Moving on to the fun part, this is where we're going to document all of your SOPs, your workflows. And we're going to make it really clear what business or process departments they're part of, as well as what templates you will need the process, you can see who created it, when it was created when it was last modified. And this formula is really important because it makes an automation work. So this formula tells you that from when it was last modified, and then 90 days from then you will need to update or review rather, your particular workflow or process. So when it actually gets to this particular day, you will get an email. So I have turned this on for years. So if we go to this automation, I can show you how quickly works. So from that workflow documentation table, when the update on, which is a formula based on that last modified date is today. So we can't test this because none of those are today does work though, you will get sent an email. So all you need to do in terms of this is actually change this to your email, and then everything else is ready to go, you will get an email that says there's a workflow to be updated what the workflow is, what the current process is, and it will tell you to ignore it. If the process hasn't changed, it's a really great way to stay on top of your SOPs. And make sure that you're not using outdated processes for if you're trying to scale your business and you're bringing on new team members, or you just want to freshen up on a workflow. So once you have your email address in here, that will send you an email based on this update on particular date field, which will be 90 days after it was last modified. Now, the great thing here is that any templates that you need for this particular workflow are again a field that is linked to another table. So this templates needed is linked to templates and assets. And if you are trying to document a process, you can expand the cell and this is going to use any type of rich text that you need. So if you need to add a heading, you need to make it bold, you need to make an italic you need a checklist, you're going to be able to add it in there. So it's what I would call documentation that is much more functional than if you were recording this in a Google Doc. And then you are getting that automated email sent to you every time it is 90 days from when it was last created. And it's also amazing if you wanted to recreate this and send it to a Slack channel for your team member to update you would have that clearly there. And you know that it's linked to the right templates and the right business department.
