My top three pieces of advice for a trainee, going through instructional coaching from the beginning is just to kind of just go with it just you know, you're gonna hear things that you might want not want to hear you think that you've done really well. And it's that there's little bits that are highlighted that maybe didn't go so well. And it's just going with it and just kind of understanding that, you know, your mentor is there to help your mentor is there to guide you and just taking on that advice. And I think that's really important, as well as taking on that advice. And moving forward. I think my next piece of ice would just always be reflected, will always go into those meetings with your own reflections as well. So when you're going to see your mentor, it is more of a collaborative discussion. You've already kind of your thought process of how the lesson went and your mentors thought process of how lessons gone. And then meeting in the middle to kind of have that discussion. I think that's really important. And my my last piece of advice is just don't take it personally. They're there to help you. They're there to support you. And, you know, I'm a perfectionist, and it was it always hurts a little bit to hear that, you know, maybe you could do this next time. You could do that next time. But yeah, just take the advice and just learn from it and reflect and I think, you know, if you do that, then you'll you'll grow and you'll improve
