healer, as the leader of our little circle, we're not touching Putin or the act of the invasion because the probability is that there are forces that are extraordinarily dark and I don't want us going near them right now. Yeah, I know we can do good work, doing how we know how to do I know we can do that. I know we will be effective and successful and safe. These three things. I'm stepping beyond that boundary, and not even going to talk about it.

The last part of the rattle came in a dream two nights ago. They that the that piece that they said this is the final piece of the ceremony and make sure this is the rattle I used I'm going to wrap it. As soon as ceremony is over. Oh, this is Charlotte's rabbit called Fandi. You died I reckon. About 2013. She's a house rabbit. We got her when she was probably about eight weeks old. And she was kind of so brave and so clever. She taught all the other rabbits how to potty train and stuff like that. She was really clever. She was dwarf rabbit. And she had a worm, which meant in her cerebellum of balance centers so she would sort of fit sometimes I ended up getting Heinz politics managed to get a bit better, but it was kind of chronic and I got to the point where I thought I'm not going to do this anymore. And I stopped giving her medicine and she died of a kind of stroke obably so the worm kind of took over, because I couldn't bow in any way and believe that you'll be okay surely, she was Charlotte's kind of best friend. And I'm not sure what you mean. By familiar but he was almost like you know how you have an invisible brand. That was Charlotte's and visible brand was rabbits, everything. Every kind of experience was shared with disruption. So, you know, actually, I think she dissociated when trying to drive dive a bit a bit there's still a strong connection.

You engage with them to get comfortable to know where they are to answer the questions. See what it's like whatever they want to share all that good stuff. And then you say, animal, do you have healing power to share with your that I can retrieve to your person left behind. A gift of healing power that I can take back to your mom. Let's use those words. A gift of healing power that I can take back to your mom the animal will impart something to you. It may have visual form it may have audio to go with it. It may it can be the whole gamut. Whatever it is, gather as much of it about it. Its signature and then put it in your heart. You carry it in your sternum. your sternum is your big pocket. Your big shaman pocket. Right here is your shaman pocket. Put it there. Cool. And then you ask your power animal or teacher to layer power into it in addition right so they give you the cupcake and your spirit puts the frosting on it
then you say Muchas gracias. And you traveled back. If you were working one on one with someone and we weren't in the whole group, and we have to negotiate how we're going to do this in the group if you were working one on one, if I were working with Kate, one on one, I'd come back and I would say Kate, please open your heart I would blow it into her the healing power of whatever it is. And he's like a little railroad car with his heart and there's a seat behind him for you in this little car and it was all sort of contained in like a snow globe. But to make it all well contained. So you have a glow with this lovely little image of the track that speeding and he's like leading with his his heart energy that was the gift to you. And this is momentum. Great momentum and and confidence. He just is full of that. You know that's that is what you will have she I'm sorry, she sorry. I'm getting Jenner's mixed up this week like nobody's business now. Sorry. I was on mute because they're doing group work and I wasn't sure how much of it was gonna come through. But um that's really amazing, for many reasons, but because when I first went into journey, and that rabbit, which I don't usually meet, and she was like, let's go. And I was like, okay, and we were sweeping through as though a train on attractors. This artist painter James W. Turner is a British artist, and it's off fast. And the image that I remember in this was a train speeding through and a tiny rabbit in the photo or in the painting. So it's kind of incredible. But you also saw something so similar. Yeah, um, yeah, fuckin cool. But, um, so we went really, really fast. And as we're talking, I was like, you know why I'm here right? Because I didn't really get a word in there like yeah, my other power animals there. And we got to the bridge and the rabbits got but I kept going. And so I was kind it was like Looney Tunes on the bridge and my heels were like trying to kind of screech um, and I get there. And I kind of fly up and a statue catches me. When I was a little kid, there was this cartoon called gargoyles. And at night, these gargoyles that were protecting the city would come awake and like protect people. And it was this gargoyle and I was like cool. And I asked if he knew where Jesse was. And Jesse was right behind him in this huge warm ray of light. But Jesse was gigantic, like a kind of like strange and I mentioned it and I asked why he was saying that he felt a little uncomfortable, like bloated and then he like exploded. And from the explosion on the bridge was this tiny little cat version of him and he was like, oh, that's better. Which I kind of understood as his ego kind of finally giving up the ghost, so to speak. Um, and he let me pet him and he said, Oh, I miss people. And he said that you made him miss people. He's still super appreciated and super loving and really, really wanted me to share that with you. He said you can tell her that please tell her that. And then I see I tried to write some of this down. Oh, when I asked him for the gift he he from his belly. It kind of opened up like an aperture of a camera and this yellow ball of like sun like came out and I asked him if he would need it still and he's like No, and I pee let me peek through the hole now that was in his tummy. And I could see like the cosmos behind it and he was like it's self is replenishing. He's like it goes both ways where it needs to go. So he gave it to me to give to you and then I asked my guides for the frosting and I saw a bat and a snake and they both kind of came in with that I saw what I saw to you on the snake was like a diamond shape. On the skin, especially on the head
and diet that the snake said to for me to tell you that this is big energy and that gentleness is going to be key. Um, that because then right after I saw a swan with sunglasses, which I interpreted as ways of seeing and clarity and the need for discernment. But the things that came up were for strength, courage and steam clearly. And then also a strawberry. And I was I asked about that. And Jesse was like, why not? And so I don't know if you like strawberries. Yeah, that was that was it. She huge thanks Karen Okay, so it was my fridge. And there's always a voice there that asks who I speak. So it asks Who do you speak? So it always wants this again, and it's the same gift that I always give it when I when I go so I gave the Grinch a gift and and I see Jackie's dog Misha. Misha says, Hi, you're back in Japan. And he said Hi. It's nice to see you again. Thank you for coming. Oh is everything. She says it's great. Like I said, I'm really happy. Jackie's grandmother came to see me today. I love her. And she put the Afghan around me and we just got together silence and enjoying each other's company. She's very proud of me for communicating, taking the risk to do that. She says I'm learning and that's good. It was so beautiful. We were in a Golden Meadow with the sun warming us. It was great. And then a picture of Jackie shows up and they say well, I have to do it different this time because yesterday the picture of Jackie showed up and she placed the heart inside Jackie's heart. So I just said okay, I just I have to do a little different this time and so she said okay, so she hands me the heart. And she says now remember what I said. So what she said yesterday was she said so it is done. It's okay to let go Jackie. I'm always here. We all are you are never alone. A piece of me is now in you carry it with comfort with love. My love shines for you from the inside out and back to me. The ribbon has been connected. We are together again. And so and I think I say thank you Misha. And she says now that's for Jackie. So she wants to make sure like I'm not gonna take it as Jackie Jo make sure she gets it. I said yes, I promise. And she says okay, so she hands me the heart. And then I asked my power animal and teacher to lay or they their power. onto it and just this purple, this deep purple light blue light just completely envelops it and it's like shooting sparks and I said thank you, Misha. I'm sorry I have to go and she says well, okay.
The fastest way is to have them just put it in. It's great.

So that there seems so happy so happy and he kept you know how dogs do the really fast turtle like the chasing their tail and he just kept doing that and doing that and got airborne and was just very happy. I didn't hear a lot of words I asked. Are there messages for Karen and he's Yes. You know, I I felt he misses being in your household. And he just just kept so happy. So happy. I'm just so happy to is just very happy. And he showed me like playing how he would play and things like that. And then and then I just said, you know I asked some more questions and I didn't really get any answer but then all of a sudden this big treasure chest up here and bear jumped inside of it and went like that and pulled out a golden key. And he said that this was the key for you and that you were and I said is there a message with the key and he indicated that you were going to be doing great things. Kind of it seemed like you were unlocking things for this. He said yeah, I wasn't words. It was like she's going you know going to do great things. That's the message I got but not in words. And then power animal bear. Took his paw and went right through my chest and just kind of went like this and made that golden key. Expand and blow and be be is couldn't see the key
anymore. It was just a globe.
And then we went back and delivered the key to Well, thank you Jackie. That's so sweet. So when we wrote the journey to our animal he he did tell me it will unlock so many things for you you are ready so that fit perfectly that's exactly what he said that. So here so when we were when we were kind of journey at the end when we were just trying to feel the the gift from our animal. Yeah, yeah, they're told me it will unlock so many things for you. You are ready. So that end how you describe him is how exactly how he was a very happy, playful, playful dog. So thank you so much Checky was great. Nice to meet there.

And I said do you want me to come over or do you want to come over to now come over he crossed the bridge. And he was just putting himself you know how they wrap themselves around your legs and just moving on. He was moving for my panorama as well. He's just really really just really affectionate. And his theme he said I see you when you're in the car, but I'm actually with you. So it was like an observing. He wasn't in the car he was observing you and then he sees you he's with you when you're watching the stars. is with you in the kitchen is actually once a piece of fish. Oh yeah. And he was in your bedroom. He was um, he said I'm with her in the kitchen. And he was kind of moving in between the like using the chairs of the kitchen chairs, the legs to kind of move in and out of and I'm just really affectionate. And then I said what do you want to give to Carla? And this just caught in heart appeared um, so I put a ticket into my chest and what it was color was it was his love to you because he said he missed you. He said it's his love to you and your love to him. So it was a combination of what you've taken over from you and his love to you. And it was put in my chest and I asked my stag to protect it and make it bigger. And so the sag blew into it and it was actually so big collar it was really uncovered
that there's a lesson in this. It's good.
Yeah, really, really uncomfortable. So I said can you make it a bit smaller, so I can carry it and they said okay, but actually, actually, I mean, it was it was fun to do that something needed to stretch maybe color for me. When we journeyed into it, his his presence is all over me again. I by familiar I meant that he did every journey with me. He began every healing journey I did for every client on my lap. And then when I was deep in the journey, he'd leave and at the end of the journey before I did call back he'd returned to my lap. And if the client was there, he start on them leave and come back before then he's been part of my healing practice for as long as he was. Yeah. For you, my journey was long and complicated. And the part of it I will share here is the part referring to you because I'm not feeling that I should refer to anything regarding your daughter here. And so for you. The Sandy showed this field of rabbits that he lives in. First he explained his job which is to rebirth the souls of rabbits who basically meet rabbits and he sees rabbits in cages who die and he brings their souls in and helps them be reborn into the rabbit world through a maternal rabbit. And so as they come back into the rabbit world, they're birthed out as these little pink nubbin. Nubbins you know how rabbits when they're born are these little pink nothing little. So there were all the souls growing back up and becoming souls again. And he wanted you to know that's his main job. He's part of the team that helps with that. And then we did the work for Charlotte and then he did the work for you and he said, The gift I wish to give Kate is for her self healing. I wish to give her the herbs and the power here that will heal her. And he asked the field to gather up and it became like this crochet ball this inner what like a string ball of the herbs and the flowers have that field and that power is what we put into

And when you do this piece of it. It's very powerful. So, you've learned a big technique, you've learned a power retrieval technique and this power retrieval technique has many many applications. Remember that every shamanic technique you learn is like a measuring spoon that can measure out lots of different herbs and spices. No technique is stagnant. All techniques are recipe or the technique I show you is a cake baked from the recipe of infinite variations. The tools and tech the tools you learn are ingredients that you and your spirits weave together to create meals of healing for your clients.

So because Nisha wanted I mean, because she just did that. Do I still need to ask power animal and teacher to infuse their power into it before the animal places it or do I just let the animal do it.
You ask your power animal and teacher if they want to add value. Okay. It's always a good idea. Okay,
thank you. That's the bit that made all the difference caring because it went in and I could feel it. But then when it was blown up twice on my power animal. That was really, really powerful,
right? That's when it explodes. Michael Horner had a teaching all teachings in shamanism can apply to a variety of circumstances. His teaching is this. The spirits of of the elements are neutral. They're very powerful and they are neutral. A sorcerer can use the power of courts to kill a spirit of compassion uses the power of courts to heal when you're working with sources of power, always work with a compassionate spirit at the same time
and that's why the having your teacher augmented, clarify it in case it engage it is important
attention turns your power animals and teachers come with you because they're already there. Or at least they weren't so when I went down to Tunisia my by teacher that goes with me to the branch of my power animal were with me.

So when you were saying that you what you just said about making sure you're you're not alone. I gather that you have your teacher with you or
the key part of that teaching is not that the key part of the teaching is the sorcerer uses the neutral power to kill. How are you not a sorcerer? You're not a sorcerer because you connect with compassionate beings and you ask them to engage the power with you and for you. That's the key part of the teaching. I mean, it isn't to say you're doing something different. You need to do something different Karen but I'm really really really today has been all about understanding sorcerer, you guys don't don't don't let me fool you. I really giving you a lesson today because sorcery is going fucking crazy right now.
And why you guys have extra protection with that was that calling in? Yes. Because that felt lots of lots of stuff came in for me and people I hadn't seen before. And I think one of them from the East who was like, you know how you have these shamans who put on masks that are all scary. So he was one with a scary mask to scare off. You know, he got his he got his kit on.
He got this. Right. He got his kit on. Exactly you guys.
We are never seen that before. I've never seen that before.
Understand your teachers can teach you everything you need to know you must ask them. You must stay connected to your power animals and your teachers. You must not cowboy
stay connected to your power animals and your teachers ask them for their protection and do what they say.
So what I'm going to do is use that very first piece every time I journey at the moment because that's such a powerful so I'm going to use that piece because it's just it's eight corners instead of it's eight instead of four, isn't it? You've called in from
acorns. Be careful of the corners too that you call them in. As your teacher teaches you how to ask your teachers how to call in the corners, the in between directions. the meantime, can I use yours? Absolutely. And ask your teacher as you're doing it. What how do you want us to do this? Your teachers have immense wisdom. My teacher has immense wisdom I follow her direction. Your teachers have more direction than she has. They can teach you even more. But the in between directions are very, very, very important.
They pulled in lots of other stuff that I haven't seen before. Yeah. Thank you kind of
when I'm working with clients, the in between directions are where I see all the trauma and drama that I use the in between directions to reach back through into their trauma and drama in order to get to it to heal it. So the in between directions have to be really well protected. Really well framed, so that what is inside your circle is perfect, beautiful and ideal and the shit can't get in
and the circle itself heals any trauma that you have because we all right, we're human right. And pushes out if your client is in it pushes out their trauma it's a big deal. This calling in is a big deal.
The Qigong masters go if you're full of power, nothing can get in. There's no empty spaces for them to live in. So the more power your source power I guess just it there's no space for illness or weird thoughts are anything to get in. So it's a similar language, Carly.

Oh, good. Um, I guess and I'm feeling edgy right now. Because this is a huge time that we're in. And I have to walk my walk with absolute integrity. And I am aware that there's only one way I know how to work. And I know it works. And I know there are a lot of other ways to work that work. But I don't know what they are. And that lesson from Michael Horner has always he was of he was such a good teacher. Oh my God. Because he had studied with the shamans who did battle with one another right. He went down to Central America. Back in the day before people became enlightened and modern. Where they used to the shamans used to sit around and make poison arrows and try to kill each other. No shit Sherlock. The this is never the art of shamanism has not always been an art. of beauty, hot love in life. Right. And the lessons that he gave us about the capacity to misuse power. Were very very strong. And the solution to it is to align yourself with compassionate spirits who and to trust them and to allow them to lead and do and to augment and clarify and become to give them the role of the shaman. And our job is to be a conduit for them to do the work for the client. So he taught us how to work with crystals and elemental things. The first thing you do is merge with your teacher completely and then ask your teacher to merge with the crystal. Only then is the crystals power. Absolutely directed toward the compassionate and because it is your teacher who understands how to do that. You don't and don't pretend you do. Those were the kinds of things Michael Horner would teach us. He was very clear to remind us that we are we are despite our determination to be impeccable. Not and this is why we align with our teachers so that our work is impeccable even though we are human. And then it go off in fact one of the girls in the course see just saying he was our was our Randy old fellow. Terrible, right. But it was kind of you know, I mean, I think that there there was a lot of wisdom we got out of it.

It's very interesting and Qigong, the more power you get. The men get really doesn't happen to the women. The men get really Randy because the power, women's power is in the hearts and the load on TM. So this tension and this tension, I'm pointing to my stone, but men it focuses in the lower dantian and then they get very, very Randy and then they go beyond that when they get more enlightened. And then it disappears but they go through a stage of when they're getting more and more power in their bodies. It goes to the genitals and it's it's seen as something that will happen to every single Chirlane practitioner and she gone but this is part of the process that they they're not they're not supposed to use it inappropriately or get overcome by it.

She was at my house yesterday. And so she sat down with me and I put this course onto the books for November of this year. So on the books for my teaching for this year we have I'm going to teach spirits of the cosmos in March and concentrated form on the 15th and 18th 22nd and 25th. Two times a week, Tuesdays and Fridays, because from now through the end of September I don't have four week stretches, we're on home Neener Neener. You know, unless gas goes to $10 a gallon. My plan is to be out in the dark for two weeks out of every month. And my big plan is to be in Italy for two weeks. But I'm I'm not sure how that's gonna play out.
