Hey, hey, hey, happy Friday. Give you a few minutes to get started. I know getting audio connected. It's some sometimes takes a little bit. It is Hey, Shelly. How All right, so
hello, everybody again, welcome to the quarter for health courses for health professionals q&a Call on Friday with the coach. In the chat below, please let us know what is one thing that makes you happy this week and what fun plans you have for this weekend. Something look forward to something to be happy about. And I think that's all great. So introductions and housekeeping know some things for you. So quick reminder that the module nine Facebook ads training is absolutely optional. Because if you're not quite there yet, and you don't want to invest the money that you may not have at this moment, it's not a stress, we don't want you to stress out about it. But if this is something you want to try out, say, especially even if you're not there yet, but you kind of just wanted to do what for the sake of data, data collection, maybe any have some little money for you to kind of venture out and, you know, try it, I wish to say maybe take a peek and see if that works out for you. And but if you want to do so though, please try to do that. Go through all the videos and all the worksheets and stuff. It is started and do it before May 18. So that you have time to sum all the questions that you have with a May 19 q&a call, where we would have the Facebook ads experts coming in to answer all of your questions. Now remind you that expert is someone who has worked Facebook ads for Sylvie and definitely an expert in the field. If anything beyond the 19, our team will be having very limited knowledge as far as how it works, how the algorithm does it or if you have any questions regarding your copy your pixel. Like all that stuff, it's a little bit ahead. So we won't be able to answer those questions for you. Even if we try, okay, we can like you know, this is not the place where we can fake it till we make it kind of thing. So if you ever feel like you know, I wanted to try, I want to see how this works. Maybe for something down the line just so that you have a knowledge how to do it, definitely, by all means go for it. But know that this is very optional. This is when we say you have a little bit extra money to lose in a sense, because the first round usually doesn't always necessarily generate a lot of leads, and hence not generating a lot of income for you. But at the same time, the main thing that you could do for the first time around is data collection, you would know what ads will work, what ads won't. And you will know also from the demographic or from the information that you collected, what would work for your program? And what would not. So for data collection purposes, if you feel like this is worth your investment, please try it out. But know that if you're not quite there yet, don't worry about it. Okay. All right. So let's get started with some pre submitted questions. And, and this is the first one is from Kristin. So she asked, I have a to do list that's seven pages long, and I'm working through it. But I'm also investigating task management system to stay more organized and make better use of my time. Any advice on these something like Asana or clickup? Or maybe there's another one? Now, if you don't know anything about Sylvie, she's actually quite a nerd when it comes to productivity. And so, you know, it's funny, because I've brought this up. And, you know, and I understand that, you know, this is actually the question Kristin has submitted before we've chatted about it in the call. But I feel like this is worth everybody's attention. We're talking about the productivity question from you, Kip percent. So just digging a little deeper, I know we talked about it, but I feel like this is a great conversation that everybody could benefit from. So I wanted to bring this up again. So I brought this up. And you know, Sylvia is such a productivity nerd. We talked about it, she's like, you know, there's just Vox blasting all the voice messages. Oh, you could do tell this you could tell them that oh my god who hears this and there's that. Um, so be ready guys. So the first thing I will actually say is it's interesting because a lot of times that we have talked about this with Christina and on the call as well is that you know we work on when we are working on certain things. The first first thing that we're thinking about, of course, is this right that your cell phone and the apps and everything it helps you track it it pings at you it does this, it does that. However, really, a lot of times it is, it can be as simple as from pen and paper. Right. Another thing that I wanted to also try to do and we've also briefly talked about that as well, is that one of you, if you want to get started, I would say start with a productivity challenge. So to see where your time goes, right? So this is actually coming from this podcast called Run like blockboard clock work. Actually, I'm gonna put everything in the chat. So there are two episodes. Each episode is about 2030 minutes long, not very much. But there's also a time tracking sheet, which team Sylvie, every one of us actually went through this week, this challenge one of the weeks earlier, in April, right. And one thing, one of my main takeaway from this challenge is that, because I put things down, I'm more focused and like I might my undiagnosed ADHD doesn't have a place to be, like, you know, I don't have this, I'm going to start this over Facebook happens, oh, but this pings me, oh, my God, my cell phone is ringing. Like, you know, I don't have that, because for some reason, my brain then registered go, no, no, no, no, I put down this project I'm working on and I'm gonna stick to it. And I did. Okay. So if you feel like that, you know, you wanted to be more productive, I would highly recommend that you start with this productive challenge. And, you know, start really time tracking your time as your time goes. And these podcasts, this tube episodes would help you sort of figure it out how to fill in that sheet, and how he would really audit your time from that. Now, the next thing is, really, I would say, going back to you know, this, these apps and stuff, I would say that literally start with something free. And and you know, me and Sylvie were between our back and forth, she said something like, you know, really what matters is your routine, right? If you build a habit, if you build a routine, then he kind of rolls naturally. And so like you could say so something that she does every day and weekly is, if you haven't heard about this, she has this productivity planner, which is optional, right? It could literally be something in pen and paper that you can make out. But she would do Friday, either on Friday or Sunday, to plan out the next week. It's kind of like how we do on Monday, remember our Facebook posts, right? You have that weekly goals. And then every day, at the end of the day, she would actually put down the goals for the next day. Right, and you can start from there and just kind of roll with it kind of thing. That's a really great place to start as well. And really, she said that the number one tip that she would have for everybody is shut your notification off. Okay? Like seriously, like it don't, it doesn't have to be like all or nothing, right? We were not asking our phones will completely shut off, like, you know, during this time, because I mean, if you guys have young kids, you know, you want to make sure that you are reachable during school hours in case of school cause whatever, yatta yatta. Totally fine. But she said like, you know, maybe start with turning off shutting off three notifications. Okay. And a week later, you go back and say, Do I really miss those notifications? Because if not, yeah, we're not going to continue that. Let me see if I can take off another three notifications, right? And then or you can use the focus function on your iPhone, if you haven't been through an iPhone user, there are actually ways for you to sort of set up what pings you during your workout work, and what does not. Right. So. And Kristen, you have a live question for that.
Yeah, I just wanted to say, I remember when I first started this program, there was a call about this probably within the first week or two of the starting. So we were talking like December, January. But it was great advice. And I didn't even know my phone had this, you can go into your phone settings. And you can put yourselves like a notification. So I did it all set up. It didn't take me long at all. And I have my phone set to Send me all notifications just at two times during the day. So any when I when I have apps, like even things that you'd like to get coupons for like Kohl's or whatever, you want to be able to get those but you don't want them coming all day long. You don't have to shut them off, you can set up like a notification timeframe. And so twice a day like once at 9am. And then once it like whatever time I have it set 8pm All of them come through at once so then I can look at them. And you can set them individually. So you can even click certain ones to not come through during those times and come through anytime. Like if it's something important like my kids schools app or something like that. Then I know I'll always get that notification in a timely manner. But anything else that doesn't matter I put in those categories. He says that way, I only checked them once or twice a day. And that has really reduced the amount of times my phone like changes my attention and like takes me away from what I'm doing. But I also have turned all notifications off on my computer, because that is too distracting. And it's really hard to like single those out. So everything's turned off on my computer. And then I just have specific ones like for my phone that that can come through. So I don't know if that's helpful, but I haven't. So if you don't have an iPhone, I can't help you. But as an iPhone, yeah, there is a way to do that in the settings.
Yeah. It's usually in the notification and focus. And that works out the same way with Mac computers as well. If you go through System Preferences there, it's under notification and focus, you can set up the focus as a different thing. So you can even set up different focuses, for example, you can have personal which have everything screams at you and your free time. Or you can have CHP focus, focus, where Okay, say like, you know, my CHP work hours Friday afternoon, from three o'clock to 5pm. And this will be the time where nothing comes through. Okay, or maybe just a phone call, maybe just a text, or maybe from school, right to school. Your school has app. That's crazy. That's so advanced. But definitely, that's a great idea. Like, you know, I know, Sylvie, this computer doesn't yell at her at all. And that is also a wait a great way to prevent that. You know, when you're on a call with client, he had that. In the background, it gets kind of annoying sometimes, especially if you email things in your calendar of things and everything things and, you know, it can be disruptive for some people for sure.
Yeah, I'm on all my social media ones are off. But I found I found where you said that you go under notifications, and then you could schedule the summary and
or schedule and all that. Yeah. Or you know, I even what, I even have a Do Not Disturb setup after 10pm. So nothing yells.
Now, see, I'm a nurse practitioner, I'm on call for the hospital, sometimes 24 hours a day. So I never can really use that feature only on very rare times, can I so I had to look into other things where I could really streamline what comes through and what doesn't, because I'm always terrified. The hospital trying to call me and they can't get through and I mess up my notifications. And that's like my biggest fear. But But yeah, so I found that to be really helpful, for sure. Definitely.
Perfect. That's awesome. Yeah. And in addition to that, I think, you know, after you do all that, you know, the productivity challenge and maybe write down weekly and daily goals, I think another thing to consider is auditing your workflow or your routines, maybe once a quarter to track any habits or routines that doesn't serve you anymore. Okay. And really, it's coming down to more about building habits and routines that serves you and what you would like to do at that point in time. And also when you think about what would say $100,000 income and entrepreneur do what would their day be looking like, right? We want you to start thinking ahead. And actually from that mindset to be like, Okay, I'm setting myself up for success. Okay. That being said, I'm not saying that all apps are evil. No, and it was so funny because after Kristin and my conversation regarding this these like productivity app, I swear to God, I don't know if Instagram has a hearing device or something. They heard me like I started to see people's posted every day, like I saw two okay to Christian one like that. And now the score Ooh, Cristobal. Like that one too. And I was like, What is this? Like? Are they listen to what the heck like built in? Right Is it is it built in this frickin Instagram algorithm is scary. So some of these common ones and one of one of his is from career Contessa. They're a company that does a lot of work prep for women, specifically, and including another post that I saw. So there are several commonly recommended apps for productivity including notion Evernote freedom agenda, Pomodoro, free freedom as a two times again, Trello bear and Asana. Now really, I would suggest that you do the trite time tracking first before you get yourself knee deep into trying to figure it out in another software and get to figure it out. Yeah, and then you know, and really consider using these apps when you have a team because you know one of the things to say for example, Trello Trello is what team Sylvie is using as part of a project tracking type of device but it's not so much a poor just still be it's could be they still be had Okay, on my list. I have these things that needed to be done. I'm going to you know, send it out to my team. So that this can be done at a certain date and time. So if that is a case, I think this is a great, here's my goals. And here are some projects that needed to be done. I need to share with my team to have this done. I think that's a great place to be. But as far as your personal tracking, I don't think you'd need to be so fancy in the beginning, I think really putting down time maybe even just on your Google Calendar and set it very intentional. This is the only time I'm gonna working on this project, and I'm going to stick to it. I think that's, that's, that's a great place to start. Right? It doesn't have to be like all software fancy, for sure.
Yeah, it's great. If you have like, I am not working full time right now. So this is why I have all these times to show up. It's so great, because I'm only working part time because of my concussions. Right. And so that's why and so it's nice because I actually have this Thursday, Friday, set aside like I have Friday evening clients, but that's it. Yeah, I have afternoon clients. So for me, I actually find in the mornings, like if you find what time of day also that you work. I know it's different if you do shift work. But like figuring out that time of day that works, and then you set aside where your most productive time of day is really for sure,
for sure. And then you'll figure it out as you go. Right. Like things can shift. Right? It could be like, you know, next month for some reason, because maybe because the sun is shining like a not yet for days, or like, I don't know,
in winter, we find winter, it's winter here.
This is like the filter to we have this year, right? What the heck, yeah. So so like, you know, maybe come June, you're like, Oh, the sun is shining is great. You know, I'm more energetic in the morning, then shove all the two dues in the morning. Sure. And you know, like you as the season shift, or you might have to shift your routines and habits as well. So you audit it, maybe by season you audit and maybe also taking your work schedule into consideration, right, especially, you know, some someone like Kristen, who has a 24 hour on call thing like, I don't know exactly how much more you want us to stuck on top of that, when you're just kind of like waiting for the disaster to come up, like you know, waiting for the phone to pay, which
does make it hard Hannah, like for 24 hours, I do have downtime, but you never know when that is. So you kind of have to really be savvy and like, Okay, I think I may have an hour. Let me plug something in quick here, just in case they call me. So it is harder for me to make like schedule. So I do have to like really when I have time, like use it and use it well. So yeah,
for sure.
I find that after these calls. I'm really productive. Because you're in the MO right? No, but like, that's when I sit down right after and be like, Okay, I'm gonna stay like I started trying not to schedule anything right after if I can help it because or right before just because then you're in the mode, right?
Or, like, pumped and ready to go. Yeah, oh, it's the course this
is the course. And like, also, I have another colleague who she'll will FaceTime and work online together on this similar thing. And that's a big deal, too. That's a huge one. Yeah, having
a work partner having a countability partner really motivates. I've I've come up with like, one firm this course that we do chat with often and compare notes. Where are you at? What are you doing, and we motivate each other a lot to keep going and see what each other is doing and help each other with resources to which is awesome. But accountability partners are great. Yeah.
Huge, huge. She actually took someone else's course. And before like another end, she's like, she's like, wow, I wish I'd waited and taken yours. It looks so good on the front page. Like I'm trying to get her to take it. I did. I sent her that front initial page, right? Hey, there's
a referral bonus.
I know I saw that. So she's thinking about it. But she's already knee deep in it. But you know, still just like what I said, Oh, well I'm I'm have to narrow down my whole thing and get my course nailed before I'm before I move on. She's like, that's so smart. Because otherwise you're flailing later on like her. She changed her mind, like four times or something on what she's marketing. You know, for sure. And so even though it's a slower start, I think it's good. I worked a lot on that lately. So but yeah, having somebody who's also in business, and I've yeah, I've actually two friends who are in business. One of them has an art business. But it's same idea with the Facebook's and all that. And then you guys like I want to sit down and look at everyone's page. Yours looks great. Right, by the way, Kirsten, I looked at it. Awesome, awesome. The course.
It just kind of made that live recently. I still have a lot of work to do. But I wanted to get something up down and dirty. So I could feel like I could get started. And you don't have to have a web page to get started. That's my that's my own. I
have a web page. Yeah. But I don't have a course page. And I'm actually I was going to ask on that topic. If If we can, if I can just ask what I was wondering is, do you start when you did that and start it and put the course out there or make these phone calls or whatever? Like, are you not needing a course page to do that? No.
Oh, Sylvie doesn't teach us that you need any of that, you know, I did that, because that was just me. I've started a business before. And so I get to certain points, and I'm advertising myself for podcasts. And they're asking me Do you have a website I can put, or when you when you apply for these things, they're asking for a website. And it's just my own issue. I feel like I wanted to look more legitimate. I have by Sylvie does tell you, if you don't have a full blown web page, and it does take time and money to build, just grab a landing page, and the girls do show us how to do that. And Jill, on MailChimp. So most of us have a MailChimp, you can get MailChimp for free. And they're so free to like encouraging us to use free resources first. And MailChimp now has like a landing page option. So that's something that somebody can throw up down and dirty, and just refer people right to that landing page. So you can feel like you have something out in the web for people to look at. But it doesn't cost any money or really only very little time to like create. But my website was done because I like to chase pretty things as Hannah and I
want to Yeah, I have my own website. But what I was hoping is maybe there's a way on Wix that I can go people can go to my Oh, to Shelley website, and then they can click on post concussion recovery course. And then you can get to the whole page from there. You could
and that would be sort of some sort of what we would do it's basically backlink if you will create buttons and lead to a different page and do your own hard because it didn't need to be fancy. No nothing. Yeah,
otherwise, I got to start a whole nother website. So that's where I wasn't sure if I should start another website or like Becca was asking, you know, I don't want to use my whole name. Mine's just ot Shelly, because everyone knows me as that. And like, so I just left it as that.
Or you can definitely check in with their customer service and see what kind of capability they have. Since you're already a client. Right? Like, whatever. I'm sure what works it's actually pretty good because I know Chicago is on it. I know you can build a sales page on it. You can build a shopping cart with it, you can do about appointment scheduling with the MailChimp. Yeah, correct. Correct. And so if you actually check out, Kira has page everything is so simple. And it's just one of the templates that they have. It wasn't something like super fancy, there's a come up with a you know, 10 different pop up, you know, Windows, it doesn't have one because she now has a landing page or a lead magnet for her potential clients. Let me see if I can find that her website and share with you guys.
You've already said this. But on that note, are you doing your Facebook group and maybe Kristen, only to the people that have paid for the course,
I add to her I actually have three kinds of Facebook thing is that they do explain this to me. And this is always a question and it takes us a while to figure out. But basically you get a Facebook page for your business. And we really don't do my Yeah. And then I have two groups. One is a free group that I put any mom in well, even if you're already a mom, because my market is pregnant women, but I have any it's a mom support group. And it's for pregnant women, women trying to get pregnant women suffering from infertility and current moms and I just kind of put any mom in there. And not to discriminate against the dads but it's a moms group. And then my and then I have a second group that is where I will take anybody who pays for my course and they go in that and they get different, you know, access and that's just for people who are paying clients. And so that's that's how I set it up. That's my web page is done with Zen learns and learn is like a platform you can use to actually how's your course. So I decided to mess it up. But I only invested in the monthly fee. I didn't do the yearly fee, just in case I didn't like it and want it to change. I'm committed to paying for that all upfront. It's like 50 Some 50 bucks a month right now. And so it's pretty cheap. And so I'm doing that right now and I set up the website, but um, yeah, so it's what's for him for me for now. You know?
What's that one called? Sandler Sandler
and LDR Zettler there's a couple out driving Are
you are you driving? No, I'm there's kids in the back and you're looking and I'm really getting nervous because
Oh, my husband's driving we're gonna go
looking at the seatbelt. Because I know Okay, in candidate no one goes on their phone in a car. It's a big deal. You get like a 500 $700 ticket. Right? And then my friend is in Detroit and she's on the frickin highway FaceTiming me and I go okay, Good Time me when you're driving I was like, okay, she's not driving No way.
It's called Sandler. And then there's a couple other ones but you know they cost money Shelley and Sylvie teaches us to try to do everything without spending money. Yes.
I spent on the website, but I had a deal was half price was like $100 for the year. So I was like, okay, doing the waste. Yeah. But yeah, I know. Sorry. I'm so behind. I'm only I only started at Easter. So I'm I'm already on module three. So I'm not doing you are
so far ahead with like, you know, your go getter attitude. You could you're good. No, seriously, you're moving forward.
Oh, I have is that i Poor Kristen's frozen on my screen? Yeah,
she froze. Yeah, that's a cute
face. Anyways, the advantage I had is it? Well, as I was off, work a bit and cut my hours to part time B, I started teaching privates on Zoom and in person. So I basically created the course with testing it all out on my private clients.
Right. Right. So then which, yeah, which I think that is great. I think that is absolutely great. Because I think we sort of tapped into some of your questions that you have mentioned, just for the sake of recording, I would have mentioned that again. So your question was, I like to know what you think about this email template for requesting a testimonial from crew one, one on one plan, they have been the guinea pig for your CRO course, would it be appropriate to offer them to be in the Facebook course group for or other reward, including Navy, you know, this count for the course also. Now, going back to what Kristin was talking about, I honestly would probably suggest that these clients would be rewarded by with the free Facebook group that your potential clients have. Because it's still a place where you where you would share some tips and some contents to share your Facebook Lives like, Hey, if you're feeling sluggish today, here's one thing you can do to help your post concussion recovery. And you just go ahead and do it and maybe your Facebook Live, or maybe this is just a video that you recorded. And that's still being good, right? Because they know you, they love you. And they've trusted you. They could be like, Oh my god, I just tried this. This is so great. And other potential clients can see that and go, Oh, yeah, that's what I don't want this legit, right? This is legit,
it creates some it creates a group even though I don't have paid clients yet, I could put those clients that are already kind of been paying me one on one. Right? Then I can put them in the group. And then that starts the group and there
and that that the setting should be private, but visible for that free, great, we're talking about that
visible for them. Okay, that's the word and then they get you to give me testimonials on there for that
correct. And then if they are interested in the full course, I wouldn't go as far as half price. Yeah, because that's a lot of your work a lot of hours for you to put this together, I will say maybe the maximum is 30% off and say, you know, I want to add this language that you know what this program, the whole program is at his lowest price he will ever be right. So this 30% of on top of that will be the deal of a lifetime, I will never do this ever again. And you know, you can tell them that, you know, my friends told me I'm crazy to give you this, but I just wanted to value you as my clients. And as people who have loved and supported what I do, I want to offer this to you. And this is a limited time only offer kind of thing. If they're interested, let you know. And they get asked in chat about it over and use a sales call on that as well. So I will say that would probably be a better idea rather than, you know, full on giving them like
they give me a testimonial, then I put them in the start my private Facebook post concussion group with them in it. And then I tell them, they could have 30% off if they really want to continue with me on the on the on their.
Right. And I won't even Yeah, I'm sorry. Go ahead. Well,
I was just to say really, they're paying $120 an hour to spend one hour with me each week. And now some of them have insurance coverage. But still, that's $120 for an hour, right. So the thing is, they're gonna be paying 200 I'm talking Canadian, but still, for all the extra all the rest of it.
Yeah. Right. And there's a live support afterwards, not just the session. It's, it's so much more than that. So yes, I would say even break it down to the math right and say for those hurting clients and say, you know, right now you are with me at $220 an hour. Here's a breakdown of the math if you were to join this full program, you know, like I think that will be an even better incentive for them for to you know, to sign up for this class right for this Come on, we have all that 12 fee for I know, even at full price is a steal? Yeah. And for how much you would charge them per hour, right? I think
so. And they get a lot more. And it's not like they wouldn't need a review. They still do. And Yoga is the kind of thing. They're always asking me actually, can you record a video? Can you record a video because I forgot what we did. I need a video. And I've been careful not to hand out too many videos because I knew this was coming. So this is what I've been doing the past year is not handing out too many videos and more like doing little short. Like, okay, here film me doing this, you know, a little thing, but not too much. Because if I start handing out free classes right
then, and now also another thing that I wonder and I want your two cents about it, because I don't know anything about post concussion recovery. But looking at that template that you have the draft of that email you wanted to send number there are two things that I thought about, oh, yeah, it could be like, you know, pro tip it reading this whole thing hurts your brain. If you're on a Mac computer, highlight it all and ask me to speak to you, right? Go or, or you just simply record that as a video and say, Hey, TLDR watch this video. So that I can share the message, you know, the this message with you, without you having to read over all that text, right? It really is not your thing. Watch the video here my message for you kind of thing. That'd be done in like
that video. Is it just like a clip on your iPhone? And then you just put it on there? Attach? Yeah,
I can just do that attach? And you know, yeah. And I think that might give them the option to be like, Would you like audio visual? Like, you're just visual, right? Because I feel like, you know, if, if their brain hurts, you know, today, I don't know if they are going to read that whole thing, and really gives you.
Yeah, I could shorten it too. But I like the idea of a little personal video, most of my clients are, like, are able to at this point. So they're not acute anymore. They just have like ongoing symptoms or recurring concussions, but they're not acute, acute. So they're starting to be able to do some stuff, most of them but but still, I think some of them, some of them are like going to not be looking at their emails much so
right. But I think you know, in that video, you can even be more personal, right? Like, just to give you you can say like, you know, I'm asking you for testimonial number one. And number two, if you're interested in program, I'm going to give you maybe 30% off, so you decide,
okay, so I'm gonna add that onto that email, right, I'm going to add that right. Okay.
And then you can explain a little bit even in the video, like, you know, think about what our one on one would be. And then, right, because my program is not just a one on ones, it's not just the videos that I'm creating these sessions for you, it's also including weekly q&a calls, and there is a huge piece I want you to benefit from is the retention or for assisted sustainability, the maintenance piece of this post concussion recovery journey, right? Because right now, what we're doing is a one on one, one hour, maybe every other week, and there is not much of a maintenance that we talked about. But in this program, we're going to address that so that you can really benefit and take that with you for an ongoing improvement. And so like that video can be as personal as it gets. With the written text, if just so that they if there's one day, they're like, You know what, I can read the text today, let me read it. Or if they want to supplement that with a video they can. I think I like especially for your clientele, that might be a great place to be just to have both presented just okay, you choose what fits for you today to read?
Yeah, that's great. And then should I send them the outline of the course or just the info about what support they'll be getting?
Just the support? I wouldn't go as far as each week. I
know. They kind of know, because they've been doing it? What do you think about the questions for testimonials?
It's great. I mean, that's a great place to start. You know, these are great places to start. And these are just kind of like, if you don't know what to say here some idea.
But if you ask someone for a testimonial, they go, I don't know what to say, especially with a concussion because they're like, I don't know what to say. I can't think of anything. And so that's the reason I thought I'd write those things down. So they go to say,
Yeah, I think that's a great place to start to, especially if you're if they're like, even if they want to sometimes they go on where do I start? Like I can't really logically plan this out. Actually having these as a pointers for them will be just great. Like I think that was a great place to be okay. Yeah, so definitely
get back to me in an email and then I can cut and paste that or do does a person that for testimonial have to do it on the Google or on the web. Facebook page themselves doesn't matter legally or anything,
doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Yeah, as long as they share with you, and you have their, you know, consent to share that information with us, that's great. And or you can even create a Google form just for just to cover that too. Right. So, you know, here are some, you know, templates, right, here are some questions that I've put down. If you have any thoughts on that, feel free to, to input that. And I wouldn't make those questions. Like, mandatory, you know, like some Google Forms, you see that little esoteric, you have to answer before we move on? I wouldn't make any of those if necessary, but I was voted
yes. Suggest, right. Yeah. Right.
Right. So suggestions, and put all these in and say, you know, if you don't feel like you want to answer these don't feel don't bother. But there is another other things that you would like to mention, you can write the whole essay in there if you want it to, but at the end, and maybe add a checkbox, I agreed that Shelly can, you know, share my testimonials for her own use, and her website and her you know, social media handles and all that, and all that. And then you know, it's have them typing their full name as a signature, and then submit kind of thing. Simple.
Okay, I could do that. Yeah. Cuz
then at the end, you know, maybe, you know, give it a week or two, you can even go into Google Form and actually export all the results for your own. You know, I
don't know how to do that. I don't know how to form is this. Is this the like the ones that were receiving? From you? Is that what you? Yeah,
so there is actually a good quick tutorial on Google Forms. But here is we can walk.
Here's one thing I told you, when you put something in the chat, I'm scared to click on it. Because then I'm scared. I can't get that. So
it will be when it's posted on the website, when you pop it up, the track will still be included. So you're not losing anything.
Okay. won't lose you. Okay. So,
me. Let me pull up a random thing that I just created a while back
off, because I clicked on Szekeres page. And this is her E M. Oh, look what she did get my ICU day.
She that's her the magnet? Yeah, that's her lead magnet.
So it comes up, you can't even do make it disappear. Oh, you click and then it can disappear.
You can click on? Yeah. So for forums, it's pretty easy. You just create when you're creating a brand new one, you decide what the title is the you know, what you're asking. But what as, as a person who owns a forum, what you do is to click on the responses. Yeah, well, there's no responses now. But it wouldn't literally list out again, you can depend depending on how you want to, you can list it by participants. So by the entry, or you can just divide that by questions, right? All you have to do when you are exporting, you just click on this create spreadsheet. And it just come up come up for that, you know, generate that for you.
Where are you exactly? Oh, yeah. See
that? This little the Google Sheets, okay, I can't.
What are you in, though? Are you in Google Forms? Google doc forms,
the forms that google.com.
Okay, is it is it under my Google heading where I'm on my Gmail, and I can click and I can find all the people.
So when you are in your Gmail, what you're going to do, pardon my 30,000
tags? Yeah, that's where I go.
And then you can actually see forms is right here. Forms,
okay. So you create and then
and then you can just like create a new one, right? Like, and you decide however you want it to be. And you can, you know, share that using a link, because that's essentially what you're doing right? You just creating a new one, giving people a link so that they can fill it out. And I think for your clientele, we want to make sure that it's really short so that they can probably answer that in about two to two to three minutes timeframe. Without
suggestions at the top, and then just let them write freely at the bottom. Do you think?
Yeah, yeah. So you can enzyme, right. And so make sure that when you are when you're creating your own form, yeah, you can just input say, What was the first question? Sorry, I had it pulled up and be slow. I have way too many questions. What? Oh, yeah. What are the biggest changes
for you? And then I just put examples because in case they right, forget, like sometimes like, I don't know, right? If I leave it
to okay, and you want to make sure that this is not required, so that they don't have to fill it out. Right, but if you But let's say for example, if you want to add a question and say you want this, you know, maybe let's start with your name, I would think that's important. Yeah. And I would say this is important enough for you to require that, then I will require this. And then so you can go through this and add another one. And you can move that with these dots, you can just move it up and down, if you want to be or border that the question. Okay. And then at the end,
or questions be, should I have it? Where are they right each question and answer or and then I put the testimony together myself, or should I just put all the questions ahead and then put a big space where they can write freely,
you can offer that option, right? You can say like, if you want to share that on a Google form with me, here's the link to the Google Form guys should shouldn't take you two to three minutes to complete. Or if you would, like please join my free Facebook group, and share your testimonial with people about what you have learned through working with me and stuff. And in as a post, I would love that. I think that would be a good option too. Because then you can just snapshot that and use it. You know, somewhere else if you like, I like
the idea of putting them in my Facebook group, because then it gives me people, right, otherwise, zero, right. And you are two clients. So I want to share my stuff with them. But obviously not give them the whole course. So yeah, okay, no, but I
think you know, but I think when you are doing maybe weekly content, right, and this is something I want you to consider thinking about maybe after module four, because Module Four is when we start doing a pa s and you would start to do more Facebook Lives. And you know, providing I'm getting people like if you're stuck with this talk to me kind of thing. But in addition to that, but also maybe thinking about like, what are some quick, easy tips that I can offer without giving my program away? Right? So for example, for who is Becca, right? Because program is about a woman reclaiming their energy, and everything right? And one really big piece really can't be just drinking water. Right? Like, do you know how much water you will really need to drink in a day? Just to be sufficient? Right? So those could be a quick quick tip, like, you know, or for you, it could be something like, you know, in times of a massive headache coming up here some three things you can do right now. So it doesn't take over. Right like that. Right, this quick tip, just follow me into this. Right? Yeah. And so those are the quick tips that you can offer without getting everything else in your program away. Maybe do that once a week to stay keep everybody engaged. Yeah, as well. Not just the potential client, but also your current clients that are working on one on one with you. So everybody benefits in the sense, right? And definitely, I would say also, you know, if you know somebody, like when you're doing videos, maybe about this for your headaches. So if you know anybody who could benefit from this, please share this video with them happy to help everybody who is having a such a massive headache, this would literally help a lot kind of thing. I think that'll be great place to start. For sure.
Good. Perfect. Yeah, I'm gonna do all my videos in this little zen room. I think. I
love it. Yeah, it's this lovely little
zen vibe. And then just give a little Yeah, I'm not too worried. I used to work on TV.
So very nice. I'm
not too worried about my videos. But I just worry, you know, as a health care professional, but that was fun stuff you or you could just say whatever. And I'm just worried about the content. And I'm more worried about the marketing, you know, because I'm not used to marketing in healthcare. This is why the whole you know, we're like, oh, we don't mark it. What are we doing? That's
where, you know, by the time you hit module three, and module four, that's when your sales and marketing really kicks off. And so I wouldn't worry too much about it. You're on track to do that eventually, anyway. But really, I think right now, if we can settle the outline for your class, we are pretty solid. I wouldn't go as far as creating content is not necessarily, you know, as Kristin was talking about earlier, it is something that honestly when she Cara did that she didn't start creating until until she has her first clients.
Yeah, well, as long as I have the really good outline, then I can eat the videos I think confidently and in the meantime, I'm still practicing my yoga and I'm writing notes. This works this doesn't work. Right like you like you mentioned, you find something that works really well. So you better write it down. You know, like, Forget Hello.
I'm sorry I am I was on call until five o'clock and sure enough, there was a call that came through so I'm calling All
right. So do they get you have to go to work now?
Oh, no, luckily I'm off at five it becomes someone else's issue now, but I had to answer the nurses. They had a question about a baby. So I had to go at that moment. I'm so sorry. It sounds
like such a fun job. So are you working in a maternity ward?
Yeah, I'm a NICU nurse practitioner. I take care of babies. And luckily, I'm on call for the hospital. So I get to come and go and I'm working. So I'm not obviously in the hospital. But I have to be available when I'm on call to answer phone calls and respond to emergencies. Yeah. But yeah, I was only on call till five today, which is rare. Usually I do 24 hours. So. So in 15 minutes, it's someone else's problem. But in the meantime, they had a question for me, I had to run and grab. So I'm sorry about that.
I'm such a baby person. Like I actually want to volunteer for one of those. Well, at RBC women, children, we have volunteers that come in hold
of the cobblers I'd
love to if I had spare time, that is the one thing I would volunteer to do.
I didn't even know that's a job because Oh, my God
cuddled the babies whose moms can't be there. And babies who need extra Holden and extra love and mostly are addicted babies. And we love our travelers, our nurses get their arms back.
It makes a difference. You know, your life. Like I had a little my cousin had a baby. She dropped in with me to go to a rock concert for when he was one day. Oh, which is insane. Insane. Crazy. Definitely her newborn. And so I she ended up being Miss gone for like more than 12 hours because the bus broke down and all this. So we I actually had him in my arms for like an entire day. And to this day, he's like six, now we have a bond. Oh,
you do you do have a bond with those little ones that you spend time with? Right. So cool. Point is, did I miss anything?
Yeah, no, we were just talking about her marketing strategy and all that stuff. And so we won't worry about until module four, right? Because
marketing that worries me so much. But you know,
yeah, that that was the marketing issue is one that I struggle with, because I never did any of that before. But I'm having fun learning it to tell you the truth. But it just takes time to sit and learn it and decide your strategy. Because I tend to want to do all the strategies at once. And it's really good, my best advice just to focus on one strategy and get comfortable with that or get that somewhat automated and then add another Yeah. But in the beginning, I made the mistake of really wanting to do them all. Where I wasn't doing them all, I wasn't doing any one of them well, or learning any one of them? Well, I had to just, you know, focus on Facebook, or? Yeah,
it's hard to be consistent. Because like, once I get going on Facebook pages, then that's gonna be my focus, right? And then that plus email list like and then you add the website update, and then you add the course and then it just be overwhelming, right? You're just not Yeah, so you have
to just kind of figure out what's what's most important, or what you have the biggest audience for, I guess. And that's what I would say focus on first. So Facebook and social media is interesting, too, because you do have to continue to pose or post information. And that can be another to do list thing on your to do list. But another thing that was really good was to try to come up with maybe a couple of days of post at once and save them in a file, our there's even systems you can use that can automate them, and try to play it every day, you know, so
there was a Facebook thing called Market suite that I just found. I think it's market suite, right?
Yeah, you can plan out if you want it to and I will say like, literally jot down any ideas that you have for the future, right, maybe this doesn't fit in this week's content, but down the line, if it comes up and you go oh, yeah, there was one note that I put down. Yes, I'm gonna use that content like yeah, that will be your saving grace. If you're, you know, ideas running dry. It happens sometimes, you know, third week you're like, I got nothing. I just got nothing in this. Yeah,
so you can find it are you at a hockey rink now where
I'm taking the boys to the movies. Oh,
I thought she isn't a David Buster or something. Oh my You guys are gonna have some fun like what are you?
We're actually having fun. I'm not gonna spend a boring Friday night at home. You know, my boys want to go out for the weekend. It's Mother's Day weekend so we're doing activities
are you exactly
Oh, I live in the Hudson Valley New York. Okay, yeah, I
heard the accent so it was figured you're cool i accents weird
though. It has like a Southern next to it because I lived in Florida for many years. So my accent always gets people Yeah. Well, mine Whatever Canada, right, yeah.
Quick question for you, Kristen. How are we feeling about PA is no
better because good. And, and I and I, I totally see the value of it. And I think I just had to tweak. Um, I just have to tweak how I do it. I felt like the first way I was doing it was very salesy. And now I really come to the realization that I can do PHAs by really talking about actual experiences I have at work like I was crafting one today, Hannah, I didn't get to putting it off yet. But for example, I had a parent asked me a whole bunch of questions today. And I thought to myself, these are great questions that all new parents asked me all the time, I should really do a Facebook post and say, Are you pregnant? Here's a bunch of questions that a parent asked me that really would be great to have answered before they deliver. And oh, by the way, I do answer these questions in my course. So if you're pregnant, you know, you'll probably have my issue. Challis is like my pregnant patients don't realize how much they need me. They don't realize how much they need me until after their babies are three, I do have to use PHS and agitate them. But when I was having trouble with that, ethically, agitating
them, yeah, I've heard about that. And I was worried it's like me with the I'm sorry, email question. It's the same sort of thing. Like, I don't know if I want to, you know,
and so I was like, I don't want to agitate pregnant women, I feel like I will do that's going against my healer aspect. And so I had to find a way to inform them, and make them realize the value of what I have, rather than do it in a way that's like agitating or negative attention to what they know don't know or what they probably Yeah, that's hard because they don't know it yet. Right. more informative, more informative, rather than so yeah. So I tweaked it a little bit from Hannah and Sylvie style, but I do understand the benefit of it, because you're letting them know, you know, why they moved you?
Why they? Yeah, that's good. Maybe so
things like the interview to like, you know, we have a quite a few moms in CHP program. You know, like, if you want to rock in interview with fellow moms like things you would wish you would have known when you're going when you're going through the first pregnancy. I'm in? Yeah, that should be gold. Right. That's
good. Yeah. Interviewing people who?
Yeah, that was a great idea that you had, I have to think about who I want to do that with. And but I have a lot of people I could do that with.
What's one thing like you could interview somebody and they say, you know, what's one thing that you weren't expecting? That, you know, came apparent, like no one told me about whatever breasts.
But moms who are already moms are probably going to be my best salespeople. I already know how much they needed me. And they didn't have me and they're like, that would have been great to have. Yeah,
that would be really good. Even even live testimony where they talk in a video if they were willing to that would be great.
Right? Oh, yeah, that's on my list of things to do. I haven't gotten to find getting that done yet. But I'll add it on there.
It's a seven page right? It's on your seven page.
Yes, very long.
I know. Right? Don't get overwhelmed. I like your advice, like one thing at a time, otherwise you it can blow apart into just becoming overwhelmed. Like Becca was saying, right? Yeah.
Yeah. Well, honestly, Shelly, I'm no one to give advice. I'm just as new. I'm brand new at Tana that needs to give the advice, not me. But I will tell you my best best advice for this is mindset where you seem to have a really good mindset and really have good drive. But I'll tell you, there are days where it only takes one person to say we are courses too expensive. And next thing you know, you're like double thinking yourself and you're negative. And I'm like, You know what, you have to do a lot of positive mindset to like offset. You do the whole thing. I'm
like, Oh, I found another website called Love Your Brain. And they're teaching yoga, post recovery and what it's nonprofit, it's free. Like remember, I was saying that's the biggest kicker when somebody says, Oh, I can get that for free. And then at the same though, it's okay. Well, if you want me as your coach, then it's not free.
Because it's not you and they don't bring all the same experiences that you have. And then I'll bring your methods and your way of speech and everything is
personalized, either. goes, it's not personal. But
yeah, I see people that are doing something similar or even just birthing classes at the hospital, but they definitely don't have the same thing that I give, it's not the same. And so you have to you have to do your PA SS in a way that you're telling people it's not the same. You know, I had one that told me I took a birthing class and I didn't learn half of the stuff I learned from you. That's the kind of stuff you have to tell them you know, but yeah,
and also the fact that they can contact you is huge with their you I think classes it's once a week and there's no contact in between,
right. And the beauty of Kristen's classes like the second half happens after the the has given birth. And they can actually text her, like this one on one FaceTiming available to be like really troubleshooting when the baby's here and all that. That alone should be $2,000. You know, that life support?
Yeah, and I'm doing all my one to ones like after the baby's here, because that's my expertise. So I'm trying to catch the women when they're pregnant. Because that's when I really need to speak to them first, but then my, my help continues after the baby's there. And then it's also in the form of my one to one to my text.
Yeah, cuz I remember getting mastitis and I had no clue what it was. And I was like, Oh, my God, like, I'm sick. I'm dying. I have the flu. What's wrong? You know, and in and I didn't know, it was like, on a weekend. So
nice. You know, holy, yeah, no, absolutely.
Those types of things are, like my baby doing something weird. Um, you know, anyways, you're off to the movies, right?
I'm gonna say goodbye. Thank you. So nice to see do and I'll see you
nice to see you. Thank you so much. Have fun, you guys. And you know, do whatever you need to do to refill that cup. So you have more next week, or the following week to come. Okay. Thank you.
Thanks, Hannah.
And yeah, no problem.
I submitted my like, I missed the Sunday deadline because of family problems and computer problems. So at some point, I didn't buy my re I redid the outline and everything and sent that back. But can I send another one this week? Or is there a limit? Like not sure how many I sent?
I can, there is no limit. Everything you got and you know, if you if you are not so sure about it, remember, just put in the comment, like, Okay, I started this, I'm not sure what I'm doing or I started this and there is a third of it. I've still not completed whatever, let me comment, let us know.
I'll stick with these emails. And I'll submit the email. And then this one that I've already sent to you is was was my big question, because that's kind of
Yeah, you can you can totally slide that in. I actually saw a few things that will probably tweak as far as
I could send that as a, or did I send it as a doc,
it sent as a doc, but when he critiques
with that, yes, you could.
But I think for that particular one. You know, if you want me to do some fine tweaking, you might want to share editing power with me so so I can make recommendations through Yeah, so letter. That would be one thing I wanted you to do when you submit or maybe after you submit whatever, because then by the time I we review with next week, I will be able to go in and actually map it out. And please don't feel crazy about like, coming back colorful. That's just how it is, you know, when it comes to recommendations that was made to a document. But I think you know, a few things. But I also want you to also consider maybe recording yourself for the message as well, because they think for your particular Yeah, that will be powerful. So think about maybe drafting it, maybe based off of the message, but what else would you like to include? And then recording it. I think that will be great, because I think the goal is for your existing clients. Let's send that out next week and just kind of see a feeler Oh, I
think I need to get that one rolling. Because I have that I know it's not on the on the list of stuff. But it's kind of a unique thing that I don't want to waste. Right? Yeah.
Clients. So let's see if we can get it back to you on Wednesday. And then we Let's aim for shooting these emails out to your warm connection by end of the week next week. And then see, let's see what happens because I think those are people that will be so valuable, not only just to give you a testimonial, but also be a potential client, right? Yes, at a discounted rate is great for them. But also great for you to really fine tune what you need to be modified for these group of people. I think that'll be great. Like, this is a win win for all of you guys. So I wouldn't really take that away. And and so let's get that started. And
so I'll work on that
letter, and then the I'm sorry letter, if I stick that submit it all we got. I'll get it to you for Sunday. I better get going on it. All right.
Well, hey,
teaching yoga. I love that you have a big part teaching, you know, yoga for friends with COVID. Yeah, well,
a bunch of my friends have COVID tonight and today, this week, and I'm like, Okay, I don't want to see
you. But I will. That's nice of you yoga
class tonight. gentle yoga,
you know? Yeah, that'd be nice. So have fun, and we'll see you next week. Okay, have a great weekend too.
