All right, I'm going to be admitting everybody in Garrett's gonna be here in about five minutes. And he's asked me to have each of you go through all the work that you completed yesterday and really button that up. So you'll be doing a few a full review of what you worked on and making sure that you're absolutely clear on those four identified obstacles. And once he gets in, he's going to send you all into a breakout room where you'll be discussing this with your peers. So just take this time right now to really review what you did, and get super clear on that. And he'll be here shortly. And as we have more people pouring in all kinds of keep briefing that assignment.
All right. So for those of you pouring in right now, you'll want to go ahead and review the work that you did yesterday, and a full review of that to make sure that you are completely clear on really the next steps that you need to take. And as soon as Garrett gets in, be here in just a few minutes. We're all going to go into the breakout rooms to make sure that we can discuss and really lay the groundwork for what we get to do moving forward. So just do a full review of everything that you did for yesterday's assignment.
All right, everyone who is just joining, go ahead and review everything that you did yesterday for your assignment and just have a full review of that to make sure you are completely clear. And once Garrett gets into the mix, he is going to send you all into your breakout rooms to discuss everything that you identified. And from there, we'll get everything going. But if you're just joining, you can go ahead and turn on your camera and then just review the work that you did yesterday.
All right, for everybody who is just joining the call right now, you'll go ahead and review everything that you went over yesterday for the assignment and just make sure that you have complete clarity around what it is that you identified and as soon as Garrett gets in, he'll be here and one or two minutes. We're going to go into the breakout rooms to discuss with everyone what are identified obstacles are so just take your time to really review thoroughly everything you went over. And if you're just joining you can also turn on your cameras.
Mm hmm. How many thumbs up the camera? feel like you have your homework from last night is on point for you can thumbs up the camera view if as you thumbs up the camera as you beautiful? Join me join me tell you what's crazy. You wonder what's crazy. So there are 50 of you on here right now. There were 227 people who said they were going to come play. Isn't that crazy? You're not crazy? I have about 1000 people a month who joined the wake up warrior challenge. And do you know that over 250 of that 1000 don't even log into the Facebook group.
Dude human nature is hilarious. It's hilarious right? It is so easy. That's why I tell people it's easy to put money into something. People think putting money in sounds hard. Right five bucks 50 bucks 50,000 bucks. Doesn't matter. I blew up and one of my team members yesterday his name his name is Sammy Finley he's right there Sammy come back on a camera I'm not gonna camera Sammy. Where you were this was hard ever killed a camera so I can see we're saying me that it's like disappearing in a in a wall of faces. Y'all beautiful. You look great. I can't find a sandwich man. Like there is a partner in crime. So he's a second generation the first Vin les was his brother's brother worked for me for five years and then went off and launched greatness. Very go ahead kill the camera Alex clear Cameron Alejandro killer camera calculated Cameron. So yes, a Rick going key account. So, Sam yesterday you and I had a had a low collision. All right. What was what was the what was the root cause of the collision?
I would say your assumptions
perfect. And why don't I make a big deal about it between you and I? Why don't make a big deal about it. Was it the actual situation that came up yesterday? Or was it something else?
It was the trickle effect that that situation could have.
Beautiful Sammy you get to work on the backside with was worth facilitator, Sam, he deals with all managers. All our support teams has done this for like a while since he was 1921. Right now. It's been crushing with us, right? Probably one of the most articulate most powerful people that we've ever had he out produces the entire company that we outsourced, which is why we brought it all in house over last year. But Sammy, what have you noticed with people who show up but don't show up? Meaning individuals who say they're going to do some shit, you've gotten to watch this, you've got to watch guys invest 250,000 that do this? What's your observation about people who say they're all in but then they don't actually show up to play.
And obviously not gaining any momentum and the results that they're after. And they end up usually shifting blame instead of working on themselves. So they'll find an outlet to push their lack of results to
how many of you How many of you have noticed this? At some point in yourself that you didn't do what was required and then there was a there was a desire in you to blame someone else. Put in the word me. I've learned I this is a tendency in me if you read the beginning of my stacks my anger stacks it's exactly what happens right there's like this there's this this this constant piece of me that wants to fucking blame everybody. Right now here's the crazy part about results. Sammy, what have you noticed about the men here at warrior and the women here warrior who get results when it comes to the idea of accountability?
There is a obviously they're they're creating and gaining what they want in their life, but the trust factor and the honesty and genuine integrity of who they are, can be felt and seen in just small interactions. So you the intimacy between interactions is real.
very real. Right? So we've seen it we've seen the same thing. From my safety aside, I've watched this happen over and over and over again, is that individuals who have there's two characteristics of people who produce a lot and create a lot number one, they don't ever have themselves in a situation where their results are the cause of someone else. No matter what happens they will reframe what has occurred take responsibility to move forward. It doesn't mean they don't hold people accountable there's a big difference if you fuck up I'ma hold you accountable fucking up. Right But at the end of the day, it's not at the end at the buck stops with me as a business owner right across the board with anything in my world, no matter what is going on the buck stops with me. I can try to put blame outside love people trying to blame the president for the route but their lack of results. I'm sorry, the president united states is not responsible for getting you paid. And yet I watched millions people want to blame President Trump for the reason why they don't have any money. I'm like, you fucking pussies. It has zero to do with him. Biden, Obama, Clinton, Bush doesn't matter president has zero impact on your ability to go fucking make money. How many of you know this is true? type in the word true. Type One word true if you know this, and if you're not in the United States, well, guess what? it's even easier because you like the US president has zero bearing on my ability to make money. Right and I don't care what path you go down to what rabbit hole you go down about this about what you know, the economy is going to happen. China's going to take over what's going to go on here's what I will tell you creating and producing will never stop no matter what. No matter what. No matter what. There's creation and production happening in communist countries and socialist countries and in capitalist countries, right. So it your creation, and production is always happening. And the core of being able to produce and create is taking action. And when you don't take action people like to blame, like to blame other people for the reason why they did not take action. Right? Or more than anything, they try to give an excuse. How many been a situation where somebody asked a really hard question about money. And the first thing you say like I love it, I do this over and over again. And drains I'll ask people, how much money did you make? take home last year. And immediately you can tell who makes money and who doesn't. By the way, they respond pretty well make money, they will tell you enough. People that don't make money or at least don't make the kind of money they wish they were making will immediately start into what type in what they start into. They don't start into a number for damn sure. What are they starting to say? What do they start into?
The reason why they're not making what they want.
We call that what in the stack.
The story, the story.
The story is Sorry, dude. It's hilarious to watch every fucking time. Every time you confront somebody, they will start to give you backlog storyline? Well, you know. So here's what's happening. Like, you know, let me help you understand the big picture I didn't ask for a fucking story asks you for a number. There's no room in this box for your story. There's only room for your number. Now you might have a really big number. And if that's the case, then we'll make the box a little bigger. But there's definitely no room for a paragraph of fucking drama and story. So you and I constantly face this reality in our action is the fact that we've got to take responsibility for ourselves. If you take action on what you've got inside of this and you get the results. If you don't take action, you don't get results. Alright, Sam, do you have anything to add on this? Watching this happen? You've gotten to sitting in Jim position because you get to watch you get to watch inside how I operate. You watch how our teams operate, you watch how our clients operate. You get to see things from a very different vantage point what what what is your What is your overall just awareness of watching people who create big results and people don't.
Well, being being younger, I see a lot of storylines as to why they may not be getting different results. And so just being in that position of having less years under my belt basically I experience a lot of victimhood and I see it basically daily and so my experience has been there is a just a lack of self awareness on how to actually take accountability so what go ahead and ask your question again I feel like I may have went a little left field
not yet so yesterday I hadn't been fuck it not for real physically, but I blowtorch you that was first time since working for me that I have gone that hot and you on any subject correct. Okay, so coming at you that hot you had a decision you had to make a decision real time and it was first time that coming to that hot so kind of had on your heels. You weren't sure how to respond to it. What was going on in your mind? I'm coming at you that hot. Or some of the things that could have that were happening in your head?
A lot of different things.
That was one
one thing would be okay, how do I what what's the solve to this situation
perfect was another thing.
I don't want to be in this situation was another
thing. The honest thing?
Yeah. I want to dip out
What else?
There is a divine lesson from this will help across the board.
Okay, perfect. What else was there any fun here? Give me the fuck out of here. He didn't fucking listen. It's his own fucking fault. He did this to himself. And he's gone. For sure. Okay, now those are harder to admit to right so what about all the you're like what is the divine lesson in this And on the flip side of that coin was fun carrot fuck this dick he didn't even listen to me What an asshole It was his own fault I'm not here to clean his shit up what does he need grohmann diapers fuck him now Sam is like way too Zen to like actually say any of those things to me or probably any human being walk into planet even like a you know a cockroach is walking by he just loves humanity too much and everything else about it. But inside of it we got to a place where you and I we went through the collision. And then we went to what what was the next stage? What are we doing right after the fire?
Right after that we were hugging it up and what was happening? We were connecting and then we walk the block and discuss
Yeah, and what were you doing?
What was I doing?
Yeah, I was hugging you a hug Jim brought you in hell died as a team member like I do with everybody I treat like family just like into my own family. So then we'll have V What happened? What would you do next when I told you I was crying you cry releasing then what we did
then we discussed ways to ultimately find the desired outcome. So we talked through the problem that we ran into how we can avoid that type of problem coming up again. And then ultimately, the underlying the underlying components of that situation that sparked the entire issue to begin with.
Perfect then went for a little walk a block we did that we're walking around and then when we're down then I disappear for a little bit my baby what are some of the lesson I came back and then what we
did we ate some lunch and we meditated. And then what do we do? Then we met later on about different strategies, and ultimately what workload I have on my own play.
And to this morning, I created an idea stack on the first 100 days of a warrior's journey which is fucking insane which means none of this would have happened and we couldn't have got to the breakthrough if what hadn't happened to collision and if you hadn't been accountable, and I hadn't been accountable right no way gonna happen right? So could it Are there people who would acquit for sure for sure I fired a few you know the you know, their names they didn't handle it. couldn't handle grown ass men. 55 years old kids. Oh, I'm badass military. Yeah, whoo hoo. Oh, yeah. They couldn't down on this fucking eat, they quit and run out. How do I know because we watch happen. You handle the heat? How? How'd you handle the heat?
Because I had, although the situation itself wasn't ideal to be in, I had the desire to figure out where I can do better as well as ultimately, how we can continue pushing forward to get results. So my intention, once the situation occurred, my intention was let it happen and figure out what the next step is. What the next obstacle is kind of thing.
Perfect. I played my role Accountability honor to recognize that assumed you recognize you'd assumed we realized there was a lot of fuckin assumption, I then send an email to 81 people who had just chosen to the warrior shelter. And I gave them a VIP opportunity because they made took action that day and they made a $2,000 investment, the gamma said, we're going to do a special onboarding for you. The rest of the group was like another 100. So they went through normal onboarding. And that was what our focus was, and then I sent an email to, I told them what I tell them an email.
You broke down the entire situation.
Yet, did I hide anything? Nope, I told you exactly what happened. Then we had some I got really fired up about it. You want to refund emails back very angry, etc. How to handle that.
You made that a possibility. But you also just painted the picture. so clear that it was like yo, we still want you. And this definitely doesn't represent the greatest we can be. But we are ultimately doing well. We're recreating this VIP experience. And so I would, I would think about this before you decide that you do want a refund after having gone through a 42 day experience where they gain tons of insight on themselves. So you offered what he was requesting, but at the same time painted another reality for him to just reconsider.
And then I did an anger stack on him this morning. And I did a gratitude stack items one. And then I sent him both. And last night, I invited him to a mega stack on me. I said do mega stack on me. I think you might as well hold yourself. You're separated your kids with your ex wife, you frustrated, you're stressed out you're very emotional right now I understand. If you want to refund, I'll give you a refund. I don't need your $2,000. But I can guarantee you you need this program. Period. So why don't you take the night, go mega stack it deal with your emotions and thoughts. And if the voice comes back and tells you got to go, then you got to go. And I will refund it myself. Personally, I'll click the button for myself. I'll click it. I'll go live streaming to my cell phone, you can watch me click the button. I'll do it myself and refund you as that but it's not about $2,000 it's about you and what you're going to lose out on if you don't move forward. You had all this momentum and if this one hiccup is too much for you to continue, then you were not ready to take this journey on. I was like I'm not being a dick. I'm just speaking truth to your arrow telling you if this little hiccup me fucking up and not being our team's fucking up on this zoom call that was supposed to happen a certain time and it didn't happen and you had to sit there for an hour and that's enough for you to burn this entire process and all the results that you've gotten in 42 days that you paid $100 for remind you that if that's enough to put you under and make you level then you are absolutely not ready to Jake on the Warriors journey it will fucking crush you. Now his response was you know what, I can see where you're coming from that I can consider that that's amazing. I will do that tonight. I will mega stack it. I'll deal with it. I'll pray about it and then I'll probably talk to you the morning I say great pray meditate, go for a run slap yourself masturbate. I don't care do whatever you need to do get some good space and at least make decisions gonna be great for your future. Maybe the great for the future is you got to go. But I would have you considered that go maybe big great for your future is that you just need to learn how to process what just happened for you so that you can move forward. Now Sammy, do we just do I put on a show? like do I am I put like do I put on a show? Is this like do I fucking train different than I operate outside of training? Definitely not. So like there's a storyline with most trainers, most trailers full of shit. I'm just gonna tell you right now, most trainers most coaches are completely fucking full of shit. They're hypocrites and the bullshit artists. They will never put their darkness on the table. They will never acknowledge the fuck ups on the side, right? And I'm not telling you this because I'm trying to bring some hero. I'm just telling you because I don't want you to make me a hero. I'm not your fucking guru. I'm not your Prophet, I'm not your priest. I am a guide, a mentor who leads from what he lives period. So when I asked a rule to send me a stack, I do not expect him to send me a stack if I do not send him stacks too. So I stacked his ass and I told him to stack me and then I sent him mine first because he still hasn't done it so now he's going now the balls in his court and that's what's going to happen for you beyond this place and where your shelter some of you will move in a warrior shield men's only group business owners only that this right here that we're dealing with. This is Patty cake shit we're dealing with right now. This is the beginning stages of getting results. Right and this week has been intense already. How many of you think this week itself has been intense already typing? Yes. Like there's just been intense because I'll tell you how you get More face time with me. Then some of my clients right now there's been $10,000 a year. Right? Yeah is intense. And I'm not I'm not intense because I'm trying to be an asshole. Right? Tonight at four o'clock, I'll get in the car drive to Newport Beach, Newport Beach, my wife. And I'll go speak to 20 business owners entrepreneurs out there that are on a in an event with a friend of mine, not one person, this room here tonight makes less take home than a million dollars a year. Do you know what I would do with them? I'm gonna kick them on a face. That's why we do with intensity to help them see what the next level is. So it doesn't really matter where you're at. Doesn't matter how good you think you are. There's somebody better than you and that somebody better than you is a bigger version of you. Like a bigger version of you. That's the crazy part the somebody better than you. It's bigger version. You Sammy, what's the difference when you see me today, and you see me three years ago.
Everything.
Now what was three years ago,
I was cleaning up dead bodies. I was just doing hazard cleanup. I was kind of a hippie, just doing my own thing at the beach playing music. I was in a relationship. And I was living in a small town with not a lot going on.
I rewind three years before that.
I was selling narcotics using them involved in different gang violence and more.
So six years ago, version of how many of you listen to Sammy right now and think well, that guy's a drug dealer? How many of you thought that right out of your mind? He comes on? You're thinking if I've ever fuckin seen a drug dealer. That is definitely one. How many of you think this type in Yes, if that's you, if it's no tie in dough? Like if you listen him and you're like, Mm hmm. Like, there's an I mean, I you would never I don't know one person ever met Sam in Finland, but like for sure that guy was filled with violence and sold drugs. beat the shit out of people to collect money. Right? For sure. Nope. You never think it right? Why? Cuz he's gone to some dark fucking places as an addict, as a dealer as a gangster. And you're like, what? Yes. drop out of school, fucking people up, fucking himself up. So fast forward to 21. And you guys know this. He's my mentor. By the way, when it comes to my daughter who just got kicked out of private school. He's like, bro, listen, she's not really doing. Like, look at me, bro. Like, I was doing like, way worse than she's doing and look at me. I turn out good. I'm like, you gotta keep stop saying that because then it eliminates all my ability to be pissed off at my daughter, Randy, who just got kicked out of school. He's there. I know. But Dude, you know? What does she like to do? I'm like, Yeah, well, I guess if she becomes as awesome to Sam he is. I'll be fucking happy as fuck. I'll be happy as fuck Sam, you need to know that as my friend as my brother as a team member here. If my daughter becomes even close to who you become at 21 when she's 21. I could not be more fucking pumped as a father.
We're going to make that happen.
Yeah. So listen, you in front of this people and these teams and these individuals right here, I want you to I love you. I appreciate you. And I love having you on this team. And you're doing a fucking fantastic job here. So thank you, and the men have shelter and a women's shelter. And the reason why I share this all with you is because this is the man that makes sure that people stay connected inside of the shelter. The warrior shelter is your next journey beyond this place. Right? This is my indirect blatant pitch, or shelter. Very simple as a weekly call, just like this involved with the entire map the Warriors journey, what we're working on is one small component in a series of weapons that we teach inside a wake up warrior. Many of you here have already been through that process before. You've been at some level kings kit, you've been at different things you've been to warrior con, some of you've never been in anything with me until right now. But I need you to understand like this is a window and an opportunity for you between today and tomorrow. And the end of the day on Saturday was an opportunity for you to invest $2,000 in yourself for $197 a month to come participate in the most intense 12 months of your whole fucking life. Period. Like period the end like this, what we what we're offering you as you can tell, like I'm going all in with you because I don't really get fucking invested $5 what I give a fuck about is that you showed up. But you showed up. And the next opportunity for you is to take an action to continue to maintain this momentum. which explain here a little bit at the end of our time again today. All right, so here's what I want you to do in your own words. I want you to type in an old Thank you Sammy because Thank you Sammy and whatever that looks like you You What words emojis types of should have been there use a word or a series of words to show some respect and trust monitoring. My boy Sammy, for everything that he does because I can promise you right now, there's no way we would get to sit down that we do right now if Sammy was not on the team and he was not in the mix and he did not care as deeply as he does, because I have watched him spend 16 hours a day for weeks on end, sitting with his fingers blazing with fire and smoke coming off his fingers dealing with support and email tickets and live chat and connecting with inside a workplace and boxer and email and inside Zendesk and dealing with phone calls all supporting and this is an uncanny thing for 21 year old man, young man to give a fuck about a bunch of old married people and married divorced people and individuals try and get their shit together. uncanny and guess what our whole team is filled with amazing 20 somethings who give a shit doesn't make any sense. He gives it a whole lot more than I did at 21. How many of you know right now if you were in this environment, the sammies ended 21 you might have ended up different than who you are right now. Type in hell yes, veggie you dive in hell yes, that's you. I can't even imagine working for an asshole like me at 21 that would have been the most exciting, exhilarating and terrifying thing in my life. Right? Sam is handling it really well. I would have loved it out of love the Father like me yelling and screaming hooting and hollering. Who knows maybe I'd become like a completely different human being I'm sure well. So Sammy, great job. Thank you very much for being part of the intro experience for today's car. Go ahead and turn the camera off.
Right.
All right. So it's not o'clock stop for us get into a little Breakout Room time for us to have a conversation. It's time for us to talk about whatever you got clear about yesterday, right? Because we're supposed to end up before actions. You're also supposed to have these actions listed out here's my, here's my four significant, measurable items to idea. Here's the obstacle that I see in the way of each one of those ideas. Okay, those measurables. Here's the strike I'm anticipating that I could take to solve that. And again, this big idea might be something like down the road, right, I'm not going to get it right now I get it, you know, a year from now, and I get it two months from now. Then we simplified it down to some four actions, we said we're going to take four actions, because we're going to work today off of those four actions. And we're going to get ourselves into compensation. But to do that, we got to jump over into our group for shared time. So let's jump over, we're going to go for people in the group. And we're going to do 20 minutes on this share. We're going to go through you're going to be sharing your map. So you're going to share what your big idea is, again, you're going to talk about what are the four significant measurables of that idea that would let us know click click click there was done. And then you can share with your obstacles and strikes running those when you do that share each item in a complete right so you share here's what measure. Here's measurable number one, here's the obstacle. Here's a strategy. Here's manageable number two, here's the obstacle who's just driving. Okay, under that format, is that clear how you're going to do that if that's clear if you type in a word clear, so I know you're clear type and type and type in and type it in. being clear typing clear typing and clear. Okay, perfect. We're gonna see who I end up with. It's a magical adventure for me too. I don't know where I'm gonna go see him. He doesn't know where I'm gonna go. You know, you know where I'm gonna go, but I'm going to show him one of your rooms and we're going to go Alright, here we go. It is time to move into our groups. We are moving into our groups of four here in 321. And off we go.
All Rick. Rick is not a rig. This is not our first rodeo, bro. It's
not our first rodeo break. Big money marketer boot camp.
That's right, buddy. I remember I remember I remember gifts cash calm. Conan's in the mix. Oh, Nathan's in the next. Navy, you got your gym and your bedroom on the same bedroom in the same room. That's awesome. You're muted champ. Go ahead now. Do this fantastic. A fun ketamine is the best way to do it. You get right out of bed bug workout. Right there. You know the cool part about having like something like that right there. And we keep talking about putting pull up bars along the outside hallway of my office. Just because like we Airbourne guys do pull ups and do all kinds of crazy shit. So like having them available and around. Do you notice you do even more work out or is it become a towel rack?
Unfortunately, sometimes the towel rack sometimes you just drop my board shorts, but you don't do a couple dips. You know it's a guy I got a great view of the Diamond Head out there and yeah, so it is kind of fairly motivational for
me that perfect perfect. Well, dude, I hate if I have somebody around here too. We ended up doing dips all the time. My other office in San Clemente has an entire training facility in it like CrossFit style. Like powerlifting, dumbbells, everything and like Powerball is everything. So we are when we're over that office in the middle of day out of nowhere, it will just pull some kind of shenanigan everybody the whole office rolls out to the gym. We do some 15 minute water workout and they get back into the office. That's awesome. Alright, so here we go. Let's roll. We got We got Nathan, you're gonna go first since I was starting to the conversation and then we'll kind of roll back around.
Fantastic.
So start with that. What's the big idea about?
Okay, so I've started off with been that's been my biggest obstacle. I'm just basically printed out all these
perfect. We just kind
of go through them because I didn't write on them. I wanted to share these later. So are we we're just doing our and Matt.
Yeah, yeah. So take me Yeah, take me down the map and just share with the ideas again, and then let's walk directly into the four measurables. Four obstacles and four strikes.
Okay, I've been doing kind of one on each section here, but my main one has been okay. Okay, so what is the idea like to execute on beam? Or what triggered this new idea? You know, it's myself basically with my ex wife, taking my kids not letting me speak to my kids for about four and a half months, then taking them down to Ecuador, and saying she's gonna come back. So with that, in my mind, what is the story you're telling yourself about this idea? That I they're gone.
I don't know where they're coming back. But
so what is it? What is the idea? Again?
They are gone.
But What's the idea? That's the story. What's the idea?
Okay, the idea is, I guess, let me see here.
Like there's an outcome that you're hunting down for him being and it looks like we're linking it up to the kids.
Okay, so, yeah. To get Oh, just to get over that. Just get over that past, the past emotional trauma. Okay, no, and the path to get
over that story. Okay. So where would you be if we got over that story? And that'll be our idea. Is you arrived somewhere? Where is that?
I guess I get past, past that paralyzing emotion. So I get to go, you know, because basically, I used that as a, you know, it's just almost like a self defeating process. You know, once I get stuck on and that initial stumbling block, then I go, Okay, well, fuck it. I'm not going to do the other ones. Okay.
So right now, the fact that kids are not in your world, and she's taking them Ecuador, this is the paralyzing thing that's holding you back from taking action. Like you find all kinds of reasons and justification I do things. Is that what I'm hearing? You know,
I just, it's maybe that No, it's not. I just get pissed. And I don't like it. I don't like the self defeating anger. Okay. And emotional spot. I get it. I get past it seven hours later. But then, and then I I start accomplishing everything I have to do. And I'm on fire.
Okay, perfect. So you just want to do you want to close the gap in the amount of time between the trigger about your kids and your ex wife? And your action? Correct. Okay, got it. So I want you to keep thinking about that for a second and see if you can tighten that up. Okay, again, what does that look like? If we close that gap? What does that give you? Right, which is, you know, like, for example, you might have the big idea might be like, Listen, I have taken the divorce, and the separation with my family and turned it into something powerful so that I can move forward. Right like this. There's this idea that it's a powerful experience, not a paralyzing experience. So put some thoughts on it for a second. Okay, Rick, let's go give me a raise. What's your big idea?
My big idea is, you know, coming over as this former championship athlete guy, and resisting becoming a vegan for the last three years, even though watching all these documentaries, and top you know, the world's strongest World's Fastest world's everything, and me just resisting, resisting, resisting, even though on a debate, it was like hard to even come up with counter data against it. And I finally just went all in and wasn't doing like a new year's resolution or something, but was becoming a vegan. And my mom, you know, for her religious beliefs, joined the church and they really recommended that lifestyle, she did that 520 of 2019. And I just came in this year doing that. So that was my big idea was, you know, I'm the guy that people come to for finance, you know, buying instant financial freedom, so they can go pursue their life's joys and happiness and, and I don't have to give up that world. You know, that world is still available to me. This is a world that I thought I've always believed that giving someone that financial freedom helps unleash all those other things. The relationship like you said, Be a badass, give them security, more you don't like your relationship your kids got here's money now you've got time to go do this, go do that. I just thought money was the answer for everything and still still heavily believe that. watching these documentaries about you know this, the statistics about people dying early because of all these diseases linked to animal things and I just like I now believe it. I want to go be a champion in that world, just bringing, saving a flock, whether that's a few 1000 people with hundreds of 1000 people, whether it's millions of people, I'm 50 years old, and the next 50 years, if I was to be on my deathbed and having brought people to a lifestyle that I thought saved many years of their lives, save them from disease, save them from diabetes, save them for other things. I don't think there'd be too many greater things in my world. Besides, if I was able to be a witness to my my faith and give them eternal life, you know, that kind of thing is even bigger, obviously. So is those
things sometimes real quick, so is the big idea for you then to become full on vegan.
I already am full on vegan, it's the idea of being a person using my voice using my brand, using my ability to inspire people with my background in sports and being the fastest, you know, lineman in the entire country. I'm excited for that. Not just being a quiet wallflower that's doing currently but actually trying to save lives, you know, okay,
so the big idea is to become a spokesperson for the vegan lifestyle. Yeah. Okay. So that's the idea, right? Which is like, Hey, Mike, is I want to become a broadcasting vehicle for the vegan lifestyle. is a vegan lifestyle linked up to a religion you're part of now? No, no. Okay, so then this vegan lifestyle, because when most people that are vegan, it kind of becomes a religion, at least ever, when I know that I'm vegan, right?
Yeah, but it's like, I had no idea about the whole thing about the environment. I just was all about the health benefits of it and then got introduced the other side of it, which I grew up on a ranch and, you know, we raised everything. And that's why I was a superior athlete was it? I didn't have processed foods, I didn't have sugars. I didn't have the full growing around fruits, vegetables, and I was a supreme being, you know, like the other guy, the no one could compete with me in those four different state titles of different sports and national championships and gold medals was all literally based on my diet and persistence and all that kind of stuff. So anyway, yes, vegan lifestyle and wanting to save people from an impending death and doom and in the process, get myself to my most optimal health as well.
How much how much? How much weight? Are you overweight?
Right now, I'm just down 264 pounds, and I'm still 150 pounds away. Okay, I'm where I want to be.
So you're going to become the case study. And the best way you can share with the world about what's vegan lifestyle done for you, is to just document your journey. documentation. Yeah, okay, got it. So the big idea is I'm going to broadcast my vegan journey to losing 150 pounds.
Now, I just I just watched that guy on whatever show I'll think of that later. But the Zen fitness guy that just took the gal 345 pounds, and in a year lost 200 pounds and looked like her skin was tight. Like, I'm definitely gonna follow up and find out where that guy is and find out if he had that skin thing that's my, my self sabotaging fear was I'm running towards a goal, which looks worse to me than what I look like now. And was all that skin hanging off and stuff like that. So that was a self sabotaging thing, where I would get down to 327 several times, just pounds away from the two hundreds where it looked phenomenal. I played it to 96 with less than 12% body fat looks a lot different than any other, you know, 300 pound guy, and have all the attention for all the women have all this stuff happening like I, you know, always have, and we'll just start purposely gorging to go back the other way. And I was like, What are you doing? You know, and it was that fear of the skin hanging off my body and not even being happy at the end goal. You know, so why go there kind of thing. So now I'm just letting go of that, whether I have to have skin removal surgery or whatever I have to have, I'm going to be I'm choosing the life of being my 225 pound fit self post football, that I was at four years and lean mean fighting machine.
Okay. So we have a body idea with a specific weight. Plus, we have a lifestyle with veganism, and we have you broadcasting so we have these three things happen, which is you have become this poster child for the vegan lifestyle. And we can put that as like the big idea. So you keep working on that idea. And I want you to look at how that lines up with what would be the four measurable things that would happen. Like how would we know that you became the poster child for vegan lifestyle? Like what would that look like? And then we're doing the same thing down here, Nathan with you with the same idea. Okay, listen, I've learned how to transform my pain of divorce into power to produce. You're like okay, well what are the measurables inside of that? Conan, let's come to you. So you to keep thinking about that. Conan, let's talk about Conan, were you out? What's your big idea?
Well, my big idea the core that it all started off it was being because one of the big issues I have is self doubt worthiness issues and shit. fucking hate him. want them gone out of my life. So a big part of that has been helping me has been warrior. I'd like to thank you for that actually get to fuckin talk to you personally, Gary. Yeah. Welcome, appreciate it. But um, I've been I've already been posting my own content online about my experience with warrior. And I've been getting some traction and getting people to come into the challenges with this. And it's making a huge impact my life and I want to increase the momentum and the velocity here as a voice and a warrior for a representative for warrior. And this does come back to a daily thing for me, because I've already you know, I, I've done numerous worst acts at this point. And I fucking love them. And this one, actually, this training has been valuable because it's helped me get more granular. What I'm trying to do so simplified my big ideas, like I'm one of your number one affiliates, man.
Okay, perfect is great idea. I want to be the number one affiliate away cohort. Okay, dude, I love it. So that's the general idea. It's super clean. So we got some measurables. With those, I'm gonna come to you in a second think about what the measures we do, let's say a year from now. You know, it was a year from now. I mean, I have a we have a couple guys right now doing about five. And we haven't even really pushed hard with this yet. But we're about to launch into that here after the next like month, month and a half, really, with all the tools resources and assets for the affiliate program. But we have a couple of days right now doing five, seven k a month with us. Like just, just they're kind of they're kind of, they're kind of just mucking around and they're just like getting play into it. So there's, there's opportunity and a pressure and runer is gonna be your connection point on that but clean idea look at what those four are going to be what would be the four measurables Alright, let's come back down over here to Nathan Nathan Give me the idea one more time now nice and tight.
Basically close that gap take my emotional you know pain and basically eliminate it immediately. You know, so I don't stay stuck it at angry for a period of time that takes away from my my business businesses and all those obstacles that I You don't have to strategize stack and and accomplish
to move forward. Is that is the issue this storyline? Or is there something else that we can hunt down? Meaning where do you see this thing getting in the way of the most? Is it money? Is it in your body? Is it in how you just feel day to day with?
Yeah, I guess it's just it's just how I perceive it. How I how I use that as like
do you want your kids do you want your kids by you?
Yeah, of course. Yeah.
Okay. Do you want her by you know, okay, so you guys don't you don't you guys have nothing but how many children you have together?
We have I have two daughters. Okay, so
if your daughters were close by any Psalm several times every week and they had them for a couple of days would would this story end for you? Would it work with the story and for you would like the drama No, I
it would it would progress you know I'd be able to be the father I want to be we'd be surfing Okay, it'd be able to speak life into their life.
Okay, so is the big idea you being in the same facilities your children that would that end with that in this situation you're facing was like you You live close to the kids and you either live in Ecuador the kids live up here
you know, not not necessarily know right now. them being away it was just a matter of not being able not knowing where they were for four and a half months. experiencing that thought process of the absolute worst was awful. The idea of them being gone never been able to come back. Not knowing where they were, you know, go down the list of terrible things. You know, my mind is dark and it it would feel those feel those things? So it's kind of like almost stuck in that PTSD thought process. Okay,
did you talk to the girls every week?
Now? I do
okay, she facetiming you guys are connecting that way or connecting through zoom? Correct. Okay, and then you and your you and your ex wife Where are you guys at?
You know she's just mean to me but other than that it's okay, it's not we're not really involved at all. I just started I get to talk to the girls now so that's great. Okay,
so if the if the issue is this PTSD you have around the kids and what happened which I can't even imagine my kids would disappear tonight with their mother and I didn't see him for four and a half months I'd have fucking gone there to like massively in a massive way. And I would have bought a shitload of resource into making it very public and gone after like just it would have been a rough deal. So I can feel that I see that I get it. Okay, so if that occurred, but this is standing in the way of you doing something is this thing in the way view dating is a stand in the way of you producing as a standard way of you making money what is the standing in the way of
it has affected all of those? Yeah, relations. Chips I had to break up with, you know, I forgot to say that I had that I was pursuing, you know, businesses I, you know, was an insurance broker really took away a lot from me to help other individuals doing that I'm starting this real estate thing. You know, tried to get a big motivational got a bunch of stuff going on high volume, obstacles,
I can tell, I can tell. So what I'm trying to get you to as an idea is a little more practical. And what I mean by that is that you're going after this thing is happening, right, this root cause but we need to link it up to something that we can, it can be workable, right? So if it's fucking up, you making money now we can work through using the tools of warrior to be able to deal with it to make the money. But if we're just trying to sit over here and try to deal with this thing on the side, it's like it's almost impossible for us it is like trying to nail jello to the wall. So I want you to pick a specific area where you're seeing that that sourcing route issue causing the biggest chaos and I'll come back to in a second. Okay, Rick, What's the idea? Again, tighten it up.
Becoming a major leader in the vegan world, bringing people to that way of life, both for the their health and the environment.
Okay, blah,
manageable. measurables. Just
hold on measurements quick, save the idea. One more time, give me the idea one more time
becoming a leader in the vegan movement and being bringing to the forefront of people's minds educating about the stuff that I've learned, and using the tools that I found, and I don't need to be the educator, just giving them the tools that already exist that I that brought me over and
Okay, perfect pause. So big idea, give it to me again, short,
creating a following of people that that see the light about the health benefits and the environmental benefits of being a vegan eater. Now
you're talking about the consequences, talking about the thing you want, you want to be what
just be a broadcasting person inside the vegan space, I guess, plus,
just I'm going to be in broadcasting voice inside the vegan space that I'm going to be a beacon of what veganism is and how it works in people's lives. That's my big idea. Number one, if any more about that. Also, one thing I want you to look at, I want you to take a look at this because I'm remembering now from even back when you were here with big money marketer like a year or two ago. Notice that you're 50 years old and your mind wants to constantly jump back to when you thought you were a rockstar. Maggie, you referenced about 30 Your time is spent talking about you know back when I was a badass I watch this happen for people in business I watch half of their marriages back when I was at this girl back in our marriage when this back when I was a badass when I was 22 I watch military people do this like crazy back when I was fucking deployed. I'm like, dude, you're 52 now. You are 25 years away from your last combat zone. So the last time I checked your life is fucked up. So how about you stop talking about how badass you were? 23 because you're a fucked up 22 year old. So I'm gonna have you investigate not now not part of this process. I'd encourage you investigate through the stack, like be inside of it. Because that is going to be a massive anchor for you. You got to let that shit go. At the end of the day, that guy's dead. How do we know you buried him inside a 300 pounds? No, he's fucking dead. Stop talking about you can't damn dig him. He's gone. That guy's gone. You'll never be that guy again. You cannot go back. You can't be that guy again. You'll never be the super athlete again. I'm not talking shit. It's facts. You're 50 you're not gonna be that guy the fastest lineman in the country. So then we say okay, well what is the new rec look like? Let's get excited about who that fucking guy is and stop talking about dead guy. All right, we're going back to the group we'll see you guys in a second
all right all right. All right. All right. So here was the deal in our group I had an interesting experience because we were we were struggling finally getting there finally getting there as group we were struggling to get everybody just to tighten up the idea may Nope, not muted. frederico You were the only one who couldn't hear what was happening. I was testing you to see if you could hear in this game at this point that you pass the test and you fucking failed Federico. That's it everybody else can hear what was going on all this work for nothing. Just throw all your paperwork away. Yeah, of course. I was muted. That was my fault. Thanks for the shout out above. Alright, so let's do this. We got Federico and I'm gonna have coral Matthew to keep your keep your cameras on and Nick Nick de Castro. You three everybody else kill your cameras for a second. And we're gonna we're gonna do that. We're gonna play the tighten up tighten up the game game tied into the game game. So Tommy and Denise go ahead and kill her Kaylee cameras for a second for me. And let's start with Frederick. Because he was so graceful to remind me that I was muted since I was already going off and it was on a kung fu movie. So, alright, so ready to go give it to me, what is the big idea you've been working on?
The big idea is called voice. It's a nonprofit organization, or I'm taking all of my, I have a video, video production company, and I've had it for 10 years. And I want to dedicate it to helping give voice to organizations that are making a difference with our oceans with our animals, that kind of stuff.
Okay, so is there a specific so the idea is to produce a movie with this, that the boys
The idea is to go out to different organizations, it's twofold. One is to go out to different organizations that are making a difference already and give them voice you know, social media marketing, communication strategy, blah, blah, blah, yes, short documentaries, etc. But it's also creating sort of a, a pool where people can bring their ideas because I believe that we already have the solutions to all this crap that's going on.
Okay, perfect. So shorted down from now I'm gonna come back to you. I like it. I like where you going. shorten it down to me. I want in one sentence. I'm going to come back to you in a second. Cora, let's come to you. By the way, sinem signups we are free, john, everybody else, listen, I want you to sit down in one sentence, I don't want a paragraph, you can have a paragraph but I need you all to shorten it down to one sentence, it does not have to be like, it doesn't have to make it sense by itself, meaning we want the statement, but then your significant measurables will actually define what that actually means. So get it short, condense it down, chunk it down, chunk it down, chunk it down, the mind doesn't know to do a paragraphs of data. It knows what to do with statements and sentences and stories. Ideas now stack a whole bunch of those on top of each other. Yes, you have a paragraph but the mind seeing everything through these stacked layers of compounded effect of stories. Okay, so coral, big idea. Off you go.
I my big idea is I want to get to 145 pounds and 15% body fat within the next six months.
Okay, perfect. So we got the big idea. Very clear. That was very simple. One sentence. Well, you pass I'll come back to you in a second for the rest of it, Nick. Hey, Gary, What's up, bro? What do you got? Besides, you got some amazing beach life behind you look? at some ways right now. All right. What do you got?
I got I got big ideas. I've got to get my book to my editor. Okay.
So the book shipped to editor. ship to editor. Okay, got it. Very simple. Game frederico. We're gonna come back to you here in a second. You You got your sentence? You got it. Okay. Give it to me. What's the one sentence because you're there. You're there. You got it. And you're very passionate, you already very clear about I just want to shorten it.
It's give voice to organizations that are making a difference in our oceans and find solutions, innovate and create the platform to find those solutions.
Okay, perfect. All right, we're going to give voice to organizations that impact our environment. Yes, okay. Perfect. Okay, coral, come back. So you got some measurables on this. Well, how would we know that this had happened? Give us idea. One more time was the idea one more time?
145 pounds. Okay. 15% body fat. Okay, within six months,
six months. Now we kind of have three measurables right there just in the statement? Yeah, right. Okay. Is there a fourth one or the orange? Did you have some different ones?
No, but the thing that I was really committed to this week was that actually follow my nutrition and my workout plan for my nutritionist. I'm three days into doing that.
Perfect. Okay, so if we look at the four measurables significant data points would tell us that you accomplish this big idea. What's version one you have
145 pounds which is excellent. 15% body fat?
The third one?
I had it in six months was fourth one. I don't know what else to do. Powerful amazing. I don't know if that's a measurable
Okay, hard to measure feel powerful. Amazing, right? Because that can be feel that weight in the morning and not feel that weight. 815. So what what what could be the fourth piece? Think about that for a second?
Like I could run a mile?
Okay, got it. I run a mile and what do you have time?
I mean, the fact that I could actually run a mile. You know what I mean? Awesome.
I can run a mile with no pain.
Yeah, like right now. I couldn't actually physically run a mile. I'd have to walk some of it. So Okay,
perfect. good visual. I can run a mile non stop. documented by my friend on a bike with a video camera. proving it tapping it bad. She's slowing down doesn't count. Restart. miles restarting. You don't want me to come to the guy and the bike. I'll be like, Girl, are you slowing down? If you slow down anymore, we're gonna not count anything from here. I'm going to restart this clock. Get dressed moving. Alright, Nick, Nick, come down. Give me the idea one more time. And then let's look at the look of the for form significant. measurables.
Okay, so the the idea is, is get the book into the hands of my editor. Yep. The first measurable would be to finish the ending of the book because it's not quite finished. So finished. The actual ending. The second measurable is to contact her to reach out to her and make sure she He's still doing it doing this, I haven't talked to her in a while. So read actually make contact, and then and then send her though, you know, pay her and send her the book. And then the fourth measurable after that is, once it comes back is to is to finish the editing and ship it.
Okay guys, so we're looking at we kind of got some actions that are happening right out of the gate inside of measurables. Right. So I'm going to look at this robot, we know you have to finish the book. That's one measurement. That's significant, right? We've known that you've shipped final draft to the publishers, we know that's happened. We know the book was published. And we know the book was shipped. So those can sit as my four measurables. Right. Some of the things like call the girl who's my publisher, and make sure she's still publishing. Those are actions that we would take underneath the idea that we were going to send it to the publisher that could suck, you finish the book, send it to the publisher, and they're like, Hey, we're out of business. By the way, I had this happen. My books on my books on Amazon, everything that I bought the publisher, we had, like 10s of 1000s of dollars, Roz and like just Baird and they fucking went bankrupt. I was like, that's us. And my amazon books went down. It was like kind of an eyebrows like, Oh, whoops. Well, that sucks. They call it super. Martine calls me with a bad news. I was like, what's bad news? Right? Well, first of all, the good news was good news is like Well, good news is we sold 1200 copies of the book last week. I was like, as good as the bad news is publisher shut down, went bankrupt, took all the money and all of our stuff on Amazon got taken out. I'm like so meaning all these people paid us for the books and we don't have any books to center right now. No, I'm like, wow, okay. Okay, well, I guess we'll have to fix that. Sounds money. So Alright, so Nick, can you see this piece finishing book? Send to the publisher. Print the book ship the book. Can you see this? Yep. Okay. So these your significance? Now it's come back Kay frederico What do you think? What is it again and give me the significance, significant measurables
the idea again, is to give voice to a good toward organizations that are making a difference in the environment, or measurables number one is to you know, create the bylaws etc, nonprofit status, although all the legal shit. Number two is produced the first documentary, three, start a posting on social media and for create the website.
Okay, perfect. So if these these things, again, kind of move into actions, if we look at significant measurables, so we can take for example, we can take all four of those, and those could be fantastic actions that you're going to take like in the next week, and we can divide this up say, okay, we're gonna do this, we're gonna do this, we're gonna do this. If we come down to the significant measurables we're looking at something different. These are things we would check off and say they were done right. So for example, it still could be that the documentary was done. Right that we had a we had a converting sales imagery, or sales document your online to convert these individuals who we were going to represent. Right? So that was one Right. Right. So that could be a measurable there. The second piece is that you got corporate your corporation setup, that's kind of a measurable to there's some actions you can take down around that. So those two kind of sound good. What did you say the third one was again,
the other is I just need a, you know, an entity, you know, website and start posting on social media.
Okay, so we have a an established social media presence, right? And we have an established web sales funnel. These things that these things would be true, if we were helping people get the voice out, we'd have the document, you're done. We'd have a corporation setup we'd have we'd have a significant social media presence, and we'd have an online sales converting system. Yeah. Okay, perfect. Those submergible cuz we know those happened today. And the crazy part is if all those things were happening, then you're actually bringing voice to people who care about the environment. Right? Okay, perfect. Kind of same thing with Nick right was like and Nick say, Hey, man, I'm fuck. I didn't work. We didn't get the book. We didn't ship the book. were like, Well, did you finish it? Well, no. And I finished look. What do you want it? I mean, I guess I could ship it like three quarters away done. That'd be a fun fuck you very much. Wouldn't it get that book? You get to three quarters right to the book and Nick likes leaves you hanging? Then Nick says send me $10,000 I'll send you the final chapters. Do you like well, book? Was that good? All right, cool. So we got ours. Let's talk about obstacles. Let's go the first one first one first one again was Wait, what was the number? 145?
Yeah, okay, wait, I'm going to one. Okay, cool. So
we're going 145 What's the obstacle that you see coming up for that or obstacles? Were a couple of them.
Um, one of them is when I like I'll forget, like, I'll just get obsessed with work and I'll forget to eat. You want me to see one?
No, that's great. Give me another one. I was gonna forget to
when I travel, it gets really hard. Like my daughter has cheers stuff like that. It gets really challenging for me to follow whatever plan I'm on.
So I would say look, look at those two, right. These two real quick Okay, cuz these are good ones, right? Yeah, funny because my wife doesn't like the fitness space a bikini competitor and doing the things she does. Like I didn't know shit about this. Honestly, I just like worked out. That's it and I kind of eat baby What my wife eats at one point I was eating like three lean cuisines every night. So I am the furthest thing from a nutritionist. I don't usually eat bad, but I own a good until the last year. My wife going into the fitness world now I'm like all over it. And that's one of the pieces were so crazy to me was the not eating piece. Like it's the not eating piece that fucks you up? I'm like, yeah, yeah. So like the not eating big deal. So let's look at what you could do, what's one strike, because everyone we know that like, lost a significant amount of weight or gotten super fit in the past, like two years that we're connected now. Because my wife's new passion. It's been the same thing. Like they've learned how to eat. And they do it. They're obsessed with it. They obsessed with how they eat every single day. What what's what's the strength that you could take to deal with that obstacle?
So because I started this week, the there's two tracks that I took one was setting alarms on my phone, which are like going off all day, reminding me to eat. And the second was I actually asked my husband to keep me accountable. And he's like, he's kind of like you. So it's like, scary, but he's keeping me accountable. So I got my workout done at like, midnight last night, because I was literally not going to tell him that I didn't do my workout. So
okay, so perfect. So we're gonna go with a strike. One of the strikes is reminders for food. And the second piece is is accountability partner with my husband? Yeah, okay, perfect. What else could you do?
I order stuff. So like, that works. So meals are good, and I can't get off and I order it.
Okay. Do you have no prep being done for you? Are you prepping for yourself? No. Okay. So one things you may look at too, is meal prep. I don't know what your economics look like, etc. But they're like, what is a service? My wife uses it's called trifecta. Okay. I think it's called trifecta. Anyways, um, there's also there's a couple of services to you have to miss out on which one are better specifically for people losing weight and bodybuilders like you got lean cuisines and Jenny Craig and these things, right? But this is specifically down the line of what kind of athlete based I was born out of like the CrossFit world. So anyways, you may want to look at that or cook your own food. Right? Because meal prep if it's not there, even if got the reminders and even if your husband's telling you you'll still miss the food like I'm the guy that if I don't have the food in front of me, I was fucking eat m&ms.
Yeah, the other big obstacles I don't cook like at all.
Okay, so there's another great article. I don't cook and you're like well shit Do I have to become a full time cook plus run my business plus run my kids that year plus be you know, a lover and a wife plus be my own self plus, yes. A lot of shit. Do we don't? We didn't really get into the cooking game because we thought it was complicated. She might have done the same thing in it to my wife never cooked. Ever, ever, ever cooked until the last two years never good. Never. We never could I never good. We went out to eat or fucking eat lean cuisines? It was bad. Yeah. So now we got down with us a simple diet of chicken. Fish. Rice, broccoli, asparagus. Yeah, my 17 month old eats better than all of my children did for the first 10 years of their lives. She trains she eats like she's training for a fun competition. She looks like a douche. She's like a little squat master. Right. But basic is actually fairly fast. So we found it's very easy. The rice 90 seconds, like chicken three minutes. So I had a storyline that was really hard to cook. And then we realize it's that you just get used to kind of chicken, fish rice in a certain way. Now, I'm not your nutritionist, so I don't know what you're eating. But just it's pretty much that yeah. So whatever the game is, either have somebody make it for you, or you just make it for yourself for a couple days in a row because that'll be that'll be another huge piece and being able to support the issue which is eight to get the weight. Here's the obstacle, I don't eat enough and I forget to eat. Okay, well I'm gonna do well I'm going to start having meal prep done or meal prep service brought to me every week. I'm going to have set alarms on the clock one associate every day and I'm gonna have an accountability partner in my husband and have him specifically you know, motivate me his way to to get me to do my shit. Okay, core What are you experiencing just breaking down to the process like this? What What is your What is this doing for your mind?
actually complete clarity and certainty like my belief level that I can do this is gone through the roof now.
Yeah, it's crazy, because the minute that happens for and again, I know I'm just kind of going off on the fitness side, because it's a world I've been in and I'm around my son who trains all these young kids and also trains all these individuals right now losing weight. The minute that it looks simple, it's doable. Yeah, but when we make shit complex and fitness is a great place dealing with your body is a great example when it looks complex. We will fail and I want you all to consider that you oftentimes make things complex so you have a reason not to do it. And that you tell yourself a story. I don't have time to get it simple. And then you leave it complex and then you sit in the frustration loop and a lot of you it's not because you are scared of failing. It's because you are scared of letting go of the identity of who you are today if you actually took the actions you knew you could take you know you can do them like in Coral situation like who she is at 145 different woman Yes. Yes. Yeah, like radically different walk around different trees out there other than my wife like my wife's been fit prunes like her whole life but she when she got into fitness competitor Like started putting on like 10 pounds of muscle, that her confidence levels like went through, I couldn't believe it. And I've watched that same thing happen. They're friends of women who've lost weight, their confidence, like they just walk in the room and you're like, excuse me, like I didn't Whoa, hello, just magnetic sexually energized, just like on fire with themselves. And it's not even about the amount of weight. It's just a certainty that comes with, hey, I did this shit. And a lot of women and men are scared of that power. So they don't do it. Not because they don't know how to get fit. They don't do it because they're scared of Who would I be if I was a sexually powerful, intelligent human being walking around all the time. And I felt amazing about myself. And I looked at my own ass in the mirror like what like, what would that what, what what? Who would I be if that was the case? And that's a scary proposition if it hasn't been there for a while. So Okay, I got it. Cool. I'm gonna come back to here in a second. Let's go. Yeah, that's me in business. That's a good question. How many of you had that same kind of experience, but not just in the fitness world? In some other world, like in relationship? Right in relationship? Also, Martin put in the chat. He said, he said, cool. You can do it. I went down from 31% to 7% in 11 months, dude, that's a fucking shitload of drop dead Jesus. I'm like 12% body fat. That's impressive. Okay, so you guys had this Jovi's had Aaron's had a Brandon's adipogenesis had it? She just had it. I've watched people do this with money like crazy because of their internal dialogue. They are terrified that if they get money, everyone they are in relationship with will leave them and here's the crazy part, guess what most of them will. Sorry, sorry to spoiler alert you and add the last chapter Nick's book that got sent to the publishers without the final chapter, I'm gonna give it to you right now. In the end, guess what they probably will. Because the person you are that makes 10 times more than you make right now that person isn't the same person that you are right now. And the person you are right now is who's in relationship with all these people. So the person you're going to become that person is not gonna have interest and really spending time with them. And it doesn't mean that he doesn't like him or she doesn't like him. It just means you won't want to be there and instantly enough coral, the same thing happens with your body. When you start to change your body. It also changes social dynamics change what you do what you don't do. You know, Rick, Rick started being a vegan, he wants to be a spokesperson for veganism. And we were just doing his breakout. The minute he does this, it's like game over like because now his identity shifts from I was a college athlete, I'm a banker to man, I'm a spokesperson for veganism. And that immediately shifts identity. And when all of you start shifting your identity, this is where the hard part comes. And this is why you won't take action on significant shit and why you don't do what's required in your businesses to make money. And you'll spend time fussing around with logos for three days, while I'm talking to a poll on Facebook about what everybody thinks about my new logo, fucking new logo, do the shit you know you need to do and one of them is not your logo for God's sake, people don't buy based upon a logo, you're not apple. You're not gonna be Apple for a long time, and you will likely never be apple. So it's okay, I'm not being negative. And being real here, if every fucking company was Apple that we evolved, in fact, no, it's not possible that be that many companies that fucking big. So we come back in and we're like, well, who would I be if I had the money, my whole family's broke, my side of the family all broke all. Every single one of them, I buy my parents house for them this year. My all my siblings are broke. All my family's broke, they don't make money, the struggle, they're frustrated. So when I started making incredible amounts of money, my parents and family didn't know how to interact with me.
Because I was like, that's not a problem that's wrong for you. That's not a problem for me, though. We're gonna go here, if you want to go, that'd be great. If you don't want to go, that's fine. And then we get the story of the lice, arrogant. All he cares about is money. I was like, No, no, I'm willing to do what you don't do. Coral, two of my sisters are very obese, very obese. And it's interesting because when they get around me, all they want to do is talk about food and tetanus about how they're doing, but they're not doing it. They're not doing it at all. They've not look any different now than they have in the past 10 years. And yet to talk, I don't care, I don't care what the whatever they want. I'm cool with it. But they are uncomfortable in a deep way around my wife and I even though we are not telling them or judging them or saying anything to them. So I need you all to understand when you make critical decisions and moving your business and your life forward. People are going to freak out about this when Nick publishes the book and the book blows up and the world changes around him now as a published author, that identity shift will trigger the fuck out of a lot of people in your inner circle correlational enough I'm glad you have a husband is very supportive isn't cheerleading you I've watched tons of couples completely fuck each other up. When one tries to lose and the other one's not committed. Or however the game works like tries to make that commitment happen and the ones keep sabotaging the other because they feel like if coral gets lean and fit and sexy, she won't want me. So I'm going to subliminally fuck up her plans to make sure that she stays right where she is so that we can make sure that we're still good Cuz if she's sexy and confident run around and all over it. What about all the guys checking out the cheer competitions? You know, it's just gonna be a threat to me. Now, I don't know your husband from what you did.
He's not like that, but my ex has been less so. Okay,
so you get examples. So you've had an example of what that's like, hence the reason why he's the ex husband. Yeah. Okay, now I got the opposite, which is like, you gotta say, hey, I want everybody to look at you go for bed. You got it. You got this. Okay? Are you guys getting this? type this in. If you're getting this if you're in the screen, give me thumbs up, give a thumbs up again, this Nick again, this case, if you're on the chat, type in I get it typed in I get it. If you're on the chat type in I get it typed in, I get it typing I get it. dive in and type it in, type it in. Okay, so see all the good is coming in. Now the good thing about getting it is then that you you see that there's a dynamic to taking action that is radically different than what most people think that like Why don't I do what's required? Number one, it's too complex. And number two, you sabotage yourself.
geniuses do not create big results. They just are people who are committed to simplifying and then doing the simple requirements. They just simplify everything and then they do the simple requirements. It's overwhelming as fuck to write a book right, Nick? Absolutely. There are no I wrote six of them in one year. It's fucking murder. And then I recorded the audio books, which was double murder. And then we sold 1000s and 1000s of boxes of these six books. And that was fucking murder. I forgot the shipping and all the rest of it. I have at least at least 55 to 60 stacks Nick where I'm like, Fuck this. Fuck these books. Book this process. I am done with this shit. Everybody's an asshole. I'm tired of these books. Fuck everybody. Fuck the books, but God fuck air. But I'm done with this shit. I'm not doing this. Alright, release rage turn it around. Garrett is simply expressing his frustrations about where he's in at this moment, and knows that he simply has to finish chapters three through six today. Why don't we get out? What are what are the evidence about that? Well, because I finished three chapters yesterday, I just finished the chapters today. So without the stack, I also have no power to go forward the way I want to I have power to go forward. But I will go forward in the path of least resistance. Notice what I'm saying there. It's not that you guys won't take action. It's that when you are not empowered with the stack, you will take the path you'll take action All right, in all this shit, that means little to nothing. Like in the case here over, you know, we look at Federico, it'd be spending like the next three months trying to get the ideal corporate structure for tax benefit purposes. That's like jerking off to the logo. You worry about tax benefit purposes when your fucking bank rolling seven to 10 million in profit. Now we can worry about changing the corporate structure now get set up an LLC, get your ass off the ground and get going right or use one of your current companies and just run the money through it until you get to a place where it's actually sustainable. And side note, I'm not an attorney. So now I've got to put my clarification out there you should consult somebody who knows what the fuck they're talking about. Because I'm a PE teacher and you're taking advice from me. So remember, and you paid five bucks. So if you buck yourself up, it's your fault. Law. My attorneys are now happy. Okay, so breaded ego come down to what is that what is one of their one or two of the odds are obstacles go action and cover the obstacles with them.
Garrett The reality is the biggest obstacle for me is always lack of clarity. And it's all internal. Because you know if I if I start sort of stacking the, the great things that are already in place, it's it's amazing. What isn't amazing is I am my greatest obstacle. It's It's It's the lack of clarity. In terms of Okay, this is the direction I'm going in, get that shit done, be done. Next thing you know, check, check the boxes off.
Which one would add to me down first movie Corporation, social media or sales funnel?
The movie I've already you know, I'm already in conversations with people so that's already moving. The bigger part for me the legal shit I mean, that's that's just simple. That's making a couple phone calls and getting that done. The bigger part for me is the website and the communication social media. I've always been great behind the cameras, but when I have to do the thing in front of the camera, I hate it.
How many of you right now have a hard time believing that frederico hates being in front of a camera? type
of a nice way of putting it frederico you sound like a goddamn like ESPN announcer You sound like a soccer announcer you got like this headset on with like the coolest microphone you sound amazing Dude, you're I would have never ever imagined you had a problem of feeling like you could communicate with you. I would say the other one I'll be like, are you sure you're not the one that just On the camera where you do the targeting somebody else's video and so listen, you already got it to be Jay Z Yeah, he's full of shit. So okay, so this third example, here's something simple you can take with the big idea. One of the things we know is in Frederick who's got to deal with his own certainty around his voice, even though we think it's powerful he's gotta think he's powerful. And inside of that he's also got to get a social media. So what could he do very, very simple. Well, some four actions one, pick a platform Facebook, set up an account for the business or for personal to schedule a site and set up the banners and profiles three, start going live every single day for five minutes for watch the live and improve one thing and do it again tomorrow. God, what are the movie? What about the logo? Garrett? What about the logo?
I don't have we got
to get frederico down the path to just start getting communicating about it. Because here's the deal, you do not want to go shoot the movie unless you've spent about five to six months talking about this shit on social. Yeah, because otherwise you will spend 10 times 50 times more on production and end up with a piece of shit. There's why people are gone. If I just had a video crew now you suck ass on your cell phone. Don't think you're gonna get a video crew be awesome. Once the cameras all rolling you come sit in my studios, you will piss your pants and shit yourself. And you'll be like, Oh my god, I wasted all my money. I was like I told you, if you're not comfortable in your cell phone, just going public, you will not get comfortable walking into a big ass studio or having five red cameras on you. with microphones and boom mics being held over the top you will shit yourself. So get comfortable and get clear with the message. So Federico is pretty simple all your path for social pride the next month is just focusing on you getting your voice out and getting clear about what that looks like. And we kind of got four simple actions that you could take. Okay, next, I'm gonna come back down to you Next, let's go give me one one of the Give me the measurables Here we kind of went through and pick one of them though and let's look at some obstacles. finish a book let's go with that but finish books as soon as get as critical so
so the the obstacle to finishing the book is obviously myself, right. There's no other obstacle, I have no other excuse other than myself then to finish the book. Okay, so so that's the obstacle. And what had the strategic thing of doing that is, is I'm going to go back to what you said on day one with the dominoes and, and and I thought that my problem was business. But my problem through the discovery stacks and everything that we've been doing is the is the body. Right, so I got too heavy during the first wave of COVID my bodyweight got up to 220 pounds, I wasn't really happy with myself. And since then I've gone on a big weight loss thing and today I hit my goal which is 185. So just today literally on the scale, and I know I'm not going to do my big reveal before and after shoot yet because I think I still have about 15 pounds more to go before I can before I could do the no shirt shot. But it's gonna happen I'm not going to do it. But actually what's funny is that it's it's giving me my confidence back like I'm finding you know, it's the real me you know what I mean? That wasn't the real me and and and I kind of lost my mojo I guess you could say right? And and I've said to my wife you know like I'm starting to feel like that Mojo is coming back I'm feeling like it's the real me coming out again you know, like where I I had a business before and I lost it during the 2008 mortgage crisis or whatever and I've been working in a job just living paying the bills but living the mediocre life as we talked about it so this book is a is a is a step that is going to push me in a new direction and I've been I think I've been having fear around that because again, it's like putting myself out there in any form because I haven't been myself and now I started to get my confidence back with the body and now I can I can put myself out there I wouldn't I would never do a zoom chat to people like this before and talk about my personal stuff there's no there's no there's no way I would have done anything like this before so this is like a big
listen Nick, we know you're feeling good about yourself. You put yourself at the beach backdrop you're like bro everybody knows I'm sexy as shit. too sexy for my shirt I'm a slowly rip that shirt off and start showing a couple bucks Okay, cool. So we got I mean, I get this How many of you can relate to the idea that when you feel like shit about yourself, you tend to not do shit that your inner inner self knows that you want to do or desire to do whether in relation it tends to be just a relationship and money right that you won't do it because there's this outwards outward reality for you looking at yourself. You're like, man, I don't fuck it. I feel like shit about me. How could anyone else not feel like shit about me because I feel like shit about me. That's why in Fred Rico's world, the frederico thinks that he can't speak right or he's just a behind the camera guy. If he has it. It doesn't matter. We can tell him all day long. He's like a baller in the void. I know that in the first 15 seconds. He was talking. I was like, oh, fucking guy can talk like clear communicated powerful, deep tone great tonality great fluctuation very clear and how he articulates that guy should be on radio or that guy should be on video for sure I didn't even know what you're gonna talk about. Right? But if frederico doesn't believe that about themselves, then it doesn't really matter because we can tell them all day long and he'll still feel it. Same thing if Nick's looking himself in the mirror and be like, I look like shit. Fuck this. I'm not writing this book. Who am I? Why don't we take some photos and put on the book Look at me look like shit. I'm not doing that. That's literally one of my friends just published his book two months ago, same situation because when COVID hit the beginning of the year, he like did the same exact damn thing. Exactly. Anything put on 4850 pounds. I was like, I kept telling her down broke. Listen, I'm a friend. I'm trying to tell you right now. You're getting bigger. He's like, what? I was like, you're getting bigger. I was like, you know, I don't care what you look like, you're my boy. I got you. But like, you get bigger boo. And then, dude, it's like too much of a bro, you get bigger again, like, I'm just telling you. He's like, dude, stop telling me I was like, Okay, so I'm telling you. And then like a month later, Bro, I think I'm getting bigger. I was like, No shit. I've been telling this for three months, right and until three months. So he did the same thing. drop the weight, had a book called private money secrets. launched the book book produced over a half a million dollars in backing contracts for him just from this little book. And it was just like a little tiny book. He had written any book just wrote it all publish publish it himself put on Amazon. So there's huge momentum that comes from it. But we know there's some things that need to be done right now with the publishing side. Right? Or with finishing the book. So we know we got to finish the book. The weight was in the way but it's not there anymore. So what is the obstacle now?
That's there is not okay. There's
no there isn't there's not yet there is because you've been in the momentum and not finishing the book. Do you know what the book? Do you know what the ending of the book is? I do. Okay, good. You know what it is? So that's not an obstacle. Do you know how to read? Yeah, okay, good. We all know how to write here Wrote the rest of the book. So the only obstacle is you just have to schedule it. Right? Okay, good. So you haven't blocked off time. If you blocked off time? How much time would it take for you to finish the book? Ah, that was all you were doing. That was all you're doing?
Yeah. I probably I could I could do it this weekend.
Okay, guys, see only three days pull this off? Yeah, okay. You can pull it off this weekend. Two days. Two days. Okay. Is there a place that you like to write more than than other places?
Not really, just I will just my computer where I am right now.
Doesn't matter where your computer is to write? No. You starting to sound like Federico has helped me he does know how to speak. every writer in the world. I know including myself has like your pocket. Yeah, you can write everywhere. But where are you inspired to write?
Well,
I like computer. Well,
obviously it's your computer. I appreciate that's like saying where are you more comfortable going to the bathroom? In a toilet? So I get it? Why? shitting on the sidewalk? No. Shitting in a toilet. I'm much more comfortable there. So obviously going to be the computer. Where are you in a computer?
Oh, I have a computer nook in in my master bedroom that we have a like a big master bedroom and there's a computer and that's us any place
you'd like that?
Yeah, yeah.
Okay. Do you have quickies? And then you go back to writing is it zap has ever happened. You're like writing and your wife comes down to hate me over here. And you're like four feet over?
Garrett, I don't know about you. I don't know about your wife. But my wife wouldn't appreciate me revealing any form of Oh, my
wife already knows. Everything gets revealed. for about an hour, my wife sat on the keyboard and my manga nook came and sat on a keyboard to get my attention because I was finished in some shit last night working on games. Like,
I don't think my wife would appreciate your level of honesty. Let's just not go there. Okay.
So here, here's your piece. Real quick here. No, but we all we all know what's happening. On the flip side, though, you got this note can take two days to write. If you just focus What have you left and went to a hotel room you just wrote by yourself? Could you get it done? What
I actually thought of that? I actually have thought of that. Yeah, believe it or not actually, just to just to get that committed space. It'll work. Yeah, I know what I think I should do it.
I know. I know. You should do it. And then after I really thought of it, then have your wife come and come to little staycation with you like local. So you go two days and you write, you say babe, you're going to come in this night. And I'm going to go into DEF CON finish the book mode. And I'm going to work like 18 hour days, all day and then we've all and then you're going to show up in the afternoon I got special date night plan for us. And we're going to go out and it's gonna be fucking amazing. But I'm going to finish this book and then but then if we looked at that as the case right okay, well what would need to be the four actions you would take? Number one, have a conversation with who
at the have a conversation with you for
if you were going to pull this off, you're going to go leave go to a hotel, just local and just work for two days. Yeah,
I'd have that conversation with
my wife. Okay, goes we have a conversation with your wife. And then the second thing would be what is to book the hotel. The third thing will be what
is to show up is to go there with the goat with a cold laptop.
Beautiful. And then the Fourth thing you want
is to commit to finishing it
while they're beautiful and the way you do that as a motivating overnight vacation with your wife in the little staycation have her come hang out with you that night you guys go to dinner, have a good time. Hang out. cuddle only watch Netflix, because I'm sure that's all that's gonna happen. And wake up the next morning and feel good about the Netflix show that you saw. So you've got this thing, right, these four things conversation with your wife, booked hotel, finished the book in two days into the celebration. bottle wine and my wife and a great date night.
Sounds like a plan.
Yeah, well, you get the book done this week. Yeah. You have kids? Yeah. How many kids boys? How's your boys? How'd you boy?
1816 and 14?
Don't do they're good. Yeah, they're good. You're in the good zone. You're in the way I really want to hang out with you anyways, zone. Yeah, exactly. Mom and Dad are gonna go this is easy times. I'm out. All right. So this Atlas and if you don't take all those four actions, that's fine. But I'm just using this as an example. How many of you were seeing number one? How many of you watched that Nick kind of circle? circle the issue for a bit? And then we kind of first got there. How many of you saw this type in? Yes. If you saw this type in Yes, I've been Yes, I've been Yes. Visa this. Okay, good. And it's not because looks dumb. It says because this is what we do. As people when we're trying to get clear our mind start looping the reality of what it is we want. We started on the topic of finish the book. And then we ended on a cover, we ended up in a conversation about Nick losing weight. And then we got to a garbage age where Nick was still not even clear about what he needed to do next. All he was clear was he feels better about himself now than it used to. So then my job was to slam him, like push him over the edge make them uncomfortable asking about his sex life and cookies in the Nook in the master bedroom. Hey, you're the one that put your neck in the bedroom. Right? If you put your nose in the kitchen, I would probably still ask you but I wouldn't ask you, it wouldn't be as obvious to ask you. All right. So but you look at the actions. Same thing with coral sampling and frederico. We, every your ideas get so big. But you don't break them down to the practical and tangible. Because it seems too simple. And when it seems simple, you think it can't possibly be that. That's too simple. And because it feels simple, you're like, Oh, it's too simple. So that couldn't possibly be it, it has to feel harder. It got it has to feel more overwhelming than just these four things that I start with tomorrow. That seems too simple. So one of the tools we use inside of warrior is the door app, and the door app is about taking four significant productive actions every single day. Be like, well, I gotta do a lot of things. I was like, No, no, no, you have four significant actions to take today. That's it. You might do a lot of other shifts. That's all frosting. There are four core moves that need to be made today that will move you forward. And they're not big. They're just significant. They're simple, and they're significant. They're not big, they're simple, and they're significant. And we do it and that's exactly what don't try to Rico and it's exactly we don't think it's not complicated. I have a conversation. We were just talking about prism using IBM code lab. conversate. I can tell Nick's not gonna have a problem. having that conversation. You just talk with white corals ready to go Shea. Okay, good. This is simple, right? What do you do? Well, I set the alarms on my phone. That's pretty simple to do that, right? I'm gonna have a conversation, my husband about what that accountability might look like. Okay, good. I'm gonna do that. That'll work. All right, I got to look into some meal prep, sigil solution, see if there's somebody I could have, you know, can I afford to have food delivered? So I can do that today? That seems pretty easy. And the last piece is that I actually have to eat. So I'm just gonna follow my meal plan. And I'm going to actually check it off and get perfect today. boys like that feels too simple. 145 should feel so much harder. No, because when you do that every single day for six months, guess what happens? coral. You hit 145. Whoa. So in baseball, the most exciting thing is watch people hit homeruns. Right? You're like, Oh my god, homerun Derby. What you've never seen them have in the Major League Baseball ever is a single Derby. Hey, guys, we'd like to welcome you to the singles Derby. They're not filling stadiums up for the singles Derby. Nobody's excited about it. yet. Some of the highest paid players in baseball are people who get on base and they are individuals who hit singles and doubles. So when you get to a place where you stop trying to swing for the fences, a lot of you're trying to swing for the fence because you put yourself in a pit which means you're trying to play catch up You're like a football team in the fourth quarter that's down by 36 points and you are just throwing fucking Hail Marys. You're just like, Ah, fuck it. I got nothing to lose. Going to find yourself constantly constantly behind the curve ball behind a ball not getting what you want. So single single single.
I've been doing this whole time trying to hit homeruns and it doesn't work. Doesn't
Thank you so much. You got it and coral. It's not here's the thing. It's funny when you wake up in the It's not exciting to look at what the simple plan is you're like, Well, I'm not really excited about the simple plan. That doesn't seem really terrifying. But what's terrifying is doing it today and then doing it When? Tomorrow and then doing it the next day, and then doing it the next day. Yeah, and frederico is like I could do a live stream video right now. And I'm like, good. Talk to me when you got 65 of them done. You're like, what? Yeah, when you've been able to do them 65 days in a row, let me know. So I got into billiards recently in the last like a month and a half of my friends. And my billiards coach. Yeah, no hard coach for everything. My billiards coach said he has we do these three balls on my table at my office. He said, when you can put all three of those balls in and three shots in 10 times in a row 10 racks in a row, then we'll move forward. Until then, you're going to work on that. Well, that's fine. I want to be able to get a four. I can't get past four and kids keep getting stuck. And he's like, what, what should I do? He said, keep playing. Like, what is that keep playing every day? If you play every day, you're gonna get better. like fuck, of course, of course and play every day. I'm gonna be better. If I ride every day, guess what? I can write six books in a year. Variety every day, Nick. Right. Or I can just complete my book and get it done in the weekend. Okay, You three are amazing. Great job. All three of you killed cameras.
Thank you, girl.
You got it. Great work. Okay, all of you how much you got a coral. NET? Great job. Nick. I expect to hear about that. That staycation i think is gonna be fantastic. Nick, go ahead. Kill the camera. All right. So where does that where does that put you as an individual and we're going to do a little breakout right now a little short one and we're going to share with each other where this is putting you and then I'm gonna give you your assignment. I'm gonna talk a little bit about where you're sheltering where you don't forget. So we're gonna go though and I want you to just to share where you're at based upon what's what we discussed today. How many of you had just today watching this over the past hour? had a significant shift in simplicity meaning just the way this tool works? type in me if that was you type in me if that was you, type in me type in me type in me. Okay, good. Look at all roll down. Look at all roll down. Look at all the means roll in. My target this week was to teach you the weapon. Now listen, I realized that I could have done this entire week differently with only one intention, which was to have all of you join me in warrior shelter. Write that code up. But what I was more interested in this week was interested in seeing you experience not the action. But learning how to build the action ATM. The action ATM is worth millions is like the old parable. You know, the golden goose, you killed the goose. Unless you're rich because you're vegan then you don't kill the goose. But if you kill the goose, you get no more golden eggs. And that's how most people take action. They take action without a model for duplication of the action. Which means they think is luck. Well, I woke up it was Starbucks. That's what it was. I was fucking pumped or had sex last night. And now I'm pumped. So now I'm ready to go or have good waves or my kids are great, or I got a good night's sleep. But today I didn't get a good night's sleep. So that by default means I won't be able to do what's required it. Nope. Fuck all that worries ways about putting yourself in a power show that you can actually see. And then once you see be able to simplify what you're seeing from all this abundance You see, and simplified down to boring, simple actions. You're going to fall in love with the boring simple actions of life. Why? Because when you do big ask results show up in your life and people look at you and think that you won the lottery that like did you win the lottery? Did you hit a home run? Now? What did you do? Um, I did these five things, and I did them every day. What else did you do? Nothing. That's what I did. Well, how long do you do that for a long time? Well, what should I do? Same thing. Yeah, but how to what's the hack? COACH? Coach, what's the hack? My daughter has her fourth swimming lesson today. 10 to 30 minutes. We've had major improvements yesterday. She rolls over from her back onto the belly and kicks kick kicks to me and then I send her back to coach doing the same thing. Right? It's not impressive. We're we have scheduled on the books, five months of lessons. 15 minutes, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday weekends on by months of lessons. That's 100 lessons. So when people get to enter like, well, how did your daughter Learn to swim so well? Well 100 Less than 15 minutes at a time. When did you see her improved every single time. But if you look at the video at the beginning, and then you look at the video at 100, and I'm throwing her in the pool with all our clothes on with her hat on or boots on, you're watching her float to her back and then kick kick kick to the side and handle herself just fine. Well, guess what? Don't be surprised that was 115 minutes sessions that put that habit and that skill into my child's life. You're not going to take one big weekend and win the Super Bowl. In Nick's case, he could write the book in the weekend. But that's because you're done a bunch of the work you're getting where I'm thrown down with this, type in a word, I get it, type in, I get it type in I get it type in I get it. And then you're gonna all get a chance to share this inside of a group. So we're going to go groups in two to three groups of two to three eggs and be a fast share. It's only been 10 minutes, maybe 10 minutes in this and everybody's getting a chance to share inside of the group. So Sam and make it happen. Make it happen. Send us into groups send us into groups three to one off we go into groups we go. And I'll see you in the group that I'm in.
I forgot to tell everyone to turn their cameras on. Oh, speaking of the lottery coenen got in twice in one day. feeling lucky. God for you and your RV, bro. You made it on your side champ. Yes. Do you live in your RV? No, no, this
is a friend's RV. We're on a road trip a guy's trip to mammoth.
Ah, bro. Fantastic. How's it going? Fantastic. How's the summer? party? How's the snow right now?
I don't know where I'm in Temecula right now we're friends. We're heading up.
Oh, you're heading up right now. Okay, got it. Well, dude, listen, if you lived in an RV I think that's pretty fun. Cool to our couple friends who live in RVs and they're decked out like crazy and they love it. They just like go around with a wife and a couple other kids so and they serve everywhere. Alright, so give it to me. God What are you getting from this process today?
Oh brother. I'm sorry. I had a doctor's call that was at 1015 as well I'm here I'm almost want to say like to pass the Conan on this just because I'm so off. No worries. I mean, I know that I just I need to play. I need to get better.
Okay, I got it. Well, Conan's gone has been in the same place and Colin's awesome figured out how to play and once you forgot to play it's like it's like game over. Listen Dude, I'm I
don't know where to start brother.
I'll tell you where to start get Jasmine free shelter with me. I'd love to see it in your eyes. Listen, you didn't show up in this little tribe pack on accident and you know you got a doctor's appointment in like two minutes to jump on the phone so I don't want you to miss out on
that I don't care that'll happen another time.
Okay, so listen, I you're you're in this little conversation right now away from everybody else on purpose you got led into this conversation so you're going to have a good weekend the boys a man with that's awesome but there's some other shit on your heart and on your shoulders and on your head too. It's like carrying it
this is all this is all everybody else's life I have great friends but me brother I've been I was living out of my car for two years so just getting back into a place in October so I don't know which way to go and I just go all over the place I don't know if it's digital marketing it's a process management like mortgages investors paradigm you probably need to know I worked with Yeah, you did. I did. I attempted it and it was like around oh seven oh, wait, and work with Ben and
Oh. Well, that sucks. Man Here we are. Dude. say Oh brother. I
have you been Mama. Yeah.
Well, listen, wait, we're gonna I'm gonna keep connected with you on this Kony. speak to what you're getting so far from the process this way because you know what it's like to be in a situation to where you're mentally in flux. You've been like grinding for like seven eight months now with us like just relentless in the work of the Warriors way to get yourself clear and powerful. What what are you taking from this week though so far and it just this entire idea that because really wouldn't work on us idea stacks on horseback.
Think I'm taking permit is I need to simplify the fuck out of things because I have a really bad habit of increasing complexity. I'm a retired weapon systems designer man. complexity is the name of the fucking game. It's like Alright, let's build all this shit in here so we can kill as many people as possible. I don't do that shit anymore. I'm retired. I'm trying to redefine myself trying to find my fucking place. In this world again, because I blew it all up, literally. And just getting things down to where I actually have a purpose and simplified things down to get my message tight. And I'm working with clickfunnels right now because I'm going to set up my own blog and I'm going to start driving things into the value ladder. So we can get more people in here so they can start having the lives they fucking want to have. Instead of being in the fucking flail and not understanding what the fuck they're doing. Just the way that I feel, and I'm going to go get to work on this today I'm going to go start working on a message this morning. Actually the just an aside from the fireside chat, I finally got through all the meditation and this morning's mega stack, dark warrior and the light warrior man you want to talk about fucking intense experience this morning. I just
crazy isn't crazy when you enter when you enter into a mega stack with that frame of dark warrior and you give him that aspect you permission to blow fire and then you come in with your light warrior and you flip it completely on its head and you let your live warrior blow fire then your Creator steps in as master of these two areas of view and allows you to see the path Did you watch this happen today?
I did. Yeah,
I did. And I've been experienced it watching the conversation going it's like okay, everybody who wants to fight Okay, now we get to draw this in and get a centralized focus, simplify the tasks, get a plan, drop it in my door app and go fucking execute.
And you look at it as like the creator and you and the creator and God the Creator me like the creator in us wants to create but if we're missing either side, if we're missing the primal darkness if we're missing the intense primal light if we're missing either one of these two pieces we can't create it's the connection to those to the gift site. The only way I can see is if I've owned those two pieces. That means that I got to own the reality of living in my car right I got to own that reality dude my wife my one of my right hand guys for the past up until a year and a half two years ago with Jeremy Finland Jeremy Finland came to me was homeless living in a car. T dude It was a fucking circus literally he showed up drove to San Diego to work for me shows up in his car sleeps in a parking lot like him living in the house for like nine months like he basically my son, slash team members slash like, mentor no bullshit just in who he was a human being in the beginning of warrior,
but like I was always wishing I was
dead. He fucking crush it right now just moved into a he just moved into like a 9000 square foot house here in Laguna Niguel. like fucking dude waiting lists. There's several million dollars in his own business this year already in 2021. We're just like fucking a month in. So this like the storyline from the back of this though, is nobody who sees a sacrifice on that side corner. That's the piece you're in right now. God that's a piece you're in right now. Like you're in a decision you're gonna go out find the problem that I have. This was it during my pocket my Dark Pit times. I was spending so much time going in and distracting myself that I was not settling myself down, got to do what I knew I needed to do. And in that moment, one of these I needed to do was get a job. That's like when I was when I worked for my friend. I work for four different people. I work for Garrett Gunderson in 2008 to work for Kris Krohn in 2009. In 2010, I work for Brett harward and 2011 I relaunched another company called played pay to play Academy with three business partners. But for three straight years, bro right after investors paradigm like I went back to go to VA loans I couldn't do it. I wonder Eric Kandel who I originally started in loans with up and up and Oram I went to their office to do VA loans. I can even do it. I just couldn't do it. I was like, I can't plug into this I'm coaching people over the phone because we've done so much vested paradigm and so much to teaching people and educated people and I was like how the fuck that and appear. It's horrible. Right? Then 2009 things got darker cheat on my wife. We left the Mormon Church, a bunch of crazy shit just went down all at once for me. And in that place, I was just stripped to nothing. And that's when I was willing to listen. Go down through a lot of similar shit gone through divorces all kinds of different problems like Dude, you're sitting into some place to like have anything here being in this space like one of these I encourage you to do you guys are going snowboarding this weekend. Yeah. Yeah, that dude, when you're up there, get yourself away from everybody for a period of time. When you're not drinking or you're not, you're not Hi, go go be like by yourself in the snow. go off into the trees and lay down on the back. Just lay down and snow. Put your board up, lay back and just let you know exactly what I'm talking about. Number two, just like lay back, go back into trees backwards. Drop yourself off a little Cliff somewhere off and just like sit there. Be quiet. And just listen. When I was going through my struggle times like you were out I would snowshoe right up little cottonwood Canyon and I would go up and snowshoe for and I bought these cornucopias like the carnac Cronus is up top of the mountains and I would like run down these mountain faces by myself. I would just talk I would talk to these beings around me all the time. Dark beings Light Beings people inside of me voice inside of me. I didn't understand any of that. I was like, I don't know why I'm here. Just consider like us right here is like a little three pack. This didn't happen on accident either.
I wrote it down that I was gonna speak to you today. Two days ago,
and look up a few hours later you created it. I can't create this dude. I don't control fuckin zoom.
And I know that that and I know that about me. I know I have this power. I mean, I've done it a zillion times over. And well, they did it again.
That's all right. Well, what you do from here is that is going to be what determines everything. So I'm gonna say right now, dude, I know you're in a struggling situation. You get your ass in a worse shelter.
My clothes are like this to the ground.
Then this is like oh seven. Yeah, this needs to be you need to get yourself in a environment with a bunch of men like Connor and other people in the side of the game and just follow the path. You turn the ship around with you will turn the ship around real fast.
I have, you know, a few $1,000 in credit cards. I have space available. But other than that you have cash but I'll do whatever, dude. Do it.
Do it. Do it. And Conan. Number one affiliate bro.
Hey, man, I'm gonna make you fucking happen.
I love it. Okay, back to my room go. Oh, back in the mix. Back in the mix. PJ is he winning the most colorful wars she's constantly in a different colored shirt. Every call we've had I like that. I'm boring as was a black shirt every day. With one of the reasons why I started getting close. My wife started to get custom clothing because because I literally will wear wear your shit every day, seven days a week all day long. I just wear t shirts, polos, same black pants, pure like God, you wear the same color and I was like I do. I was like, but if you look at my closet have like 20 pairs of same pants, twin pairs, the same shirts 20. Same t shirts, 20. Same polos, same socks, same underwear, men shoes, same shoes, all of them. So simplify, simplify, simplify. Alright, how many of you out there sharing right now are starting to see the power of this entire tool that we call the idea stag wars tag, give me a fist to the camera if you're seeing it. Okay, beautiful. How many of you right now inside of this also can see that if you are a liar, meaning if you don't live by the code with yourself, if you lie to yourself, that it is impossible for you to actually get clear on what you should execute on. Give me thumbs up if you can see this. So the foundation of this entire game begins with you being willing to be honest with yourself. If you're not honest with yourself, it doesn't matter, nothing will change. Nothing can change. According to your cameras, I'm going to share one last thing with you guys, we kind of wrap up here in our segments and give you an assignment. And tomorrow is going to be kind of our Get, get everything collapse into one place. And have a solid in our actions and solid in our directions and solidarity desire. So what I want you to trust is is I want you to look at this for for one simple, one simple thing I want you to consider for you that you were not here in this process with me on accident. And that you're not here live on accident that you're here inside of this process with me for two particular possibilities. One was to come here, find a tool and bounce to your next step.
And that next step is not here, that next step is somewhere else. I'm absolutely aware of this. Some of these, if I go back to my world in the very beginning of 2009 was a just a crazy year for me. That year, I picked up two books, a book called crush it cashing in and your passions by Gary Vaynerchuk. And I also picked up a book called tribes by Seth Godin. And those two books became like my religion. They were like I studied I obsessed about these books and the concepts. I've never hired Seth Godin, personally, I've never hired Gary Vaynerchuk. Personally, I've been to some events where they speak at etc. The timing of when that happened. It just wasn't there. But I still would love to make that happen. I know I couldn't make that. I mean, I could have made that happen two years ago, but it wasn't part of the game. But those two because of their commitment to serve me and in that case, it was books bounced my life. If I go back to being a PE teacher and a football coach in early 2000. The book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, he bounced me. Right I read that book, I left the PII industry, I left the teaching industry. I entered into mortgages and I became a mortgage broker. And I went down this path of just like changing myself and changing the way that I Saad, I become obsessed with the idea of change. But a lot of people in my world that have had some of the greatest impact on me were individuals that I never personally spent time with. They were individuals where I was inexperienced possibly like this, I didn't get anything cool like this, right? particularly how helpful that would have been at times when I was fucking desperate financially, to be able to have an opportunity to be in something like this. And that's why I do them is because I know there are individuals that you'll bounce back, right, because you'll come here you get some tools, and then you'll bounce your next step, which may not be moving forward with me here. Wake up, warrior. But it'll bounce you to your next step. Just like Gary Vee bounced me to my next step. There are at least 1215 people I know that invested 25 to 50,000 with Gary Vee, who came directly as route reference referrals for me saying, dude, he runs this thing, it would be a good fit for you, I don't train on that. But here you go. The karma the universe is constantly working in your favor, driven by what you do, how you create how you live, I'm putting together these big real estate deals right now and have lots of banks involved and bankers involved. And some people get paid big and some people won't. And some people play and I have that conversation almost said I take care of people period. I was like, I recognize that some of you guys are gonna make more than others on this and and the coolest part that came back and the reason why other people are running was they all said the same thing. And like, Listen, we all believe in karma. And we all live from this space. We're a tight knit group of people that invest in property, real estate at this level. So here's the deal. Like, we know, it'll all come back, you're good to go. So we're all we're concerned about is getting this across the finish line. I was like me too. I was like, but I also want you to know, I'm going to take care of all of you. So this process of giving and this process of creating, I hope also role models for you a way that you could show up for other people. Right, right when I hired Brendon Burchard, which was the big significant investment for me at the time. This was in 2009. Again, critical year for me, I had just under $4,000 in my credit cards right around 4000 on a on a credit card, everything was gone. It was a debit card, my credit cards were gone at the time, I everything I tried to save my companies investors period on my head guide golf on here who was actually works for me, I didn't even know that one of the guys that worked for me during my banking years, was here on a call. And he was just with us in our last breakout. But I remember sitting there feeling so frustrated about where I was at just in general, I was so frustrated. And there were so many books I could listen to and so many audios. But I needed to, I needed to commit to myself into a process into a path. And there was an opportunity to invest in a program called expert secrets with Brendon Burchard. And I didn't know anything about it. Except for the fact that it just seemed to call to me. Just seemed too cold to me is like it spoke to me. How many been in a situation where somebody or something that shows up even without any logical detail that you know, like there's a knowing in you that you must go. Right. And it could be it could be something you're doing with money, or it could be something you're just doing with just an action you take How many of you have been in this situation type in Yes. If that's you type in? Yes. If you've been in that experience. Okay, good. How many of you have had that situation where you have felt that, but then you didn't do it? I mean, you've had that experience type in me. Like where you felt it, but you didn't do it? Okay, I've had that experience, too. For all my times I did do it. There were plenty of times that I didn't do it. Okay, perfect. How many of you after not doing it have this like, sick feeling that would enter in later, knowing that you had the window, but you didn't take you didn't pull the trigger type in? Yes. If that was you? type in Yes. I remember watching situations in 2008 2009 and 2010 times where the voice was telling me it was time for me to move. And I didn't I didn't move. I didn't go I didn't do what was required. And I remember what it would feel like after the opportunity passed. And I would feel this like like this depression and this darkness come in. So here's how I operate live. I believe that God in the universe is constantly creating windows of opportunity for you and I. But there are doors that we seek. And when we seek we have to have the courage to knock. And when we knock the doors open, but then we have to have the courage to ask, we have to ask for what we want, we have to ask for what is next. So in that moment, I was sitting with bids, Brendon Burchard experience I didn't know Brandon at all, didn't know who he was there anything about him. I was just sitting there watching this video online and the clock was ticking down and the opportunity to invest was ticking down. And I really even know that I wasn't really into the details. I didn't really understand what I was getting into. I just knew there was like there was a moment of decisive decision that was going to change my trajectory, that there was a commitment by doing this by going all in on me was going to change me. Some of you may have felt that way even about this. How many of you know that like even coming into this $5 challenge we did this week by being here in this week that there was a piece of you when you saw the opportunity arises there was a piece even without the details a piece of it was just kind of like weirdly like okay. Yeah, I feel like I need to go to this type in Yes. If that was you typing? Yes, that was you. Right, because you see all the yeses pouring in. This is saying this is how I operate. Like I don't people think I put a lot of logical thought or things I do. But my first most important decision that I make is always a decision based upon what the voice inside of me is calling me to do is saying do this and people like Garrett, that sounds Whoo, Garrett, that sounds like you know, energy. We're a gear. That sounds too religious. That sounds too spiritual. I'm a practical person. I said, I'm a practical person, too. I'm practical as fuck. I'm all about results. I'm all about money. I'm all about creating results in my body. I'm all about results in my marriage. I'm all about results inside of my family. I'm all about it has to be measurable. I'm practical as fuck. I'm logical as fuck do. But I'm not stupid. Most of the time
was different to tell my children I said, You're dumb. You're stupid. She's like, What? What do you mean? I was like, Are you dumb? Are you just stupid? She said, What do you mean? I was like, if you're dumb me sounds wrong with your brain. Something wrong with your brain? No. All right. So you're stupid, then? What do you mean, I was a stupid as a choice. Dumb is destiny. Is this where you're at? I can accept that your brain doesn't work, right? That's okay. I can own that. If that's the truth. Are you dumb? Are you stupid. Because if you're done, then great, you have a genetic situation that's causing your brain to operate in a certain way. But if you're stupid, that means that you're just lazy or uncommitted to do what's required. And that's just stupid. That doesn't mean that's who you are. That means how you're acting, you're acting stupid, because you're not doing what you know you need to do. Now, this stupidity, and I love my daughter led her to getting kicked out of school this week. I love her. She's not a bad kid. But she got kicked out of school there when that tuition 20,000 for the year. There's a piece inside of all of us, though, that is speaking. And I can't even know if that wasn't supposed to happen for my daughter. certain level I feel like was she needs some kind of something. She's looking for something she's searching, I don't know what it is. I'm here to help try to figure that out. Each one of you, though, came here looking for something. And it wasn't about trying to take action. It was learning about how to awaken yourself to be a creator. Because action is all about creation. That's all a creator is a creator is a man or woman who is committed to taking action. That's it. creators act. creators do. creators are not just hearers of the word, they're doers of the word. They do shit. And I sit back. I also love hearing, you know, from gurus across the board on topics like this, right? But the Dalai Lama was sitting there. And they were talking to him about changing things with world hunger. And I was watching this interview with him. And he's sitting there and the people are interviewing, they're asking him a question, there's a large audience. And he said, Well, at some point, you've got to get up from underneath the Bodhisattva tree and somebody's got to dig a hole. He went on to talk about 15 minutes, he says, the realm of spirituality or the voice talking to you doesn't matter much. If you're practically in life, no good. Which means at some point, you have to do the thing that you know you need to do that's being driven by the thing inside of you that keeps talking to you. But you've been taught, trained and educated to stop listening to that part of you. You've been taught, trained and educated to ignore that part of you. And because you were taught, trained and educated, and then you swallow that pill, hook, line, and sinker, you allowed your world to drift into scarcity, scarcity in your body scarcity and being scarcity, imbalance, scarcity and business or worse than that you became a good person, you're good. And once you got to good, you quit you retired, you laid yourself down as if dead, hence the statement, let the dead bury their dead. That's retired people, people who don't actually stay committed to creating, you have an opportunity to create with the tools that I've given you so far, the simple weapons, simple weapon are we using as a form of a stack known as the idea stack and the war stack, I have an assignment is coming to that you'll see on a page where you're going to take each one of your four actions that you know you need to take, and you're going to list out what they are, why you feel like that action needs to happen, when it's going to happen and how you're going to do it. We're going to talk about those tomorrow. And I'm gonna encourage you to start taking action on them today. Do you know what the four actions are? You know what they are, but you're going to finish the exercise and the worksheet that's available, which is what, why, when and how. What am I going to do? Why am I going to do it? When am I going to do it? How am I going to do it. And you're going to put in a little mental work and understand that this entire process we've gone through for the last four days is ultimately one big process that can be done in an hour. It's just taken us eight hours to get there. Because we got to get your brain to unwind itself and then rewind itself and put it into a place of being a creator who is committed to results and you can only get results if you're committed to action. If you clear about where I'm at on this, and you clear about what I'm talking about right now typing a word clear, typing a word glades having a word clear.
Beautiful.
So, Simon's already up on the same page where replay is, second opportunity is, we have an opportunity for you to make an investment of yourself to join the warrior shelter. Now, we're gonna talk just a brief bit about it one minute, two minutes right now, then I'm gonna send you the link inside of an email, it's going to come to you and that a link itself will give you more details about with warrior shelters all about. I would love to have you there with us. every single week, we have a deep powerful experience inside of our fireside chat. And every single week 1200 plus individuals are working together in different units, we roll out our new chat app this next Tuesday. And inside a small units of four to five people, you get to experience the journey we call the Warriors way, the Warriors journey to having it all. It's a mapped out process that has four summits that you're going to climb a series of curriculums that you're going to go through books, you'll listen to actions, you'll take six different apps that you'll download, and the entire science of the Warriors way is about getting you to a place of power and leverage on yourself to create. And the goal is in the target is to create a cost all four domains of body being bounce and business. It's not just one, we talked about that here in warrior having it all is about literally having it all. You cannot do it all. That's what we've already seen this week. You can't that's why the idea Sakhalin war stacker said valuable weapons, because you can't do it all but you can have it all. But in order to have it all and knowing you can't do it all that means that the actions you take half the matter. That means we have to simplify down what is being done, to get us into a place of power to do what is required. So my friends, that brings this session to a close session number four, we have an opportunity for you to step forward with us. There are several of you here inside the group that are part of it with us that have been with us that have dove in with us over and over and over again. And we love that you guys are here. From from, from PJ, PJ and Conan and handfuls of others that are here right now that are subpar where your shelter that wanted to be experienced this too. And so they made an investment to come back in this, we would love to have you a link I dropped right here inside by Sam, you guys will see the link, if you want to check that out. I invite you to check it out. Tomorrow we'll talk a little bit more in detail about it. But tomorrow's situation is gonna be based on your assignment today is the day of action. It's a day of doing I often think back to that time sitting there with that laptop open and the countdown clock happening with Brendon Burchard. A little that I realized that a $3,000 investment literally my life was sitting in the balance. And the crazy part is your life was sitting in the balance and you didn't know it neither die. It was sitting in the balance under the decision that I would make back in 2009. That would lead me here to 2021 to have built the wake of warrior Empire leading the movement that we lead with 1000s and 1000s of powerful men and women have created impact on over 50,000 direct clients in the past eight, nine years alone, having launches in multiple different industries. And now in this an insurance, financial services space in the hair industry with my wife, and watching the impact. All of this came down to one pivotal decision. Oftentimes we look at the decisions we make as simply a decision we try to measure it between today and tomorrow. Now recognizing that often the most powerful decisions are the pivot decisions, where right now we're going this way and we make a decision and it pivots us this direction. And then that decision of pivoting us this direction, it puts us on a trajectory that over the next six months, 12 months 18 months, we put ourselves in a place that is unrecognizable. myself, my life is fucking recognizable. I thought it was great back in the 2000s. Then I come back and look on my lives come into 2021 like, it's fucking impossible. And yet it started with one simple pivot. I sat there with a $3,000 investment. I rewind back to my situation as a PE teacher, friend of mine handed me the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad, I'd only read five books. Why did I read book six? I don't know, because it was there. And I felt like I needed to. And I read it and I made a decision. And I was the first person on my side of the family that left the job space and went into self employment. No one I knew had done this. I didn't have any friends that have done this. I had no family members that had done this. I knew no one who had done this and into self employment. I went and 20 years later, I said when people look at me with Lamborghinis and the Bentley's and the $10 million house and the properties and the commercial and the clients and the brands and the salons and the products and the supplements and the software and the insurance agents They see all this they're like, how did all this happen? I was like it's simple. made one simple fucking decision and the rest of my life changed. No one's gonna open the door for you.
No one.
But I want you to understand you're standing at that door. Conan says mine was warrior Conan 1000s of men tell him the same thing. And now he had the opportunity to have hundreds of women telling me the same thing to this moment this week is your Brendon Burchard moment. This moment this week is your Rich Dad Poor Dad moment. This week, this week is your opportunity to pivot and pivot with me pivot the group here and the group that moves forward from this experience, I have a special treat for you, you guys are going to be the first ones that we use the new tribal technology, which means you're going to stay together as a group through the entire process. Unlike what we have done inside of shelter the way it is, we have a new way that we're going to do this. And this new way we know works. And it accelerates results and allows you to take the time and energy put it together being here in this program so far, and allows you to take that momentum and parlay it together as you move forward into where you're shelter. So thank you for being here. Thank you for being inside of this process. Thank you for the work that you do. You got your simple assignment will be available for you working on the actions today. Again, what why, when and how. And also begin to take the actions on those today. Tomorrow is going to be an amazing experience. We get to talk about the all the actions you took and all the things that you were committed to. And for those ready to move forward to where you shelter today, you know what you do click on that link for those who do move forward and get yourself security inside of where your shelter today, I have a special project that we're going to talk about with you guys tomorrow. That'll be just for those who choose to move forward today. For those that choose to move forward between today and tomorrow. You're going to be put into that experience with this small group moving into a totally new way of experiencing the challenge the summit's and the journey that's inside but also outside of the Warriors shelter. So my friends, thank you for being here. It's an honor to be here with you. It's an honor to be with you in the process and have a great rest of your day and I look forward to our finale here tomorrow.
