Yeah, we just just got him at the end of last year, so we don't know each other very well. Slowly building our partnership and getting to know each other, and obviously this weekend is a huge step and I hope it works out.

Yeah, so I tried him in the middle of last year, and then again, I snuck up there when we were in Europe training for the WEG. Luckily for me, it was at the same time Louise fell pregnant, so it was sort of perfect timing on both ends that she was in a position where she'd sell him, and I was very, very grateful that I could ride the horse.
It's early, but what are your kind of initial impressions?
I absolutely love him, feel like he's world class in all departments. He jumps the moon, he gallops like the wind, and he moves like Totilas. Give me six to 12 months and I think the sky's the limit.
Alright, super. And how'd you feel about your test with him too?
It's good. I mean, we're still very green. We're still trying to get to know each other, and this is a huge challenge. We've done one Prelim and an Intermediate, out at Thomson, Georgia, so this is a big step.
And you just decided to go ahead and go for it and do the advanced this weekend, or what was your thought process?
Four-star. He's been trained so well by Louise, she's a master rider and brilliant trainer. I've got complete faith that there's no stone left unturned. She's had him since he was a four-year-old, and he's done a four-star short in Europe, so he's done this level once before... At the Intermediate there at Pine Top, he gave me such a wicked feeling around the cross country, I've got belief in him.
