    Thanks for reaching out, I work with I work when I work when I'm not with my girls. And really I'm a low key person I don't get out much but I enjoy shopping and reading music movies. I love the little moments of mom life. Oh, that's so sweet. The little things they say or do. Realizing how special and memorable it is laughing being silly together. How about you? How old are your daughters? I love all those things on my kids too. You need to cherish all global moments because they grow up so fast. laughing together is my fave we just got back from a weekend in NYC with them it was great. So I love I don't know if anyone else notices this. But there are ways to sneak in authority into your conversations Okay, and to be seen at a higher status level. So if she sneaks in something like Oh, we just got back from a weekend in NYC what does that tell you? What does that subconsciously communicate to someone is like, Oh, well, I make enough money to do these things. Right. So it's really really important. I can't tell you how many social media posts I see or interactions that I see where people don't get this. And it is so powerful like the opposite of this would be oh, you know, I one day I really wish I can go to NYC with my family. Like depending on how you position that it could be looked like you're striving for a goal or it can be like hey, why haven't you hit it? Right? So it's really important to share things like this little nugget in your conversations because it will really really help you. Okay, next thing I work when I'm not with my girls, but I find time to work out get a pedicure, enjoy nature. I love it. You are nailing sneaking in authority here. So my kids are eight and 14 in a week. Oh so very close in age to my girls. I'm a front of the house manager at a local pizzeria. How about you? That's lucky. Oh, cool. I would be nice if I worked in a pizzeria. Do you like it? Haha, yes. I avoid taking home pizza at all costs. It's funny because my roommate in college we had four girls and four guys and a house and the one of the guys worked at the local pizzeria and he would always bring it home and I was like so mad because I'm like, Oh my gosh, just please don't bring it home. So that's funny. Um, I'm sure to five to Philly on that. I recently got to be on a i Wait, I got to be on a podcast recently to talk about what what I do so instead of saying what I do, I would have been more specific on exactly what your topic was. So thanks. I just recently got to be on a podcast talking about how I find the time and the pleasure in running a side business and how that has really changed my entire life and my family's ability to XYZ. Right. And the reason why that is important, is that the topic like think about when you're gonna go listen to a podcast, you don't want to just know it's a podcast. You wanna know what the topic was, right? So just being more specific in that last part, will be will absolutely get them to ask for the link or more information. The other thing I would have done is I would have said, you know, I wouldn't have said you know, it just got released, would you mind listening in and you know, leaving a comment or leaving a comment or a review because I would it really means a lot to me to have a lot of people listen to this was a huge opportunity. So just making like a simple ask from a vulnerable place. will also get them to listen to it. Okay, so those are the things that I would have done differently with this specific conversation. Okay, but what we can go back and do, because there's always ways to reengage. Let's see here, okay, this was December 10. So this must have been right after I did like my last my last one before the end of the year. So this may have already been something that was either flushed out or you know, dead ended or client so I don't know what the outcome is right now. Well, I loved I loved on this person's posts and stories each week and they have finally reached out about my products through a giveaway post. Yay. Tried to have a more transformational combo as we chatted about her goals. Where would you like to support? I would like to know how to have more productive and more productive conversation. I tried to be transformational and we talked about her goals. I shared my story and tried to relate for hers. But I feel like I'm missing something. Okay. What was the final outcome of the conversation? No response. Okay. Okay, so it looks like you're having Okay, can I pick them all I struggled most with having time to do any exercise and to do any exercise and energy I don't know what would help. Okay. For real, I'm right there with you. Thanks for laughs I'm not sick today. So it's the first time I've laughed all day. Didn't mean to put the question mark see her five would be decreased I think that maybe got cut up which do you use the trim? Which do you use the trim or the body trio? Okay, just to make clear and just make sure I'm seeing oh my goodness gracious. Okay, just to make sure that I'm understanding this right Natalie, you. You are the blue. Is that correct? Yes. Okay. Okay, so I know that you wanted to be relatable here, but I would say it's okay to relate to someone without being that someone if that makes sense. Right. So here where it says like I feel I'm right there with you. I probably would have said something because you remember you want her to buy your products buy into the vision. So if you're using the products and you're still struggling with these things, like that's not really putting you in a authoritative position, but I know what you were trying to do, which was to be relatable. Okay. So there's a couple of ways that we can address this. The first thing is tactical empathy, which means understanding the feeling but not becoming the feeling, okay. So for example, I struggle most with having time to do any exercise and energy your response can be like, I completely understand how that may, how that can be a struggle for you as a whatever she is a busy mom or a busy professional. But the good news is, is that there are some easy ways to overcome that and I've experienced it in my own life. Okay, very different than like, Yes, I'm still struggling with all of those things, even if you're not perfect. I'm not saying show up perfect and fake and all of the things but I would assume you've seen massive improvements in those areas based on your products. So just be careful with your words on that. Okay. All right. And then what did this say? Right here like I feel like something maybe is cut off a little bit.

    So she I gave her a list of things to choose from and I told her to choose the five that would be most important to her.

    Got it. Okay, five would be decreased bloating, anti aging, joint comfort. Ooh, joint discomfort. Yes. Ouch. Oh my god. She is like a perfect candidate for all of your things. Okay. Which do you use the trim or the body trio? Okay, great. So she's already asking you questions. It seems like you've done a great job with your content and how you're talking about things because she even knows what words to use, right? I love the lean body system for weight loss, but I don't always have it the main thing I need to do so I do trim in the am because it's half the serving of collagen and then I do liquid biocell in the evening because it has a full serving so that keeps my joints and muscles from aching like they used to. I do add in the whole system at times though that's what I started with and helped me get lots of inches to start with. Okay. So let me just under let me understand the lean body system is that like the most expensive thing or something Is that why you went down this path of like alternatives?

    Yes, so you can like you can get trapped by itself or you can get trim in a bundle with the system. So there's three parts to

    it. Okay, perfect. So do you have either company provided or something that you've created where it's like an easy like visual for people to see if terms of like, you know, if these are your things then this these are the areas that you should be think are these are the products that would match

    the reason why I'm asking and you're I'm not trying to put you on the spot, but this could be a really great thing that you could whip up and Canva to communicate really clearly to people because for me, and I'm I'm everyone's ideal person to sell to because I'm like, give me the things I love the things like I am like your dream person right? I have bought so many of my friends stuff, okay. But for me, if I can't quickly make decisions or draw lines together, I lose my attention and I'm over it like in 30 seconds. And that's actually a really common thing that occurs from a dominant buyer and a dominant buyers who you want because they're easier to sell to so how can we cater to them in the easiest way possible? Right? And because she is I'm speaking really specifically to like Okay, which one do I need the tremor, the body trio. You have two ways you can go about this, okay? And I think that you're super super close, but I want to help you accelerate these conversations like you expressed okay. So the first thing is where she said decrease bloating, anti aging, joint discomfort, so she did not actually talk about weight loss. Right now she may have said it earlier to you but these were not her top right one

    all it cut off the other two. Were the other two weight loss. Let me see. Um, yeah, I know she had no she didn't want to lose weight.

    Okay. Okay. So I would read so it's great that she has these top five things. So let me ask you a question. If she had the money, would you put her in the lean body system? Yes. Okay. And why?

    Well, because all three of them together are gonna give like a greater impact.

    Okay, awesome. So I would respond and say that for the fastest results for all the areas that you're talking about, I would highly recommend the entire lean body system, because it will cover all of those aches and pains. The alternative would be to start with perhaps nurturing, nurturing your joint discomfort and bloating with you know, one or two products which would you like to continue the conversation on about Okay, so I'll let her self select so like for me, I'd be like, Well, I just want the whole thing because I just told you I want all you got all these things right? So and then you can continue on but if somebody is like, wow, I just spent a fortune over Christmas. And you know, I just don't really know if like this is the time then you're clear that there's an alternative without confusing her. Okay, yeah, the other thing is, is um, you did a good job at like breaking up into two paragraphs here. I would just break up into as many paragraphs as possible. The reason why is it's much easier to read and to scan. Okay. So every time you start a new paragraph, that's where my eye goes. So just think about what the main points are. Or alternatively, you can leave a voice note because you have a really lovely voice. And so that would be like enticing to someone to hear. Okay. And then lastly, the alternative is to create something in Canva. So Canvas free everyone, you don't need a paid account for it. And you can create some kind of graphic that helps them see what the choices are and the prices and things like that. That is also a really powerful selling tool that you can use. In your Okay, so I do that even for my own offers. There's like seven ways you can work with me. So I put that like in a nice, nice, compact view. Yeah, I love that. And it's a really good selling tool because a lot of people make decisions based on visuals. Right? Okay. And I love how you at the end you have to wait. Great question. Okay, so what would your number one target problem be fantastic. It was really, really good weight loss. Great. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. I love this. Huh? Okay, hopeless look at college intuition. i Okay. 30 pounds great question so you're doing really really good doing so awesome. I'm like we can't wait to see what the end and you're doing a fantastic job. be disappointed. Oh my gosh, no, I'm not. Oh, I love saved me on a new wardrobe. Yes, that's a lot more expensive than buying some a lean body system. Good point. Because then we kind of like spiraled a little bit after that. And now she's going so instead of saying what amount can you work with, which I actually think is a really good question. I would probably give her some sort of starting point. Right. So for so that's why I would have said up here. Would you like to just talk about the pricing of the products and some options, okay. And the reason why is because when you have it open ended like this, they don't know what to say. They're like, well, I don't know. I guess like if I skip all my Starbucks and don't send one kid to camp, I can spend this but like, can you give me a ballpark here? Right? Yeah, okay. But you're doing a really great job here.

    Okay, so let's see here.

    I know two of them from camp, okay. I joined my company because Okay, so this is where she came in wanting to buy a product right now we've transitioned into talking about joining the team. So there really now you went from a small ask to a very big ask. And I'm just making note of these things. Not that that can never work. But since you said you're going to be a you're not going to be happy at the end. I'm just bringing these things up because it's all surprised me. I actually read these things live. I don't read through them before I jump on this. And there's there's a reason why is because I want to be surprised to Okay, and by doing that I can give you actual live feedback instead of knowing the end. Okay, so let's see here. So that that transition may have been a little hard. So I think what I would have said here, I feel your pain. I have six to my recommendation is to start with something small that will give you a quick win, so that you're not having to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe instead of you know, one product right. So bring it back to her wardrobe concern. Right. That probably may have changed the the conversation right there. Okay, well, let me see how you talk about your story. The story is kind of backwards. I joined the company because of their clean label stance. I was looking for a way to make money for home but it had to meet the requirements. Eilis then I tried the products after I joined so that is backwards. That's super backwards. You're right. That's a fun story. So you can use this story. If she comes back after you know, I don't want the product and I just can't afford it be like, Hey, I have an alternative for you. And we can go down this path like I did, right? But you always want to go for the lowest hanging fruit available and she did jump into your inbox for wanting the product not the opportunity. Right. Okay. Okay, so what does that say? What's

    Okay. So I know lots of people have lost a good bit of weight using only trim I can show you how to get it cheaper than the lowest price perfect. And I've been trying to send out the messages to the people that this pretty much I sent this same message to a lot of people I had talked to, and so far like they've asked for the flipbook, but they haven't. They haven't taken me up on it.

    Okay. So I would maybe change like in order to hire so like the health coaches that are my clients, they charge like $2,000 a month. So that's 2468. So I would maybe associate in a value to the health coaching you know, and health coaches you know, on the marketplace, help coaches charge anywhere between 2008 $1,000 for similar support. And so I am so happy that for as little as x, y and z, I can offer this type of high quality support to my clients. I'm not sure when they're going to do it again. Would you like to jump in? Right? Yeah, like that. Okay, because then you talk about scarcity and devalue, and a compound and a compound message. So that will be really really powerful. I was so that was that but now that she hasn't responded and what is can I see can you put a flip book into the chat? I want to see what it looks like to see if the flip book is causing the problem.

    And so in terms of going back to her why waiting for the flip book. Seven times is the average amount of follow ups. That someone needs to make in order to make a sale. And I know that's a lot and that can feel discouraged. Right? But at the same time, it also gives you permission to keep following up. Right? Like changing things based on like if you're getting feedback or not. So maybe it's too long of a message. Maybe it's too much about price, and we're talking to transactionally again, right? Even though she was ready to purchase and when someone's ready to purchase you do have to talk about money, right? So maybe go going back and saying hey, I would love to see you hit that 30 pound loss and in four months it's totally possible. Are you in for this? Are you in for this coaching program? Let's get you set up. Right. So specifically, instead of like can't not necessarily canned messages because I do think you do a really great job with being thoughtful but being specific back to her expressed pain points and concerns and priorities. If you can be specific about that when you have the opportunity. I think that will make a big difference. Yeah, yeah. So let me see what this flipbook looks like that nobody's acting on. Let's see. Let's try to get you those 30 Those 30 pounds as a goal. Okay, then

So people are more likely to take swift action if they're given exactly exact instructions to do so. Okay, yeah. And then she can always look through it. You know, she can always look through it and that's like your backup support, but I wouldn't lead with read the flip book, read the flip book. I don't know how many people will write and I didn't even imagine that there was

    a hold up. Yeah. Because normally when we have promos, I've been pretty well. And I'm like, Why is nobody taking advantage of this? This is like the best thing. It's huge. It's huge.     It's never you should share that you were thinking about the device. Yeah. So I'm, I'm glad to get your perspective on that. Because I'm a researcher. And so you send me something like that. And I'm, like, devouring every word and breaking it up in my mind and you know, looking at all the scenarios and so it never crossed my mind. Like,

You want all the things so then I know in my head, it's triggered. Okay, I need to switch from a visionary buyer who's like just wants to know like the, the end deal here to talk about the detail and be super helpful to know. Okay, so thinking about the buyer personas and the types of buyers there are is super, super powerful. Okay? And it doesn't just apply to the person who's buying the place the person selling to, right so if I'm a dominant buyer, I have to be careful that like, I am not always dominantly selling because then I'm only selling to people like me and missing out on all the other types of people. Right? So it's a two way street. And it takes time to realize it, but now that I've planted the seed, you're gonna be like, Oh, trigger trigger. Okay, now I get it right.

    And I know that when I'm talking to people, I'm way too wordy explaining it all because that's what I want somebody to do to me.

    Yep, exactly. Right. So just start to practice. So like, if somebody's asking a lot of detailed questions, you automatically know I need to provide more details. This is going to be a lengthy conversation. It's a buyer like Natalie, right? If someone's like, hey, I want to lose 30 pounds. What's the fastest way? That's me? Just Just give me the thing. Stop talking to me. Right? Okay, so I can't remember it might have been Modera because I tried some of the I tried some of the products a while back. I think it was for collagen or something. Oh, and I actually cut her off so she was she also would probably is a buyer like you were it's like so many details. I was like no, no, no, stop, stop to stop. And I just need to know how to get the collagen. Collagen and she starts laughing and I was like you don't have to go through all those hoops for me. And so it was just really funny, but not everybody's like me a sales coach who tells you that in the conversation, so right, we've got to pay attention to it. And then we can be super super powerful. Okay, yeah,

    I can't wait to do that quiz. So what would you say to go back and like all these all these conversations have, you know, revisited and sent this out and the ones like I've not heard anything back what would be the best thing just to say to those people that kind of reignite that and

When they message you and want a direct link to order and I start doing the transformational selling with the identify impact and transform technique, then I lose them. Should I send them my website? Okay. So I would combine the techniques because if someone directly says I'm ready to buy give me the link, for goodness sakes, let them buy. Right so but you want to be careful because like are they just bought are they going to buy or do they say they're gonna buy and they're never buy because you never actually got to the root pain or cause of why they wanted it right. So I would respond and say hey, thanks so much for your interest in trim. I think it will absolutely help you achieve X, Y and Z goal that you commented on my on my post. Can I ask you one question? Insert your open ended question and then say PS if you're just ready to buy here's the link. So that's what I would do. Because you do want to take advantage of impulse buyers who are just like sitting, you know, watching you know, watching their favorite Netflix show and want to buy something like let them buy from you. Right. But what's important is that what happens often though, is that you know, they either see the price or they will forget to buy and then you've kind of closed the loop of opportunity to have a transformational sales conversation. So if you combine the two for that particular circumstance, I think you'll be really effective.

    Okay, Kathleen, Kathy, you have a question or conversation

    there's I'm in the bathroom getting ready because I gotta get out the door. Quick question. I do a lot more verbal than texting with people. Great. But um, I there's a gale. She was like a big VP and accompany and everything and she lost her job. And I met her through a couple of like side jobs, and she kind of lost both of those. So I said, you know, we should talk you know, a talk a little bit about you know, what I do or whatever and she goes, Yeah, you know, and so I called her just before the New Years and everything and we talked and we have a really good conversation but it was more of a me trying to get to know her. So it ended up being kind of long like an hour but it was on the phone. We were trying to get together. But anyway, so I got to know a lot about her. And I would say her pain point is she needs a full time job where she has benefits and right now she cuz she got cut off from this other job. She doesn't have money coming in. Right. So um, but then I also I said we don't you know, you know, let's definitely flip Kinect in the new year. You know, just think about to like, Do you have any, like, what else are you excited about? I was trying to find out like does she have any hobbies like what her passion is and just be have any health goals or anything like that? And it for some reason that kind of caught it and she she kind of said, kinda acted like I have it all together in all areas of my life. And I'm like, Oh, that's cool. I just like I like to, like just pick people's brains to see where they, you know what they're thinking about for their future. And anyway, so I tried to uncover a bunch of things. But anyway, so I sent her a text yesterday because I knew she was going to be applying for some jobs. And I just kind of said, hey, you know, how was your New Year's? And, you know, blah, blah, blah, and and then I took insert. I said, Oh, I'm excited. I finished the year off earning a trip. I've said I'm excited my daughter because she does like to travel. I know that and I said my daughter you know senior I'll be able to bring her for a little senior trip or whatever. Something like that. But I pretty much everything else was just kind of a love. But she didn't respond. So I'm just curious. For me, I feel like you got to kind of build that relationship before you can really get into so I kind of need to come back in a day or two if she doesn't respond and say, Hey, did you still want to hear a little bit? You know, I don't know. What would you say? Are you gonna do this quick? Nope,

    I got it. I am a fast thinker. It's so funny, but I was always like, so how many people showed up? You were able to get through everything else? Yes, I am quick. And we had 60 people. Okay. So with this particular situation, you cannot create pain point priorities for people unless they are willing to talk about their pain points, right. So everybody has different priorities. So she might want to lose five pounds, but you could give two flying anything's about it. Because she's worried about a paycheck. Right? Right. So what will motivate her to take action is not losing five pounds or all the other things that maybe later have an opportunity to be part of the conversation. Right now. The only thing that has the opportunity is financial pain point. Okay? Oh, hold on. Let me just mute whoever is not muted. Okay. And Kathy, you can unmute yourself if you need to respond, but it's only way I can do it. So, um, so what I would do is concentrate on the specific pain that she needs solved right now which is all financial. So I know when you know, I was looking for a nine to five looking for a nine to five is literally like a full time job. Right? So on her mind, she's thinking well, I need full time income and benefits. So from nine to five every day until I have a job like that is what I'm gonna focus on not selling X, Y and Z and concentrating on the side hustle because the priorities are flipped, right? Okay. So the way that I would position this if you get an opportunity to speak with her again, and I can talk about that in just a second is to say, Amy, I know your priority right now is full time income and benefits. I would assume you're spending a lot of your time finding opportunities to apply for and to inquire on. But what I want to tell you is that in the evenings or on your free time, you can absolutely start to supplement full time income doing what I'm doing. So if taking a little bit off the edge is something that you're interested in. Then I would love to talk to you about it. If not I totally understand and we can revisit the conversation after your you found your nine to five okay, that's the only thing she's okay. And so we're now getting her back into the conversation. I would just say to her I would say like I'm not quite sure what the last message was. But I would say something along the lines of Can I buy you a cup of coffee I think I have an idea for you. Okay, because I'm I'm assuming well actually, I don't know. Do you live close enough to buy a cup of coffee?

    We don't live close but that was the original thing. We were gonna get together. Get together for coffee but of course I live in Minnesota and we just got like over a foot of snow. Yeah. So

    you know what you can say? Can I buy you a virtual cup of coffee and send her a $5 gift card card to Starbucks and get around?

    Yeah. Yeah. I asked her to do his own. She goes well, we've already talked in our you know, but that was because she was busy getting ready to go to something and so that you know, but I did I know you want to be face to face if you can. And but I like that that I can say I understand you're looking and I kind of put I put a whole a silver lining because she was literally driving like 4550 minutes to get to this job. That she lost. Like oh well like a silver lining is with all this knows that you didn't have to commute you know, just kind of a funny laugh. But who knows how she might just be busy she might be interviewing, so I'm not going to go to a negative place because she does not know anything about what I do.

    And you know if she knows nothing if you didn't and so I would encourage you to if you're gonna have an hour conversation with someone to find some time to weave that in so that you're in a better position to continue on the conversation. And if she does, and if she does respond to that message and she's like, I just don't have time be like no problem. And you could send her some kind of third party information that she can view at her at her leisure.
