All right. Good afternoon, everyone. I think we'll go ahead and get started. Let me turn my camera on, feel free to get hammered on. Ignore my appearance today been working hard. I hope you all like to see you. I think everyone on the call was able to join our first official in person community meeting for the PICO Avenue corridor action plan that was posted July 2, and new I FamilySearch. So thank you all for attending that and providing valuable feedback. We're super excited to continue in this process. And today's meeting, we're going to present to you our kind of summation of the feedback that was collected from that meeting. So we'll be able to address any additional questions that there may be, if any, and then we'll just let you know, kind of next steps of what's happening. So temperature check. How's everybody feeling? Are we good? Any questions before you start? It?
Is everything everything's good?
Hi. Hi, I had a problem. I couldn't find the link. So thank you for texting.
No problem, no problem.
Good afternoon, everyone.
Good afternoon. Okay. I'm gonna go up and start sharing my screen. Thank
you all right, can everyone see my screen?
Yeah, so I don't look too crazy. While I'm presenting, I'm gonna turn my camera off. But you should still be able to see this. Okay. So again, this is the feedback that we got from the meeting on this second, here's just a couple of pictures of you all as the attendees at the meeting. And then you'll see here, how some of the feedback was collected. As a reminder, we were kind of broken into about eight to nine groups. Each had a facilitator, our lovely planning and development team, as well as our leadership from planning and development. As you know, in our district of neighborhoods, team members, were able to assist as well. So that was a conversation there. And as a result, we got a few different at different ways of collection, but the feedback was recorded, either directly on what we're calling the facilitator pad or comment cards, that's kind of what we're referring to. Some people wrote directly on the mat here. And then additionally, we had some some sticky notes that were organized, to follow the questions that were listed based on their strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. So just a reminder of the status of that meeting. And so jumping right in talking about the strengths, these were the questions that we asked you, with respect to what current strengths, would you identify on the bigger corridor as it exists today? What are things that you love, identify assets? And what's going well, or what would you consider to successful here, we wanted to share that actual image or screenshot of the of your handwriting, so that you can understand that this is direct feedback. We did it because because this presentation will be posted on the bingo website after this meeting after your sign off, essentially, we wanted to be sure that anybody that comes to the website will understand that the feedback that we got was directly provided by the residents that participated. So that's crucial to us because we don't, it's not the city's opinion. You know, I don't live on the corridor myself. So I wanted to ensure that your thoughts, opinions and feedback was reflected. So we tried to do that here. So that's just one image and then we have another another page of identified strengths or assets on the board. So after we collected or reviewed that feedback, excuse me, a text or facilitator pen is just the grouping of residents. So there were about probably four to six people per group. And so we had about nine rooms in total. So here, you'll see that that was organized this way. So for example, kami cart, one in no particular order, come in car, one address, specifically identified the question of answering number one, A, one, B, one, C, so on and so forth. But some of them were not specifically identified as a, b, and c, which is why you just see them listed as strings. But essentially, each sale of content here are individual responses. But let me know that is a little bit unfair, because I can't explain it again. But essentially, we wanted to make sure if one person identified this as a stream that was recorded if another person identified this as a stream that was recorded, and so on, and so forth. So again, we had nine cards in total. So here's a few of those trains. And then again, and that was the last one, this next group has tons of information to share. So that's listed there. After we got all of that feedback, we did have to kind of summarize it a little bit and understand that summarize, but we pulled out the priorities that we've heard on each response. So each response had an underlining tone or message that it was trying to convey. And we were able to summarize it that way. So in that feedback for streets of Milan, the corridor, we heard, community engagement is important to residents and business owners on the corridor, accessibility and connectivity to amenities I heard that is, that is a priority for you all, activating local businesses and promoting revitalization efforts for the corridor and neighborhood. stability and safety in the neighborhood was also something that was a reoccurring, and then activation of local parks and recreation i to me see, a lot of the messaging was outdoor activities, things to pull the children and get children involved in the corridor and interested in being in this area. So those were some of the highlights there. And with that summation of excuse me, with that summation, we were able to kind of quantify it so that we could illustrate how many times something was mentioned over and over. Because it was mentioned over and over, it sounds like and we interpret it as one of the priorities, overall priorities of the neighborhood, or values of the neighborhood would be another good term. So the main part of that, that we found as a strength, currently, as it exists is community engagement and owners. There's again, a lot of pride in owning businesses on the corridor, their current community engagement in the organizing the block clubs and associations. So you all have collected amongst yourself and have to have tab and continue to promote different engagement activities amongst yourselves. So that is something that's currently viewed as strong or as a strength component of this neighborhood. And with all of that, we wanted to add something cute as well. So we can work cloud word cloud is just a collection of all the responses, and it highlights or magnifies those comments that are repeated often within that segment, or that that grouping of terms or feedback that's shared. So some of the strongest for this section was growth, stability. Those three that's why they're the largest word in the cloud, largest and darker colored. They dignify that. These were priorities that were often mentioned in the feedback. So it sounds like to summarize the strengths that we were seeing the feedback and that specifically community engagement. Again, residents expressed pride in their neighborhoods, accessibility and connectivity we heard often times that painful is the view to the wall as artery that could next connects this area with other parts of the city and will as revitalise Michigan and Ohio, specifically surrounding community involvement in and advantages. Blooming going similarly, the same approach was collected as we looked at feedback shared about weaknesses on the corridor. So those questions included, what are some things you dislike about the single corridor was not working well? And what changes would you really want to see, implemented or improved. And again, these is direct images or screenshots of the weaknesses that we're presenting on here. So I thought you that, that that were definitely echoed throughout lighting was definitely one of them. I kind of laughed a little bit when I saw this one about no fights way. But I understand the sentiment because although it could be a good idea, sometimes in actuality, it might not make sense. So I understand that. And I saw this know about the park and the girl in Ohio. And I think I think not to put words in this person's mouth, but I think they're speaking more towards the, the lack of maintenance of the parks is how I had said that, not necessarily the park itself, but the lack of maintenance. So we didn't look at all of those. Those that feedback that was shared. Additionally, some more weaknesses that were identified here, another large one that was represented with primes, give me one second you guys.
Okay, sorry, my family and I don't have a close out. Okay, so these are the weaknesses that were presented in that in that meeting. And again, we organize them all the time in cars. So it's the same exact feedback, I just typed it out, same thing that was pictured all of the nine cars, and then again, we summarized it a little bit, to or make make kind of sustained, one word or two words, phrases to summarize that feedback, and this was the count. So again, high vacancy and abandonment rates. And so specifically, like the decline of the neighborhood of people moving out, or businesses moving out, inadequate infrastructure was definitely components that was often mentioned specifically regarding lighting and sidewalks, safety and concerns around crime. The crime component was specified a few times and I did see a couple additional notes about crime specific to traffic laws or not obeying traffic laws, especially during community events or events where there are large numbers of people it seems to be that that is when crime where it's certain certain incidences occur when those large parties are gathered. Additionally, the lack of essential services on the previous slide, you saw someone put that we are in a food desert. So the mention of grocery stores and the need for healthcare, adequate health care, and then poor community engagement and management. To this in, I think, I'm pretty sure it was reflective of the lack of a major stakeholder in the community. So a larger franchise or what have you in the community. I think that was kind of the messaging there. And then again, we quantify that messaging to highlight or see that high vacancy and abandonment rates were the priority. So specifically around the around buildings on the corridor abandonment of those buildings and vacancy of businesses there. Again, we did work cloud for witnesses, as well submit, we input all of the feedback that was typed up from the pictures, and then this is the workout that was generated from that. So again, you will see vacancy as the most prominent one. And then unemployment was actually one. It was not explicitly mentioned mentioned on the slide Previous to this, but it was mentioned a few times in the effort that folks were saying that training programs would be a considerable effort to consider In this neighborhood, any kind of things of that nature, so I thought I thought that was a good one that presented itself as, as an opportunity for the future, actually, because you will see shortly that the weaknesses that you are presented and shared weaknesses, they directly, of course, correlated to the opportunities that you suggested. So you'll see that shortly. But again, to summarize, the weakness is declining vacancy with the first kind of main concern. So the migration and residents and businesses out of the areas just leaving behind buildings or land, the lack of infrastructure and services, which was kind of my priority, or excuse me to take my personal thoughts out of this, but that was a priority that I expected to see. Just Just thinking about it myself. So in adequate lighting, sidewalks, and bike plans, although there are no bike lanes now, but the thought of adding that where would it make sense? And then?
Yeah, so before we move on from weaknesses, can we see if there's any questions amongst the group in regards to weaknesses and the feedback that they've received so far?
Oh, yeah. Any questions, you know, you guys will learn that I talk a lot. And so feel free to raise your hand or come off mute and even have a question.
And does anyone believe that there's any weaknesses that were not mentioned?
Go back,
we've pretty much covered stuff that we did. Last meeting. Second parts weaknesses. But I really feel like, like vacancy of these buildings is like really like top priority. And along with the unemployment, like providing resources for the community to have training programs and things of that nature.
found all of these things that are mentioned as weaknesses I agree with. But the problem that I think that we should address is, for example, the city has come and a couple of times, and we've clicked that you cleaned up the thing, of course. And you are, that blind team has come through the pink quarter. But it seems like as soon as it's cleaned up, we have people I don't know where they're coming from, but they are still dropping the brain dumping etc. And so I'm thinking we might need some type of cameras or something, something needs to be done, so we can find out who is you know, not helping keep the area clean, and so that they can be addressed. That's a good
point, I guess, Gaby in the information that we have. Do we have anything there about maintenance? And then do we have anything that talks about a lack of opportunity and training for individuals?
From the feedback that was collected? Yes, there was mention of training, I believe, I'll have to look at the opportunity to opportunities is next. I went through that a little bit quicker, and then we can take a look, I believe that the conversation surrounding Project Greenlight may have come up I'm not sure if it was directly used at that time or if that was an internal conversation Charles and I were having as we were thinking about potential solutions. But um, after sharing this feedback with your user, how we collected we will schedule our internal departments meeting with the city departments share this feedback share this presentation so that they understand your priorities and then at that time is right that's when they develop potential solutions and recommendations to those issues. But it's good that you brought that up so black beauty yes did come down the corridor and and clean up but if you if you're saying that it's happening again, or steel, regardless, cameras or Project Green Light or some type of monitoring system could help to prevent that again.
Yeah, let's not talk about opportunities quite yet. I want us to kind of stay on weaknesses just so we make sure that we capture them. Because I think what she's saying is that the one of the biggest weaknesses is that the corridor remains not blighted, but there's trash. And that's a big weakness, trash and communist. Let's make sure that we track that Gabby as one of the major feedback, summary loops, and then I don't see the training piece because lack of infrastructure and services as part of your summary, there should be something in there about the lack of training and jobs and for small businesses that we should probably have in there as well. So let's just we don't have to do it. Now, Gabby bloodlust, make sure that we have those those primary summary elements on our weaknesses chart. Cool, okay, Gabby, let's go ahead and move on to opportunity.
Okay, so we're referring to opportunities. These were the questions that were asked during the SWOT analysis, what are the opportunities are many of these as you see for the future and Finkle out of the surrounding areas being improved for the betterment of quality life? And what improved? Excuse me What Adesh? What pedestrian improvements could improve the walkability of the corridor? So again, here are either direct responses that we got, and if you want to look at these, a few of them do mention so housing resources, schools, grocery stores, kind of to the point of someone previous in the weaknesses, mentioning the food deserts of grocery stores, or healthy options were answered that I thought this was really unique. And a great, a great suggestion. He was really inclusion and kind of corridor Wi Fi, or just improving that accessibility so that this you know, closing the digital divide. Someone needs your solar energy as an example of vacant land transportation, or excuse me transformation, as we're seeing the mayor's initiative across the city and other areas, murals, better lighting, so definitely some opportunities for addressing those, those weaknesses or concerns that were highlighted before. Here's a couple of big and job opportunity pop ups be done. I do remember seeing this one. So that goes to your point is can we miss them about training options, lighting. I see someone actually specifically mentioned lower property values can bring in enticing young families to come in to densify the neighborhood a little bit more using vacant land for interested community engagement or events. So yeah, really good feedback and options there. And again, we summarized say here, and he still she on the comment bar. And then in our estimation up, and we found that the development of vacant land and mixed use spaces was kind of often mentioned kind of the request made safe spaces, once again, improving community services, schools, parks, other kinds of stakeholders in the community enhancing infrastructure, roads, lighting, again, once again, promoting local businesses and economic activity predict more than three spaces and recreational facilities. And again, the largest that we've heard of that is basically the transformation of vacant land space. This is the word cloud here in comparison, you can see from the strengths and the weaknesses word cloud, there was kind of like, one, two or three words that were really prominent on those, you know, this one, I thought it was actually kind of interesting that there are several about the state in spies, which means that there were a lot of good, a different type of opportunities that were suggested. So I just want to point that out. So not that one is particularly more important than the other although development is one of the largest here that was that was me too, very often. But again, that there are others that are kind of on the same priority in suggesting opportunities for this corridor. So we can bring all of this to you off and we definitely will try to do so In this estimation, we found that development and infrastructure was a was an opportunity that was suggested. So strong push for improving infrastructure, like the sidewalks and whatever have you on making the development of vacant lands, I want to point that out community services, so enhancing community services. So this goes to the point I think of the training services, educational facilities, housing options, businesses can attract residents, and then environmental and technological and is proposing more green space and integrating digital inclusion initiatives. And that was it for that. But to your point, they were Miss Werner. I can go back to any of these slides, if you wish. And we can talk a little bit more about how to problem solve or some of those weaknesses that we, that we pointed out before.
While it would be interesting to understand from the group, if they feel like there's any opportunities that were that were not mentioned, or that we didn't touch upon.
I think we kind of touched on everything, but I think like a big focus that we really should focus on is like schooling my forest team and grow the community like how can we get families to come over into the community and it's really no schools from the gods who are throwing fish Jarrow, but that will probably be the only school they have to choose from for elementary middle. That's far that's in our facility. But I think we need to have more schooling because how can we build it to bring families in to move into the area? And it's not schools over here, really.
And so Hey, Gabby, what I'd love to be able to do is show everyone a map of some of the Active Schools that are in the area and how close they are. So the Robinson Malcolm X school, I want to say is maybe 10 blocks away, East. And then you have the Marygrove school that is for elementary and high school school students at the corner of Wyoming and McNichols that is very active as well. Also one of the best early childhood education centers in America. That is owned by start that is managed by starfish. ECG center is also on the Marygrove campus on the corner of Wyoming and McNichols. So we can show you guys a map, there's some really good schools that are very close to this area. So I do want to let you guys know that and then the Robeson Malcolm X school is actually going to be a new school, build new construction on which they plan to complete that in 2026 first quarter.
So piggybacking on that, I think, also to your point, so if we can put a physical school on bingo, I think the the thought process should be what other additional amenities or placemaking. So we entice children or young families to the corridor. I know, the first thought could be like, a community center or something, but it's not a community center. Because I don't, I don't want to default down that route. I do want to try to get a little bit more creative with our thought process. One that that might be a longer conversation, or we may need to kind of Sue on that a little bit. But I think there's opportunities to get creative in, in in answering those concerns. Also, I mean, our biggest kind of concern that we saw was vacant land, right. So how can we transform vacant land in a way that we're, we're doing something that engages young families or children.
So yeah, one of the biggest kind of uses that we've seen in other corridors are daycare centers, early childhood education centers, and a lot of things sometimes seniors just want to be able to get together and talk to each other. Sometimes cafes and coffee shops are a wonderful thing, where you can just go in there have a nice cup of coffee, it's a nice space with nice music, and you can just read left. So that's another thing that is potentially an opportunity for people together
I think we lost Miss foreigner about the her name anyone else have any suggestions and start calling out people like to? Anyone want to come off? And well, I thought
Yes, I just think we should have a more walkable business district because I have a Resale Boutique. And I have a lot of people that come from really all over to come shop here. But after they leave here, they can't say, oh, let's go grab some ice cream or let's go grab something to eat. They just got jump in a car and go back. i Oh, to come shop with me, Ontario, Chicago, but once they leave the store is nothing else for him to do. There's not one.
Okay. Yeah, that's a great point. That's a great point.
And you know, what's interesting about that comment is, I think there's a tremendous need for ice cream store. Um, I'm not sure what or who had the DDC if there's any entrepreneurs that have expressed an interest in that. But I love that comment, because an ice cream store is probably one of the elements that probably would work over here. Yeah.
We're working on that now.
We also have to put Mr. Garner's point about continuing to see trash on the corridor after the cleanup. Business owners, especially this year, on the corridor, probably more often than not, we have to key in that to say this, you are already doing this. And Mr. Mrs says, I know you are actually placed receptacles along the corridor to help encourage people to actually throw the trash away instead of on the streets. But we have the kids, we got to try to improve the accountability that way as well. Like, if you see somebody say something's happening, I think that's definitely important comment, just that neighborhood policing. Again, I'm, I'm from the south. So my family has stories of kind of bad community building and stuff as well. And I'm sure that exists here as well. So if we just, you know, in this day and age, give back to that, I think that will also help, you know, the more tight knit communities and the residents and business owners as always watching, you know, not to mess with those businesses or you know, not to step on Mr. Larry's grant type of thing. So if we have that sentiment around it, I think that it's awesome, and hopefully improve it any other questions, concerns or
another thing that Miss Varner brought up, which is interesting is this concept of cameras. Now, there is something called a green light corridor, which enables a number of businesses to get cameras on them that are both monitored by the police department. And they don't need to be flashing green lights if you do a green light corridor process. So that may be something that we can investigate because I love her Mrs. Bernard comment that it'd be nice if they had more campers there where they can catch people doing things that they're not supposed to be doing, like dumping.
Right, for sure. And
I also think that like the businesses and even like the comps in the area of everyone have their porch light on I have lightning like people when they do stuff when people commit crimes, they do it in a dark. So they see a dark build, and they're gonna jump behind. I think we have more lighting, it will make it better. And I've been just lighting on the streets, but like if all the buildings have lights on outside and like everyone's turning first light on, I think that it really helped us well.
That's a wonderful suggestion that more lighting on the quarter of both building aesthetic lighting, as well as street lighting would help. That's I love that suggestion
I'm not looking at some other people who've got some ideas of how this corridor can be improved with some opportunities. Does anyone else feel like they want to add anything or is there some opportunities were missing or?
Yes, have you heard anything from your suspension rates? uh something that we are missing something that you just want to shout out and say
Miss Varner has to hear back on we just kind of summarize the opportunity and Outreach here at the, the PowerPoint. But we were just ag seeing if we missed anything in our summations or in our thoughts and anything new come up from from your kind of ears on the ground or thoughts about ways we can assistant improving improving the corridor.
I don't know exactly what I missed while I was off, but no, nothing I can think of that has come from any other residents or anything that has said anything to me. But we are concerned like about, like I said, the keeping the corridor looking nice. Because it was mentioned to me by Kim Tandy some time ago, that no developer or anyone is going to want to invest in the corridor. If it is not, you know, they're not going to spend their money and invest in in a corridor that is not clean. And constantly, you know, you got vacant buildings and just the area that doesn't look nice. Right. And I know, that's hard for us to control. But whatever we can do. You know, to bring attention, good attention to our corridor. And so that's very important to myself. And I know my members. And of course, I want to ask, when we had the official meetings, is there any way that we can get official notes or minutes in regards to the communication? Found the meeting? Yes,
go ahead, Gabby. I'll let her know what your strategy is to, for this that they're looking at on the screen now. And how you plan to summarize this taskforce meeting? And where are you going to post it and all that stuff?
Yes. So this presentation I'm sharing today is a summary from the party in person community meeting. We, other than the feedback that was collected, we did not take explicit notes. First to me, I know we had open conversation, we we we didn't record that. Or yeah, we didn't record that that meeting. But if you would like we can think about that for the second meeting. But this presentation will be posted online, after this meeting, I want you to stay current task force team to kind of see it first. And then it will be posted online. So you will be able to share the website link again to even whoever else is. Sorry, I muted myself. Um, we'll also be sure to share any comments after we speak with the departments. Because the next step after this is will be meeting with the city departments, like I mentioned, sharing the feedback that you all provided, and then they'll be brainstorming the recommendations or solutions to address those issues. And also kind of creating a timeline of implementation for that as well. So once we have that information that will be posted to the website as well. So we will have that forthcoming. In terms of minutes from this meeting. I believe this session may be recorded. So if so then I can send it out afterwards. And then that that that would be
unless there's a thought. And then don't forget, Gabby that the original PowerPoint that we gave during the first community meeting will be posted on the website as well.
Yep, it's already on the website. Yeah. So I'll reshare that link out to everyone. We did have that signup sheet when we when we had the meeting. So we have Have a log of everyone that attended. So they'll be on a on a GOV Delivery or get a communication about when they do post it. So you all here are included in that list as well. So you'll be notified when us is, is posted to the website, which shouldn't be this week, if not this week, no later than Monday or Tuesday. Thank you. Any other questions?
Thank you for that. That's good. So I can let people know they can just go to the website and send the link, and then I can forward it to people.
Yes, ma'am. Yeah. All right.
Thank you.
Okay, I have one more suggestion. I was thinking we need a small business, like her, but somewhere to where the small businesses can get the resources come on, these businesses are owned by people, but I don't think it's just like, hey, we just want to just have this random building, I just think they don't have the resources to fix them up or even know how to go about it. And really party a lot of times only know how to go on about compliance with it. So I think we need that information. So everybody can have it.
That is an absolutely wonderful suggestion. So what's happened on the other corridors, is other quarters established a business association. Now, you already have one, the Finkle Business Association. So what we need to do is kind of beef them up and get some information through them that they can disperse to the community into the businesses. So we can work on that. But that's a wonderful opportunity to make sure that we all understand is, you're basically saying, you want a Business Association, or the Single Business Association, to be a resource for businesses with technical assistance, identifying where resources are, how to get a small business loan, just all the resources that are out there to help small businesses and entrepreneurs, and you want that to be housed or that information to come from a local business association. And we agree with you, so we can work on that as a potential opportunity as well.
Yep. And just to piggyback on there, the business liaison with the DEA, with the DGC have kind of valuable, valuable knowledge about that as well. And then I also just shamelessly plug without without kind of scheduling him. Another member of the DC that you may have met already met Miss Jackson, he kind of an array of Business Resource seminars from time to time. So I will get a calendar from him and understand if he has any forthcoming seminars available. And I'll be able to share that with the group and disperse it there. Because that could be an opportunity sometimes, because they're not. District or corridor specific necessarily sometimes put, because right now, and I mentioned that, because right now he's been working on our are working with our Dexter economic Business Association. Over there is well, but the information that he's sharing is available for for everyone, essentially. So I'll get that calendar, the kind of calendar of meetings because theory in seminars to share that with you. That's a great,
that's a great point.
Now, my question is, that's a great idea. And when you're gathering these emphasis information in these resources, Is there information that is gathered for the black clubs that are in the area that are doing the work and can use different resources to help them accomplish their mission and goals?
No, I think we need to, I think what we have to do is kind of when we get done with this process, we're gonna have to sit down with the Finkle Business Association, and understand what capacity they have. And then start to say, hey, you would like some of the resources that we know of that you guys be informed. Our fliers have all this stuff where people can go to you guys and know what to do or how to get information in the next steps, both as a block club and as a business. So we can work on that. That's a wonderful suggestion.
And I think I just want to know, kind of piggyback on that as well, that kind of importance of this kind of inclusion and collaboration because as I understand it, and Alexia is when you can correct me if I'm wrong if you if you hear me, as I understand it, that neighborhood beautification grants, that's just like a kind of shorter time here. it annually. But I think as a registered business association, there's potentially additional brands that they can apply for for as the association and then disperse it amongst the neighborhood. So I think, you know, our continued collaboration and connections will help us kind of get to that point. So if there is a resource that that is directly benefit to a register association that can be dispersed amongst the community, or a certain portion given to the black club or association, I think that would help streamline that process and help you kind of share and disperse the resources that way.
I agree.
All right. Any last thoughts, questions or comments?
Well, this is off subject a little bit. So. But at first community, in person community meeting, you had an immense mentioned that you were interested in being a part of our event, Saturday, and I said, of course, so I can't remember. Did I send you a flyer? Are you still interested? And if so we're just asking everyone to bring their own tables and chairs.
Yes, ma'am. I'll be there. I'll be there for master plan. So I have another commitment that I have to go to as well. I'll be I'm kind of double duty that and Saturday, but I will be determined first. And I have flyers this year and disperse about the masterplan. So yeah, you will see me on Saturday.
Okay, so I did send you the flyer. You know that okay. And anyone else online that is would like to attend. It's a free bam bam, family event citywide going to be from 11am to 3pm. We're giving away bikes for the children. Hygiene packets, school surprise. Gonna be both. The city health department is going to be their different departments. We're going to have the Wayne County health mobile unit. They're offering free services because a lot of people don't have health insurance. And it's in the memory of our late vice president. Gwendolyn Lanier she wanted a part in our area. So we are going to have our soft opening. Councilmember der Hall is honorable Councilmember Joe Hall is has is donating at Community Park side. And so we got to have our soft opening. So everybody's welcome. Come on. We're going to have activities for the children, we have a bounce house. And last year, we had over 150 people to participate. offering free haircuts hair braiding for the little girls. And so just come out. Thank you for this time. Yeah, it's
important that I actually if you can send me that fire again, if you email it, or even if you taste it to me, I'll be sure to listen to this group as well. And try to get it on our social media.
Oh, yeah. Do a blast for us. That would be wonderful out. Tech and to your email.
Okay. Okay. Thank you.
