So we have this. We have five
candidates. We have five candidates to bring before the committee today. Myself and supervising the investigator AC Cromwell have been interviewing candidates for investigator positions. And after interviewing eight candidates, we do have five candidates to bring before this committee for recommendation so just to talk about the interview process. Each candidate had an opportunity to answer six questions that HR provided. Each of those questions were five points each maximum. And then we also gave each candidate an opportunity to write a sample for us. So they receive 20 minutes to watch a two minute body worn camera footage and then type the writing sample. The instruction they were given is as follows as a citizen complaint investigator, one of the most important tools you will use is body worn camera footage. Today you're going to watch a short body worn camera video and provide a writing sample and your sample provide a recount of the interaction. Provide your perspective of the interaction including what went wrong or could have been done better. And if you were to conduct a full investigation of the interaction, what other resources or other information would you want to review before making your determination about the case? When we review those writing samples, we scored each candidate on grammar, accuracy, perspective, and investigative which was the ability to articulate other resources they would want to look at. And each of those categories were valued at five points each. The candidates below have scored the highest overall between the interview questions and the writing samples. So we have listed here Nicole miser Meisner, Justin St. Clair. Brianna schunemann body of Fleming and Mary Simmons for your review today.

I can add context to that, would you please So initially the the requisition was for eight investigators. As we see here, we have five candidates and so we are still understaffed in our investigator ranks. And so we have budget for additional investigators if we would like to repost or extend the the existing posting. Just want to get approval from this committee. To do that.
So am I understanding that? You know, like you've stated we'll only move into the board five invested by candidates to become investigators. And now you want a motion for us to repose the positions so that we can hopefully get additional writing.
