    that zero sum game between us and the customers

    and then and we want happy employees who aren't working too hard, who understand their roles and responsibilities and feel like they're growing. And yeah, and then be that nonzero sum game. And then we empower our team to use the platform to graduate to entrepreneur and residents, right? Where we co create a profitable revenue stream that does that good. Yeah, spot on.
