You are brilliant, an important reminder of who you really are. Hi, I'm Prasha Dutra and I'm obsessed with helping you believe in your brilliance by taking small daily actions, through mindset shifts, aligned actions and strategies. And through building epic habits. Together, we will uncover the brilliance that's within you, and help you accomplish massive results in all areas of your life. So you ready to believe in your brilliance Welcome to the very first episode of this epic Podcast. Today, I want to remind you of how brilliant you are, and how you can start this journey of believing in yourself one small step at a time. It's hard to believe in our brilliance when we can't see it. We have a tendency to focus on all the things that are not working out in our lives. And today is an opportunity for you to see all the things that are brilliant in your life already, we're going to do a very simple exercise together, which you will benefit more from if you close your eyes. So if you can, and if you're not driving, or working with any heavy machinery, or taking care of a toddler or child, please feel free to close your eyes, sit in a comfortable and quiet place. And just follow my voice. Take a few deep breaths. Slow down very slowly. Let's visualize a little montage of your epic life so far. Your first bike ride your first time moving away from home, the highlights of your life, your high school or college graduation. Whatever imagery rolls up for you, let's just deep archive some of these big moments of your life. Maybe the first time you see things, they might they might be negative, or they might be the ones that didn't work out. Maybe you're saved with some bad memories. Maybe the first few things that come up are of pain and loss or failure and fear. That's okay. Whatever comes just accept it. And then follow my next few prompts. Slowly shift any negative images into positive ones. Maybe the heartbreak you had turned into an opportunity just a few minutes months later. The failure you couldn't cope with lead to a success in the long run. If you're still struggling to think of the positive parts, that's okay to just bring your attention back to the biggest success of your life. Maybe instead of a montage of some awesome life moments. It is one epic picture of the brilliance you have experienced at some point in your life. Let that image sink in. For some of you if it's a montage, let that montage syncing. Look for the details like colors, people around you. And focus on how it feels to be experiencing this amazing moment. Or this string of amazing moments that you've experienced before in your life. Look at this. You did it. You graduated college with not one but two degrees or maybe three. You got your first job by yourself. Nobody hoped you. You moved across continents all by yourself. You took your first flight your first steps, your first friendship, your first salary, your first trip and you learnt so much along the way. Feel this brilliance in you that has allowed you to become this incredible human that you are today. This brilliance that has guided you through tough times. found new opportunities when all the doors closed and has helped you succeed even when no one would believe in you. Let it all sink in. I'm sure this is bringing a little smile to your face. capture this feeling the best you can

take in when Horry of the awesome moments you've had an opportunity to really live. Take an account of your brilliance. And whenever you feel ready, very slowly, very slowly returned back to your body, to the room to the chair you're sitting on, and very slowly open your eyes how does that feel? What you just experienced is a reminder of the brilliance that is within you, guiding you and protecting you at all times. Maybe the small exercise felt a little heavy. Maybe it felt very light, and joyful. Either way, you should never forget the great things you have already accomplished in your life. However big or small, they may seem in comparison to the rest of the world. Just remember, these are your accomplishments. And they are a proof of the brilliance that is in you. For every problem you face this week, I invite you to remind yourself of one brilliant thing you have achieved in the past. Just a gentle reminder of what you're truly capable of concrete a massive shift in how you solve the problem at hand. Instead of spiraling into the abyss of self pity and fear. Please remember, you've already come really, really far. And you can go farther, you don't have to doubt yourself, you have brilliance in you. To help you remember this simple but powerful lesson, I invite you to open your phone. Go to the reminders. I'm going to wait as you do it. Go to the reminders, it's in the alarm option in iPhones, and it could look a little different in Android. But open wherever you set your reminders. And set a daily reminder that reads this exactly this. You are brilliant. And add your first name. So for me, it will be your brilliant pressure. So make sure you write down your brilliant and your first name as a reminder, and then set it to go off daily at the time of your choice. So minus set up for noon every day. You can set it up for 4pm 5pm first thing in the morning, just pick a time of your choice and set it for the rest of 2022 It should be a daily reminder that you are brilliant.
