If you hit that definitely book a milestone call with us, we want to celebrate your wins and talk about your action action steps for the next ones. And if you're coming up for renewal, definitely check your email for renewal options and email us if you have any questions. We're also adding a one on one once a month 15 minute laser coaching call for all of you. So all you have to do to book a call is to fill out a form and I'll drop a link here in the chat as well. And all those wonderful updates are now included in our newly added support page on the membership site. So it's a tab right next to the Welcome page. love it. Well, first of all, I love love, love seeing these wins. Thank you, Hannah, for all that. Becca, I hope you're feeling better. I'm glad you're feeling better. Kristen says biggest when logging on to this, trying to get re motivated and unstuck you guys that like I've been seeing that in some of the questions for today. And I want to tell you like I really want to honor you for being here because it really is 50% of the 30% of the game is showing up right showing up and then going that step further to submit a question right? To be able to ask for help to reach out to get support to get unstuck. Huge, right? Most of the planet, most of the world is not doing this. But the fact that you're already here that's 50% of the game. You're going one step further. You're asking you know asking questions asking for help shooting us an email, you know, if you're not sure where where to ask for help, if you're not sure if it's for a Thursday call if it's a critique thing, if you're feeling like you're not, you know, quite sure, just shoot us an email, the team will point you in the right direction. So definitely definitely celebrating you, Kristin for doing that. And looking forward to answer your question in a bit grateful for podcasts that motivate Yes, yes, yes. Yes. Love, love, love hearing, like making sure you're auditing what is coming into your head into your eyeballs into your ears is super, super great. And then project you're working on your eight week plan. Yes, we're going to talk about that in a bit. I saw your question, which is amazing. Elizabeth says got my blog listed on top 35 lists and have a sales call tomorrow. Oh my gosh, that is amazing. Elizabeth, I definitely want you to post tomorrow. Congratulations on that I want to post I want you to post how it goes right. The first sales call is like, you just got to just got to get it done. Like Guess what? You know, you win. If you've completed the call, you've completed the call, check. That's a win. Okay, so I want to definitely hear in the Facebook group tomorrow so that we can celebrate you completing that and how it goes and where we can tweak from there would love love, love to do that. Shakira grateful for receiving the big leap? Yes, that's a good one. That's a good one. And for all of you that have already read it. Give it a second read. Give it a second listen. Okay, and I'm happy to be investing in myself through this course. Amazing. So grateful to have you here. Shakira. That's awesome. Krista, when was majorly questioning my eight week outline, oh, say that 10 times fast and critiques what? Well, I was more on track with it than I thought I love that. When we're in our own heads. A lot of times, by the way. Welcome to the club. I do this as well. When we're in our own heads. Sometimes it's like nothing's working. It's all broken. And then we sit down and we're like, actually, let me just do the one let me just let me just move this forward one step and then you just all of a sudden you have these breakthroughs. So that's amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Okay, I'm grateful for sunny weather. I love it. We've got sunny weather too, although it's cold. I'm at my friend's office today. I'm sure you've noticed a different background construction happening at mine. Um, where did I miss anything? Okay, Sarah. My wind was at getting added to the practice signage. Did I say that right? To all the practice signage this week and it costs feel so excited to see my name when I walk into our office? Oh, that's amazing. Okay, I get it. Now I get it to your on your practice. That's awesome. That's amazing. That's a big deal. Okay grateful being able to be home with my kiddos and work on my course. Yes, yes, yes, yes. And project working on PBS as I saw your question sneak in at the 11th hour. So we're going to tackle that as well. website and social media content. I love it and fleshing out your program worksheets. You guys, I want to honor you guys for being here. For those of you that didn't submit a question today, try to if you can, here's your challenge for next time is trying to submit a question even if, by the way, like if anyone's thinking my questions silly, I don't know what to ask it. I'm embarrassed to ask or any of the above first of all know that it the chances of you surprising us shocking us or anything is pretty much zero. Okay, we've heard it all. We've seen it all. We've asked it all ourselves. There is no such thing as a stupid question. And the the only the worst thing that you can do is stay stuck is not ask a question, right? If you're if there's something blocking you from moving forward, even like some of the questions that you'll hear today, where it's like, I'm stuck, and I don't even really know why. Let's have a little conversation about it. Cool. So we'd love love love to do that. For those of you listening to the replay as well, we'd love to hear from you guys, we're gonna obviously post as we always do a takeaways post after today. So if you're taking notes, definitely gonna want to take away from each of you guys. And for those of you watching the replay. So today, you know, I already talked about a couple things I wanted to talk to you guys about? Well, first of all, we talked about showing up being 50% of the gig. And I wanted to really talk about, you know, a couple things. First of all, this concept of auditing your beliefs. So I think it was Christian that just said it was talking about motivating podcasts. And you know, I was thinking about this this morning, as I'm brushing my teeth. And this is often when you know a lot of these breakthroughs are has come up. And I was like I was thinking about you know, how we have beliefs are beliefs that we are holding beliefs that we are cultivating beliefs that we are doubling down on and beliefs that we're perhaps in the process of changing, we're doing that 24/7 Okay, and we've talked about this a million a million different times in a million different ways in terms of, you know, auditing who you're spending the most time with, right? Who are those five people you're spending the most time with? What podcasts you know, to bring in what Kristin was saying, what podcasts? Are you listening to? What books are you reading? What TV shows? Are you watching? What people are you hanging out with? Right? All of these different? What conversations are you having? Are they uplifting? Are they you know, fanning your flames? Or are they a wet blanket, right? And this is not to say go home, fire everyone in your life and start over. But it is saying you know, start auditing, start questioning, start paying attention to like, is spending, you know, five hours a week with your uncle's, you know, Chris, helpful or not? Or is he the one that's always saying, is that really going to work? Are people really going to buy that, in which case you might want to audit and limit how much time you're spending with this with this person? Right? As you're as you're growing this? I want you to think about that. Because if your beliefs 11 hours, you know, 11 hours a day are why it's not going to work. I don't have time, I'm not qualified enough. I don't have the resources, so and so is more qualified than me. I can probably come up with 62 others, I'm sure you guys can help me. Right? If your beliefs are more often that doesn't mean you're not going to have any limiting beliefs doesn't mean they're not going to, you know seep in, I get them do. Right. It means that like, you know, what is taking over? Can we work on those? Can we can we work on those neural pathways a little bit? Can we start to focus on the things that will work can we focus on, you know what I'm going to try it out, you know what my first Facebook Live is probably not going to be my best one. But I'm going to do it, I'm going to show up. But I know that I'm going to get my second one better, right, I'm going to show up to that sales goal, I know I'm going to do my best. I don't know if my first 1.0 program is going to be the you know, award winning program in this field of diabetes. But I know for sure that I am going to roll up my sleeves, I'm going to get in there with my clients. And I'm going to refine it and work on it and help them until I can do everything in my power to get them the results. I know that right? So I want you to start thinking What are you, I want you to start thinking about your thinking. I want you to start thinking about your thinking when you start noticing and a big a great way to do this is journaling. You know, another great way to do this is when you're surrounding yourself like you are in this group, with incredible people doing incredible things, the conversation starts to shift, the conversation starts to elevate. This happens with me and my homies all the time where we're calling each other out on things all the time one of my friends gen chem incredible entrepreneur, one of her phrases, which I love is that's an interesting story. Right? That's her way of saying you just made that up. That's a limiting belief and you might want to check that, like you know what, she's right. I'm gonna go take that to the journal and to my strength. Okay, so I want you to think about this. I want you to think about the fact that the biggest thing holding you back is your own limiting beliefs. And that leads to your own lack of action. If you're not taking action tough love you guys know that that's the only way I roll if you're not taking action, meaning if you're not doing any Facebook Lives, you're not doing any sales calls, you're not doing any outreach. You're not sending in things for critique, you will not get the result period Write there's nothing magical that's going to happen once you hit the buy button. There's nothing magic you need to do the work and is it hard? Sometimes it is hard, right? That you have to pick your heart. So I want you to, I want you to think about that I want you to be really real with yourself. I want you to tough love yourself throughout the week of like, you know, if you said on your onboarding call, I am going to set aside Wednesdays three to 5pm. And I'm going to work on this program. Did you do it? Did you truly do it like phone on Do Not Disturb? Like Mine is right now team always notices me you know doing that the minute we start the call phone on Do Not Disturb? I don't know what's happening. I'm not 911. So I don't know what's happening right now. That's the kind of hours that we're talking about? Are you actually doing it? And are you reaching out for help? Are you making use of all the resources that you have at your disposal, right. So want to make sure that you are are tough loving yourself throughout the process. Because even though six months is a long time, it also goes by fast, right? So want to make sure that you are moving and again, it doesn't have to be it doesn't have to be this like I you know, like like build the entire mountain. What is the next one step. So whenever you find yourself stuck, first of all reach out like us, us. That's what we're here for. But also just think about what is the next one thing when it feels like you have 10 things to do. It's because you do. But I want you to think about what's the next one thing that's going to get you in action, right doesn't have to be all 10 things at once. Matter of fact, you probably can't do all 10 things at once cool. And no assume that you're going to get some things wrong. Assume that it's not going to be perfect out of the gate. That's exactly what we're here for. We want those refinements we want, you get to 80% of the way there. Oh my god, like that's amazing. That's a B, that's great. And now we'll get it to 81 to 83 to 85 over time, cool. Until we get there. So So with all that said, usually usually keep my mindset minute short and sweet. But I want to add one more thing, which is, you know, just to pick one of these, you know, like tons of different limiting beliefs by the way, bring them to me, like Brent, if you have limiting beliefs don't be embarrassed about it. This is you being a human being so I want to hear him like it as a matter of fact, that's a perfect question for a Thursday call. So if you have a limiting beliefs throughout the week, feel free to pop it into the you know, the forum and we'll chat about it. Like let's unpack it. Let's have a conversation. Because if you're hiding it under the rug, chances are this is sabotaging you. Right? If you feel like like, for example, a limiting belief the other day I saw you know this post and I'm gonna totally butcher it and, you know, try and paraphrase it, but some version of if you feel like rich people are evil, I'm definitely paraphrasing this, then you probably will never be rich, right? Now, your goal might not be to be rich, so cool. But But here's what I want you to here's what I want you to consider that belief and I I'm very much simplifying, simplifying it right, rich people are evil, it could be much more complex, it could be much more nuanced than that. But for the sake of this exercise, rich people are evil. Cool. How do you feel that that is going to affect you, when you are trying to Tenex your business? How do you feel it that's gonna affect you, when you go make a $10,000? Offer? How do you feel like that's gonna affect you, when you're making sales calls when you're doing marketing, it's not going to be it's not gonna be conducive to a lot of growth, right? Because even though you're far perhaps from putting yourself in that category, right of quote, unquote, rich, which is a very, you know, subjective term, it could mean completely different things to all of us. But But understand that that limiting belief is going to absolutely influence every single thing that you're doing in every single one of the 24 hours that we have in a day. You guys. You guys pick it up what I'm putting down, let me know, let me know. Because if I if I see blank stares, then I might need to repeat it in a different way. Because Does that make sense? Can I get some? Yeah. Okay. Cool. So I want you to think about that. That's in terms of auditing your beliefs. Yes. So one big one. So we're just I'm just gonna grab one right now. And I'm going to go ahead and feel free to pop in the chat. Because I would love to if there's any limiting beliefs that you're thinking about right now that you want to chat about, we'll do it. But the first one that I really want to start with, which is something that we hear a lot, actually, Andrew and I hear a lot in the sales, you know, part of the equation right before people jump into our program, one of the things we hear a lot, and it's so common, and it's so normal, and it's perfect. If you've if you've thought this or are thinking this right now, you're totally completely normal for you to think this right? Why would people hear it is? Why would people pay for this? Why would people pay for my program on weight loss? Why would people pay for my program on diabetes? Why would people pay for my program on how to reduce cholesterol if all this information is available for free online if they could Google it if they could YouTube it if they could, whatever so first of all, before I go into tackle that and so I can actually take a inhale and a sip of water post in the chat. I want to know if anyone has thought that is currently thinking that if that resonates at all, because otherwise I won't even go into it. So let me know in the chat let me know in the chat if I'm if I'm if you know if that is something that resonates or not.
And at least one yes. I need at least one yes. Or I'm just going to pop this cough drop. I see a couple other limiting beliefs. So I want to go into that. Okay, awesome, Eric. I love it. And I love it. You're here dude. Christina, Sarah. Awesome, Krista. Yep, Still a limiting belief of mine. First of all, thank you for admitting that. That's awesome. And it's super common you guys like super duper common, right? And, you know, again, so I want you to think about first of all, you know, a lot of the times that feat that that confidence that you're going to get that confidence is that feedback loop that you're going to get once you do it, right. I can't give you the confidence right now. I can give you the courage, I can give you some things that will give you the courage to make the leap. But the confidence is really going to come as a feedback loop from Holy crap, it actually worked. Holy crap, I did this 20 times, right. And it worked. And people are telling me this is amazing, and that it was so much help and that they feel so supported and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, right? So, so understand that you're actually going to need to go through with it in order to actually feel that confidence and feel like oh, okay, I got this, I want you to think back also on like your first day of your very first job if you can, or heck, even your first day of your most recent job, right? And that kind of lack of confidence of I don't really know if I know what I'm doing. And I'll figure it out. But I'm a little bit nervous and whatever versus today when you're like I got this I could do it blindfolded. Yeah. So it's the same exact thing. You're having that sort of like, I'm not really sure, but we're gonna figure it out. That's exactly normal. If you're big. If you're feeling that way. It's like, that's exactly that's That sounds about right. Sounds like where you should be. Yeah. So but I want you to think about this, I want you to think about you know, and this is something actually I'm, you know, working on with Emma on our team in terms of some content that's coming up that we will let you guys know, first, of course, for next month, but it is it's really something it's a it's a mindset shift of like, who is your ideal client? Right? Because we talked about this a lot in our marketing and our sales. And I want to talk about again, with you guys of a reminder of your client is not the $10 copay guy. Right? Your client is not the one that's like, Yes, I have insurance. I have a $10 copay. I go see the physical therapist, I swipe my card for $10. He tells me all the exercises I need to do I go home and don't do them. Next Thursday, I come again, and we do this nonsense all over again. For until infinity. Okay, that is not your client. Right? That's a that's an option that's available for people absolutely right. Is one on one care going to, you know, the inefficient system that we have going to go away? No, entirely? No, I hope we make a good big dent on it. And is critical care going to go away? I hope not right, we need one on one er this, that and the other. Your client though, let's just take the physical therapist example. If you're a physical therapist, your client is not the $10 copay gal. You know, your client is the person who wants you to collapse time for them, who wants it served on a platter does not want to be Googling or YouTubing anything, and wants to do it the right way from the start. They don't want the trial and error, they don't want to try it six different ways until they find the way they don't want to spend, you know, 24 weeks when they could be doing it at eight, you understand what I'm saying? And they are more than happy to spend several $1,000 For that to happen. So I want you to think about that. Right? And I want you to think about all in all, all the different areas of your life that you've done that right that you've collapsed time, as matter of fact being here, right, you could Google business advice till infinity, a lot of our clients, unfortunately, sometimes come to us after they've already done that. So now they've wasted a whole bunch of time, a whole bunch of money. And the biggest thing that I don't think people realize is actually those two things are like, okay, whatever you wasted time and money, the biggest thing is the lost revenue in that time. Like if people have been doing the Google method for one year, two years, I see it more as like you lost 200k That you didn't earn. Right? So I want you to think about that. I want you to shift your mindset in terms of the value of you collapsing time of you having done all that, have your boots on the ground experience of you having trialing trying things out with patients with clients over the course of years of you being able to identify in minutes, what's this person situation? How do I get them the fastest path from A to B. Now, that doesn't mean that you can do it for them. It doesn't mean that there's any magic that when your client hits the buy button, if they're going to also not do the exercises that you give them, right? If we're going on this physical therapists example, guess how many results are going to get? Zero, right? So but it does mean that this is an incredibly valid like for the people. And this goes in crescendo with as you know, as you guys increase your price points, you're going to get more and more and more committed people that is just statistics. It's what we've seen over time. It is what it is. So So I want you to think about that. Does that does that resonate for you in terms of there being a need for people that are like, can we just can I buy the outcome? Can I buy the result? I'm not buying your time? I'm not buying your 15 minutes. I'm not buying your five minutes, I'm buying the outcome? Just tell me what to do. I'll show up and I'll do it. Does that resonate? You guys? Yeah. Cool. Okay, I'm seeing a lot of nods. Awesome. Okay. So I want you guys to think about that. And you know, again, like this is this is a this is a practice, right? Like you will even like it doesn't just because I talked about it for three minutes doesn't mean that that thought will not enter your mind. Again, if you're taking notes I recommend you do because sometimes you're going to need that reminder. Right? I often will remind myself of what I said. Okay, so like it depends on the day how you woke up, you woke up on the wrong side of the bed and you're like nothing's working, everything's broken and who cares. And it does it all doesn't matter. Right. There are days like that. That is when you're going to want to go through your notes and be like, Wait a second. What am I doing here? Oh, right. That's right. It's Life changing. That's right. Okay, so so they understand that this is a practice, understand that if you've spent 40 years thinking these thoughts, we're not going to change them in five minutes. This is a practice, this is something that we're going to have to continue to spend time on. And as you are moving into action, you are going to get that feedback loop from your clients going, oh my god, this finally worked. Oh my god, I've tried 84 other things. This finally worked. And that's what's gonna give you that like, Oh, amazing. Let me keep going. Right. I wish I could, I wish I could like to date myself floppy disk that for you and put it in. But it really is something that you've got to actually take the action and it'll come back, come back your way you need the courage to get started. The confidence comes later. Okay, let me go into let me go into some other limiting beliefs here. Just before we go into questions, I definitely wanna leave time for your questions, because they're great, but I love it. You guys are sharing limiting beliefs. This is amazing. So Kristin says that my colleagues will feel I'm not experienced enough for this or don't have the credentials. But I've actually had some great positive feedback from people I've spoken to at work about this. So I know it's totally in my own head. I love that. Kristen, first of all, thank you for sharing that. That's amazing. And I'm sure that others can relate whether it's that my colleagues will feel some kind of way, which I hear a lot actually the probably on the colleagues, or my family or my friends or my whatever's right, people, there is this, like, What will people think and the reality is 99% of the time it's in our head, which I love that you've already like, you know, in terms of you've already gotten that feedback, where it's like, oh, this is I was actually tripping? For no reason. I'm doing this to myself, right, which is great. That's 99% of the time, what's happening now we'll stay open to the fact that there, there's a 1% chance you might be right, right, there's a 1% chance like, so I want you guys to understand, like there's a 1% chance Yeah, that there is a colleague that might feel because they're not doing it. Because they haven't done it or because they don't have the bravery or whatever it might be that they've got it. You're definitely gonna you know, haters gonna hate. Right. So that's, we can't like if you are that is one of the things that holds people back the most is like, I'm afraid of haters hate to break it to you 1% of the time, you're gonna have to deal with haters, right? But it's that like, Okay, if first of all, chances are good, this is in my head. This is not actually a, this is a stick, not a snake. But even when it is a snake, you're like, Oh, this is a tiny little snake, then I can just done. Yeah. So I want you guys to chair I'm not used to my friend's office today. I don't know what he's got going on with these chairs. Hello. Um, I want you guys to really unpack it, right? Because as, as long as it's staying like under the rug, it's just these dust bunnies under the rug. We can't see them. We can't unpack them. And a lot of times, it's these things that we don't even realize until we're like, Yeah, I haven't I didn't have time. I couldn't do it. It didn't work. I had this family emergency, whatever, you know, 6 million things. And really, truly, and some of those things, you know, are real legit things that happen. But really, truly, there's this fear. Really, truly there's this fear. And that is the block. It's not like a time. It's not like it's never lack of time because everyone it is my firm belief that everyone has five minutes. So it's not lack of time taking one action. Right? It is usually it is 99.999% of the time. It's fear of something. So unpacking that fear is great, because the minute you can figure out like, Oh, that's a stick, not a snake. Cool. Let's keep going. Yeah. Okay, let me let me jump in. Look at one more. Team. Can you read one out to me? What am I what am I missing? What I skipped through one more limiting belief. And we'll jump into questions.
Catherine said earlier that yes, I still have no idea what my specific course topic will be. And sometimes that's discouraging to me. Yes. start questioning. Can I really do this?
Yeah, that's great. Well, and I, you know, first of all, I love that you share that Katherine. And I feel like, you know, I mean, it's such a common one. It's such a common one. And that module one I feel like really is the hardest. And it and actually, we didn't I don't know if we announced this already or not. But we are having a workshop next week, you guys are all invited. And team can post the details of because I don't even know. But we're going to do a two hour workshop where where we're going to roll up our sleeves and the coaches and I are going to help you. For those of you that are still in Topic topic crafting, we're going to brainstorm and leave with a topic solid done before and after, you know, just workshop it live because a lot of the resistance and procrastination and fear comes up during that first step, which is the most important step. So I love that you share this Catherine has totally reminded me to let you guys know about that team, if you can, make sure everyone has the details. That'd be amazing. Because I don't even know I just go wherever my calendar tells me to be. So but so that's you know, it's completely normal. Right? Because and we hear that before people join the program as well. It's like I don't even know if I have something. And most of the time my team and I are going like this like are you kidding me? You've got 25 Something's if anything, we have the problem of figuring out which one of the 25 So we're gonna start with like usually right? So I want you to understand that it's completely and completely normal. And Katherine, what's amazing is you know, just just getting you pass that first step is going to is going to kind of take away that limiting belief. But here's the bad news is 10 others are gonna show up, right? Okay, it's a little bit of a game of Whack a Mole, right where we're gonna be like, Oh, we solved that problem. Now I can see the nine other problems that I was that I wasn't seeing before. All right, cool. All right, guys, that is super, super helpful, I think let's dive into questions. And then if we've got some time at the end, we'll pop into some more limiting beliefs. I love that you guys are sharing this. And I think it's it's a really, really valuable conversation. I want to have more of these. So definitely, please, please, please bring them to the Thursday calls because this is my jam. I love it. Let's do let's do it like a game of Whack a Mole. Alright, Hannah, can you start us off with question number one?
Sure. First question is from Kristin. So she's struggling with wanting to do an eight week course as advice, but finding that she's packing a little too much in too short of time. And the feedback she got was that her initial a week out license for the three cores in one and that seems to be correct. And she didn't have everything in the eight week outline yet. So should I create three separate courses and try to funnel people along from one to the next? So from prenatal fitness, fitness and prenatal prep course did newborn course or do one larger, longer master motherhood course and put it all in one? If I do that? What about the price?
Yes. Okay. That's a great question. First of all, Kristen, I know last week, we talked about apps with you. So I love first of all, I can tell that you're this like big vision person where you like you can see the road for 10 years. And I love it. And for 10 years, I think absolutely, yes, yes to all of it. Like, let's do all the courses, let's have a whole trajectory metric. There's a whiteboard here, I can I can, I can map it all out, I can totally see it. But I want to focus on one course. Right. And so with that said, like, let you know, I I strongly firmly believe because there's so much that you guys, and this is not just for Christians, for everyone, there's if you're if you're if everything is new, and you're learning all of it, if you're new to sales, if you're new to marketing, if you're new to program creation, if you're new to program delivery, if you're new to content creation, if you're new to all of it, I want to make it as easy for you to succeed as possible. So I want to make it the least complex possible. So what that means lowest hanging fruit, you know, we're always looking at so coaches and I are always looking at when we're going through Module One, what is something that you already you know, it like the back of your hand, you've got it, you could do a blindfolded and half asleep, you know, or something, you know, for some of you, it's where you have an audience already, or it's going to be like, Oh, easy to sell, right? Or, you know, combination of both. So with you, Kristen, I would say let's figure out what that first one is. And then have the other two in the what we like to call like the ice, the ice, you know, chest freezer, or whatever, like in a Google doc don't like park them there, right? So like, when we are going through your outline with a red pen, you can hit cut and paste it somewhere else, like don't delete it, don't trash it. It is, you know, you have that knowledge, you're going to be able to teach that. But you don't want to Firehose people in eight weeks, if that makes sense. And go ahead and unmute. So we can chat about it.
Yeah, thank you. So my expertise is mostly on what I think I do based on this answer you're giving me focus on would be the immediate, like neonatal period. So I'm a NICU nurse practitioner, my bread and butter is sick babies, but that's a very small amount of people actually deliver. So I also see, well, babies and it's a lot of what I do all day, and I have all kinds of things to offer for moms that read everything on the internet and didn't hear half or read half of some of the advice I give in the small amount of time that I have to spend with them. And and so that has what that's what's been the catalyst for me is I have so much to offer just anybody who's delivering a baby. But my biggest hurdle for this is that moms don't have time to do this, like after the baby. So timing for me has been something I'm struggling and I think I'm looking for these women obviously when they're pregnant. And so what happened was my course expanded because I'm trying to offer them something now while they're in their pregnancy Yeah, really my expertise is like the immediate new appear Naomi know, period, especially like the first week, the first month of life and all that uncertainty that goes with having a baby and taking home a baby. I think part of my course needs to be one on one help, because but I know that's not what we want to do. Yeah, that's what I do best that
well, and so and so tell me like what is their biggest reason for coming your way? What would be their biggest reason for them to buy the program?
I love breastfeeding is a big one. But then it gets me into my thought that I'm not a lactation consultant. I have 15 years experience, right help people start breastfeeding first week or two. Yeah, but I'm not an LC I'm like, okay, so
Okay, so and that's so a couple different things like let's go on the tangent for a second of just the and I think I have I think either I saw in the limiting beliefs of for a second I'm having deja vu in terms of certifications and letters behind our names and it's funny because Andrew and I have these conversations a lot with people in terms of you know, what, what is necessary is what you know, and you guys come from and we're going to see this in our virtual conference, which you guys are all going to be invited to for free next month. But you know, you're coming from the world of certifications matter a lot, right? And these letters behind your name matter a lot and if you don't have the right one, especially nurses, any art and all the other ends that there are the 6 million different times ends. It's a very much this tiered system of if you don't have the right kind of end, then you can't do the thing. I want you to like, I want you to park that at the door all of you guys for a second because you're entering this world go through this tunnel with me go through the tunnel, enter into the world where we are in the world right now. This world is if you have knowledge that can help people it is valuable. And it like here everyone is equal. The OBS the MDS, the RNs, the PTS, the DCS, everyone is equal, right, like to the point where if you are a mom that's had three babies, you can often have, you know, a heck of a lot of knowledge a lot, a lot of times our clients are actually bringing in much more of their knowledge from their personal life, whether it's that they struggled with anxiety themselves, then the fact that they were a therapist dealing with other people with anxiety for so many years, you know what I'm saying? Now, it just so happens that they happen to be a therapist, okay, cool. But But for them, but this is an area where your client, your ideal client does not care. And there is no board that is going to you know, you're you're operating as a coach, you're not operating under your license. So I'm not saying be irresponsible, and let's create a course on how to perform surgery in your bathroom. But I am saying, let's, let's understand that the certifications here do not matter. So you, for example, as a lactation consultant, you know, me as the client, if I had a newborn, the question is, can you help me with breastfeeding? Yeah, period, you know, like, do you have the knowledge expertise, you know, system like to help me or not? Can you help me or not? That is the question that I want all of you guys to be able to answer for yourselves. So do not please don't procrastinate by certificate and go get 10 PhDs, because that will not help you with sales, marketing or anything else in this world. So the entrepreneur world, which is the real world, right, like the real world, the market supply and demand does not care is very much agnostic, right, you're gonna have like your colleagues is a different story. Colleagues is a different story. Your colleagues are gonna you know, if you're going to like that, that limiting belief that you had, yeah, in that world, different story, right. So I understand that you are not marketing to your peers, if you were this would be a different conversation, or to your superiors or whatever, in the you know, like hospital administration or whatever. It might be a whole other ballgame. You are marketing direct to consumer, the consumer wants to know, can you help them or not? Does that help on that front? And then I want to talk about refining your program? Yeah. And that's, and that's for everyone, guys, like I don't this is not just for Christian, this is a very, very common one. It's something Andrew and I hear a lot. It's something we spend a lot of time talking about, because it's a big, big, big objection of like, why we're not moving forward. Okay, so then Christian on the, you know, baby front, you know, I mean, I think we can we can, we can narrow down a little bit more, we can definitely talk about this a little bit more, because my only concern, my concern is less that they don't have the time to implement, you know, because again, if you can whittle it down, this is partly why you know, Phoebe and Hannah will also tell you like, there's way too much in here. Yes, they don't they don't have Yes, a mom of a newborn does not have hours and hours and hours. But do they have, you know, five minutes to implement something that's going to save them three hours, or that's going to get them out of pain, or that's going to get the baby sleeping? Or whatever the outcome is? Does that make sense?
Yes. Could I do some sort of like, you know, like, pre programmed, like, obviously, we're marketing to them when they're pregnant, right? Can I teach them as much as I can? That I think they'll receive that's important for them for the biggest. But then could I do some sort of a text information? Like, yeah, attacks like, I want your baby boom, here come the text is like every day one, this is important. Yes, it is important. 100% read it, and they don't have to stop. Look up a video or something, or?
Absolutely, I think I think that that's, I think that you know, and we talked about a little bit more, you know, last week, too, because you were thinking about this out, I think that text would be a really great medium for someone like you. And I think you can look into Tim can put in the chat in terms of simple texting, you know, or some sort of texting software that will you know, pay 25 bucks a month or something like that, for where you can do that. And even I would even say maybe you do send them a link to a video that they can just press on their phone and watch right there. Yeah,
yeah. Just as a mom, I know they don't have a lot their computers, they are breastfeeding with their phone. Right. Exactly. And that would make my information a lot better. And I'm to find
well, and I would I would also consider and I'd love to see kind of another another run through of the of this draft. But I'd love I'd also consider you know, this like pre work, like, while they're pregnant, are there things that they can set up now while they have time while they're in that nesting mode, whether it is time management things, whether it's getting help with things, whatever it is that you feel like they need to set up so that they are successful once the baby arrives, which no one really knows what day that will be. Right? And you have this like phase where it's like, here's the prep, here's baby arrived, let us know and you know, you're going to go into the second phase, you know,
yeah, I can definitely do that. So I keep it still like to an eight week course maybe four weeks of prep, and then if they don't deliver their baby, right? The next four weeks kind of goes into play
like I like that. I like that. I absolutely like I like that and I think it would be a good you know, a good experiment right? A good 1.0 Of like, we got to put it out there. We got to get 10 people through the program and then see work out the kinks. I do think There will be kinks. So we'll figure out, because maybe you'll figure out maybe you'll decide, you know, you do four weeks, and then they pause until they have the baby or something like that. That's, you know, because again, it's one of these things that they can't, we can't specifically plan unless they have a scheduled C section. So you know, there's something like that. And then that will also give you time to figure out okay, like, you know, the second and third course idea, I want you to sort of park it, because you're going through this with them is going to give you I want you to like, you know, capture, okay, what's missing? What do they need next? Right. Like, is it when the kid is three months? You know that they need some help? Great. So then, you know, maybe there's that, or is it the toddler years or whatever it might be? Yeah,
right. This is a helpful because I was so hung up on. I'm so hung up on the time. It's
very Yeah, you got it. You got a girl? I can't wait to see it. Awesome. Great question. All right. Let's move on, Hannah.
All right. Next up, we have question from Christina. So she's feeling stuck again, and not feeling not sure unsure why this is a mindset issue. And she's working on a contract. And when she got the seat back, he's suggested to speak to a lawyer to fine tune. I don't know what kind of lawyer to contact and worry about worrying about the cause. And she's nervous about moving forward without making sure it's appropriate and protects her and her business.
Yes. Well, first of all, great question, Christine. I hope you guys are all kind of, you know, when listening to other people's questions that you're getting inspo for questions for future weeks, as well. Because, you know, again, we can tackle just about everything. So Christina, and feel free to unmute if you want to chat about it a little bit further. I mean, here's the thing. First of all, I love that you're identifying this as a mindset issue because it is right and in a way in that there's just one quick action in terms of like, first of all, with contracts, if you're using our template, you really are good to go. We are not lawyers, we cannot give lawyer legal advice. I always like to say it's always worth you know, if this is something that's keeping you up like it is for you, if it's keeping you stuck, like oh my god, I don't know if I'm protected, whatever. I always like to invest 100 $200, or whatever it might be in a quick 15 minute consultation with a lawyer just to be like, Hey, did I do this, right? Like, and usually nine times out of 10? It's like, Yep, you're on track, or hey, you missed one sentence here. Cool. Absolutely worth 100 $200 Mostly in sleep is what it's an investment in, right. It just keeps you like feeling like, Okay, I thought I thought I was on the right track. But just in case. So I would suggest and, Christina, if you want our lawyer, you can absolutely use her. Jill, if you don't mind, pop in Elizabeth's info in the chat anyone that wants to hire her can I believe, I believe she's 400 an hour, which means again, it's $100 for a 15 minute consultation for and she's the one that created this, this template for you guys licensed for you to use. So we paid her 1000s of dollars for that possibility. So that you know, you don't have to pay her for the contract. So if you take the contract to her and you're like, This is exactly what I want to review in my 10 minute call, then that's what she'll do. So I think from a standpoint of if this is keeping you stuck, Christina, I think that that's like one quick action, right? Like, in going back to what we said in the mindset minute, what's one step that you can take to get back to moving? I think it's just that right now lawyers are and Elizabeth included super conservative, by nature, by design by their profession, just like just like accountants are when it comes to your taxes, right, they're going to tell you all the different ways this could go wrong, the accountants job is to tell you all the different ways the IRS could find a problem in what you're doing. The lawyer's job is to tell you all the different ways that you could get sued and end up in an orange jumpsuit. So all of that is to say, you know, take it with a grain of salt in terms of you know, what you're trying to do. This is your seat belt, and this is your car insurance, but we're still driving the car. Yeah, for those of you that haven't heard me say that analogy a million times. You know, I like to say like, you know, just with Drive, just like with driving, right? We're not, we're not so scared of an accident that we're not moving, we're gonna go ahead and do the responsible things, which is put our seatbelt on make sure we have car insurance, follow the laws of the road, you know, and hope that there's not some idiot driving around. And that is all you can do. So this is this, is that right? Like, are you going to prevent all the crazies forever? No, but chances are pretty good, you're going to be just fine. So I would say, um, you know, Christina, I think this is so so common, right? Again, this is just one more fear of like, if I don't take action, if I stay parked in the driveway, I will never have a problem with with with I will never cause a car accident, I will never get into a car accident if I never enter into a vehicle. That is correct. But you know, again, it's one of those things of you know, in order to move forward, you have to be reasonable about like, what are the what are the what are the risks, what are the risks I'm taking, am I covered what you know, what is liable to happen, etc, etc. Does that make sense? Anything you want to clarify, Christina, I see you on so if you want to unmute, definitely unmute. And Kristen, she is in California, and she will she will talk to she's not an expert in all 50 states. So you know, again, I'm in Oregon, she's in California, we have employees all over the US and internationally. So she will be able to tell you again you're not operating within your license. So I don't think that you know she can she can absolutely help you run your business as a coach using that template online. Cool.
Yes, that's that's helpful. I just because I had you know, my program is a little bit different. I went from you know, do some Based on PTSD to then going more towards like presenting a program to colleagues about, you know, growing their practice, right. We're just, you know, subtle changes in the contract. Yeah, I, you know, I felt like yes, I can do that. But I just wanted to have like a 1520 minute call. Yeah. With a lawyer and it just was given me a little bit of the, you know,
the heebie jeebies the anxiety,
yes. And no. helpful to have that referral. Lee, I just wasn't sure what, what kind of lawyer to call or
yes, that's a great, no, it's a fantastic question. And I think team, if we can add this to an FAQ, that would be awesome for everyone to have, or, you know, on the Support tab, but I think, you know, really what it is, if anything, Christina, that shift is even easier, right? Because now you're not even there's no way that this could be constituted as you know, medical advice or whatever, like there's even less of a risk, if that makes sense. Yes, I
agree. Thank you.
You got it. My pleasure. I'm glad you know, you guys. A lot of times these things that are holding you back sometimes for weeks are just one question, just one shift. So make sure you reach out definitely ask for support like Christina did. I think that that is you know, going to get you on track and moving. Alright, Hannah, what's next?
All right, next up, we have about half from Elizabeth who has a sales call coming up soon. Who was sensible? Still go? Amazing. Alright, She's confusing herself with between Facebook groups and pages. She has both but I can't remember which to use. Yeah. And she can't seem to be able to allow people to book appointments on her group. But can she does on her page? Can you discuss a difference in options in which point we should use? Yes.
And let's see is Elizabeth? Um, I don't think so. Right. No. Okay. Cool. So are you here? Oh, you are? Okay. Great. Okay, so and I think Joe, we might have a video on this. So let's definitely post it because it's gonna be so much better with you walking through it than me explaining it. But for all of you guys a reason you know, I'm usually I'm not a big I'm not I'm not big on semantics. But I want to make sure with with Facebook, that we're using the right terms, because they are very different a page and a group and a personal profile. Those are three different animals. So with those, we will be correcting you along the way just so that we're clear on like, where you're doing what? The one thing though, Elizabeth clarification is where I'm not understanding why you can't have people book appointments. Is that are you saying like, you can't share your Calendly link or your calendar link in your group?
Yeah, I'm really struggling. So I have a private group. And I get that that one I understand. Yeah. And then I have a page. Yeah, that I've had for a long time that I'm morphing. But then I thought, okay, the page is wrong. I need to go to the group. So then I created another group that's public that I'm sharing, I guess with, but I can't get it to set up the appointment link for some reason, but my page has the appointment link. So now I'm just like, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Oh, okay. Um, well, and this might be something that Jill can probably help with a little bit better. So Joe, maybe you guys can email on it, because you know, you're much more techy than I am. So let's do this. Let's, let's have you email, like email a link exactly to what your pages and what your group is. And if you can do use use loom to loom to screen record what is actually happening so that we can see it. I
think, I think I know what what the issue is, because on a business page, it'll give you a button that's like a call to action right away. But a group, you don't have that option. So you'll just have to post the link to your Calendly. Yeah, in your face. Whereas on a business page, you can post a link directly to book a call and come to an event, so on and so on, because we're a badass.
Exactly right. So
this is why I shouldn't even be here. My team is so much better than me all any of this stuff. So yes, but thank you, Jill, for that, Elizabeth. Um, yeah, super, super, super simple. But I would say with the page in the group, I would say use them both, right? So we want we want to make sure that we are in both places the page will get you know, is is public, the group usually if you set it with the settings that we gave you, it's not quite public, but you can add people into it. So I definitely review that video because Joe walks you through it really, really well. And it's an does such a much better job than I could ever do.
Cool. All right. Yes, well do. Okay.
You got it. And if you have time, because it's a 510 minute thing. If you have time to do it today. That would be awesome. Because then you can if there's any clarifying things or you want to come, you know, ready with the screenshare tomorrow on the team call, you can absolutely do that. And Joel will sort you out we'll do a screen share can take control of your screen and sorted out in two minutes. Cool. Awesome. All right. I think that was that was what else would do we have anything else Hannah or is that last question.
Sarah has has the 11th hour question. What is the best way to use ps4 online or social media content to create interest in your offerings for On Facebook, etc.
Awesome. So um, Sarah, if you're here, girl, unmute and and let's see if we can clarify I'm not entirely sure what you mean, you've been through. You've been through the PS module already.
Yes, I submitted that on Sunday. Perfect. Okay. Basically, I mean, I'm brand new to my practice. I'm brand new to everything. And I'm starting from the ground up. So I'm trying to obviously create a buzz. Yeah, to get people interested. And obviously, the pa s is are amazing to do that. They do have had like templates or recommendations on the best way to use those kind of those hooks to, to create interest across all the social media.
Yes, Hannah, can you talk with us?
Yeah, so I was basically the the first thing you can start in, that's easy. no cost to you would be Facebook Lives. And basically you are hearing from your PS, right? You are talking to as if you're speaking to your potential clients with their problems, right? So you can say, Hey, I see that, you know, are you the type of people that have gluten sensitivities that are just affecting your daily life? You might have these symptoms, you know that? Problem one, Problem two, and then you agitate it? So is it does that make you feel like I can't ever eat out anymore? Like, you know, when a friend calls and wanting to do a get together? Or if that company lunch, that I'm just like, Can I look at the money before I decided I can go right? You're agitating those insecurities in their problems. If this is you, right? This is then you offer the solution slash call to action and say, Hey, If this is you, I think my program can help you. Please book a call with me here. So link in my comment and join my Facebook group would love to chat about your chat about this whole thing with you and see if I can be of help. If not, I can point you to the right direction for that. So that's just start. And feel free to use a laser laser coaching call as yes run if you would love to. We do have that. How to do your first Facebook live and not die document also in the modules? So you can that's a very first one. I feel like that's a good one. Because then it's a little bit of introducing yourself and everything. And then you go talk on like maybe you have second, third, fourth and fifth Facebook Live with
just all the first of all, thank you for him for that, Hannah. So that document is gold. For you, Sarah, I think it team if you guys don't mind linking that up the document, that would be great. And then also what I was thinking for all of you guys, If anyone is having anyone having Facebook Live jitters anyone, like, scared of doing their first Facebook Live or whatever? Yes, I'm seeing some nods. Okay, so one of the things I you know, let's do it, like do it in our face, do it in our private Facebook group, just as the first one to just get it out of the way just to be like, how do the buttons on here where, by the way, every time I go to do one, I feel like the buttons are different. And so, you know, like I'll do you'll feel you'll see me doing that half the time where I'm like, I don't know how to bring on a person. It's been a long time since we've done a Facebook Live of two people. So you'll see us going ignore us. We're just in the group practicing things. Okay. So feel free to do that. If like I'm just doing a Facebook Live to practice in here though. You know, how does the audio come out? Feel free to do that. What I don't want you to do is not do it is not do a Facebook Live is hide? Because for those of you guys that have done your first one and not died, that you're clearly here, you're not dead. Um, you know, you'll realize that it was like, Okay, that was super like I had all this anxiety. But now that it's done, I'm like, All right, I mean, whatever could have been better, but you know, I didn't die. So So really getting that first one out of the way is the the most most difficult one most important one. Does that help Sarah?
It does. And do you have any recommendations for like graphics or anything else? That's not Facebook Live for social media?
Yeah, I mean, yes and no. So what I want because you're brand new, I want you guys to I'm always looking at you know, I love diversification, right? I love you know, diversify and investing in all kinds of things. But when you're brand new, I'm looking realistically at what resources do we have the main one being time and the main one being learning something and unless you have a team like I do, I've got four people you know, including myself on this call alone. And we're all full time full time for this company. Like if you don't have that the reality is you can't spread yourself that thin you're going to be doing a lot of things so so versus doing one thing really really well and then adding more things now with the with the one you know with the one thing I think video is the thing that's going to get you the most bang for your buck timewise which is why if you're doing a Facebook Live both for algorithm purposes, Facebook is going to prioritize it. And also because people get to know the only buy from people they know like and trust and being able to see you on video be able to see like, is this person? Does this person know what they're talking about on this? Can I ask questions, etc. is just such a much faster way to get there. Now I know we have some introverts in the room. Welcome to the club on Look, I'm looking at the nods. Now I'm gonna call you out. I'm Believe it or not, I'm an introvert as well. It's taken me a long, long time. I'm an introvert that test right on the cusp. I'm right on the cusp of between introvert and extrovert, I am an introvert, I definitely recharge on my own. It's part of why I have a virtual company, I am alone in this whole office. Okay. And you know, the reality is still a video is again, most bang for your buck, if you want to do written, you can absolutely follow that same exact template, that same exact format, you can absolutely do it in a written form. I don't know that I would spend any time I know some of you already are doing this. And if you're doing it great, but I want you to track ROI. I want you to track return on investment. I want you to track ROI, he want you to track return on effort, right? The investment mostly that I'm that I'm wanting you to track on is your time. So I've had clients time and time again, mostly because you want to have a beautiful looking Instagram or a beautiful looking Facebook page. Love it, but is it paying the bills. And I've often heard like, I want to hire someone for social media, I'm like, hold up, hold up. I'm a huge fan of hiring. But it's social media, you know, posting the little images, a little quotes and whatever. Is that getting you clients, if it's not, that's not something we want to hire for, because now it's just an expense that I mean, why don't we just go outside and just burn dollars on fire? Okay, so So I think for you, Sarah, quite frankly, I would say no, I would say nothing. And for all of you guys, nothing other than the Facebook Lives, master it, refine it, go after it, like do it over and over and over again, your 10th is going to be better than your first I can almost guarantee it unless you happen to have a really bad day on your on your 10th day. Do that, you know, and then if you want to play around with it, if you're like oh my god, okay, this is going great. I need I need to like pepper in some more things. Awesome. We can chat about it then. But I think in the beginning, what I'm looking at is very much kind of like Kristin helps with newborns. I've said this analogy before I'm seeing your business as a newborn. Right. And I'm seeing it as we don't have a lot of time, and we don't have our outcome is to just keep it alive. And for your business. What that means is cash in the door. And you have very little time as a CEO, as a CEO, as the admin as the marketing person, the sales department, you're the everything department, you have very little time. So anything and everything that's not directly contributing to keeping this thing alive. Got to go. You know, it's like it's that ugly, but functional life. So no Instagram quotes, no nothing unless they are directly booking calls or getting you clients. Yeah, that that would be my advice.
Yeah. But if nobody shows up to what, to
what. Yeah, well, first of all, awesome for your first one. Like I hope nobody shows up. I mean, so So here's the thing, you'll do a Facebook Live. I mean, still, when I do one, I almost never announced it because I don't feel like it. I you know, I'm very much a big fan of running a business, you know, that suits our life, right? And so if I'm going to have a whole bunch of things on my calendar that I hate doing, and guess what, I'm not going to do it. So I usually will show up and you know, maybe one to three people and this was with a large audience might show up on live and a lot of people will watch the replay because we'll email it out. You know, we'll we'll be asking I'll be asking people to share and comment and this that and the other so a lot more play will happen on the replay side of things. I wouldn't worry about it at all like I would focus on what your messages especially for your first one you guys are juggling so many different things. You're juggling what you're talking about, like your three bullet points that you have a post it note on your you know, on your screen, that's usually how I do it. You're juggling you know your call to action wanting to make sure that you say it right you're juggling probably doing it all yourself. Like I have team a lot of times that I will you know message real quick and be like, Hey, I'm doing a Facebook Live. Can you help me by sharing links and prepping the email that we're gonna send and blah, blah, blah. If you don't have that, just like I did not when I started you're doing all of that, right? Which is totally fine. You're trying to remember to smile for those of you that have done the debrief call with our team on that first milestone, right. Like there's a lot of things that you're realizing with the first three where you were like you were so serious and so concentrated that you were looking like this at the camera the whole time. Right and so you're trying to concentrate on like maybe, maybe smile maybe this maybe that maybe the other I already forgot what you asked me. If no one shows up, that's what it was. So So you know, like you conversing like, what I do today is I try to like engage people that are online. That's a whole other like, you know, 10th ball that you're juggling in the air, I would love for you not to have to do that. I would love for you to ignore people that are on live for your first however many Facebook Lives until you guys feel like you can handle it. And so you can feel like you can be like, hey, yeah, Joe, great question. Okay, such and such and, and, and stay on track and not lose your train of thought and come back to the call to action. And all that all that nonsense that I do. It's taken years really of practice before doing that. So I wouldn't worry about that. Now, if you want if you feel like you'd rather have an audience, then a couple things you guys can do to increase the chances of people showing up live is be consistent on your time. So if you want to like quote, unquote, have a show, where Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you're going to be there at 10am. This will help you in two ways. It'll be accountability for you. If you promised it, you better do it. Okay. And second of all people might actually show up if you announce that you're like, Hey, I'm going live in 15 minutes. We'd love to see you there. Right if I send out an email to my list saying I'm going live at 10 o'clock. I probably would get more people online than with when I do it right now, which is literally just hitting the button. And oftentimes my team doesn't even know what's happening. So, um, but I would rather if I were, if I were in your shoes, Sarah, I would rather a small audience to start with, and you know what's and then deal with it on the replay like, like get the get, you know, if you have an email list, definitely send it out to your email list, if not definitely calls to action people to share it, etc, etc. And also for those of you that don't have an audience focus also, as you're doing this Facebook Live, right, like this is a 15 Minute task. 30 minutes, maybe if we're adding planning time, I want you guys to be working on module six on reaching out to other people's audiences, because that is what's really going to bring the eyeballs your way. Cool. Yeah, awesome. I'm so glad you asked that question. That's awesome. And Joel posted a
something here in the chat. Anything else guys that I missed? Anything team that I should tackle in here? No, that was our last question. But anything in the chat that I might have missed along the ways. Doo doo doo doo doo. Um, yes. I love that. Yes. One of the important audiences. Yes, Hannah is absolutely right. So definitely recording, you know, for all these things for Facebook Lives for sales calls. I know somebody was saying they had the first sales call tomorrow, record it. Make sure you tell the person it's recorded and look at our documents for that. It's very, very important that you that they know that it's being recorded, but rewatch it torturous. Yes, but rewatch it our team and I do this as well with things that we're doing and this is the best way to improve. I think I mentioned you guys my friend is a speaking coach. And he was saying like, you know, his speaker clients are always resisting watching their speeches because it feels like torture because they're noticing, oh my God, these 10 things I shouldn't have done, but is the best and fastest way to improve. And so you know, when we see the clients and team that does this the most go the fastest. That's just it's just statistically what happens. Alright guys, I want to definitely You're welcome, Sarah. I'm so glad that was helpful. For you guys. I want to start a takeaways post in the Facebook group. So Tim's gonna kick it off in there. I want make sure I want for one from all of you, especially right now take 30 seconds. 30 seconds to just post what is the biggest takeaway? What is the biggest distinction? What is the biggest aha, you had on today's call? Whether it was from the mindset minute from your question from somebody else's question, Catherine, you're welcome. I'm so so glad these calls help. I'm so glad you're here, girl. I'm so glad to see you guys. For those of you that didn't ask a question today. I'm challenging you to ask a question next week. Even if you don't want to unmute no worries, you want to keep your camera off totally fine as well. You can't show up to the call live you can listen to the recording, but I want to challenge you to ask a question I want to challenge you to reach out more. Don't forget tomorrow is our first call with our team this Friday call that we're adding 1pm Pacific so definitely I have no idea how you get there but as the team who knows everything. You're so welcome Kristen. I'm so so glad. Alright guys have a great rest of your day and I will talk to you really really soon. Bye for now.
