We hope will be something everybody can have in place before the end of October, to say, as I started this AI course to create practical workflows with AI. This is one of the things I wanted to do. So in my case, I've actually wanted to have a dashboard of some sort that uses an AI to help me in the morning, cut through any interruptions, take a look at my email stuff I need to do that's ready on my calendar, that might have been booked as well at night on my calendar, and stuff I have as a priority on a to do list. So now INVIDEO is thinking about how to do this, how to make that video, covering the ideas of mail, calendars and to do list. It's not finding my mail. It's not looking at my calendar, and it doesn't know my to do list. And I could have given them that in a longer prompt, but I wanted to keep it simple, generic email, generic calendar entries, generic to do list, and I want to see what comes back. Typically, what happens is it'll have some voice that says it's very important in the morning to have a workflow that analyzes email calendars and a to do this, using an AI to get the best result. And it'll try to do all that. And no, have no longer than a 15 second video, but I use more than 15 seconds to say that, and that's what the AI is going to do. It's going to spend more than 15 seconds to produce the result, and it's using a lot of time now to prep the content, make a little storyboard, analyze, gather information, and a it's got it. So it says, I'm making something for LinkedIn, very basic, and I'm generated, and now I'm finally, we're talking to the server, and on somebody's server, burning power, using water, and, you know, using tokens that I'm not paying for, because it's the free version. It's going to bring this all together, and it's going to keep me entertained by telling me. It's going to get analyzed and get inspiration. It's going to enhance the elements. It's going to ideate. It's going to plan it. It's going to bring assets in, find media, combine the media, generate more media. Do a scene, do another scene, adding some shots, and then it produces it, and it's going to give me these little words along the line to tell me is doing all this work for me. Just be patient. Now, what I do know is this, if I don't have the patience and I leave this browser tab, it's going to take me, it's going to stop. So I'm not going to do that now, let it do its thing. Okay, if you decided that you got your words for the creative workflow that you want to have with the help of AI in a practical way, well, then you can go to invideo.io put in your prompt while you're watching me, and then see what happens. This is going to give me a result probably in another four or five minutes. This is tedious, so if you're all in the same room doing this and you're all banging off the same browser, identity, IP address, it's probably going to take even longer than this. There's nobody else in the setting where I'm currently doing this, so I'm just competing with people that might be on the same main node in a neighborhood in Ireland where I am, but I'm 20% of the way done now. I've spent probably seven minutes so far waiting for this 15 second clip to be made. And what I do know is this, I work with creative designers, game art designers, creative media people. They could produce this faster than the AI and not use all the energy and all the power. Secondly, I have content that shows my email, my to do, list, my calendar, and I use a service called filmora. It's an app running on my phone. My mobile phone could have done this faster than the AI, and it costs a lot less. I mean, they this is like 28 euro a month for INVIDEO, about 300 euro a year to have this service, if I bought the commercial version of it. And it takes a long time to generate, the longer it takes, the more it's talking to a server or queuing at a server to generate the results. So the goal for what we're trying to do is, have you before the end of October, on a checklist that I'm going to give you on Flickr, saying, please tell me what the practical workflow you hope to be able to solve with the help of AI. And if you've made a video for it, that's great. And Vanessa is going to be able to put it up on the wall in our Kunz matrix sort it. That's a really good thing, and in November, we'll reflect upon that and try to figure out so what's new based on what you see other people doing, what's changed, what's enhanced, what priority have you now assumed is something you know you can do practically, well, quickly, efficiently, with an AI. I'm glad it's taken forever to do this, because, you know, it's got one scene. I think it's making one scene. For me. It's taken forever to generate the one scene, which might be what I showed you at the beginning that Sara did. It just had a five second scene of going between a calendar to an AI, of email to a to do list. So it's taken forever to analyze the scene and maybe put a voice with it. So typically, when it's analyzed and seen, still has to find the assets, find media, add the media, generate better media, filling the scenes and adding shorts. So it's going to take forever to do this. And so disappointing, because I know that it can before we had this call, I did this thing, and it did not take, it didn't take 10 minutes, and this has taken 10 minutes to do so if during the remaining time, which you normally carved out to spend on this zoom Call, you're able to produce a video either in Sara dot chat, gpt.com or invideo.io that's great if you can download that and then upload it to the o4

So 15 to 22nd video would definitely work easily inside of Kunst right now, poor INVIDEO is thinking, does anybody want to add anything to what I just said here? You heard me mention one of them, but I think you have to pay six year old month of use the thing called filmora. That's what I use, because I use it on my phone. So I get the images on my phone, produce a little storyboard on my phone, and then it produces it much faster and like it just uses the video production capability on the phone and uses your own intelligence to figure out how to do the cuts, transitions and whatever else. It's just, I mean, it's one of these things right now where, I mean, if I'm going to, if I'm going to put a red light and a stop command on an AI, it'd be what we're doing right what I'm doing right now. Because I do know this burns a lot of energy, and, quite frankly, the stuff's predictable. Looking at the end, it's not authentic. You can tell it's generated by AI. You have to declare it. It's produced by an AI as well. Do it on if you do it on your handset, and he uses an app that iOS or an Android app. You know, that's not an AI doing it. That's a piece of Creative Technology doing it. And it's in my case, it's often my stuff, it's my imagery, my screenshots, and then I put my voice on it at the end. If, however, I took that stock footage and I put it up and said, you know, after three weeks, four weeks of running you I have created a practical workflow in the morning with my calendar and my to do list and my email, and I feel very I feel better, more efficient, and I don't declare that in the caption or in the upload under tick box as AI generated, that's going to run into problems. So if I do declare it and I put it up on YouTube, YouTube normally puts little flex marks or stars in the video. So you know, it's aI generated, sometimes without telling, telling the service provider that it's aI generated, it will pick it up based on meta data that comes from the clip itself. So you need to, you need to declare it. And I have become very upset with the amount of AI generated content that's everywhere now. So I used to like, I still like watching history videos, but so many of them now are using AI production values, which reduce the quality of the spoken language. The words aren't spelled correctly in the text the transcript that's coming through. And then you can tell, you can tell the things made up the you know, the background setting is wrong, the vehicles are wrong, or something's wrong, and you know, it's making me want to change my viewing habits.

So you do have the content in your head already. It's meant to be simply repurposing what you've just done saying, Hey, this is what I do. This is the thing that would help if I had a practical workflow that could be enhanced with AI. And this is either me the selfie, or this is me. This is my workspace. And here's the words about it. So I'll spell it out in a Trello checklist, saying, please post that offer a hyperlink that goes back to something that is real, or something that's the tool. So some, some kind of a hyperlink that identifies this is the description of the job, or the description the perfect job I want to be in, or the place where I'm working, or the tool that I'm using, so that the text needs to be is the caption of the image you're putting up. The hyperlink that's in there is in the text, and it can be at the bottom, could be under like reference or sources, but there should be a hyperlink in the caption that points to something that's real, authenticates the tool you're using or the thing you're trying to do, and that gives you, that gives you academic credit for putting it up. It's meant to be a place marker of where we are in the month of October, because in the month of November, you might have changed your perspective, enhanced your workflow, or developed a new perspective about where you ought to be going with the tools you're learning that will be a focus next week.
