I started. So my project is so web design. So this is original Health Insurance website called Trupanion. So, this is original website wishes. It the layout has not organized and it is in a mess. So I tried to reorganize it and make him much visualized or, and much easy to achieve. Okay. Yeah. So right now the passion assurance is customized. So which customers should take the quote, to get insurance, so go for them. So the original design is really boring, because it's just like filling the form. Yeah, so for now, my, my design is I just put the, the advertising at the beginning. And also the, the users can check their plan, like taking the quote, directly in here. And this is a cold heart. So I can show you the prototype directly. So when you get into the main page, you can go to check your plan. And also fill in your informations like here, and go next and fueling other informations. And also your names and get your plan. And here's a plan that the company recommended. And by the way, you can also choose other plans with another prices. And you can check out and fill in your details like and also the see the vats nearby, you go to the hospital and see the payment breakdown in row. So for now, you already buy your insurance. So what's the next step? Next step? Do you prefer to go to the go to make another appointment for the bath or go to the main page? So you which one you much more prefer?

so I mean, I think usually when I have insurance, so I have insurance, I have insurance. When I got him, I was sort of told, like what bits to use, by the places that I got them from. So I already had a vet. So when I was looking for insurance, I wasn't really looking for like a vet to take them to I was just looking for insurance that would cover my vet appointments. So for me, I already sort of knew who my my that was going to be. So I didn't need to look at options. So I don't like I wouldn't use like find a vet. But I don't think it's a bad thing to have it just in case people don't have it. But so for me, I would probably just use the main page. Okay, got it.

And so because original design is full of lots of information, so I decided to create video parts, like for the introduction, and here's comments by other users, like here. And also, here's a common question part. The original design is like with lots of questions from different parts. So for my design, I really wanted to just, like invite the customer to type their own questions in here and search whatever they want. So what a common question you wanted to ask when you searching out the insurance.
Um, so I didn't, one thing I would have would have wanted to know is how much like routine visits were covered. So for example, the insurance that we have for him, it just covers in emergencies. And that wasn't very clear when I first got the insurance. So like I would have liked to have known like, for routine things like just annual checkups or shots and things like that. I would have liked to have known how much was covered for those types of things. Whereas like my insurance doesn't really kick in until there's an emergency so that he breaks his leg. It will cover things like that, but it wouldn't cover like annual checkups so having an understanding of like how much that would be I think that would be helpful
