you're going to be in touch with me. So therefore I'm going to be able to get you all of the the micro details. But what we're looking for and this is what such a great opportunity. It's we're looking for Brady. So our competition on all my best, typically are looking for ugly, stinky, smelly houses. Were looking for rent ready, ready to go properties to pretty houses. So the greatest thing you can do is stay in touch with Rob, and everything that he does with his massive outreach. And then that way I can he can reach out to me I can share with him all the details. It is six stupid, funny. I love that statement six. Sick, stupid, simple, buddy. It's a tongue twister, but you keep those three S's in mind, you're gonna make a ton of money with us.
So what do they need to do? They need to keep in touch with me which we're gonna have our main basically I'm gonna lay it all out tomorrow. But if they find the property in they're able to, you know, find the exact properties that we want to buy. They'll bring them to us and how does that work?
So our our our duty of it is is the group we're working with. They have a very, very strict guideline in the scenario. The biggest concern that most investors are looking at is the amount of money that they need to put down the beauty that we have read We are have created with our connections is the opportunity that they put the money down, we need to get the properties we need to get them under control, or if we need to make the offers on them so that we can get the offers or the property under control. And then they will put the money up. So again, going back to it, my friend is that they will be in touch with you quickly get the properties to you, that you I can discuss all of the details on and bring it down and then say yea or nay on it so they can put them under contract. And then we will move quickly over to our outlets.
Okay, doctor, I appreciate the time you've taken. I know I didn't even give you an advance warning on on, on coming, going live. But I wanted people that are people that are here to understand what we're doing right now, this is absolutely phenomenal. I say this guys, because I've been in this business for 20 years, the gentleman he's talked to, has been in the business for almost 30 years. And we have seen everything and we've never ever ever seen institutional money reach out to us and say, We want to buy property in these areas, please just give us and we're gonna give you something in return. Now when I say something, I'm not talking to $1,000. Guys, you know that. So I'm looking at it, we're looking at 234 I don't even know what it's gonna be. But I'm telling you guys that are here right now. You just heard and I'm gonna leave this up for leave this up for replay for today. Because I had to go to dinner tonight. But you just heard exactly what we're doing. If you can bring us deals, we will close in cash. And I the the amount of money is unlimited, because it's backed by Goldman Sachs. So let me be very, very clear. Western capital is in association with another company. The other company is using our ability, our marketing partners, which are which is it what's your what's your you, you're you're my friends, you're my guys, you're the people that stand by me every single day. And you have friends True or False? True. So this is gonna be something where I'm going to bring to you tomorrow, an opportunity where you're going to see wow, this is not just filling out an application to get into business and you want to see if it gets to decline. No, it's not like that. We're talking about going out finding properties and bringing them to us and getting paid over and over and over. Now I remember sir, you talked about how many we need to buy wanted to buy this this month, or what was the what was the number you were talking about?
The the it's buddy always gets freaked out about a day 1000s We are looking between now and the end of the year. And it's beautiful because we're about you know, seven months left of our year, we're looking at the we want to do 200 to 500 properties. So when you look at something like that, maybe I get 10 from you or five from you or one from you. That beauty of is I get one from you is that they're looking for a bunch we want two to 500 from us.
Okay, so that explains it guys. You're talking to two people right now, myself who charged Well, I charge 500 hours an hour and this guy is my mentors. He charges more than that. So we're bringing this to you. I don't have all the details I've got to put together I'll be up all night tonight putting together the the the wish list of what the company wants. But we do know that obviously they want to buy the properties and we know what happened to Zillow. We know what happened to some of these other companies they they're buying right now and they're buying to be able to rent they want the pretty properties they don't want the Junkers so what I'm promising you and I told you guys this every single time I talk to you I will never ever, ever get online and bring you bad information. So to the people that are in the room, I asked you one thing number one, make sure you're following me and following follow us you know that's on clubhouse.
